Dear team

I have raised an issue for installation of antenna disc by contacting your cust representative at about 11:15am on 05/05/2019 as i am relocating to a new place. I was promised to get a call from the technician within 2 hours. I waited for around 5hrs for the call but in vain. I again called the cust care and i was told that the issue is raised and the technician would call within half an hour. So i waited to my foolishness keeping all my important things aside. The next time when i called, your team member says that today it's not possible as it is already 6 in the evening. Now, i have waited the whole day wasting it completely keeping all my half done work for your technician to visit me. The most sad part is that i was following up the whole time to listen to all the excuses in the world. Really really disappointed and angry with degradation of such a reputed service provider.

    I booked a tata sky new connection in guwahati on 5th may, 2019 at around 10 am in the morning which was a sunday and the website said that they are going to install the new dth on the same day at the time period between 2 pm-5 pm. However the local technicians who were supposed to install the box said that they are not going to install the box since they don not operate on sundays and they said that i should order some company's product as they are not able to install my dth. I called their tollfree customer service to resolve my issue, but they said they are going to install my dth today and i should not worry because the technicians are going to contact me shortly. But, the technicians did not arrive and the toll free call centres kept on giving false hope of service. Its better that they say they do not provide service during weekends. Its a very shameful practice of a company who has such a high reputation of service delivery. Hope for better service in the near future and proper customer service. P. S. Do not write on your website and accept offers to show we provide 24*7 service when your salesmen don't work on sundays. Please immediately cancel my order and don't bother to call again.

      I was not using my tata sky set top box and its connection for couple of months. Today (5th may 2019), i recharged my account. However, i'm getting following msg on tv screen:
      "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error), nds no.:[protected]
      Digicard id:[protected]"
      Please resolve this issue on priority basis.
      I have already tried to remove the card carefully, wiped it with dry cloth and cleaned, insert in the set top box again. However, the same error is coming every time.

        They didn't place the setup box where we need and they didn't provide the cable how much we need they demand to take 20 metres or tenmetres actually we need 12 metres
        And it's looking very aucward in hall please give some solution to us

        More over that the service people who came here didn't hear our words we requested them to make our work neatly but they choose their comfort only they asked some service charge we have 100/- they are not satisfied with that

            Very poor service. Multiple calls & twitter msgs to the company.
            Processes not followed. Appointment fixed for a time 24 hours after the issue without confirmation with the customer.
            Technician does not show up at that alloted time
            Standard robotic responses from customer service executives & managers.
            Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

              I am having multi tv connection of tata sky. From last several years i am availing its timely services but this time it is not up to the mark. Our television is not receiving the accurate signal from last few days. I am complaining about this several of times but query is as it is. Technician came twice but of no use. Now he is also not coming and we are just paying the recharge amount for the days when we are not able to watch television. This is my humble request to tata sky to seek our issue as priority.

                Tata sky i'd [protected].. I have talked it the them 20 times over the last 6 weeks and they still have not bothered to come and upgrade my connection to hd.. No one calls and they close the request out. I also asked for a refund as i am paying got secondary to charges because if this as the he channels don't show on sd connection. No one there is ready to take ownership and get someone to fix the issue. Very pathetic service.. They are arrogant of their market share and fine bother about the customer inconveniences.

                    We have taken a new tata sky connection on apr14th based out of hyderabad through a local dealer however as they promised they would do the installation and within 48 hours. Meanwhile we had a family urgency and had to go out of station.

                    After returning from our tour on apr 29th we called the local dealer who booked the connection, but he talked so rude that i was helpless and called the customer care of tata sky to complain about the local dealer as well as our installation.

                    Tata sky customer care neither send us a technician as indicated over the call within two hours nor any one turned up for the installation yet and today is 3rd may 2019

                      Tata sky laga dala to life zingala. Zingala means customer life will be hell.
                      Worst service by leading group
                      I purchased new connection on 24th april 2019 and dealer promise me one month free channel viewing but my connection disconnected on 2nd may 2019.
                      When i contacted customer care they told me that 290rs deducted from my account for cable charge for 23meter they told me that total wire used in my house is 33 meter in which 10 meter was free and i have to pay for 23meter. But my point is only 10-12 meter wire was used and same was commuincated to them. Why there is overcharging for this.

                        My registered mobile number for tata sky is[protected] and subscriber id is [protected]. I have primary connection of tata sky since last 4 years.

                        I want for secondary connection and i call tata sky call centre on 20 april 2019 and confirm form customer executive for secondary connection. Customer care executive told me that secondary connection will be available with first month free subscription then i applied for secondary connection on same day from dealer of tata sky namely "tiwari electronics saharanpur" but i watched that one month free subscription not given to me. I complaint it from tata sky customer care. He told me that you purchase the second secondary connection from dealer please complaint to dealer. Dealer told me that please complaint on tata sky they can give you solution when i furrher complaint tata sky and i told him about all problems then they told me that they solve my problem within 2 to 3 days. I received there phone from last 10 days on interval of 1 to 2 days. They asked me what was my complaint then i brief always about my complaint in brief and they ensure me every time for sort out my problem within 1 to 2 days.

                        But now without solve my problem they msg me that your complaint resolved by our representative.

                        Pls my complaint be rectified otherwise i will liable to take legel action against tata sky.

                          Hi team,

                          I dont understand how much bad tata sky broadcast is working for few paid channels like suntv, vijay, z tamil during the evening time (Prime time). We can see only blank screen. Despite master reset, reset tata sky box, power reset nothing seems to be working fine. While other free channels like 1546, madha channel, vijay super are working fine, why only this issue is happening for few channels?

                          While reporting the issues to helpdesk, they are saying they will charge rs100 for the visit. Is this a new business you are tryinng to do, on top of overcharging for paid channels? Will tata sky refund for the number of days the channels are not working? I havent seen such pathetic service from tata group.

                          Pls kindly let us know how we can disconnect the service.

                          The issue was resolved after paying (Rs 100) for the technical person visit . He also checked and changed the power adapter (Rs150) of the tatasky box. Hope it helps other customers.
                          The issue seems to have happened again in 30 days. Tatasky is claiming they will charge for the technical person visit again to check the problem. What kind of support do they have ?

                          They seem to be doing this as a business. Pushing some update so the tatasky bos never works and charge for the tech support visit every month ?

                          Tata sky DTH they are merely cheating customer to lay for technical visit even though the problem is on their side...I am unable to view only 3 channels sun tv, k tv even after subscribed fr it...Chat care executive is saying he has no technical knowledge and i have to request technical visit it seems why shld i pay when there is no problem from my side

                            The service provider has migrated my plan to best fit plan without asking me and not adhered to trai order on long term plan as it states that till the time previous long term plan is valid, the dth provider cannot port u in the best fit plan. I have already approached tata sky to resolve the issue but no response from there side. I have even registered a complaint also but still no resolution has been provided to me.

                              Seeing many times advertisement isko laga dala to life jhingalala...

                              I remember, i started Tata Sky tv new connection in Feb 2016 with HD service and found all ok till 1 year.

                              After that i relocate my rented house and request for re installation Tata sky and observe after few months that many channels which are free to air are not coming. So for just double check why i compare with my office colleague who also using same pack with TATA SKY and get to know there is some problem while installation of dish due to that signal are low and channels are less.

                              Thats why i called to tata sky and request for visit but get answer it will chargeable Rs 250/- i asked why these charges as i already paid Rs 300/- than answers came ye to lagenge. If Dish not installed properly by yours team member for that i already paid Rs 300/- than why i give again Rs 250/- when fault is yours side. No solution done by TATA SKY for that. But never found any help or solution by TATA even after many complaints.

                              Now once again when i shift to new location i.e. in April 2019. I request to tata sky for re-installation. I request to executive don't make any joint in wire if new wire is required without joint i will pay.

                              As the executive don't have wire at that time as per his statement. He simply made 2 joints and start TV for checking purpose and feels signal value is very very low i.e. 2 to 3 and said i will come tomorrow with new wire. But by next day he not bring any wire with himself and said i will use amplifier it will work. Now signal value is coming around 20. I asked why you not bring wire he said i will come tomorrow till that you can use this amplifier tomorrow i will come again and solve it.

                              By next day Amount deducted from TATA account for installation + wire + amplifier, and now when am putting request again and again no one interested in visit. TATA customer care says that if you want further installation we can arrange visit but you have to pay again.

                              When installation is incomplete till date signal not coming properly than why i pay again.

                              Request you to either resolve it or refund my amount. As i will not pay additional amount on your wrong installation basis.

                                Hi,

                                I found that your tatasky broad band service provider in cherry county society harass me and talk very rudely. I give the payment as they told to me then they told that in night provide me the connection and i wait for them upto 11:00 pm but they didn't come. Then they told that they will come in the morning at 10:00 am, but they didn't come. But that is not the problem, when i called them for the connection, they use very very harsh language. This is totally untolerable. Before the payment they used to talk very polietly, but as soon as i payed the amount they used to talk very very rudely as they don't care about the customer. I found this very very harrasing.

                                Now i don't want your connection and want my payment back. Please take some needful action asap.

                                  We tried connecting the Tata sky after we got it recharged. But there appears a problem with digital card as it says the digital card is wrong.

                                  Hi, we're here to help. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

                                    In our society tata sky broadband launched and in offer they gave gifts for particular package. I took the same and i registered for free gift which supposed to be delivered in 15 days from the date of registration as per their policy. I registered on 16th march 2019 every time i called them i hear one thing that it's delayed due to quality check but finally i took stand and after continues follow up finally gift was delivered on 29th april 2019.
                                    But the gift was defective and not working as mentioned so i raised this with tata sky delight team but they are refused to send me replacement and they are so arrogant that not accepting their mistake.
                                    Similar lots of people in my society facing similar challenge.

                                      The above connection was taken on 25.03.2019.
                                      It was observed on 22nd April that no channels were coming with a message on the below portion of screen that payment is due on 23.04.2019. The payment was made on 22nd itself but the payment due message continued even thereafter. A complaint was made on 23rd April. Someone called from Tata sky Pune office and and it was agreed that some technician will be sent to redress the complaint. When there was no response, another complaint was lodged and some one promised that the technician will come on 25th evening at 6.30 pm.I agreed to that. Then, someone called from tata sky that the technician will visit between 7.20 pm to 8.20 pm without mentioning that a representative/technician was to make a visit around 6.30 pm.
                                      Around 8.06 pm, I received another message that I shall be informed within 2 hours for making an appointment.
                                      I sent another complaint sharing what had happened with me. I was informed that someone will come around 11.30 am on 27.04.19. A guy came around 1.pm, and checked up the set top box also as there was no signal being received. He managed to start the TV but that did not stay even for 24 hours.
                                      Interestingly, I was asked to give feedback & advised that my work order was cancelled and received 10 messages with following content:

                                      "your cancellation code is 648722 for tata sky wo no. 1FNPZXW6. Kindly share it with our representative only if your request is resolved or visit is not required"

                                      It is again giving the same old problem that no signal is coming.

                                      Yesterday, I once again complained and requested that if I can not have regular services and Tata sky can not resolve the issue, please remove the the installed equipment (dish and set up box ) and refund the amount paid by me. There is no response so far.
                                      Since practically, I have not been able to watch any TV since the 22nd April though the monthly charges have been paid and services provided by tata sky are totally un-professional, I want an immediate redressal to my complaint.

                                        I was using tatasky services from last 2years and customer care cell is very bad from my experince and now whem asked for refund of my remaining balance of semi annual platinum package which i recharged 2 months back.. and now when asked for refund gives useless clauses to surrender ur setup box after surrendering setup box now got a call to surrender remote and adapter... just giving clauses like a govt services..
                                        i lodge a complaint in consumer court also.. lets see what happens...
