My id with them is [protected]. Today around 11.35 a. M. I spoke to their rep. At no.[protected] & asked my t. V screen is showing renewal date 24-5-19 & you have sent sms that our due date is 1-5-19. As we understand as per trai contracts executed before 31-3-19 due date will not be changed. She did not agree for that & told if we pay for 12 months validity will be 13 months & it will be flashed on our screen. To my utter surprise msg on screen shows date 25.4.20. On lodging complaint with them no number was assignd. I am veermati chahal, mobile[protected] mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com

    I need clarification on your recharge plans, you people have updated a plan of rs.115, 30days validity with 12 channels.

    I have recharged it but i havent seen that 12 channels why..???
    Is it a fake plan...?? It will be very good, i[censored] ppl respond me soon and clarify it.,
    Or else.. I wish to it this for next level..

I have payed amount of rs 2015/- for telugu hd pack still now no one had called me r any regarding. I am also sending the copies what u have given to me.

      Whether by tomorrow i may have connection r otherwise plz refund back money through paytm

        I am having a recurring problem with channels on my tatasky subscription. Every time i raise a complaint, tatasky sends an engineer, who fixes something and i am charged 100 rs for that. I keep fighting with tatasky on why they are charging for support that they should be providing. When i am paying a subscription, it should be providers responsibility to make sure that i get what i pay for. This is really ridiculous and i want to look for alternate cable connection options.

            I have called tata sky since last, 2 weeks. They book the tata sky hd box and give the subscriber number and ask to wait 2 hr to get a call for appointment. Its been 2 weeks no one is bothered to even call for a new connection. What a fake service. Very bad experience. I think you should stop this 2 hr service in india. Fake company. I will never suggest any one for tata sky

              Hi my name is kirankumar, 1year back i have transfered my settop box to my brother name kept it in inactive state and then moved it to banglore. Now i have relocated to hyderabad. Now i want ot use that secondary box which is existing in brother's name thats why i have raised a split request (1fefsdl6) after that i got call from backend team, they asked us to take the split confirmation, we gave the confirmation and then got another call from backend team to create a new subcription id but suddently split request got cancelled without any reason...

              I spoke to senior executives about this issue no one is giving the proper answer and again they have raised a seperate split requests.. I ahve waited almost 10days but still the issue is not resolved. Everytime i called to helpdesk they told me to raise a request...

              Yesterday i spoke tatasky superviser (Manasi) she raised a high priority request (1fiua70i) but didn't get any update again they asked us to raise a new request... Its disgusting. Please help me to split the seconday box and give me the new subcription id then i will use the box. Please resolve the issue asap.

                Dear Sir,

                I have taken Annual pack from TATA SKY DTH for the period 12.01.2019 - 12.01.2020. My Subscriber No ([protected]) and all of sudden Tata Sky authorities discontinued my existing annual pack and selected unwanted channels (they selected channels in such a way that subscribers should manage the pack immediately on their own). I contacted customer care executives immediately on the same date i.e., 16.03.2019. None of the customer care executives gives a proper response and takes my complaint. I have paid for the period 12.01.2019 - 12.01.2020 after continuous shunting for subscribing Annual pack by TATA Sky DTH. Now This DTH service provider not even informed me properly and discontinued my pack which I have paid in advance till 12.01.2020. When I went through "THE TELECOMMUNICATION (BROADCASTING AND CABLE) SERVICES
                STANDARDS OF QUALITY OF SERVICE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
                (ADDRESSABLE SYSTEMS) REGULATIONS, 2017 ( No. 2 of 2017" Section 10 clearly mentioned as below:

                10. Restriction on discontinuation and modification of subscribed bouquet during its lock-in period when all the constituent channels are available on distribution platform.— No distributor of television channels shall iscontinue any bouquet, or modify the composition of the bouquet, subscribed by the subscriber during its lock-in period or during the period for which ubscription amount has been paid in advance by such subscriber in pursuance of any scheme offered by the distributor, if all the channels forming part of the
                bouquet continue to be available on its platform:

                Provided that in case, the nature of any constituent pay channel of the subscribed bouquet of pay channels is changed to ‘free-to-air channel’ or the maximum retail price of such pay channel is increased beyond rupees nineteen, as the case may be, the distributor, irrespective of the lock-in period or the scheme, shall remove such channel from the bouquet and reduce the subscription charges of that bouquet payable by such subscriber by the amount equivalent to discounted distributor retail price of that channel, taking into account the discount offered by the distributor on such
                bouquet vis-a-vis the sum of distributor retail prices of all constituent pay channels:

                Provided further that such distributor shall not substitute the removed channel with alternative channel in the subscription package of such subscriber and it shall be permissible for the subscriber to subscribe any channel or bouquet and the distributor or its linked local cable operator, as the case may be, shall, upon receiving the request from the subscriber, activate such requested channel or bouquet.

                The above section clearly mentions that until and unless subscriber opts to change, the service provider should not change the existing pack for the subscribers those who are paid in advance for a lock-in period.

                I have not at all requested them to change as per the new rules. At least they should continue my existing pack till 12.01.2020 as I have not asked to change.

                I request your intervention to look into the matter and instruct the service provider to continue my existing pack till 12.01.2020 and correct me if anything wrong my side.

Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration.                 Hello All,

                After completing 3 years of service automatically set top box is not working tried with all check . Customer care said it's ok from their side. . Still issue not Resolved .
                Companies doing this to buy new set top boxes. It's questions on faith and belief on Tata sky . .

                    Trying to book new connection by calling customer care and they were saying they will arrange in 24hrs and 2hrs and 1hr every day they will make new reason and never got cal back or technician to arrange new connection, the worst service ever faced. Whenever we give a cal they will ask for all information and they will blame their colleagues for not providing and they will promise to arrange and they will do never make a solution.

                      I was have one cable connection through sky cable tv network which is running by harish dhondiyal from shop no. 7, south avenue market, new delhi mobile [protected] office[protected].
                      After new rules and regulation by trai i have applied for some channels by sky cable, but without my knowledge he discontinue my cable connection in the mid of month april and saying i didn't paid monthly payment in the month of march and he behaved very badly.. He is saying ki hamne payment nhi kia then i was told him your payment boy is already collected from my house he again use bad words and ask my brother and mummy case me se number send karo
                      I told him that my mummy is not able to do this, send ur one boy for this and active my connection and is saying ki me kisi ladke ko ghr nhi bhejungga aapka connection mere through nhi aata aur agr mene number send krne ke liye bol diya to isme kya galat hai.
                      If no body able to remove and send him back the mentioned numbers... Ye uski duty banti hai and how can he discontinue my connection.. Pehle apne payment boy se puche ki payment aayi ya nhi.. And when i ask him for my 4 channel which i hv been applied in the form and he is not provided he was rude and disconnected my phone. After apply 2 or 3 mahine tak inhone service nhi di puri payment lete rhe, call kro to ghar nhi aate..20 30 br phone kro toh ph uthate hai pareshan ker rakha hai inhone. Light nhi hoti 2 3 din tak pure din me, kitni baar light jati hai tab puri payment kis haq se lete hai ye.

                      I have paid 350 rs.in month of march. Now i want my money back and take necessary action against him.

                        “no customer can be disadvantaged by the new regime of trai guidelines. If they want to continue with a long-duration pack, they can do so till the pack expires. However, if they find any other pack to be beneficial, they can switch.in this regard
                        Please refer to complaint request no. Sr[protected] dated 08.04.2019 lodged with tata sky dth provider related to my dth connection registered mobile no.[protected].

                        I had subscribed annual pack as per term and conditions in november 2018 and the same will expires in coming november 2019. After the latest regulation of the trai, the said dth provider had suo-moto converted the annual subscription into monthly subscription and also withdrawn several channels as originally provided.

                        In this regard a request complaint as stated above was lodged but the same is resolved without any response. Prima facie it seems no action has been taken to redressed the issue, which indicates the lethargic attitude of the service provider.

                        Hence, it is requested that the plan originally chosen by me as per term and conditions for one year may please be restored with a request to compensate the period for which it is converted into monthly plan till conversion to original one. Yours sincerely. Om prakash patel

Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration.                         Prima facie, the service provider has not provided the guidelines of trai relied upon to change the annual pack suo moto by them.
                        As per clause 17 of the telecommunication (Broadcasting and cable) services standards of quality of service and consumer protection (Addressable systems) regulations, 2017, “in case, the broadcasting services related to television have been availed by a subscriber with a lock-in period or the charges for subscription of broadcasting services related to television are paid in advance for a specific period by a subscriber in pursuance of any scheme offered by the distributor of television channels, the distributor shall continue to provide such services for such period to the subscriber without any increase in the price of subscription and without altering the other terms of subscription to the disadvantage of the subscriber.”
                        Dth service providers feigned ignorance of the trai mandate.
                        No customer can be disadvantaged by the new regime. If they want to continue with a long-duration pack, they can do so till the pack expires. However, if they find any other pack to be beneficial, they can switch.in the hands of the customers. Put up for kind consideration and natural justice.

All LDP pack subscriptions will come to an end as per new TRAI Tariff order, and migrated to Monthly packs having similar content (For eg, The best-fit pack for an Annual Platinum HD pack sub will the Premium Sports English HD pack). Please do not worry about the amount paid for the remaining duration of your LDP pack, as the same will be converted in to monthly balance and credited to your account within 24 hours of the movement to the new package.

                            Without my consent my long duration pack has been changed, on 6 th april 2019. Even when i have paid in advance till 23rd sep 2019. Even after my complain no action taken. Before 6 th april i was paying 6450 rs annually for one primary connection and 2 multi tv. Costing rs 17.67 per day. After new tarrif it become 323 rs per month for primary tv and 200 rs each for 2 tv total rs 723 per month. Which is rs 24.1 per day. Nearly 36% increase. This is not proper. Due to this i have to drop one multi tv connection. To cut cost. No action taken on my complain on 7th april. And repeated reminders.

                              You are always replying that go to tatasky.com and see the transaction history.
                              But when i always i say you that it shows balance is 3.12 from 01.10.18 not from 01.04.18 which i am demanding from aprox 80 days.

                              Or you don't want to understand and don't care about your customer, you have disconnected our id and nor replying it means you are not interested in solution.
                              When we call on tollfree no, we have to wait for 5-10 mnts and then after not sure to talk, if you are serious in the matter then you should try to resolve the problem and make contact on our rmn with you for proper solution, but it seems that you have no need of customers due to perhaps high business.

                                      My registered mobile number is [protected] & tatasky id is [protected]. I have selected the channels through tatasky app on 21 march 2019 and got it activated. I request you to clear the following issues:-

                                      1. I have subscribed for kochu tv (Malayalam children's channel) and the cost of the channel as per your app was rs 5.90. But i am not getting the said channel. Kindly activate the channel for me & forward the details of channel number.

                                      2. The rates of the channel that shown during channel selection display and in tatasky app are different. For example, rate of asianet hd is shown as rs 22.42 in tatasky app, but in channel display it is only rs 19. Same is the case for other channels also. The rates are also different in the channel's advertisement also. The rates as per tatasky is more than the channel's display also. Kindly get it clarified and rectify the issue. The image of asianet hd channel selection screen is annexed for your reference.

                                      3. Early reply on the issue is solicited.

                                      Hi, we understand your concern. Please note that broadcasters are advertising their packs prices without including taxes. As per the regulation, 18% tax will be applicable on all pack and channels prices. Applicable taxes are mentioned in broadcasters ads' fine print also for you to see.

                                        Trying to get the tata sky connection for last one week but didnt get the connection and upon contacting the support again, find out that connection request is closed as i was not picking up the call or not reachable. However i am picking up all the calls and phone no, is also reachable. Contacted the support many times and every time they mention in 2 hours connection will be done. But all are false promises and no body contacted. On top of that support lady mentioned that i denied connection and mentioned that in her call record, just liers.
