I have raised relocation requests multiple times for the past 3 to 4 days. Every-time i raise a request, it gets cancelled for no reasons and i don't get an update that it was cancelled. I have to followup later to check what happened and then i come to know that it was cancelled and i need to raise another request putting all the details again and again. This is like an harassment. I asked the customer care to escalate to next level and they put my in queue for 45 minutes and no body comes back online to talk. I will have to cut the call and call back. I have nowhere to go. Can somebody hear me...

    I have been using tata sky since ages and was very satisfied with thier services and professionalism.

    But i never expect that organisation like tata sky can do this to me. My issue is :

    I have subscribed to “zee prime english hd” pack which was costing me 41 rs per month including taxes. Now zee has revised this pack rate from 35 rs to 25 rs. While watching channels of this pack i came to know about this change.

    Now when i ask tata sky nodal officer about this. Their reaction is very unsupportive. He replied to me “we do not have any information about this”. I asked him to confirm it but no reaction.

    My request/complaint was closed with out even doing any action on it. I am paying extra 10 rs per month (41 rs) for that pack which has lower cost 31rs. Where to go. No body was there to listen customer.

    I do not excpect such unprofessional behaviour from tata sky.

    Hi, as per TRAI guidelines a broadcaster is supposed to inform about upcoming revisions in their packs/channels on their website 30 days prior to launching them on a distributor’s platform. We are in discussions with the broadcaster to incorporate their revised packs/channels on our platform and we will update the same on our website soon.

    Hi, Thanks for putting this request forward. Since it has been a week, I should expect some response on my complaint. Whatever is the process between TATA sky and broadcaster, customer should not have impact on price.

    One thing is quite straight on which we had agreement that Zee network has already updated the package rates so update your rates too so that I can add this package to my pack. I DONOT WANT TO PAY extra to TATA sky if broadcaster is costing less for that package. I hope my point is very clear here.

    Kindly take action as soon as possible.

    Six days I have been calling up everyday to Tata sky to shift my connection but issue still not resolved. Every day I speak to their agent each agent has a different thing to say and a different timeline.

        I did the payment of Rs. 2048 and the amount got deducted from my account (Transaction ID:[protected]. However, there was no confirmation number generated for booking instead error page was displayed after amount deduction. Screenshots are attached for your reference:

          We took tata sky connection with dhamaal pack which had almost all of the channels with hd channels for a duration of 1 year by paying approximately 5500 rs/- and additional for installation, it was in the month of sep 2018, my plan was supposed to end in september 2019, due to the recent trai regulations, tata sky has removed most of the channels and is asking us to add channels of our choice, the packs are so expensive that we get only 20-30% percent of channels and 700rs and validity equates only till june or july irrespective of the packs we choose, this is clear fraud by the d2h agency and now they blame the trai.
          Trai has also mentioned in a press release that the d2h vendors should honour the committment for long duration packages, we are clearly under loss due to the sudden change in the policies, customer support doesnt bother about the complaints and when asked to close the d2h connection they are claiming that they will not reimburse for the hardware and that again is a loss, this is broad light loot from these d2h vendors.

          All i want is the channels we initially subscribed for and until the committed period of the subscription.

          Hi, As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.
          I change the HD channel to simple channel yesterday is request on 27.03.2019 online and recharge today also Rs 271 through online which is want to watch channel but problem persist. so please solve the problem

          By mistake, I have added the Bollywood Tatasky package by a missed call. The service provider says that it cannot be cancelled as there is lock-in period of the 30 days. Please help.

            श्रीमान जी,
            Tray के नए नियमों के अनुसार मैं अपना टाटा स्काई का 02 टीवी का कनेक्शन [protected] को channel wise select किया था और उस एमाउण्ट का रिचार्ज कर लिया था, जो एक महीने के बजाए 20 दिन में ही बन्द हो गया। आज प्रातः पुनः 400 रुपए से रिचार्ज किया और साथ ही टाटा स्काई पर बात की गई तो बताया गया कि सिस्टम अपडेट नहीं हुआ था, आज हो जाएगा और जो भी बैलेंश है, वह एडजस्ट हो जाएगा। लेकिन अभी तक न तो टी0वी0 ही चालू हुआ है और न ही फोन पर बात हो पा रही है। स्क्रीन पर मैसेज जो आ रहा है, उसमें 375.71 का बैलेंश दिख रहा है और ड्यू डेट 20.04.2018 है, इसका मतलब क्या है। पिछले महीने जो प्लान सेलेक्ट किया गया था, वह 400 रुपए के अन्दर का ही था, जिसे कम्पनी द्वारा लागू न करके पूर्ववत् बनाए रखा गया, जो एक तरह से ग्राहक के साथ धोखाधड़ी है और आज भी सुबह 9.00 बजे से अब टीवी नहीं चालू नहीं हुआ है और न प्लान अपडेट किया गया है। जो भी कस्टमर केयर दर्शित हैं टीवी स्क्रीन पर, वह सब बन्द हैं। [protected] पर काल करने का कोई नतीजा नहीं मिल रहा है।
            अतः समस्या का समाधान करते हुए नए प्लान के अनुसार मेरे कनेक्शन को पिछले महीने से अपडेट करें।

            Suddenly my set up stop working, called on [protected].in evening... Just listing only recorded IVR for 25 minutes... Didn't connect with support executive.. Tried to call 2-3 times in night... They make us fool with saying "your call is important to us."

            I no t used tata sky dis h for so many months as a part of education, but now i am trying to use.on this day i recharged the my tata sky account and inserted the card properly as per instructions.but after i oning the tc it showing "It is wrong card for this set top box type error 1"

            Hi Rishi, remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

              I am having 3 different connections of tata sky dth registered to a single cell number [protected]. Subscriber id's are as follows: [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. I need to add few more paid channels to my two newly installed connections which are [protected]/[protected]. I had already downloaded tata sky app and did channel selection through app for my subscriber id [protected]. But i am not at all happy with the same service as i am getting very frequently logged out of the same. I just want to know if i can update my wishlist of paid channels through toll free number or not. I have called on toll free number but the representative named kumari priyanka refused that the same is not possible through toll free number. I need a confirmation for the same.

                  As per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 31st march 2019 at mytatasky website. But due to network connectivity i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.
                  I tried to login after some time but same issue happen.

                  Kindly help me to get 2000 rs. Vouchers.

Don't tell you are unable to reach me on my number I am getting calls from everyone except you. I think you people are just trying to ignore by just giving excuses. This is not the way I expected.

                    Dear sir,

                    I did receive a call from tatasky sales team about tatasky binge. I told them that i will get back to them by evening. But a representative was sent to my house with the device for installation. I took the device and they installed it but the device did not work. It was showing an error message. The guy who installed said that if i add some more money to my account, it will start working.. I did that and my balance is more than 750 now.. Still binge does not work for me.. I lodged the above complaint on 20th mar to pick up the device.. Till today, everyday they give different reasons for not picking the device.. Recently i got a message that the request is put on hold.. When i called the call centre, they said due to network issue at tatasky this issue is on hold.. I am not sure how network issue is related to picking the device. I needed to escalate the issue.

                    When i asked to transfer the call to a senior, they put me on hold for 30 mins and every 2 mins once they were checking if iam still on the call and again put me on hold.. This drama went on for 30 mins, as i did not give up, they had to connect to a senior.. She took time till end of day today but am not hopeful. So writing this email to you in anticipation of a resolution. Tatasky binge pack is attached to my subscription without the device working.. Please help to pick the device and remove the binge subscription which i am unable to do online myself

                    Btw, call centre response is hopeless.. Just to get connected to a representative, the wait time is almost 20 mins minimum which was not the case before

                    tata sky drama continues.. One guy calls me and tells that there is no request pending for tat sky binge pickup..whereas I have raised one already - 1E56OS9P - 3 DAYS back... Multiple requests raised but they update the status themselves to cancelled or on hold to their convenience

                    Today called customer care again and he says the request 1E56OS9P has some error, so not reflecting to backend team. He put me on hold to correct it.. After a few mins, he comes back and says -- due to network issue he is not able to update the request and I need to wait...

                    So the tatasky drama continues for 2 weeks -- shame on you tatasky.. This is how u treat a customer who is with you for more than 15 years ...

                    Received call and they want me to use the device and he says there is no request for pick up of the device. I am not sure how many requests they need.. Basically, they are trying the force a non working device on me and mint money .. Height of shamelessness..

                    Nodal officers are the most useless, multiple emails sent, but they stopped replying.. They are supposed to handle escalations.. If this issue is not resolved, I will log a consumer complaint, go to social media for help..

Every one asked for address, landmark, alternate phone number etc and I patiently gave all of them the same details again and again.. Looks like there is still more drama pending.. No one turned up.. I am expecting the same calls tomorrow asking for the same details .. I am surprised on how tatasky service has dropped its levels to such a low

                      Dish not installed when initially paid for equipment cost. It was activated on existing dish and equipment for tata sky was not installed. Now the dish doesnt work, there is no resolution provided.

                      Already complaint registered with tata sky and no resolution for 10 days. There have been repeated enquiries but no one is able to take action. This shows no customer service for someone using the service for 2 years or more.

                          Today I have relocated my connection and as per communication I need to give 300 rs but I gave 500 rs in which 300 rs charged as relocation charges and rest for my monthly balance but I don’t get access of all my channels as per package so kindly disconnect my connection and take all your dish and set up box with u I don’t want relation with Tata sky as I am not getting my favourite English movie channel

                            As of 31st March, most of the channels in my pack were suddenly terminated today afternoon and the channels show that I need to pay for them newly, even though those were already present in my pack. I cannot sign in to My TataSky as none of the members in my family remember the mobile number used for registration(RMN) and everyone i call Hellpline numbers, I am only directed to automated voice no matter whichever option I select. I have even dropped an email to which they haven't responded. TataSky on their part hasn't made any efforts to contact me yet.

                            Kindly resolve this ASAP.

This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration.                                 I bought Tata sky to replace cable tv, 20 days back from a dealer in vellore. After installation we do not feel that the channel picture quality is as good as a cable tv. HD channels are better but the SD channels are worst with lot of pixelation and blur. Cable tv was far better.
                                I reached out to the dealer and the technician but there was no response. They told me that they will come and check, bit they never did.

                                During installion the set top box fell from the terrace. I am not sure if that damaged anything.

                                  I got a call from Tata Sky representative around 15.03.19 that since I am their valuable customer I am being offered Tata Sky Binge (with free Amazon fire stick) at zero cost. I specifically enquired from the representative that If it carries any rental cost then I am not interested. I was told that it carries free applications along side paid channels and I can go for free channels only so that my monthly bill is not increased.
                                  But to my disappointment I was charged 249 per month for this service which was told to be free. I lodged complaint with them on toll free number on 18.3.19 under complaint no
                                  1DA7JB8U. Since then I am calling them daily to disconnect the Binge Service as it is costing app 9 rupees per day. To my utter disappointment Tata Sky is not disconnecting the service.
                                  I have also made same complaint through chat on their app and mail to their mailid and mail to Nodal Officer on 29.3.19 whose Service Request number is 1DWAXUTI.
                                  You are requested to advise Tata Sky to disconnect my Binge service forthwith and refund amount charged to me. A panelty for lack of service shall be welcome to make them aware of my plight.

                                    Tata Sky is not at all a good service provider. I am facing the same problem that srishi 285 faced, I don't know why my STB shopped working I complained at least 200-300 times to their helpline number and still they are not sending any technician. They are repeating that they will contact us in 2 hours and I am not receiving any call and after their time is reached, they give the time of 10 o clock next day, I am still waiting to get the technician here to solve my problem. 13 days I called the Tata Sky helpline and I am still worried. Very much disappointed

                                    That's not the matter that I am not receiving any calls from you guys matter is that I am not receiving the call from the technician I even talked with him so far. Just tell me that will you take a month or year to send a technician!!!

                                        Iam saying that signal probleam is your probleam why i have to pay charges for techniation but they are saying that for rigester complaint rs 100 need to pay

                                        If you are unable to recharge, give a missed call on 8891188911 from your RMN and get 3 days balance without any recharge. This Balance will be debited on 4th Day.

                                        Please ignore, if already recharged.

                                        Any change in pack will affect your monthly charges and validity
