Hi,

From yesterday; my tata sky is showing a complete blank screen. However the tata sky box is showing green and orange light but didn't show anything on tv screen. It also showing starplus repeat channel no. 118; tatsky beauty channel no. 119 and your advertisement channel also but did not show any main channel. Its so frustrating because there is problem on every second day which i have to deal with.

I am helpless now because every second day your customer care executive say to call technician and pay them. I think in a year you guys make your customer pay an extra heavy amount to you or your technician are not really good that can do a job in a one go. You can check my id that how many times you charged us extra money for your technician visits. I am fed up now. Kindly please help me.

    My name is ajay raj singh gurjar. My id is [protected]. I have recharged my tata sky dth on 3rd june 2018 with one year plan of the company and it would be date 02 june 2019 but company is not providing me facility according my yearly plan. When i contacted on customer care they are unable to provide me facility according my plan. They told me that we will not provide you any service after 31st march by govt plan. But when i recharged my dth with one year plan so company should be provide me yearly facility. I am not satisfy with company.

You will be migrated to a new monthly plan with your balance being adjusted. You can choose your channels & packs that best-fits your viewing requirements on www.mytatasky.com. Let us assure you the same regulation is applicable for all DTH and Cable operators.

    My name is ajay raj singh gurjar. My id is [protected].My mobile number is [protected] I have recharged my tata sky dth on 3rd june 2018 with one year plan of the company and it would be date 02 june 2019 but company is not providing me facility according my yearly plan. When i contacted on customer care they are unable to provide me facility according my plan. They told me that we will not provide you any service after 31st march by govt plan. But when i recharged my dth with one year plan so company should be provide me yearly facility. I am not satisfy with company.
    Since last 5 months, due to exams and everything we haven't recharged our Tata Sky Dish and today when we did it's showing, "This is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing Error)".
    Please help us resolving this!

    Hi, help is here. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
    Dear sir,
    I have booked tata sky on 18th of march but till date i havent receive any call frm your installer. I have called at call center every day they reschedule my installation date but i always get cancelled the work order & i m asking to the call center for why it get cancelled then they do not have the reason.

    but I am not satisfy your reply. when I have last recharge my TATA SKY DTH you have provide me one year plan. so it would be complete on 2nd June 2019 but you have stop my package in middle april 2019. you have replied that that package is depend on govt rules but It is your problem not my problem .you must provide us yearly facility according to my yearly plan. after 2nd june 2019 I will recharge My DTH according to your new rules and regulations ( Govt rules ) but now you have to provide me facility till 2nd june 2019.please reply me soon.

      I have a tata sky connection with id no.[protected]. I have an additional connection on the same id with a second set up box. This second set up box is not functioning and a message appears that this card is wrong for this set up box. This problem had arisen earlier in january also and with much difficulty and repeated requests was resolved.
      Since tatasky is unable to stop recurrence of this problem, i would request that this second connection may be disconnected and extra charge on this account be reduced and monthly charges already paid adjusted accordingly. I am waiting for confirmation of my request.

      Hi, we are here to assist you. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

          My upgradation had been submitted in the office but till now had not received any call from the office even i had requested that i need to upgrade it my today itself otherwise it will not be possible for me to upgrade later on. It’s been more than 10 years i m connected with ur company but it seems it’s no use of it. If company can not satisfy the need of old costumers how can we expect for new once... I m very disappointed 😞 with the service

            Switched me without any consultation to an alternate plan and as a result most of subscribed channels are blank now. TRAI says that dth operator should honour prepaid annual plans. Tatasky says they have this instruction till 31.03.2019 after which they are free to fleece consumers. What is the truth?

            Hi, help is here. As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.

              It is very disappointing as you have increased the charges, though paying expensive charges i do not get the facility to watch my tv, every time your executives say that there a technical problem tv will work only after 3:00am which is ridiculous when i have recharged the tv should work, your technical glitch is always there why can't it be rectified.

              I called one of your executive today at 1.45am he transferred my while i was complaining about the issue and now he has transferred my call without saying anything and it is more than 25 min this so pathetic service that you provide.

              Unsatisfactory and annoying customer service.

                unable to update package

                I'm unable to update my tata sky package through the app and the website. Keep getting an error message saying, "your request could not be processed. You have already ordered the selected package". Having tried getting in touch with tata sky through chat and phone calls. They asked me to wait. But it's been over two days now and package is not changed. Still getting the same error message while trying to change package. Please help!...

                My suscriber id is [protected]/rmn number is [protected], i have recently relocated on my new address (C104, dsk kunjaban, koyate wasti, punawale, pune) and i already dismentaled tata sky connection from my old address so i just want to activate the connection on my new address, therefore yesterday i had raised requist for relocation, technician came and done internal cable connectivity but he fail to start my connection and he told us he cant do anything as building amplifier is faulty due to that not getting proper signal, and also said connection will start after replacing amplifier. Now its 4th day but still not get any update and responce from tata sky. I repeadly called technician who was visited my home but he is still giving fake promises.

                    Its very irritating for searching of subscribed channels in tatasky. I have been asking them remove list of channels which I haven't subscribed.
                    We will be wasting most of the time searching of the desired channel and it tests our patience. I would request to take appropriate action reg this and help the million of subscribers come out of this hurdle

                        I've been using tata sky for a long time now. For the past few months i've not used tata sky and it was deactivated for sometime. Before 2 days i recharged my tata sky account and haven't checked after that. Today the screen is black and the message displayed says "this is the wrong card for this set top box".                           I have taken new connection and recharged with amount 290 on 31st march. Till yesterday it was showing my recharge date is 29th april 2019 but today it is showing recharge date as 6th april 2019. Yesterday technician visited because of some issue in setup box and he changed hdmi cable and went without taking any amount as it is under warranty. But now it is showing 225 has been deducted from my account. My subscriber i'd is [protected]. When i called to customer care they are saying they won't be take new complaint as another complaint is already opened. This is not fair

                              My tata sky subscriber id is [protected]. I made payment of Rs 642(monthly charge) on 18 February 2019 which was not credited to my account and I was getting deactivation messages.Again I made payment on 25 February 19 to avoid deactivation. I made number of calls to Tatasky customer care and wrote mails to [protected]@ tatasky.com but issue is not resolved till date.

                              Again on 22 March 19, I made payment of Rs 642 which was credited to subscriber Id [protected](as mentioned on payment receipt) which is not active for the last three years.I had to make payment of Rs 642 again in March 19 to avoid deactivation.Again, I contacted Tatasky customer care and also wrote to them that double payment by me has been credited to wrong id ie [protected].
                              Though customer care executive confirmed that payments made by me have been credited to wrong Id but till date they have not given credit in my tatasky id till date.I have even written to tatasky CEO but there is no response.
                              Whenever I contacted tatasky customer care they give complaint no. and assure someone will call from their back end team. though I received calls from back end team but issue still remains unresolved.

                                Hi this has reference to my subscription to zee prime pack having 5 channels &flixhd, & privyhd zeecafe, wion and living good.

                                Originally it was priced as rs 39 plus taxes and charged at rs 41.30 but now as per zee it is reduced to rs 25 plus taxes which means ra 29. Attach is the screen shot of zee prime pack advertisement on the screen giving the price.

                                You need to reduce the charges to my account for this pack. Earlier also i did talk on chat and they said you send the screen shot as they do not have the information.

                                I have sent the screen shot as advertised by every day on & privy hd giving details of price of rs 25 (Reduced from rs 39) but tata sky till date has not reduced the price though they called me and told that it will be done but still they are charing rs 41.30.

                                Please reduce the price charged from rs 41.30 to rs 25/ as mentioned above and give credit of earlier days as it is being reduced from last week i. E 27th march 2019.

                                    We have a Tata sky connection with I'd [protected] and we are unable to view the channels as they are telling to take a seperate pack as they have reduced the rate I am trying to call the helpline the nos are always busy and they are trying to call from the registered mobile no our no is changed so kindly help to solve the issue as the channels are not seen

                                      I am trying to call your customer service but each time i call i find it busy with someone else. I had already complaint about that but again it is happening and i àm disappointed. I am not satisfied with your customer service. I àm not well explained about your new subscribing service by the customer care. Inspite of subscribing my channels, after recharge i am not able to view them. I hope it would be fixed soon. Thankyou
