On 06.04.2019, my Tata sky channels disappear without any prior notice, even though I have paid my annual subscription upto 22 may 2019. I am continuously trying customer care but no one responding. I have downloaded Tata sky app but no otp coming.

I have not subscribed to Tata sky for past 4 months later on I paid the recharged for 560/- and then the error is showing as this is wrong card for this set of box ( pairing error ) NDS :[protected].

Hi, that's not how it should have been. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

    TRAI guidelines gives the consumer to choose packs beneficial to them. Point no. 11 at page 6 of Frequently Asked Questions in official website of TRAI I.e trai.gov.in clearly states that 11. What if annual subscription charges are paid by a subscriber in advance? In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price / charges and without altering the other terms of subscription. The distributors cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantage to the subscriber in such cases. However, if the subscriber wants to switch over to a new package after 1st February, 2019 then the proportional balance amount of existing package as on the date of switch over may be adjusted for the new package prices after 1st February, 2019.

    So the discontinuation of long duration packs paid in advance is violation of TRAI guidelines.

You will be migrated to a new monthly plan with your balance being adjusted. Before which you will need to choose your channels & packs that best-fits your viewing requirements on mytatasky.com. Let us assure you the same regulation is applicable for all DTH and Cable operators.

    Existing LDP in force can not be migrated if consumer want to continue with this as per TRAI guidelines as quoted previously in my complain

    Hi, we understand your concern. You can always log in to www.mytatasky.com > enter your RMN/ Subscriber ID> click on my account and enter password> under profile tab you can modify the RMN. Once you change the RMN, click on "Manage Packs" to add/drop the individual channels/packs of your choice.
    I am hanumantharao applied for Tata Sky and provided id [protected].

    Your people contact me now and then but did not connect dish.

    I request your possibility for connection to me earlier.

    We got recharge done for 1 month which got exhausted in 15 days with the excuse that 2 TVs have been recharged but actually only one setup box was working.And also, the customer care is aware of it but isn’t listening about the issue neither helping.

      It was been 2weeks that some of our channel were not working so we complaint to tatasky and on every visit they say your lenses is fail your wire is not good or your clamp is not proper .We fed up of their services took over priced money I had to pay 500 for that thing every time and no bill was provided by company claiming that he was from tatasky and not even sharing the details of him please help me with this

        Reference above here undersigned regret to informed you that i had subscribed above package on september 2018 by paying rs. 8500 annually. Which covered all channels and had maint/installation benefits.

        On 01.04.2019 they had modified my subscribed package without my knowledge/permission. Present package not covering all the channels as per subscribed package. I had spoken to 04 customer executives 03 senior and 01bigboss. But they are not ready provide any solution or resolution on it.
        Tatasky using trai name for all blames.
        They are not ready to provide all channels as per previous package.

        Everytime many channels in their provided package are appeared chargeable basis.

        Tatasky have no provision to refund back to my paid account.

        Complain raised two times but no reply till date.

        Hi, we understand your concern. These changes are being made in order to comply with the "Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) services Tariff Order 2017" issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The said order is applicable on all broadcasters (such as Star, Sony, Zee, etc) and distributors of content such as DTH operators, Cable operators and Internet Protocol TV (IPTV).

        I have been following up with the customer care for past 4 days every make 2 to 3 call to the customer care and requested for installation. The only reply i get is we will call you within two hours but no call at all. today also i have called two time till now i have not received any call back from Tata sky .

        After the new TRAI rules, the multi TV conection chage has increased twice the amount.Earlier I had to pay just 250/- and now its 500/-.
        Trai should intervene and sort out.When other service providers are charging led, why is TATA SKY charging more.

        Hi, due to implementation of the new Tariff order the input costs for MultiTV connections have increased, which has resulted in a marginal increase in MultiTV prices. However, continuing with a MultiTV connection is still more value for money than going for a new DTH/cable connection.
        I lost my RMN therefore I want to change my RMN for which I can select my channel package .

          We asked for changing fish from our balcony to terrace on 7th April. On 9th again we called and after that the signal also was not there on our tv.but till yesterday np action was taken. Again yesterday I called and the customer care again took down my complaint the no of which is WO#1F0T3TbI. After that the technician came today and said oh I don't have tools so I'll come on Wednesday. Then I started calling customer care again then he said ok I will do it today. He said I will return with tools in an hour but now after 4 hrs also he has not come and not answering his phone also. I am paying for the channels but nothing is coming and the dish is also not changed to the terrace. Everyday I have to call but nothing is done.

            Hello,

            My customer id : id[protected] - paid 11100/- for services.

            I have raised complaint # 1f2eluoy, tata sky services have been revoked without intimation, now they are stating its dth change in government polices.

            I have got credit of rs. 3576.76/- even if we divide the cost it would be 4400/- i should get credit back they are unable to provide proper break up of this.

            This is day light robbery of customer who opted for highest pack and got pathetic services from tata sky.

            I am not using the Tatasky set up box for a month. Now when i am on the TV it was showing "this is the wrong card for this setup box (pairing error). So what to do now.

              Its really disappointing to note that the customer care executives are not able to understand the problem and they do not want to resolve the problem also. I am not able to view most of the channels i used to watch. But my subscription amount has been doubled. Earlier it ws Rs 160. Now its 300+.

                My subscriber i'd is [protected] and my registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I subscribed for one year dhamaal mix pack in august 2018. I want to remain with the one year pack which was paid by me on 16th august 2018 and valid till 16th august 2019. But from 31st march 2019 tata sky abruptly and without my consent discontinue some of the channels subscribed and paid by me in advance which is highly objectionable and against the policy of trai. Also the validity of the amount paid by me is reduced by one month. I contacted tata sky frequently but they refuse to resume the pack.

                In the view of the above discontinuation of my 1 year pack effective from 16/08/2018 is clear cut violation of TRAI guidelines.
                55 box buy 3 month provide free but 2 months coming wrong number update right number not update call center person no body any help so please take actions thank you.

                  I purchase a ebook worth Rs 665/- via google play and the money was deducted from my bank, but i did not get the purchase i paid for and i didn't even receive the receipt. But the amount is debited from my account and not yet refunded. Kindly look into this matter and resolve issue and please make sure that the amount is refunded. I've attached the proof regarding the payment.

                    Its really a painful matter that, after a long association of say 3 years, tata sky executive asked me to pay 2000₹ in cash for the new connection instead of providing me the replacement. Not only this, they hv asked me that since my box is physically damaged (Don't know how when where) now i have to purchase a new connection...
                    Don't u feel, u guys are now started cheating your customers. Its really a matter of pain & distress for a customer like us.

                      I had raised a request to tata sky to split my connection, i was assured by the tata sky team that for the split of the my connection, i will be assisted by the tata sky team within 24 hours and the maximum timeline would be 72 hours.
                      Post the above advice, the form was sent on the 10th april.
                      I followed up with the tata sky team on 12th april itself and was again given an assurance that my request will be resolved by 13th april.
                      But since i didn't receive any call till today afternoon, 13th april, i have again been following since today afternoon and have spoken to various executives, naming a few - mr irfan (Employee id 170659), mr abhishek - sr executive and mr rajeev kumar (Team leader, employee id 127270). I have atleast called tata sky thrice today and requested to connect me to a manager hoping to get a resolution on priority but neither was i connected to a manager nor did i receive a call back.
                      And to top up, i have been advised by the tata sky team to wait till 18th april for the resolution.
                      While taking the request none of the executives advised that the processing timeline is 8 days and as per regulations as well all queries / requests need to be resolved within 48-72 hours.
                      I am highly disappointed with the tata sky customer service.
                      When it comes to selling a connection the same is installed within a day but when it comes to servicing an existing customer, they are advising to wait till 8 days.

                      Kindly help in resolving this issue.

                          I have paid online for new connection tata sky dth

                          I have not got any sms nor enail yet from tata sky

                          I have tried calling the customer care since morning no one is ready to help out

                          I did not get any subscriber id yet and when i checked with the customer care they says that number is also not registered,

                          I have already dropped an email to them but no response yet

                          I want to know what is the issue because tata sky has already got my amount which is 2344 rupees but no response yet from them

                            OUR ACCOUNT GOT DEACTIVATED WITHOUT ANY REASON. WE PAID RS. 400+250=650/- FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CONNECTION AGAINST DEMAND OF RS. 575/- BY TATA SKY ON DATED 11/3/19 FOR A MONTH (EXCESS RS. 80, LAPSED BY TATA SKY?)

                            DISCREPANCIES IN SERVICE OF TATA SKY ARE :-

                            1. EARLY THIS MONTH OF 06/04/2019 FOR VIEWING THE CHANNELS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH AND OUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD ENDS ON 10/04/2019 But TATASKY deactivated OUR ACCOUNT ON 06/04/2019 BEFOR 6 DAYS ?
                            2. CHANNEL 663 NICK DEACTIVATED ON 01/04/2019 ALREADY PAID CHANNEL?

                            We are suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of officer of TATA SKY So, look into this matter seriously and do IMMEDIATE ACTION TO SAVE THE TIME AND ENERGY OF BOTH BY ACTIVATE OUR BOTH ACCOUNT FOR ALREADY PAID BALANCE AMOUNT.                               My account got deactivated without any reason. I paid rs. 400 early this month for viewing the channels for a period of one month and my subscription period ends only in the 1st week of may 2019. But tatasky deactivated my account. Tata sky incorrectly debited rs300 my amount for "dish relocation" service whereas no such work was done as i live in a gated community where we share common dish.

                              Tata sky debited the amount stating that the work related to Dish movement which is untrue; I do not have a Dish as I share a common Dish. Even the technician confirmed that he did not do anything to the Dish and that there would not be any charges for the work done, i.e., just connecting the cable to the set top box.

                                From last 3 days i have been complaining about paid channels unable to view on multi tv. It shows me to subscribe to channel please call on a number given on scree. Even after calling on that number there is no resolution. Some channels show to send sms however i have subscription and still i am facing the issue.
                                I have called almost 10 times. They say it is technical problem will be resolved from back end. Some says field technician is required. Technician visited the site and said it is back end problem and needs to be resolved from back end.
                                I am fed up with tata sky and want disconnection. I dont think tata sky has proper persons to resolve such issues. Every time i call they say we are escalating to technical team but till now there is no resolution.

                                  I have subscription number [protected] which was installed about 10-11years back. I have not using tata sky almost for about last 3 years and my account was remaining deactivated. Now after the recent tariff regulations, i activated the account just to find the system availability. I found the system installed is quite old and set up box need to be changed along with receiver etc and involve additional cost. I therefore decided to abandon the system and go for a new installation with new subscription. The new subscription is in service. Hoever when i requested the company to deregister my subscription [protected], i got an irrelevant response about merging all systems old with new. It was a stupid response since i want to de register the subscription id since it is not active now and will never be used in lifetime. But this company appears not to understand my request and go writing about merging. It appears that this company do not seem to have well qualified personnel even to understand what is my requirement. Similarly when you see the channel, and want to add or drop channel you will find sample sms as ' add channel number' and sms to 56633. But when u send sms, u will get response as 'wrong keyword, package no required. After this again you send sms add channel no subscription id. You will get response 'subscription id does not exist' eventhough i have put the new subscription id instead of the old inactive id. Overall this companys service is poor and can never be improved upon because of not having well qualified personnel. To avoid confusion in this company i am not giving the new subscription id since the company will mess it up and my system presently in order may be in trouble.

                                  I want my id removed from your system. This is not done. Keeping my data when I never have a system of your company is considered as offence. Please remove my old id instead of sending stupid communication. I am still able to login with old id and your system do not have reregistration facility online like a y other websites

                                  As I said in the complaint i want the ID removed since it has no system installed with it anymore. Why you should keep my personal data with you when I object to that. U need to deregister the ID mentioned to you. In absence of positive response i will take up the matter to consumer court demonstrating my right to privacy and misuse of my data by your company for ulterior motive.

                                  In view of several request and phone call from them MY ID remains as it is. One of the personnel was asking me to charge the account which has no system installed associated with it. U can imagine the illiteracy in this company with a bunch of fools who cannot understand even the query. The company want to retain the subscription ID which has no installation system with it like a monkey which do not know what to with a system given to it for operation.This appears to be a rotten company keeping IDS without system connected as a publicity and might be using personal Data with ulterior motives through their illiterate personnel.

                                    I installed new tata skyhd set up box worth rs 2000 all inclusive including wire & 1month subscription on 27/3/2019 as per dealer commitment.
                                    Now on 11/3/19 tata sky disconnected the channels & deducted rs 84 making excuses that for 7mts extra wire charges.
                                    Then i logged a complaint to tata sky help centres that i have not used more than 3mtrs of wire.
                                    Complaint no 1etbytlw has not been resolved from my side.

                                      I have been raising this concern with tata sky since last 20 days. My issue is with rates of tata sky website and zee entertainment network package rates.

                                      1) 'zee prime eng hd' at tata sky web site = 41 rs per month
                                      2) 'zee prime eng hd' at zee network website = 25 rs per month (Excluding taxes)

                                      Tata sky is making fool of their customers and when raising voice no one there to respond because they don't care. Customer is paying extra, tata sky is earning money, why would tata sky care if they are extra revenue on it.

                                      I am raising this concern here and expecting it can be taken forward for further action.

                                      Hi, as per TRAI guidelines a broadcaster is supposed to inform about upcoming revisions in their packs/channels on their website 30 days prior to launching them on a distributor’s platform. We are in discussions with the broadcaster to incorporate their revised packs/channels on our platform and we will update the same on our website soon.

                                        As i have submitted my request to reinstall my tata sky dish at my new residence guru nanak colony near ramalayam temple and i was contacted by some customer care representative in this regard. She assured me that a technician will visit my place of residence by the next day and fix this issue. But i am sorry to say that it been more than days and no person arrived my place and my issue is still unresolved...
