I had raised a request to tata sky to split my connection, i was assured by the tata sky team that for the split of the my connection, i will be assisted by the tata sky team within 24 hours and the maximum timeline would be 72 hours.
Post the above advice, the form was sent on the 10th april.
I followed up with the tata sky team on 12th april itself and was again given an assurance that my request will be resolved by 13th april.
But since i didn't receive any call till today afternoon, 13th april, i have again been following since today afternoon and have spoken to various executives, naming a few - mr irfan (Employee id 170659), mr abhishek - sr executive and mr rajeev kumar (Team leader, employee id 127270). I have atleast called tata sky thrice today and requested to connect me to a manager hoping to get a resolution on priority but neither was i connected to a manager nor did i receive a call back.
And to top up, i have been advised by the tata sky team to wait till 18th april for the resolution.
While taking the request none of the executives advised that the processing timeline is 8 days and as per regulations as well all queries / requests need to be resolved within 48-72 hours.
I am highly disappointed with the tata sky customer service.
When it comes to selling a connection the same is installed within a day but when it comes to servicing an existing customer, they are advising to wait till 8 days.
Kindly help in resolving this issue.

I Jaswant Singh is very disappointed by your service that you have given me life time offer for RS.175. Supreme support pack now why should i recharge of 464. You are not obeying your promise.give me one month valdity as of recharge this month.
