On 20 Mar 2019, Wednesday at about 8:30 PM, the TV suddenly started displaying the message that the signal is lost. Despite re-starting the TV & Set top box multiple times the signal was not restored. The next day at about 8 AM, a complaint was given on the Tata Sky Toll free no. The Executive assured that the technician shall attend to the problem in 2 hours & no charges shall be levied on the subscriber. None came or called. A follow up complaint was given in the afternoon. Again another assurance that the technician shall visit the next day, Friday, at 6 PM. Eventually, the technician visited, in our absence & presence of our housekeeping staff on 25 Mar, Monday & rectified the problem & left. No report or bill / invoice was given. Today, the attached SMS was sent about deactivation of our connection. We have unfairly been penalized & robbed of our rights. Therefore, we demand immediate restoration of the connection & extension of free subscription for 4 days, since the problem was only attended to on 25 Mar, Monday, when the complaint was registered on 21 Mar, Thursday. Pl note that these 4 days were holidays. Thank you.

Updated by Ashwin Bharadwaj Tata Sky is FALSELY claiming that they relocated our dish & setup box to the current address !!! When did they do this ??? Where is the invoice copy that they have submitted to us ??? This is a BIG lie !!! The dish & the setup box have been in the same address for months & Tata Sky was just asked to update the address, that's all !!! Tata Sky has WRONGLY charged us Rs. 300 for providing very normal service under warranty period & cheated us !!! They are now giving justifications instead of giving us a refund !!! Beware of Tata Sky !!! This can happen to anyone !!!

Updated by Ashwin Bharadwaj When Tata Sky reinstalled the dish, a few months ago (not the current time when they have wrongly charged us Rs. 300), the address was not updated in their records. When I inspected the dish on the Terrace, a couple of days ago, I found that Tata Sky has done shoddy installation work (photo attached for reference) & hence the dish moved due to high wind !!! What else is this, if not cheating ??? Therefore, it becomes the ethical & moral responsibility of Tata Sky to refund our fleeced amount & henceforth, behave professionally & responsibly !!!
