I have requested for new connection of hd set top box on 28th march 2019. At that time your representative told me that i will get call back within 2 hours for installation. I have specifically mentioned that i want that urgently. But there was no call back from your side instead of that i got a text message saying my installer will come on 30th march 2019 between 14:50 & 15:50. I called in same day to schedule it for the 28th or 29th march 2019 but to no avail. The installer did not came on 30th march on scheduled time. Again i got text message saying my order is put on hold. When i enquire about the same to customer care she said she doesnt have any idea about it and she will transfer my call to senior person but holding the line for more than 15 mins. No one responded. I called again to cancel my request for new connection but she refused to take that also. My wo no. Is 1dujjdt9 dated 28/3/2019 at 11:33. If you are giving this kind of service to new connection peoples i dont want tata sky connection.

    We are tata sky dth user. Subscribers id.[protected]
    We recharged our acccount on 22th nov 2018 with annual sports dhamaka pack of rs.3000/-. But on 29th march 2019 they stopped our services by giving reason of trai rules. We did recharge before period of trai rules... Our recharge is for one year. But they did this. What is this going on... Please give us justice.

      They have changed my setup box five times in last thee months. Thy hang. Not bothered about my harassment and have still debited my account for setup box change.
      I have asked for refund for the period when service was disrupted due to change of setup boxes. No response.

      On 28th march 2019, a technician came to my house without appointment at 1 pm. Without uniform and was foul smelling and appeared to have consumed alcohol.
      He was sent back and ms sonakshi was contacted. She confirmed having sent the technician without appointment and assured to take action.
      She promised to send me a photograph of the person, but she never did. She is not answering my calls either

      The most difficult service provider. Harasses customers and does not allow to talk to any tata sky official. The channel partners hide everything and enjoy.

        I have requested to split the connection of my tata sky id - [protected] as i don't want to pay high and undisclosed charges (While providing the multi-tv) connection) of rs 500 per month.

        One of the executive told to download the noc form from internet and submit it with signature, but the noc form says that earlier connection has to be closed and then new connection will be provided.

        However i don't want to close the earlier one but request the new connection with new subscriber id.
        I already have purchased set top box.

        Need to resolve this asap.

          I am raising the complaint for set up box 4th time failure from the date of installation.

          I am so much frustrated by no response from tata sky.

          I request you to kindly look into it immediately.

          We had contacted tata sky team many times in past but no support is received from them.

          Monthly charges are continuously deducted but no response received.

            Respected sir,
            I had activated annual pack subscription on tata sky on dec 2018.

            Sub id [protected]

            After trai regulation on channel charges.
            Tata sky forcefully cancelled my annual package on 23rd march 2019 and activated some package without my permission. It's been noticed that cause me loss as compare to my annual package subscription.

            As per my understanding (According to trai regulations):-
            1) i have the choice to continue annual package till contracted period.
            2) service provider should give me the option of whether to continue the package till contracted period or not
            3) consumers should not be facing loss because of the trai regulations

            It seems tata sky (Service provider) has violated all these provision and they are not helping me with there helpline number.

            Kindly help me regarding this issue.

                I have taken tata sky connection february 2018, now from february 2019 onwards my set top box is not working properly, to get channels it takes hours, so i asked tata sky to replace the product, after sending several mails & calls to tata sky customer care now they are telling your warranty was expired, so we can replace the set top box with charges of around rs.450 like they are telling, where the product is defect why it's chargeble..., so i requested to replace the set top box without any chages because it's just one year 3 months old.                   Hi, we are here to assist you. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

                    I recharged annual package about 20 sep 2018. As per trai, i can continue same annual pack with out any change/increase price and term of subscription. I asked to tata sky customer care to continue my same plan. Tata sky representative told me that you must change channel otherwise they change automatically channel subscribe. I asked again as per trai i want to continue. I also inform them to read frequently asked questions on trai site question no. 11. They force me to change channel subscriptions.

                    After discussion on toll free number 18002086633 company representative inform me your plan will continue.If any modifications is there we will inform u But after two hrs MD- Mytsky send SMS(as per the TRAI tariff order, in the next few days, you will be automatically migrated to fit plan which has your current key channels)

                    What's the meaning of question no 11's answer on TRAI site frequently asked question answer is that customer can continue same plan those paid in advance with out any change, with out increase price and without alter term of subscription. It is mean TRAI and service provider making the customer fool.

                      This complaint is regarding the recharges I've done using my TATA Sky's Bharat QR code. i made payment with punjab national qr code paymnet option. I just scan the code from my T.V and entered the amount about 500 .the amount was deducted from my account but I didn't get any recharge in my TATA Sky account.
                      I spoke to customer care executive many times they said that the bank is responsible for the failure and they said contact your bank for this.

                        I have been repeatedly requesting your local office at hyderabad to relocate my tata sky connection with id [protected] at my new address. Yesterday your technician visited the site and promised to install the same next day i. E. 28 march 2019. But he could not turn up and give the connection. The same has been conveyed to your local operations centre but they have also not deputed your staff for connecting tata sky.

                        Serving to customers is not materialised.. I hope at least now you will do the needful in the matter
                        Extremely unhappy for your service hope will improve.. Look into this so that others won't suffer..

                          On the above subjected matter i am demanding statement of a/c with details that how they had given credit after trai rules implementation, but very regret to say that no statement since april 18 is provided inspite of more than 20 complaints and calls on toll free no.
                          There is no transparency which create doubts but no effect on them in the matter, should we go to consumer forum for minor problem, once we request to tata sky for providing details as required.

                            Jab mene tata sky valo se pucha or kha jo apne channeldiye hai vo muse channel no vise chaiye to unka koi jabab nhi aaya
                            Mai trai se appeal karta hu pl. Issued 100 ncf channel ko sabhi operator par ek ho jisee jo hum 130 rs de rahe hai vo sahi channel ke de rahi hai ya nhi

                              Hi Added the channel with out my permissions and if i ask to provide the conformation or proof mean they are not providing . They subscribed the channel and deducted 300 rs.When i call them and ask for the proof they dint sent anything added 100 rs . Remaining 200 has to receive.

Murali has taken a tatasky connection in the month of january and now as trai has started i had issues with the channels so for that i would like to change the pack in the tata sky app but the problem here was the dealer himself kept all the details of him like the name and rmn so i would like to change those so please help me for this also the customer service representative are very irresponsible and rude not helpful at all totally ithink waste of taking the connection

                                  On 20 Mar 2019, Wednesday at about 8:30 PM, the TV suddenly started displaying the message that the signal is lost. Despite re-starting the TV & Set top box multiple times the signal was not restored. The next day at about 8 AM, a complaint was given on the Tata Sky Toll free no. The Executive assured that the technician shall attend to the problem in 2 hours & no charges shall be levied on the subscriber. None came or called. A follow up complaint was given in the afternoon. Again another assurance that the technician shall visit the next day, Friday, at 6 PM. Eventually, the technician visited, in our absence & presence of our housekeeping staff on 25 Mar, Monday & rectified the problem & left. No report or bill / invoice was given. Today, the attached SMS was sent about deactivation of our connection. We have unfairly been penalized & robbed of our rights. Therefore, we demand immediate restoration of the connection & extension of free subscription for 4 days, since the problem was only attended to on 25 Mar, Monday, when the complaint was registered on 21 Mar, Thursday. Pl note that these 4 days were holidays. Thank you.

                                  Tata Sky is FALSELY claiming that they relocated our dish & setup box to the current address !!! When did they do this ??? Where is the invoice copy that they have submitted to us ??? This is a BIG lie !!! The dish & the setup box have been in the same address for months & Tata Sky was just asked to update the address, that's all !!! Tata Sky has WRONGLY charged us Rs. 300 for providing very normal service under warranty period & cheated us !!! They are now giving justifications instead of giving us a refund !!! Beware of Tata Sky !!! This can happen to anyone !!!

                                  When Tata Sky reinstalled the dish, a few months ago (not the current time when they have wrongly charged us Rs. 300), the address was not updated in their records. When I inspected the dish on the Terrace, a couple of days ago, I found that Tata Sky has done shoddy installation work (photo attached for reference) & hence the dish moved due to high wind !!! What else is this, if not cheating ??? Therefore, it becomes the ethical & moral responsibility of Tata Sky to refund our fleeced amount & henceforth, behave professionally & responsibly !!!

                                  Tata Sky is FALSELY claiming that they relocated our dish & setup box to the current address !!! When did they do this ??? Where is the invoice copy that they have submitted to us ??? This is a BIG lie !!! The dish & the setup box have been in the same address for months & Tata Sky was just asked to update the address, that's all !!! Tata Sky has WRONGLY charged us Rs. 300 for providing very normal service under warranty period & cheated us !!! They are now giving justifications instead of giving us a refund !!! Beware of Tata Sky !!! This can happen to anyone !!!

                                    Tatasky id no.[protected]. I paid rs.218 as against rs.169 but i am not getting all the channels as before. As pver the trai direction i paid revised charges. Before revised tarrif i used to get all telugu channels as eam tv. Abn. Maa, gemini etc. Now i am getting only some etv channels and maa tv. I am not getting abn gemini tv etc. I am not getting call connected to cell no.[protected] for no. Of times i am vexed the tatasky. The complaint cell is not working properly. It is not easy to register my compaint what to do

                                      Hello. I have used my tata sky set up box till yesterday. But today it shows, 'this is the wrong card for this set up box'. I have recharged annual package this december, and so i am sure that the validity exists. No channels other than the 'tata sky advertising channel' appears. I tried re-inserting the card. But it doesn't seem to be working. Any solutions?!

                                        Respected sir,
                                        I had activated annual pack subscription on tata sky on nov 2018.
                                        After trai regulation on channel charges.
                                        Tata sky forcefully migrated my annual package on 23rd march 2019 and activated some package without my permission and without informing me. It's been noticed that cause me loss as compare to my annual package subscription.

                                        As per my understanding (According to trai regulations):-
                                        1) i have the choice to continue annual package till contracted period.
                                        2) service provider should give me the option of whether to continue the package till contracted...

                                        I have been facing the same problem with tatasky. They have changed my plan without my consent. Service providers like videocon are giving the channels that the customers paid for during the long duration. Only tatasky seems to be cheating its customers.
