Every other day the set top box is not receiving signal. The technician came day before yesterday and repair it, but today again there is no signal... And it had happened to us like 10-12 times... Most of the times it's not working... We charged it yesterday only,, as whatever balance we had was deducted for technicians fees. We were left with negative balance. And today again it's not working... We recharged it with 220 yesterday, now again technician will he will charge us his fees and again no balance... It has been going like this for months now... We have complained to their nodal officer also but to no avail. The technician was sent and he charged us for no fault o[censored]s. Another tv at home is running on airtel and not even once such a problem arised...

    I had recharged my tata sky account registered withthe mobile number [protected] for 1 yr. But within 3-4 months it says recharge again. Can't understand. Pls do the needful ASAP. I had a talk with the customer care man but he too was unable to solve my problem. It's already been a month that I am not able to watch TV and don't know till when I have to be doing so.

      Recently i was lost my 239.25 /- for consolidated charges & 43.06/- gst of axis bank,
      What is this??
      As compare to other bank services with their charges is negligible and deduct as per use of account holder.

      I'm dissatisfied with axis bank services
      If i getting more loss from my axis account, then i will close this account, also share my worst experience with colleagues and friends!!

        Dear sir,

        Tata sky — tata sky set top box pairing error (14)

        After a gap of approx two months i recharged my tata sky then it is showing pairing error for no reason

        Please help to resolve the problem at the earliest.

        Till the day i recharged tata sky customer care person used to call me ask for recharge but from the day dec 23, 2018 i recharged no any care from from the customer care.

          I faced all of a sudden 'your box not receiving signal' issue n standard msg if weather is bad to wait else ensure wires/ cables are tightly secured. As a month back relocated n ensured everything intact, it is a server end issue. When contacted customer care, they are of no help to rectify from there end n assured me technician shall reach you n rectify it without any charges if it is not any alignment or hardware issue. The technician visited n fixed it thru set top box settings-telling it is stalled due to software upgradation. After one day they charged service charge n reiterating one sentence it is our company policy.
          It means they can interrupt service anytime n charge u at their own terms. They are reluctant to revert charges being a consumer we can share true experiences n notify the authority.

            Hi,
            I am using tata sky services from past 9 years and bought a second tata sky 1 and half year back and relocated the same to my hometown in mohali thinking that this is india’s one the best service provider because it has a name attached to it as tata.
            The name itself talk about the loyalty towards its customer and i was really happy with services but now seems that i would have to re think about using tatasky services the brand because its being a nightmare for me, after every few days we are getting the message of no signal on our tata sky for which we have to pay extra money.
            I have made a complaint to their customer care number [protected] and spoke with a rep who transferred the call to dharmendra his senior exec and then he transferred my call to nagesh who was saying that his is a team lead. I explained him that this is going on from few days and my tata sky is not and unhappy about the same as we have not even touched our tatasky paying 450 per month still this is happening he said that must pay 200 for tech charges. I explained him few days back this was same thing on another tata sky and we would not pay again and again for the fault created by your company... I asked for his manager to which he disconnected the call and never called me back.
            I am seriously unsure about the future of company if this would be the service provided to its consumers.

              My subscribe number [protected], l am not getting any channels to watch though l have subscribed for tamil channels as it says its not receiving signal.
              When l call the local incharge person, they want money for all the time and saying its because construction is going on in the building. But construction is been there before also.
              The local in charge doesn't take phone.
              This signal problem is there frequently for so many days. So kindly attend to my request.

                  I got installed tatasky 4 the of this month. From the next day there was an interruption for three days. Now i am not able to watch programmes from last five days due signal problems. I am using help button and called to customer care. There not register my complaint and then i called to dealer. He is asking me to call customer care. A person who’s attending my call was told that he was busy with other calls. Repeatedly i was facing same. Where i have to go for solve my problems

                          Tatasky is not reducing its channels price..for eg..Sony six hd is 75 rs on tataskychannel list..but Sony network reduced it's price to ..19 RS for Sony six hd...others channel of star network and zee network are also not reduced..and I don't know what to do.. should I wait till 29 December 2018..or stop watching television and focus on internet anyway

                            On 2nd dec 2018, i noticed that tata sky has silently again revised my monthly pack 220/- which was decided to fix at 199/- as per my earlier sr[protected]. So contacted your customer care they gave me complaint no. As 19h5fdy1, but today when again inquiring the feedback customer care has said the complaint is closed not even notified me.

                            I disagree to pay revise rate.

                            i reject your price hike and refuse to pay . you are just trying to fool customer by polished word and cheating end user by your money pooling hunt. There is no reflection of any experience otherthan price hike, did you ever ask any customer, if he is agree for that or not? I never agreed for price hike then how can you compell me to your ill motives? If you are not a cheater then fix my monthly rate as it was. Otherwise you will force to quit. This is your HOPELESS CUSTOMER CARE.

                              Subscriber i’d : [protected] we have experienced your worst and annyoying service. Where none from your side solving our problem. We have been facing problems since 7/12/18 when tata sky box stopped working. Your technician without repairing it changed set top box and charged 800 rs. Problem still continued now no technician is visiting to us. On our last call your technician talked in a very bad way (They have no manners). I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible.

                                Sir, i installed hd setup box of tata sky with subsriber id [protected] in the month of june, 2017 after completion of 1 year, no such incident was raised of no signal or poor signal, but from the month of july 2018, there is approximately 100 times of incident of lost signal/no signal, when i complaint on toll free number, i always suggested to take technician visit which cost every time 100/- rs. And evenafter my problem not resolved. I am tired of this nonsense, and every time technician says that due to monkeys signal is gone, but i dont understand one thing that why in last 1 year in which no single complaint was found even monkeys were come to roof.
                                So kindly requested to look into the matter and do needful work

                                  I have made several complaints on their call lines. They talk very sweetly, without helping at all.

                                  They have charged me for installation and for monthly charges, even without the installation!!

                                  The engineer said that he cannot install with the same antenna & cables for the additional connection. At that time, i only had the additional settop box. I am still to install the same, as these people delayed the installation for more that 15 days. My mom, who needed to see tv, had already left! Such horrible service!

                                  To top that, they had also charged me for installation and the cable charges for the additional connection! Remember that i am a client for the whole year having paid for hd premium channels for the whole year. Imagine such a treatment,

                                  They are refusing to reverse the charges. My advice. Do not buy tatasky. Worst service. Sweet talk. Stealing money from the cleints

                                  This is the wrong card for this set top box error is appearing. Please resolve. I am using tata sky set top box. Suddenly, when i switched it on one day, the error 'this is the wrong card for this set top box' error is appearing. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.                                     Tata sky charged us for a music channel that we never subscribed. When i called the customer service they said i did a missed call to subscribe to a paid channel.
                                    We never made the call but we received the subscription without any acknowledgement from us. This is a shady business practice from tata sky and only ruining the name of tata.

                                    Please fix the issue

                                      Mojo8a18005a[protected] was told to pay 3400 ₹ to this number for new tatasky connection. And then the the guy who actually came for installation said that the amount will be refunded back. And sales girl number who gave me this mojo id said the money will be refunded back but it's not done yet. Please refund back my extra amount...

                                      It's been more than 20 days and our tata sky connection is still not working. Have given 1000 of missed calls on the number [protected] but no response what so ever. Such a poor service. Kindly do something.

                                        It has been more than three months my online payment from Tata sky, and there is no news of refund. I bought 4k package online and paid For the entire year in advance hoping to get a food discounted deal. They not only failed to install but endlessly looped me in calls to process the cancellation. Most disgusting and disappointing customer service experience.
