unwanted channel subscription without customer's approval

Tata sky charged us for a music channel that we never subscribed. When i called the customer service they said i did a missed call to subscribe to a paid channel.
We never made the call but we received the subscription without any acknowledgement from us. This is a shady business practice from tata sky and only ruining the name of tata.

And sales girl number who gave me this mojo id said the money will be refunded back but it's not done yet. Please refund back my extra amount...

Then call the tata sky call center and they told me that we received your payment due to same technical reason your account is not credited but 24 hours it will be credited. But they gave offer for hd box for 899 and 3months subscription and clearly mentioned all sd and he channels free for 3months. So that only am agreed and paid.
