I stopped watching television for about a month. Now when i recharged again after this time i am seeing a screen with the message "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error) with some nds no and digicard id". There have been many complaints regarding this which have been resolved. Please take care of this issue as quickly as possible.

    I am not user of tata sky and after that i am getting to many calls daily approx 5-6.. Regarding recharge, pending payment, offers n all.. I am getting these calls since from last 2years on my personal no... I said that you are dialling a wrong no. But they are not listening me amd making me calls again amd again.. They just said mam i am sorry to disturb you... Thats sit..
    What is this.. What is the problem... Why you guys harrasing me by calls and messages... Now its time take a strict action for tata sky...

      'It says mark complain as resolved' but nothing changes it is the same, though i off the switch and on the set top box. Change the channel but it doesn't work. Please solve

      I have tried to contact customer care many times but they reject the call. They take money every month but the picture doesn't show clearly on the screen. The picture is pixelated. But they are not helping.

        I am getting a pairing error i was not using the connection for a month and once i'm back switched on my tv to fine this pairing error my rmn is [protected] please help me get this sorted out.
        I also recharged with 220 rs pack so please get this sorted at the earliest. It s a bit frustrating on why i get such errors from a reputed company please sort this out. My registered tata sky no [protected]

              I've just recharge, and i also got the message that it was successful, but when i reached home it displayed that it was the wrong card so can you please solve the problem otherwise it would be a waste of money for me. If not solve then it'll be better for me to change to another company. I would also like to ask why is it happening like this and also this is the second time it has happen, last time also i had to waste money i don't think i can do that again. Thank you

                My tatasky customer id is [protected]. Tatasky representatives are continuously calling even after cancelling their calls. How can you call your customer again and again even if they are cancelling your calls? Please get some another work for your representatives. I have told them many times to activate dnd on my number still it has not been activated. I don't want any unwanted offers from tatasky. Please do something otherwise i will switch to any another dth service they are hassle free and customer friendly too.

                He refused it and responded that still package is not ready from their end although 29th December 2018 is the last date for registration.

I called tatasky helpline but when i entered my subscriber i'd i was replied many times incorrect subscriber id. Please mail me solution on my i'd [protected]@gmail.com.                   As per new rules on trai and channel advertaisement cler channel prices i am take my channel list and calling to tata sky to give me my channels buket but he not respont me
                  I was out of station for more then months and after recharging I found out that My set up box is. Showing pairing error .error code 14
                  There is an ad on TV regarding zee n star packages in Rs.45. I just had call with Tata Sky customer care n they are saying they are not supporting this feature yet. Then why the ad is showing on TV. Either ad should not show or Tata Sky should support this. Seems that Tata Sky is playing with customers to make more money.

                    I call tata sky customer care excutive too many times for change in my pack as per government new channel policy (Trai). But tata sky delaying in this services. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise i'll change the dth operator. Trai pass this policy why tatasky delaying to apply. Apply this as soon as possible

                      I am subscriber of tata sky id : [protected] since long & presently availing basic plan of rs. 199/-. I had paid annual charges as per your plan. There was a credit of rs. 1087.98 as on may 31, 2018 in my account.
                      On june 7, 2018, i got a call from tata sky for providing hd channels, but i refused to accept it as i had not having hd tv. But company’s executive/employee told me that being a loyal customer, the company is providing this facility free of cost. After long conversation with him, i gave my consent for same as the company’s executive/employee had assured that prior to levying charges, same will be informed to me in advance & after giving consent from my side, same will be applicable. But later on, the company have debited my account from june 7, 2018 itself, which was not fare.in this regard, i have lodged two complaints on dec. 22, 2018 & dec. 28, 2018 having no. 19viw2m & 1a08y9i5 respectively for refund of charges but my concerns not yet resolved. On dec. 29, 2018 at 7.07 pm, i received a call from the company and their employee/executive has confirmed that free period of hd channels was 3 months but my consent was not obtained prior to charging of hd channels facility. I have also sent e-mail on dec. 30, 2018 and reminder dated jan. 3, 2018 & jan. 6, 2018 but company has not responded as yet.
                      My concerns are as under:-
                      1. Whenever the hd channels facility was free for 3 months, why the company has charged the same from june, 7, 2018 it self.
                      2. Why prior information was not given to me by the company prior to levying charges in my account.
                      3. On sept. 5, 2018, the company had revised its hd channel package charges from rs. 3.30 per day to rs. 5.83 per day and charges in my account without informing as well obtain consent from me.
                      Hence, i request you to please instruct the company (Tata sky) to refund my entire deducted amount rs. 960/- fraudulently charged in my account immediately.

                        This problem i started facing is more than 20 days. It gives an error saying "card initialising (28)" or no signal.
                        The technician visted more than three time but they are unable to resolve the issue. I am paying for the service but i am unable to use them. What's amazing is that they are least bothered about solving the problem. They vist and with few minutes they claim to solve the problem, but the same problem reappears after couple of hours. They even changed my card in the set top box charged me rs 300 but the issue is still not solve. Even after informing the local technician that the issue has reappeared they do not pay any attention.

                        It's not even a week an it's not working again. Your service is not credible. I requested me for a call back to explain about the charges, yet to receive a call back. And today once again it is not working. You service is not worth the money we pay for it. Need this to be resolved. I[censored] can't, pay me for my set top box, refund my money for all the days that I could not watch TV and compensate me for all the harresment u have caused and I will look for a better option.
                        I had also complained about Tata sky. Since last 2 months I am not able to view it properly. Initially they told to change the box to HD, which we did after paying 1000, since then I have continuous problem, I have complained multiple times but they don't care

                            As per msg from iy-trai at 8: 42 today. I contacted to tatasky for submit my choice selection to migrate on new tarrif but tatasky refused by saying "abhi tak plan laagu nahi hua hai jab hoga aapse sampark karenge" tatasky also didn't provide any machinery through which i could migrate my plan to new trai tarrif. I feel by their talking thattatasky supposed themselves on top of customer, trai and judiciary. Pls make tatasky to release information and software accordingly and help me. Thanking you

                                I have enjoying tata sky dth last five years.

                                The new rules for dth and cable operators by telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai) come into effect on february 1, with january 31 being the new deadline for customers to choose the channels for which they wish to pay.

                                Airtel, hathway, dish tv release prices for channels after trai’s new framework.

                                Tata sky is not release price for channels till date, however i have continually called with customer care executive of tata sky but no response till date and said only our dth operator has not decided price of channels till date.

                                Answer from executive hanky banky type.

                                  I brought new connection Tata sky on 06/01/2019 but now my account is deactivated since am not get any clarity from Tata sky I'll pay 1500 totally so kindly do the needful.so kindly said to refund my money I am keep on trying Tata sky to highlighting to customer care since they are not giving any clarity infact I spoke to nodel officer also but still am not get my refund.

                                    I had requested to cancel my account at end of nov2018. Tatasky was supposed to refund me rs1036. At that point of time they told i will get the refund within 20 days, still i didnot get it. Finally i got a mail from [protected]@tatasky.com on 26th dec2018 -
                                    "this is in reference to your sr # 19futc9a for subscriber id [protected], pertaining to cancellation and refund request.
                                    Basis our discussion with you on the refund to be processed, request you to please email us a scanned copy of your cancelled cheque to this email id or [protected]@tatasky.com within 2 days. On receipt of the same, we will initiate the refund amount through rtgs / neft transfer.in case, we are not in receipt of the cancelled cheque within 3 days, refund through dd shall be processed in your name as “gourab ghanty “and dispatched to the billing address.
                                    We await your cancelled cheque for further action from our end.

                                    On which i provided all the details they asked for neft.
                                    Now also if i call customer care they are telling 20 more day they will take, and they dont know how they are going to refund (Neft or cheque).

                                    The signal for the set tob box is lost frequently, lots of channels subscribed are'nt actually coming. please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                      I raised request for relocation on tata sky they accepted after two hour or so the technician gave me a call saying "i will come but will charge 200 extra as this area is under influence of local cable operators" now i accepted the charges and told him to come. He scheduled the reinstallation on the next day. I got to know that my relocation request was cancelled and then i asked the technician he said your address on the database won't change but i'll install it i told him to not come.

                                      Tata sky is not providing options to select channels as per TRAI s new regulations.they are making excuses by saying that they are working on it.
