I am a tata sky subscriber [protected] for a long time.
Recently i have shifted my residence from kadma area to baridih area of jamshedpur.
On 26.12.18, i had given my requirement of shifting the connection from one location to another, through customer care. Job was scheduled for 29.12.18.
I was later on confirmed on phone by tata sky that on 29.12.18, technician will come to the present address (Kadma) after 11 am. He will dismantle the disc and hand over to me. And in the afternoon, another technician who takes care of second location (Baridih), will connect the disc.
The technician of kadma area came on time, disconnected the disc and handed over to me. I was told that the second technician (Baridih) will be arriving at 3 pm and i should wait for him in baridih.
I waited for baridih technician from 3 pm to 5.15 pm, no one turned up. I rang up tata sky jamshedpur. The tone of the responding persons was non committal. I was told that there is no such job logged and i need to make fresh complaint.
My point is - once any customer has logged complaint with tata sky customer care, rest of the process is your internal process - customer does not know what has been logged in your system.
Today's experience is something which i did not expect from tats sky. Though i have registered another request for connection (At baridih), i am now least bothered about when tats sky is going to complete the job.
