Ten days ago i complained that my setopbox was not receiving power from the adaptor, though the adaptor green light was on. Your agent told me that a technican would call me before visiting my house. That was ten days ago. I complained again and this time the agent said he was not familiar with english so he was transferring my call to another agent. That was four days ago. As of today there has been no further feedback from tatasky. My phone number is [protected]. I am planning to switch to airtel unless you can give me proper service.

      We had a hathway broad band connection long ago which we opted out since some issues. But they did not cut there cable. When we subscribed the tata
      Sky cable the person came used the hathway cable for our connection for the tata sky connection. Since we cancelled the hathway broadband they cut their cable so that we lost the tata sky connection. This we are totally unaware that tata sky used some others cable for their connection. We feel that this is a cheating from tata sky persons.
      We complained against this and tata sky asking a payment for the payment for the cable. We already paid for the connection and cable charges why we should pay for the same again. I am going to take this matter to the consumer court since this is a clear evidence. We have a second connection and the same is connected to our neighbor dth again a cheating from tata sky. We need to rectify their faults in their on cost. But insisting payment from us

        I have been told by the tata sky agent on phone that i will be charged at rs 8 per meter for any extra wire that will be used for my installation. However when the installation engineer came he told me it is rs 12 per meter and when i asked the call center person again they completely denied about the amount they told me.
        I submitted the complain as well and the guy from the complain team plainly told me that i am a liar and he has heard the call and they never said rs 8 per meter.
        I called on 2nd jan at 15:10 pm to book the connection and i was given this information.

        Tatasky was deactivated on 30/12/2018 though I have got Rs.135.63 in my tata sky account. On tv account shows to recharge it again. My date of next recharge is 7th Jan, 2019.

          I had subscribed for dhamaal pack + multi tv pack on august 24, 2018 and i had a credit of approx rs 3100. After subscription, my november closing balance is rs 3070 and i had only rs 2 deduction in december and then dropped multi-tv from my subscription. For using multi-tv on 84 days, i should have recieved additonal credit of rs 2032. Therefore, my total credit that i should have received after dropping multi-tv should have been rs 5100 but instead my account has a balance of rs 3729 which has a shortage of rs 1371. I have tried raising multiple complaints with your team and sent several emails but have received no response from these emails :

          Also my bill was Rs 4446 on December 28, 2018 after pack was dropped and their senior supervisor named Salim even took a complaint to add more money because the balance was less than what it should have been and instead of adding money, Tata Sky deducted more money and my balance dropped to Rs 3729.24 even when I didn’t add any service instead I dropped service, which should actually give me credit. Not sure why their team is avoiding this and not providing a response to my concern.

            My subscriber id is 12970610, its get installed on 26 or 27 dec 2018. I had registered a complaint aginst non recieving of signals by set top box on 28th dec. Your tecnician came and he did not checked properly but fooled us that everything is fine. I am totally fed up of your set top box, as it is not receiving signals properly. Please change it.

              I have called in tata sky customer care services on 24th nov at around 06:00 pm to change the plan. However executive said that the plan is change from that time itself. He also called me back to confirm it. Later on 25th at 1:00 am around i recharged with amount 220 and came to know the plan wasn't change so immediately i called in customer care and told them about the previous call and ask them to take the request of same on this they replied me that by 28th nov i will get the solution. Which yet i haven't. Then again on 30th nov i called on customer service and ask about my complaint status they said it will be closed by 10th dec. Don't know why this is taking so many days. If the plan was changed on 24th nov itself then why the extra charges were applied on my account, unnecessary?
              Ideally if 30 days plan is recharged on 25th it should last upto next month's 24th and in case the month is of 31 days then 23rd of next month. Wondering that customer needs to tell this to them

              After that i have recharged on 22nd dec and raise the same issue but haven't received any response yet.
              Then i have email to nodal officers still there is no response from them. They just said they have tried calling me on 27th dec but u didn't received any call still i have told them to call me till 4:00 p. M. Then also no response from nodal officers
              Also on every channel it is said that the tariffs are going to be changed from 29th dec. But yet there is no communication from company how are you going to charge? Why ain't the customer important
              It's been only 2 months i have taken a new connection and have to complaint 2 times for incorrect bill calculation. Out of 2 complaints haven't received any of their response. The complaint was supposed to be closed by 2 days of raised date it's been now a month but there is no response. My subscription id is [protected]

              This is very very very frustating experience with recharge online to Tata Sky, it's not update channels are very fake and it's working is worst system in the world. Even a chai wala has update with its instruments but Tata Sky does not. Most unsatisfactory services ever I get. Not to refer

                Worst services by customer care, following from more than 20 day still not resolved. Technician are incompetent and didn’t know what they are supposed to do. Every time you call them, they have the standards answers they have referred to concerned departmen, no accountability. Didn’t expect that they can go so low in customer services

                  Hi,
                  I installed tatasky in my house i got a message with an url saying register in this url and get rs.2000/- coupon. But after registering i don't see rs.2000/- in my account, this looks like cheating...
                  I raised a complaint in customer care and they said if you refresh you won't get the coupon and also read the terms and conditions.
                  When i have not refreshed then i should have got the amount... Which is not reflected...

                        Hi,

                        I have a tatasky connection tata sky id [protected] from chennai and requested transfer to mumbai. And now tatasky asking me to bear rs.650 for transfer charges and some cable charges. This is illegal as i have not given cable dish etc while taking and by default company has to transfer with all equipment without charging.

                        I requested 5 days on 30dec18 but last 4 days i am unable to view my tatasky as i have lost 4 days prepaid recharges too and tatasky need to pay me this too

                        Tatasky is the only dth service provider who does not provide the reduced price list of channels as declared by trai after 29th december and customer care person always says "we have no update about it". My complain is why they cheat customers charging big amount for a single channel whar other dth operators reduced price of channels?

                          Tata sky set top box is getting restarts automatically after every 10 minutes.
                          Seriously the quality of tata sky set top box is very very poor. I have replaced twice in 2 years. That means at every year customer has to purchase a new set top box with annual subscription.
                          I am very dissappointed with the quality.
                          When i purchased the new set top box it was working fine but after 2 months it stopped working then i called tata sky service they replaced the set top box with another old one after that problems pe problems.
                          Maine to subscription lena hi band kar dia saala internet se hi tv chalata tha but on demands of my kids again bought one month subscription and after one day this problem arose in set top box.

                            Tatasky is still having the old pricing where they overcharge customers. For instance sony ten sports hd channel costs 75 rs currently in tatasky but as per new trai pricing regulations sony has shared the pricing for all their channels and all of the sony hd (And sd) channels cost only 90 rs per month. Tatsky is being unethical and cheating customers by not implementing the trai regulations. Other dth providers have agreed for the new pricing where as tatasky is not caring abut customers. The customer service executives don't have a cluse when we enquire about the trai new pricing and they just say that "we will let you know". Extremely unprofessional and unethical service provider in india, and probably in the whole world. Time to change the dth service provider.

                              As per trai new price for dth channels, i contacted to tata sky regarding new prices and as per tata sky it is not implemented and still their site is showing old prices. Whereas for a consumer the last date is 31st january to switch to new pack.

                              Other providers like airtel already showing the new price, why not tata sky?

                              Paying a very high amount for all the subscriber ids [protected] (4 tvs) [protected] (2 tvs) mega platinum hd pack and just renewed few days back for one year. I will request to help me to change to new price tag or return back the amount to switch to any other provider.

                                We have this tata sky set-top box at home. It was working fine till now but today suddenly its not working and shows the error -

                                "this is wrong card for this set top box. (Pairing errror)
                                Nds no. :[protected]
                                Digicard id is[protected]"

                                I tried removing and reinserting card but it didn't work. So, please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back (The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
                                I was not using my set of box for more than 1 month not it is showing this is a wrong card for this box and pairing error

                                Tata Sky is not telling about the new plan of customer care, which has not been given to TRAI, when we will not give any order about the new plan of 29/12/2018.
                                I have called tata sky customer care @28thdec 2018.but as per executive confirmation they dont have any update for new pacakge available with them and he suddenly cut the call this is how tata sky works.
                                I have the recording and going to complaint against tatasky.

                                  Despite of having a Platinum Package, Tata Sky drops selected channels like Sony Le Plex. Upon calling customer care, they pointed fingers towards Sony Channels for not showing Le Plex. Everyday on TV we see ads for being able to choose our own channels & packages, however Tata Sky has not yet uploaded new packages (Channel list) in their website. So i am forced to renew my existing Platinum Package so that i can see all the channels, specially the ones which are not available in normal packages. But Tata Sky very conveniently drops specific channels based on their interest without even informing us (customers). Saddest part is the customer care executive answers from a written script and simply deny any awareness of the issue !
                                  Tata Sky can rest assured that we will promote other cable distributors like Airtel and others forcing them to get out of our building because they cannot continue charging full money and not show all the channels.
                                  Even in our Platinum package we still get so many south indian channels !?? Why ? I live in Mumbai, why on earth do I want to see South channels ? The worst is i cannot even remove them from my channel list.

                                    Tata sky is the worst service provider. Tata sky is not bothered about any customer who is suffering badly because of their disinterest in providing after sales service. They are not even sending any technician at me home. A customer keeps on sending them emails/calling their helpline n no. Of times. But they don't bother about anything. Their sole motive is to harass a customer as badly as they can, so that the customer should throw out the tata sky dish outside his/her house and look for some other service provider. They are interested in the first installation; after that they forget the customer?

                                      Sir all the world knows that trai is providing channel at very good price. Eg (Zee family pack for rs 45 & star plus channel for 49) but when i spoke to tata sky customer care they are saying they have no knowledge about it and don't know anything about it.. Why are we at loss and how can they say they don't know and why can't we enjoy the channels as shown by trai

                                        I am a tata sky subscriber [protected] for a long time.
                                        Recently i have shifted my residence from kadma area to baridih area of jamshedpur.
                                        On 26.12.18, i had given my requirement of shifting the connection from one location to another, through customer care. Job was scheduled for 29.12.18.
                                        I was later on confirmed on phone by tata sky that on 29.12.18, technician will come to the present address (Kadma) after 11 am. He will dismantle the disc and hand over to me. And in the afternoon, another technician who takes care of second location (Baridih), will connect the disc.

                                        The technician of kadma area came on time, disconnected the disc and handed over to me. I was told that the second technician (Baridih) will be arriving at 3 pm and i should wait for him in baridih.

                                        I waited for baridih technician from 3 pm to 5.15 pm, no one turned up. I rang up tata sky jamshedpur. The tone of the responding persons was non committal. I was told that there is no such job logged and i need to make fresh complaint.

                                        My point is - once any customer has logged complaint with tata sky customer care, rest of the process is your internal process - customer does not know what has been logged in your system.

                                        Today's experience is something which i did not expect from tats sky. Though i have registered another request for connection (At baridih), i am now least bothered about when tats sky is going to complete the job.
