I got the tata sky connection on 08/12/2018 my subscriber id is [protected] at the time of connection registration my name was wrongly mentioned as maheshwaran instead of mareeswaran by the vendor. Just know only i came to now the name mismatch
. I want to correct my name as mareeswaran n. Initial
One customer care call also not completes. They informed me first correct the name.

Hi! We are here to help you. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back (The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

    Your service is pathetic.
    We’ve been facing service issues since a few months but nobody is bothered to resolve the issue.
    You have given out the servicing to some third party who do not have the basic decency to even address the issue at hand.
    So many complaints, mails we’ve put but no resolution. It’s like hitting our head against the wall. What’s the use to pay for this when we’re not even getting the basic service.
    We really want to discontinue the service.

      I have received a mail from tata sky on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com on 11.12.18 that your account is going to be di activation soon and for next tenure you have to recharge an amount of rs. 4620. I have recharged the same amount of my tata sky i'd [protected]. However i have received again a msg from tata sky that you have to recharge of rs. 990 for english movie then i made the said recharge also. Subsequently on today i. E 15.12.18, i have received again a msg to recharge of rs 1925 for hd access. My complain is that as i have recharged my account of rs. 4620 then why the tata sky is misleading me to take money on the name of different name of recharge. This is ridiculous.

        We had recharged rs.220/- on 23 nov 2018 as per our pack and again recharged rs.300/- on 4 dec 18 as service charges for relocation. Now it is showing payment due date on 18 dec 18. How? On contacting customer care they said gift offer pack charges 30/- deducted. How can tata sky deduct amount without prior intimation or without taking our permission?

          In 11 december i recharge my account but it cannot credited in my account. Then call the tata sky call center and they told me that we received your payment due to same technical reason your account is not credited but 24 hours it will be credited. But yesterday my account was deactivated and then they are telling me that your account was not credited any amount. This is not fair i will complaint to social media..

            But my tatasky account is showing my name incorrectly.
            My actual and correct name is p n mishra,
            Whereas my tatasky account profile is showing my name as "mp mishra mishra" which is wrong.
            Hence it is requested to kindly correct my name in my tatasky account.

              I am complaining since two weeks and registered a complaint about the network issue i am facing after relocation. Every time they register a new complaint, they dont resolve the issue and close the complaint without my acknowledgement. I have paid tatasky for relocation and i am facing network issue as antenna is not installed properly and tatasky asking me to pay 300 again. They are asking me to pay for technician mistake. I have paid almost 2000 to 2500 for channels since 3 months. I am complaining since 2 months and my issue is not resolved. I request tatasky to resolve my issue or else refund my money and cancel the order. Customer can not pay for your technician mistake. It is the customer who are facing the problem and tatasky ask customer to pay for that. Please teach your technician to check signal strength after installation

                This is wrong card for this set up box pairing error. After long time recharged back it's showing a problem like wrong card of the set up box. So, quickly solve the problem.. It's too urgent.. It's showing with the pairing error please do it fast for fast accessing and quick results of set up box. The helpline not responding, give us the solution immediately and quickly..                   When i try to see tata sky channel on my laptop, i get the following error

                    I book a new connection from tata sky in noida sec 143. Executive came and try to hang the dish in my balcony, but didn't got signal, now he try to do the sam on tarrace where he is saying the wire is charged extra which i paid 12 per meter, also he asked for super lnb to pay 800. As to get better signal as in normal lnb i will not get proper signal. What is this tata sky, i am buying connection so all hardware should be from ts why i should be charged with 800. So i refused engineer to pay 800 and he cancel my request for new connection and left. What should i do now please help.

                        We had changed our package on june 6th 2018 in discussion with call center agent. However, unknown to us, he neither changed our changed our package, but also, changed our payment method from annual to monthly. We came to know all this when on dec 2nd 2018 we were informed that our payment had got exhausted and our connection would be disconnected immediately.
                        Since then we have been talking to tata sky agents and supervisors every day, and sending mails to nodal officer, but there is no response. To cap it all, we were shocked when the call centre people told us today that there is no complaint in their system from my side!
                        Is it not height of cheating, fraud and crookedness on the part of tata sky executives? They are harassing customers and spoiling the name of ratan tata and tata group. These executives should be sacked from the company immediately.

                            On 7th dec18 call received from tata sky and i told him that i can't talk now but he request me to give 5 minutes and he told me to give chanel no. 702 free for 10 days and if i think useful then i can take the chanel by paying amount. Suddenly one message received for monthly charges. When i talk to customer care they denied to drop it. I do not pay any charge for this chanel. Why rs.9.33 deducted?

                              My id [protected] I had sd box and dissatisfied with their service asked to return the same. But they gave offer for hd box for 899 and 3months subscription and clearly mentioned all sd and he channels free for 3months. So that only am agreed and paid. But now they deactivated in 4days of hd box purchase and asking to recharge again. Why you are giving this fake promise. Otherwise I should have return your box week before and there are lot of providers giving new hd connection with good offers. Give me 3months free otherwise take your box and give my 900rs back.

                                My consumer id : [protected], i am abdul latif shaikh we are paying very huge recharge of amount rs.495/- with hd channels every month what for when we don't get proper channels to view at all.

                                When we ask for service visit to be done then they ask for service visit charge, what for we should pay as when this service is interrupted it has to be rectify at your end & not the service charges to be charge by us. When we are already paying extra amount without any service received by you.

                                If i dont get my resolution of service visit at my place without any charging extra cost. Otherwise i dont have any other option to go with some other service provider.

                                Trust you will take some initiative action on the same. Kindly arrange an service visit at my place free of cost.

                                  The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. The call was regarding renewal of annual subscriptions. The executive told me that online channels could be added but cannot be discontinued. We have been a tatasky customer for over 10 years now. With tougher competition, guess the representations are becoming too big for their roles.

                                    Your qr code payment method is pathetic.
                                    I made payment of rs 4290 on 1st december at 10.53 am using qr code displaying on my tv, money got debited from my bank account but not reflecting in my tata sky account.
                                    I made payment using google pay, i contacted them too, from their side also transaction is settled, contacted my bank also even their side transaction is successful.
                                    I am being mentally harassed as i lost my money without any fault of mine.
                                    I don't want your connection, refund my money otherwise i will take legal action.

                                      Hi this is Mayank here, we’re having this issue of (Pairing error) from past 1 day. This is the first time we’re facing this problem. As others says, that their tv doesn’t switch on from long time, but ours switches on everyday. Help us or guide us how to fix this problem as soon as possible.                                         I have been complaining tata sky since 2 months about poor network connection error i am getting and everytime they suggest some troubleshooting steps and close the ticket. This is become my daily routine since 2 months and issue is not resolved yet. As usual i again registered a complaint 2 days back and no one came to resolve the issue. Today i called service manager anil who gave technian number and asked me to call technician. This is how tatasky respect their customers. After registering a complaint service manager (Anil) dont even have atleast a minimum courtesy to send technician. Plz teach your service managers the meaning of service.. I dont think they know what customer service means. They dont even have cutersy to receive customers call when they have problem with tatasky service. They pick technian call but not customer call. We had paid relocation charges to tatasky while relocating to present location. Now your technian is asking to pay relocation charges again because he has to move it little down to get proper network as tatasky technician has not istalled it properly at time of reloaction. Why should customer pay for tata sky technisian's mistake. If tatasky technician doesnt know how to instal then why should we hire you people for relocation?
                                        There many experience people in the market who can do it for much cheper price. Let tata sky explain me what is my mistake in poor netwok connection so that i have to pay reloaction charges twice. If you need any clarification you can reach me at +91 [protected].
