rude customer service

The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. The call was regarding renewal of annual subscriptions. The executive told me that online channels could be added but cannot be discontinued. We have been a tatasky customer for over 10 years now. With tougher competition, guess the representations are becoming too big for their roles....

bharat qr code issue

Your qr code payment method is pathetic.
I made payment of rs 4290 on 1st december at 10.53 am using qr code displaying on my tv, money got debited from my bank account but not reflecting in my tata sky account.
I made payment using google pay, i contacted them too, from their side also transaction is settled, contacted my bank also even their side transaction is successful.
I am being mentally harassed as i lost my money...

I have also called 2 times to their customer care but they didn't do deactivate my id.

I have complained to the customer care regarding the product on november 17th 2018. One technician came and took the setup box with him on 24th november and he has dissappeared. They have not called us after taking the set up box with them. I have called the customer care more than 6 times after that. Tata sky service is too bad.. Even their customer care executive.

I can see all sony tv channels on my both set up box... Every 15 days it’s shut down and every time i have to call at customer care and ask for channel. Why is it so?
