There is permanent signal problem at my tata sky box. I choose sony ten1 package and pay for it every month. But i didn't see it even single time in month.
I really want to pay back from this company.
I have also called 2 times to their customer care but they didn't do deactivate my id.
I ask them a question that how can i find refund of my set topbox?
They did not give me any information about it.

    I have recharge my tata sky by rs 350/- but prev bal. Of 360/- is due (Without reason) still tv is deactivate after following up 100 times they are unable to give me the reason of rs 360/-. And still they told to recharge more 360/- to activate.
    I have been telling them to tell the reason of the same they have launched 3 service request but all 3 are closed without intimate me. Now when i asked them how it's get closed they simply refuse and tell that we will launch one more request. It seems that the tata sky doesn't know how to handle the customer and they dont know their charges from where they charge

      I have complained to the customer care regarding the product on november 17th 2018. One technician came and took the setup box with him on 24th november and he has dissappeared. They have not called us after taking the set up box with them. I have called the customer care more than 6 times after that. Everytime the customer care tells the same story that the technician will call in 2 hours. Till today no one has called.

        Actually in the morning my tv was showing that hd channel would be not open so i call tata sky and the staff said that he will send a technician. Then after half an hour he called that the technician will come at 7 o clock. But at 7 o clock he didn’t came so i decided to call him and then he picked up the phone and said that technician will not come as he is stuck so i requested him that it is urgent please send and he accepted and said that he will come till 8:30 pm. I waited till 9 but he didn’t came so i called the staff. At first when he picked up the call he ignored me and cut the call but also whe i called him once again he didn’t pick up. He is continuously cutting my call. Is this a joke or what i m waiting for so long and he is not coming. I m saying u don’t behave like this to ur customers. Note it!!!
        And send the technician as soon as possible.

        Recharged to wrong subscriber id and waiting for amount refund from tata sky department.
        I have called and told about this incident to tata sky helpline they told me they will refund the amount within 7 to 10 days .But still I have not got the amount the given time already elapsed. Please do the needful.

          Tata sky disc not functioning for last six months properly, always complaining about bad weather and therefor signals are not received. And for last one week the disc has stopped working entirely.in spite of complaints the problem is not yet solved. You are charging rs 11, 500 for the year, but it is sorry to say that service is poor. Their should be easy way for registering such complaints, so that, consumer shall get prompt service.             Im ordered tata sky dth connection on saturday through online. The sales preson told me to avail connection within three hours from payment process through local area distributor. But two days gone there is no proper reply from local distributor. If i call that distributor, they told technician not available. Poor response from distributor. If not able to install please refund the payment.

            I have renewed the South Platinum pack paying 14490 for two years. I was specifically told it is a special offer for some long associated clients. But renewal status shows the next recharge is on May16, 2020. I want this to be corrected for 24 months from Nov22, 2018

              I have taken a tata sky connection a few years back.
              But there seems to be an issue or discrepancy with my residential address.

              Though there has been prior services at my actual address, but now there seems to be an issue with the zip code or pincode. The officials at the center when inquired told that the address has been changed.

              We're facing some technical issue with the set top box. Kindly look for it.

              Registered address:
              Indraprastha, baburbag, burdwan 713104.
              Landmark : near shiv shankar seva sadan.

              The company people told that the address says the pincode is 713141.

              Please change the pincode from 713141 to 713104.
              713104 is the correct address.

                Tata sky service is too bad.. Even their customer care executive.

                I can see all sony tv channels on my both set up box... Every 15 days it’s shut down and every time i have to call at customer care and ask for channel. Why is it so? They charged me full amount in advance and if 1 day dealt they stop all channel and what about that when they don’t provide all channel even my full payment?? It’s fraud company. Switch to other set up box company i request all users.

                  My tata sky id is [protected], from last 5 to 6 years i am using tatasky set top box with any problem, recently i have purchased a new tv and give a multi tv request from the outlet of the dealer, for that they have collected rs 100 in cash and ask me to pay the rest of amount to the person who will install the new multi set top box
                  Next day i called to tatasky guy and inquire about the installation of my multi set top box, he told me that he will visit my residance at 4.30 pm, but some how he did not came at 4.30 pm, after several phone calls to local tatasky dealer finally he came at 8.30 pm, and tell me that he is unable to install the box as well as he simply refused to check my existing box which is also not working from last 1 week, and he left my place
                  After some time i got a sms stating that my order of multi box is cancelled
                  Without any information or any valid reason.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I would like to bring your attention that i have paid the recharge amount rs 3520 on 12-jun-2018 and my customer id[protected] account balance is showing validity up to 7 may 2019 but it is a matter of regret that all channels has been disconnected from november 2018. You will agree with us when a customer has paid advance recharge amount for 1 year, the new tariff should not be applicable to till the expiry of validity period. We never expect such type of cheating from tata group of organization. We may not continue as your customer after 7-may-2019.

                    As per your tv screen message we are forced to pay additional amount per month. Rs 10 p. M against channel no 1761 rs 25 against 310, rs 5 against 1766, rs 5 against channel no 504, and rs 10 against channel no 505 rs 10 against channel no 509. Also addition of sony channel, please intimate us the amount to be recharged for these channels immediately so that so we will make payment online.

                      My tata sky subscriber id : [protected]. I want change my pack why because sports channels are not available. I've requested for connection change to tata sky team, they assured that "south prime" is best pack and we will activate for you. Based upon tata sky agent confirmation requested for package change from "dhamaka" to "south prime". Tsky raised a ticket for package chnage request 19d34g0t. After couple of tasky agent called me told you are not applicable to change pack. Please don't buy tsky packages are too much cost. There is no good package for customers.
                      Very very worst tatasky. I'm diconnecting tata sky i'll go with local dish.

                        I am using tata sky from past few years. However i am facing some issues wherein it's showing blank screen in between and when i asked tatasky for help they are asking for service charge if we need technician but why i should pay service charge if the problem is with tata sky. I am paying my monthly charges and the help they should provide should not be chargable. It's not acceptable.

                          sony marathi channel and other sony hd channel

                          From last few months I am unable to see Sony Marathi channel. Lots of time I talk with Tatasky toll free number and they told me that we can't show you that channel even though SAB tv HD is also not seen as I subscribe for HD channels. Tatasky now cheating with us. When I talk with customer care executive they told me that Sony channel rates are increased so we dropped these channel from package but Sony Marathi is free channel...

                          As regards the unisyn enterprise two persons has came to my house for new tata sky hd connection plan as we have given them money through cheque as the cheque was given on[protected] and the cheque was passed on[protected] as we are calling the person who had been came to our house the person is answering to the call but after calling continues he had picked the phone and told i will fix the problem and now 3-4 days passed but no action is taken by the person please help me with this problem

                            My taka sky connection was alright in the night and working properly but when i switched on my tata sky box in the morning then it was in stand by mode and was not starting. I called the customer care number they sent a person for checking and then he asked for 400 rupees. And my warranty period was just finished. And this wasn't for the first time happening with me. I have faced this problem earlier as well. Whenever my warranty gets over then only the box stops working and they ask for money to replace it

                              I am having 4-5 tata sky connections (Including baby connections) havent faced so many problems untill now, this time i am mentally harrassed with the quality of service they are providing.
                              I am facing problems regarding:
                              1. Sony activation: even after activating giving missed calls, smsing on whatsapp (From rmn) it doesnt activate.
                              2. Frequent deactivation: activating sony channels become a pain in the neck, every month i have to activate it. There were scenarios that i am not at home and my family members finding difficulties to watch sony channels.
                              3. Frequent rebooting: this is something which service team will really look after, even after complaining about my frequent rebooting the executives havent sent the service team to my place. While watching a channel tatasky gets off and starts to reboot on its own. This happens every once in 15 mins. When i complained about it the ladyexecutive simply said there is no problem here. Take off all the connections and reset the tatasky and refused taking a complaint
                              4. Uneducated customer care: they are untrained and not known about the packages, last year i called up the customer care to know the package cost for renewal of sports dhamaka pack along with the hd channels, he misguided to a monthly deducted pack and my hd channels lasted for only 10 months. And i would have been benefitted if i had activated for 12 months.
                              5. Rude customer care: i have faced this problem every single time i have an issue. Especially with the ladyexecutives. They are so adamant and rude that they wont accept even if you are right. This is something they must be trained really well.

                                I have recharged for a sports dhamaka pack also i am having a hd box so recharged for 12months "after having discussed with the customer care executive."
                                But now from a month my hd channels are stopped (10months) and when i tried to enquire about it, i come to know that the executive earlier had falsely guided me for annual hd pack to a monthly wallet deducting plan. Which apparently is more than the annual pack if i had activated.
                                Now when i am explaining about the problem to "any lady executive" they response me in a very rude way that - "sir it has happened a year back i cant listen to the telephonic conversation or nor i can help you out with this. Thank you for calling tata sky" disconnects the call.

                                  I am not able to see sony marathi channel since around 1 month. When checked with tata sky, they provided the information sony marathi channel has been dropped off by tata sky. Tata sky is cheating with customers. As per the marathi regional pack sony marathi was included while tata sky has it dropped off suddenly.

                                    Tata sky has been working hand in gloves with lodha builders in my building and since we have only one service provider in our building which is tata sky the connection islets almost every day for hours and when we complain their technicians visit after 2 days when everything is sorted the builder is demolishing illegal floors and tata sky technicians never come till the signal automatically comes and then they say its fine up and working since july 2018 i have made numerous complaints and lost on valuable time days of my subscription which when i ask they have no clue will they extend intact when i write to their nodal officer they write back saying we we will look into the matter and your account balance is 600.00 please recharge by december for uninterrupted viewing after this non of the sony channels are working we have to pay them and on top of that i have to give a missed call or send an sms truly this is a scam if the law is there in the country please pull these tata people they are fooling us.

                                      Dear sir /mam,
                                      Today only i received a call from one of your executive at 13:00 hrs saying that their is an offer available on your account to convert your non HD pack to HD one .I politely listen what he was offering for 5 mins, then i replied : I am not in a need of this offer right now but if i feel so in future will communicate accordingly.
                                      Then he told i mean your executive : You are having a good led then why u are no opting for this pack .
                                      Then again i replied : I dnt have that much of time to access TV just my parents access it and they are happy in this pack only .
                                      Then again he replied : What are you saying " aesa nhi hota aap lagha ke dekhiyee HD pack ".
                                      then i told him brother i dnt want plz dnt waste my time, i replied politely .
                                      then again sir aap laghaa ke dekho na fir pataah chalega ...I was what i dnt want, that my final decision plz cut the call, then he again continue ...finally i need to cut the call or else will losse my patience on him .

                                      Its a kind request TATA SKY please dnt disturb your customers like that,
                                      firstly u people blocked few channels we used to suffer then this one .I am not going to tolerate this ### .Stop all this by taking necessary step on this or else i am going to surrender my last 4 years connection .Pissed off .
