I'm looted and harassed by tata sky on a monthly basis I'm being overcharged about 150 per month just because there is problem with the dish and say I subscribe to some of their service that I clearly have not. I don't have signal for over 24 hours because the technician is purposely disconnecting the dish and then repairs comes after 2 days to repair and takes 100 rupees.The technicians manage to loot me about 150 per month and always try to replace some part or the other. For example:they changed the digicomp adapter because there was no signal. I was charged 400 for this. This is become mental torture for me. Help me please. Even helpline person is saying technician should not charge 100 rupees if problem with dish every month. Please help or I shall close my account.

Your all customer care numbers are out of reach or not working so just tell me what to do?

      I am a govt servant serving at dimapur, nagaland. I have paid an amount of rs 1870/- on 09 nov 2018 towards installation of a new tata sky connection.
      My subscriber id is [protected].
      Previously, the local dealer used to install the new tata sky connection at offices and residences. However, now, the local dealer is refusing to do the installation and is saying that they will deliver the antenna and equipment at the gate and that he will not install the new connection.
      Despite repeated requests from past two days, the local dealer at dimapur is not cooperating and he says that the subscriber should install the tata sky connection himself. Also, the local dealer is very rude and arrogant.
      I am unable to install it myself, and it is the responsibility of local tata sky dealer to install new connection.
      I am very disappointed with the behavior and services of your local dealer at dimapur and i want to cancel the subscription.
      Request return back the amount of rs 1870/- since the equipment has neither been delivered nor installed.
      I have recorded the conversations with customer care representatives and your local dealer at dimapur.

        None of the employee is giving proper response to call. Tata sky dth employees are not aware of facilities available. I have requested for sony tv till today i did get any response or call. I took connection on 1st november 2018 and the technical person was very rude and did give us any information regarding dth. They have not provided facilities mentioned at the time explanation. Searching a channel is time consuming.

          The customer service only provides 1860* numbers which charge 2/3 rs per minute. And they do not pickup the call for 10 minutes. None of the other numbers provided for customer service work.
          I have raised a complaint to receive a call back. They tat sky never called me back.

          On their website none of the options to register a service works. Only reaharges and upgrade works. All other links takes us to the logout page.

          Worst attitude and treats the customers like their property.

            I have subscribed for 1 year premium package - and as per the contract tata sky is suppose to provide me entire package with all new added hd channels - however since last 2 months they have discontinued sony channel package - they have discontinued all important channels like sab tv hd, espn all channels, sony six hd, sony music, sony bbc earth hd.
            They have breach of contract and not resuming services as per contracted rate.
            Filing a complain for not providing services despite charges recovered in advance - gave me mental harassment for not timely provided entertainment when needed.

            Not Acceptable at all - Since Tata Sky is not tolerating an hour of delay in payment - if we fail to pay on time and immediately dis-connecting the connection - then how come - a consumer tolerate.
            It is your management negotiation fault - why you had not talked with management of Sony in time??
            Why your management did not foresighted the coming possible hike from Sony??
            This is total failure from your side and on the contrary you are cheating to your consumer??

            What benefit I will be having to bare with you for non providing timely services??

            I have already paid you very heavy charges - which are not levy by ANY ORTHER SERVICE PROVIDER IN YOUR INDUSTRY..

            Compensate to me for non providing timely services as well as cheating and assure in writing that you will not further cheat to any consumer in future.

            You and your management are getting very high salary - for what reason you are getting such a high salary??
            You are suppose to provide the uninterrupted services with complete satisfaction.

            Since there is no revert from your side nor concluded resolution provided by you - filing an official complain at local consumer redressal forum under the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Filing a complain for not providing services despite charges taken in advance and also compensation of Rs. 1, 00, 000/= for wasting time for not providing services timely as per the contract done.

              This is to let you know that there are many channels are unavailable since 2months as if espn, sony ten2 etc. I have been using rs. 560 package where all channels was available. Suddenly, the channel is disappeared and i spoke to the tata sky person too. They said, the channel will be activated within few days but it didn't.
              Very dissapointed having tata sky
              Regards, thinking to go towards the airtel, dish tv,, (At least they never cheat on viewers)

                I didn't use the service for 3 months. Then i recharged today but it is not working.
                On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[[protected]] digicard id[[protected]]"

                Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

                  Fed up of complaints. No remedy. do not want to spoil the name of TATA.

                  More than twice the technicians visited me.
                  more than 25 calls made to my registered mobile number, but no use.

                  It is observed that your staff at Bangalore is not all responsible fro any complaint.
                  One technician named a Shiva came and he recommended an HD set top box . Same was purchased, But they want ready cash.
                  I had instructions from your help line not to pay any staff.
                  Have a doubt whether they are your staff? None of them carry a Tatasky I D.
                  Please rectify or will be forced to approach the Consumer Court for Deficiency of Service by Tatasky.
                  Every time the complaint is returned stating that it do not have more details.

                    Tata sky is not showing live telecast of cricket match on DD National or DD sports & forced to buy star sports intentionally.which is not fair & unethical. It is violation of govt law or rule to show match on DD National or DD sports but Tata sky keeping these channels off.

                    I have purchase tata sky from Croma store Aurangabad on dated 3.11.2018 but till date n time tata sky's service man doesn't install dish antenna, but service is active on dated 5.11.18 and local service person doesn't take call or doesn't any response. His name is sahil patel and no. Is [protected]. So I think Tata sky's service is horrible.

                      My id is [protected]. I reacharged my i'd for 02 tv sets on 13 mar 18 for 01 year @ 8100. The same was done after due consultation of your rep and informed to helpline subsequently. Now on 03 nov 18 my 01 tv is not working and i m being informed that balance is insufficient.                         I am unable to watch some of the sony hd channel from last month whereas i am paying same amount which i was paying earlier, and their worth less calling to customer care because they repeat saying same line again and again, also they told that are paying more to sony which they are not charging us ‘i am so thankfull to them’
                        I am amazed that sony channel are working fine with other service provider are they not charging them high is it they have problem with tata sky only.
                        Even sony channel are showing in their channel that its not their fault it tata sky fault.
                        So please either provide me the service for which i am paying to tata sky or else let me know that company are not capable of doing so then i will change my service provider.

                        I belive tata sky is not affordable then other service provider so that i can stike to tata sky for that.

                          Dish tv is better than tata sky all the channel package of dish tv is more more reasonable than tata sky the main thing is that dish tv provide star sports 1 in every package in which all imp matches of india are held plus ipl whereas in tata sky all package has star sports 2 in which all faltu faltu bakvas sports are their i know that tata sky do it purposely so that to see the star sports 1 we have to put extra 60 rupees so i and 50 more customer are planning to leave tata sky and join dish tv dish tv is best best!!! They care about indian people

                            I am complaining about hd channels since new connection is activated... I am unable to view all the channels that are in hd+1... Complained about it to customer service multiple times but getting stupid ans.. The technician visits and says there are no such channels offered... And says if you see somewhere send us screenshot about it... And i did send the screenshot of it to him.. To which he said will check n let you know... I am still waiting for their response on it... Tata sky ppl know very well to fool the customer... Have some shame on doing so, we pay for it... Bloody cheater...

                              Very unpleasant service by tatasky. Sony rox hd, set hd +1dropped without any notification. This is unexpected by a tata company. If you are dropping channel, notify customers, drop the prices, i want my channel back. This is the worst service ever by tata sky. Let me know how these sony channels will be available again. I am not sure about how many other channels also dropped by tatasky, so please make all them available again as there is reason of dropping them of being you are charging the full amount to customers.

Commercial negotiations with broadcasters broke down because what they were seeking would have forced us to hike our prices. A press ad was released by Tata Sky on 15-Sep-2018 in all editions of Navbharat Times and The Indian Express, informing subscribers about the drop of these channels from Tata Sky platform in 15 days, i.e., 01-Oct-2018.

                                service not getting on even after recharge

                                Tata sky is just not working well. It sucks now. For last so many months, i am hearing that if you recharge between 12:00 till 3:00 am, you will not get the service on. You need to wait till 3 am. This is surely not accepted. As customer, we expect 24x7 support.in today's digital world, someone is saying such limitation is just laughable.

                                They charge from client, but could not provide service. Just a horrible experience....

                                We are having 12 tata sky dth connections at our head office at shivajinagar pune. All the connections are made available to top executives and therefore one of the officers is handling all these connections. His cell number was given however he is retired from services on 31.10.2018 on superannuation. Now in his place we have assigned his duties to other officer and requested company to kindly register his cell number for all dth connections by sending email on "[protected]@tatasky.com. Today we have received telephone call and informed that company will register this cell number only for three connections only. We request you to kindly look into the matter. Other wise we have to think of discontinuing all the 12 connections and obtain the same from other company.

                                  I made online recharge for an amount for rs 3350/- tata sky txn i. D tc [protected]. Txn date and time 02.05.2018 10:53:20. Bank txn id igadldsupo. I have been asked to recharge again, i have done online recharge for rs 3350 and the tata sky i. D tc [protected], txn date and time 01.11.2018 19:19:51. Bank txn i. D igaerkcev4. This also for the same subscriber i. D mentioned above. Please clarify why an amount of rs 3348 was demanded as a recharge so early.

                                    My subscriber id is [protected] and work order number for dish relocation request submitted on 30-oct-2018 is wo#18nlo30e.

                                    My tv dish in parmanu nagar, sector 4, vashi needs to be relocated due to construction of rain shed over the building terrace. During the last dish installation, the technician (Ravi) had installed it somewhat low on the wall. For this relocation, the technician who came said he cannot reach so low and only the person who installed it can do it. When the person, ravi, who installed came, he removed the dish, but refused to install it, saying the first technician is supposed to do it. Due to infighting between tatasky technicians, with each technician saying that someone else will do the relocation, i have not had tv for 3 days.
                                    My neighbour's tv dish on the same terrace wall and the dishes of several tatasky subscribers in this building have been relocated, so the technicians have no valid reason to refuse to work on my dish.
                                    It is terrible that tatasky has no control over its staff. They should either refund my balance or finish the relocation.

                                    I received an SMS saying that my relocation has been delayed and scheduled for the 4th of November. This, despite being told very time on the phone that my request has been escalated and classified as urgent. I have made repeated calls to the helpline number, have had to talk to a different representative each time, and repeat the same story over and over again. This is ridiculous that despite paying regularly and having sufficient balance in my account, I have to wait for so many days for a simple shifting of the dish along the same wall, because two workers do not get along and cannot work together. Tatasky has no ability manage or discipline its staff .

                                    So far I have been given 3 service dates: 31st October (2 technicians arrived at different times and refused to work), 1st November (despite being promised that the job will be finished on this date, no one from Tata Sky came home) and 4th November (no one from Tata Sky came home). This is revoltingly unprofessional. I have no interest in continuing services with this company. Tata Sky needs to refund my balance.

I am being harassed with repeated phone calls every day (I had told them to stop calling me) and emails stating 'IF you wish to cancel'.                                     A service request to sort a cancellation request due to a failed relocation service request! I received more calls and SMSes today, the harassment continues. Clearly, Tata Sky is incapable o[censored]nderstanding a simple "do not call me" . I do not wish to hear from you. I wish for a cancellation and refund. I have no choice now but to place a police complaint.

                                      They promised me of two months free service of all channels including HD and now they are just providing a basic service. I have been charged excess amount of Rs 140(Rs 2735 actual but deducted Rs 2875). I complained to the customer care and they don't even know how to talk to a customer. They later called me and promised to solved the problem which is still unsolved for 10 days.
