I shifted from flat no. 1742/1, RBI COLONY, 44 B, Chandigarh to 1721/1 in the same colony. I complained /informed at help line no. [protected] on 22.09.2018 but still my connection has not been re- installed in my new flat. My RMN is [protected]

    Recharged my tatasky by scanning bharatqr code as advertised by you in setting of stb but the payment of rs803.6 isn’t reflected in mobile app as well as in the stb msg and payment page even after 12 hrs. Really really irritating and irresponsible service provided. Recharged by scanning for first and last time. Tata sky sucks. I even have screenshot of payment with transaction and merchant id.

      On 21st of sep in the afternoon i saw a message in the account that we need to recharge our account with rs. 2220/- that was a big shock to me as i recharged myself on 20th of sep and my father recharged again on 21st of sep amounting rs. 330/- which is for our south sports pack with sab channel. The total amount of recharge was rs. 660/-.
      After contacting customer care they brought to my notice that our account was hacked and there is someone else updating our account every time. I requested again to have our number updated but in vain as it was repeated again and reupdated. Therefore, i was asked to contact cso team via email which i did on 22nd of sep. I must have called cc 7-8 times on 21st. Again, on 22nd of sep 4-5 times. I got a call finally from someone called umashree who according to her investigated and found that it was the dealer who was hacking our account. So, i requested her to get a new subscriber id which i got on 22nd of sep. This was a new id which only i was aware of so also my contact number that was updated. However, on 23rd of sep i see that the rmn was again changed 3-4 times post 12am. This being the case i again dropped a mail to the cso, ceo and help email ids. I received a call again from the same person umashree according to her this time she backed out from her yesterday’s statement and now according to her it’s someone called avinash and according to her there is nothing that can be done to safeguard customer’s account from tata sky end which is pathetic and ridiculous. Big shame on you.
      I am sure this is the game played by the dealer as i am aware that these things are done by the dealer itself to meet the target.
      Also, i am sure that you guys would be trying to safeguard the dealer for your strategies.
      This will surely bring bad name to you as i will make sure that this is been communicated to the mass.
      Now, having said this i would like to stop using tata sky soonest. Therefore, would like you to transfer the balance amount to my bank account. Let me know to whom i need to communicate this to.

      Would like to have immediate action on this.

      Today we received a call from the dealer contact number [protected] who is the same person who updated the RMN of our account. However, the lady called Umashree from Tata sky tried to cover it saying that it is some other subscriber.
      Guys you need to be careful in using Tata sky. Dealers hack your account and the Tata sky team backs off saying that it is some other subscriber.

      I would let customers using Tata sky know that your connection is not secure. Make sure you keep checking your account details.
      Also, would like to let you all know that these people in Tata sky play deaf and dumb role when asked for details via emails.

      I mean blind deaf and dumb roles when asked for clarification. After my last mail to the complete team of Tata sky on 23rd no one has come back to me yet as I am sure that they don’t have a justification. Otherwise, it seems as per them they revert back within 24-48 hrs.

        Today 23/9/18 i wish to view dd national channel. When i switch it on dd i saw movie then start ind vs aus match but after 1mint of match telecast tata sky block channel and showing msg i[censored] wish to watch match. Subscribed our paying channel rs 60 p/m.
        Why should i. If i have already paid for current pact involved dd national. Why tata sky block dd national free channel they
        Must refund 10 days money or extend our pack validity more 10days.

        Hi, please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

            I had made a payment of rs.2735 for installation on 27/07/2018 and i had cancelled the conncetion before installation.. I request you to refund my amount rs.2735 immediately as i have cancelled my booking on 01/08/2018, before installation and did not receive my money till now. Tata sky people told that witin 7 banking days, i will get my money refunded.. But now 23/08/2018, still i had not got any refund to my paytm wallet. I don't understand why would it take more time. I have cancelled the order on 01/08/2018 and it has been cancelled on 01/08/2018. As per tata sky records and they informed me that they have sent the amount to the respective paytm wallet... But, i did not get the same... By quering paytm helpline, they had told me that no refund transaction found in my respective wallet... Worst service by tatasky company.. I had sent a mail to [protected]@tatasky.com... Still no reply...

              None to contact in hyderabad. The toll free #[protected] provided can't be reached. It won't even connect. I tried several times about 10 days back, in futile, except i was charged ₹ 1 by the telephone provider every time i attempted. No official/grivence number/ name & mobile no. Of the said officer provided. Even now, @ 8-40 am on 23rd instant, i could not get that toll free no., i was charged ₹2/- mercilessly for two attempts. I am a senior citizen past 75 years of age. I have multiple connections & a prime subscriber. Since, yesterday 22nd night 8pm on wards, no tatasky connection in my residence is working. The service is hopelessly bad. The service personnel at senior level expect money for every visit. Whom to complain? I am a ca, audited tisco - cent percent subsidiary mysore chromite limited, while doing my articles in 1965-66. Tatas are service oriented. Now, the present staff is doing dis-service to their reputation. Is any one listening?                     I forgot my rmn. I had used my uncle's number actually while installing it for the first. I somehow forgot it. I tried putting the number but somehow could not retrieve. I want to check my account status online and make changes to pack according to my preference which would make recharging my pack and making changes to it alot easier. Please help me retrieve it.                       I started my tata sky in 29 march 2018..in april 20 they ask us to monthly pack bill of 199.. Since then i had same problem... Every time after 15-20 days they ask us to pay monthly pack bill... This time i pay monthly bill of rs 199 on 31st august so that i cud remember date... N now they ask to pay the pack bill on 27 th sept.. N now they say u pay 220 rs as we had rise the pack value... 1st of all they can not rise the value in 1st year.. N on the top of it costomer care executives are like it's company policy to charge and increased the pack value.. It's better not to take tata sky again...

                        Tata sky blocked the live telecast of cricket matches in national channels such as dd sports, dd national. They telecast those channels in other times but not while live matches are going on. And show a notice by name of honeble supreme court instructions.
                        They can't do this without considering valuable customers by blocking the national channels.

                          We were away from our from 28th july 2018 and when came back on 20th september 2018, unable to view the tv channel of our pack. On complaining on call center and online chatting, we were advised that your balance is low. Online chatting person told to recharge a minimum of rs.20/- to activate the services and customer call center lady staff advised to recharge a minimum of rs 50/-. We couldn't understand this. Why they are making us fool, when our recharge shows on screen up-to december 2018/-. We have used once sport channel service for one month for rs.60/- which we have already deactivated next month. How can they charge for other months. If my services not activated by today, i will file a complaint in consumer forum. Please look into the matter and arrange for necessary action required. Thanks

                                  Im already a tata sky subscriber and relocating from andheri to thane.. Had put up a request for de installation on saturday morning so that i could re install in thane. Even after regular follow ups nobody has turned up. I have only been recieving msgs of the visit but nobody turned up for 4 days.
                                  I have finally shifted last evening and your executive calls me today for de installation of my service. Since i have already relocated i asked your executive to de install d same and arrange to send to thane office. He was quite rude and denied and asked me to take up a new connection here. Im disappointed with the kind of response i have received from your staff. I either want my security deposit back or arrange for my new installation. Hope this will be looked into

                                  Im talking a new exective everyday and just fed up repeating the same story everyday. Arrange some one to fix up my connection along with the antenna. Or rather we dont waste each others time and i throw both my set up boxes and take a new connection fron some other cable network

                                    There is a problem for reception of only hd channels. I asked them to resolve the issue. They are asking rs 100 for technician visit. Ethically wrong as i pay subscription for uninterrupted services. I have asked them to disconnect my connection.
