Im already a tata sky subscriber and relocating from andheri to thane.. Had put up a request for de installation on saturday morning so that i could re install in thane. Even after regular follow ups nobody has turned up. I have only been recieving msgs of the visit but nobody turned up for 4 days.
I have finally shifted last evening and your executive calls me today for de installation of my service. Since i have already relocated...

rs 100 charge for customer visit

There is a problem for reception of only hd channels. I asked them to resolve the issue. They are asking rs 100 for technician visit. Ethically wrong as i pay subscription for uninterrupted services. I have asked them to disconnect my connection.

this is the wrong card error message

I didn't use the service for 6 months. Then i recharged today but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box(Pairing error)... etc so what am supposed to do now, Is there anyway I can resolve it myself...

They can't do this without considering valuable customers.By dropping the national Chanel's they sell their chargeble Chanel's and make the people's fool....

I got the tata sky hd dth connection 9 months ago only. So the setup box is pretty new... I do anot understand why is it happening? Is it a hard ware or software problem?

channel numbering

Last year the channel numbers on set top box were changed. The change has made navigation to the channel very difficult. It is not possible to remember number of each channel. Suggestions to overcome the problem are
... Start channel numbers from 1. Eg 101, 201 and so on. Now these start randomly like 306.
... Else when a number is entered on the remote and channel does not exist, it should show nearest available channel....
