Our recharge date is 02102018 before the 02102018 all the sony all channels are not comeing we are paying the monthly charge before two days then also the sony channels are not coming and we also call the tata sky toll free they are saying that 5 min wait 10 min wait after some 20 min they say that the tata sky workers are busy because of this our phone balance get low and tata sky is not providing the channels of sport and etc and channels price is very is very high if they attend this complaint i will complaint to main office of tata sky

    Kindly call me soon as even after having balance I’m not able to see Sony channels and none of your customer care number is working subscriber I’d: [protected]. Call me on: [protected]/[protected] I even want to change my RMN and plz do call don’t send msg that call us on customer care as I’m trying since 2 days but it’s not getting through.

      For the last 2-3 days .. Many channels are not showing the programmes but displaying the message that I need to call on some specific no. displayed on the channel to activate the channel. If I have paid for the subscription of these channels, how can you remove them from my set top box. Who gave you the right to do so ? Without my permission .. how could you do that ? I want full refund of my amount. Pathetic services of Tata Sky. I want my money back and wish to discontinue with your miserable services.

        Tata sky id number [protected] not working from the signal receiving boxes (Not showing on the tv) means any channels not working.
        Rmn is [protected]. Receiving boxes were kept power off for three months
        Tried all the consumer care numberd for longer thsn two hours on each numbers.
        Wasted so muchoney on waiting to explain the problem, but no one answered. Feel like change the satellite company.

          Sony channels and aaj tak are not working on tata sky. Have also given missed call to provided numbers and sent as sms too. I have also got a confirmation from tata sky regarding activation of channels. But the channels are still not working. Even called the customer care number but the waiting period with tata sky customer number is more than 10 minutes.

            Dear sir your employ mr mohit kumar ([protected]) and mr rahi dwivedi ([protected]) has chited me they both committed me that if you can give me new tata sky connection then we will give you a one month recharge on per customer and after this i gave them five new connections but still after many days they can not respond me and still recharge of five months is also not done so please support me and recharge my new tata sky connection id for five month recharge ([protected]) thank you.

              Some channels including 'SONY' CHANNEL NO 130 abruptly blocked since 1/10/2018. I called/sms to tatasky helpline so many times through my RMN but problem is still persist. Even today none of tata sky help line is responding.Kindly do the needful for said blocked channel at the earliest.

                Resident of Bicholim Goa would like to inform that i am customer of tata sky from last 4-5 month bearing subscriber id [protected] .
                I would like to bring in to your notice that wef. From 1st oct 2018. Tatasky operator suddenly without any prior notice through any medium not showing some tv channel from my regular pack.(example sony tv, sab tv etc) and when i try to call them on customer care number they say this number is switch off.
                Plese do the needful asap.l

                  Sir,
                  I have purchased tata sky hardware and contributed monthly charges on assurance of some channels. Hiwever, sony services are stopped without giving me option of full refund of cost.
                  Please start sony services immediately or refund full monthly charge already paid by me also take back your hardware at full cost as it has become wothless to me now. I am no more ready for blackmail.

                  Same has happened to me as well. Not just sony but many channels are being displayed with the message that we need to call/whatsapp/message on a specific no. to watch these channels.

                  Hi, the broadcaster has demanded to be paid for every box user of these channels. Hence for Tata Sky, to be able to pay on behalf of the subscribers for the exact number of people viewing these channels, we have introduced this simple step that requires you to inform us. Both the missed call and the activation of these channels as a part of your base pack is done at no additional cost. We are also in conversation with the broadcaster to renew the agreement.

                    Some of the Subscibed channels like sony, sab not available. Pathetic situation with no response. I have been trying to get in touch with Tata sky customer service since last 02 days. they are just giving fake promises of calling back n just not bothered to call back. I have dhamaka pack along with dhamaka HD but some channels are not available even after paying you money semi annual package. I am very disappointed with the way tata sky has closed all avenues for resolving the problem. Chat is unavailable, customer care no is unresponsibe.

                      I have forgotten my rmn and I'm trying to reach costumer support but it's all not working. It's frustrating. I've tried every possible ways to retract my rmn number but in vain. I would like to find my rmn number and change the number. It's frustrating that the costumer support helpline numbers are not working. I'm afraid if this is going to take another week, month or year, I'll have to disconnect tatasky.

                        We are not able to view few channels for which we have already paid. They told us to give a miss call after that it will work but nothing is working .
                        We are not able to connect with them on customer care. Its a such a bad service .they are charging us for full channels but providing only few.

                          We have been calling customer care continuously but no one is responding and sms are not being acted upon. Why should we be charged for No broadcast days. No major incident is made know to me as customer. Pathetic customer care, has no option to escalate the matter of no response. Please let me know whom to reach out for help.

                            On Sept 3, I asked the customer representative to deactivate one my 2 set top boxes as I use only one. He confirmed to me on the call that this has been deactivated for the next 180 days and I will be now charged for one set top box. However the same was actually not done and now when I recharged again, it asks for a recharge for both STBs. When I asked customer care, they said that there was some technical issue due to which the suspension did not happen (about which I was not informed). I did not get the credit for the difference balance yet which they should have given in my tata sky account as they gave me incorrect information and did not even inform about the technical glitch.

                              Arrogance on phone call
                              1. Disconnected with false excuse that the network in unclear.
                              2. Three times informed that due to long wait they will call back. The callback comes in a south indian language, where the caller says he knows no ther language only kannad.
                              3. Call disconnected after making me wait for 20 minutes.
                              4, the chat on line not at all avaiable. The website failed.
                              Pathetic situation with no response.

                                We have already balance in our TATA Sky plan, but not able to see some channels (e.g. SONY) from last two days. I tried many times on helpline number, but they are not responding.

                                  I was also a loyal customer to tatasky, but looks like tatasky doesn't care about its customers at all.
                                  From 1st october, sony, sab and many more channels are not working. If you call CUSTOMER CARE, they say that they will call back, but nobody ever tried to call you from tatasky. Pathetic service. I will switch to some other set-top box.
                                  Totally ### service and a cheat to the loyal customers.

                                    This is utter shame that tatasky has readily agreed on an annual contract for certain no of channels and accepted payments for one complete year in advance. And on noticing that we are unable to view channels broadcasted by sony when we were eagerly waiting to watch kaun banega crorepati the traumatising journey of consumer started.

                                    We have made 84 calls in total from 21:00 till 21:54 on 01/10/2018 to wich their (Tatasky) ivr threw random massages of the number doesn’t exist/is busy/being incorrect and what not, we got connected to tatasky’s call centre three times to which the executives hung up twice on us and finally we spoke to rishabh koundal sr exc to make an official complaint to which he repeatedly said there is no complaint, it was hard to make him understand that i am the consumer and i will decide not you and i want to complain about this issue.

                                    He was reluctant to log that as a complyand share the complaint reference no (180nup68), he gave different reasons for what went wrong today. He mentioned that due to price hike from sony the contract between sony and tatasky did not renew and we have circulated this information in some daily newspapers to which i was shocked and furious that tatasky uses registered mobile no a unique identifier to identify customers and important notifications are circulated in newspapers which is nonsense in today’s world. Also tatasky notifiers customers to pay additional charge for any other add onn channel but important notification which will impact their customers are circulated in newspapers. And the excuse provided is no excuse to me as i have paid for one year and tatasky is bound to provide uninterrupted service for that period of time. This dis not happen as our entire family missed the saptkoti episode of kaun banega crorepati.

                                    And received a call from complaint resolution team of tatasky stating we are crediting ₹3.75 and the issue stands resolved from now on.

                                    If you feel that this is a resolution and is fare enough then i shall keep mum even after paying for one year in advance and if you don’t find it fair then come up with a reasonable resolution and compensation to what my family had to suffer.

                                      All of a sudden channels are being dropped, and that too without intimation,

                                      All i am getting is scripted response that in navbharat & indian express they have published, do they expect customers to keep reading these newspapers about tata sky in digital world,
                                      Also when there is subscription renewal they keep calling us over a month and when it comes to such information all we receive is harassment.

                                      The Tata-sky team, reverted stating that the negotiations with the sony ppl failed and they would had to raise prices in order to continue with the same channels, and would have passed the brunt to the consumers. However though this reactive revert is not enough for the sudden shock that they gave to their customers including me..and news in some print media is just not enough to inform customers since thats the legal way to save them and dents the CX, when for recharging the account they call 1000 times but when it comes to proactive communication, just a sorry post the trauma and the shock doesn't suffice. However as a consumer which is me in this case have become now a hostage having been recharged for the full year. guess i have no option but to forget and forgive. thx Arun
