On Sept 3, I asked the customer representative to deactivate one my 2 set top boxes as I use only one. He confirmed to me on the call that this has been deactivated for the next 180 days and I will be now charged for one set top box. However the same was actually not done and now when I recharged again, it asks for a recharge for both STBs. Arrogance on phone call
1. Disconnected with false excuse that the network in unclear.
2. Three times informed that due to long wait they will call back. The callback comes in a south indian language, where the caller says he knows no ther language only kannad.
3. Call disconnected after making me wait for 20 minutes.
4, the chat on line not at all avaiable....

regarding service of already subscribed channels

Dear Sir
We have already balance in our TATA Sky plan, but not able to see some channels (e.g. SONY) from last two days. I tried many times on helpline number, but they are not responding.
Kindly resolve the problem, We already waste our money day by day but not getting services....

I was also a loyal customer to tatasky, but looks like tatasky doesn't care about its customers at all.
From 1st october, sony, sab and many more channels are not working. If you call CUSTOMER CARE, they say that they will call back, but nobody ever tried to call you from tatasky. Pathetic service. I will switch to some other set-top box.
Totally ### service and a cheat to the loyal customers....

This is utter shame that tatasky has readily agreed on an annual contract for certain no of channels and accepted payments for one complete year in advance. And on noticing that we are unable to view channels broadcasted by sony when we were eagerly waiting to watch kaun banega crorepati the traumatising journey of consumer started.

We have made 84 calls in total from 21:00 till 21:54 on 01/10/2018 to wich their (Tatasky) ivr...

unable to view subscribed channels and no intimation about channels being dropped

All i am getting is scripted response that in navbharat & indian express they have published, do they expect customers to keep reading these newspapers about tata sky in digital world,
Also when there is subscription renewal they keep calling us over a month and when it comes to such information all we receive is harassment....

I have been trying to get in touch with tata sky customer service since morning and they are just giving fake promises of calling back n just not bothered to call back i have ultra pack along with hd but some channels are not available wherein i'm suppose to get all channels even after paying you'll money semi annual package you guys are not showing the channels i feel i'm cheated useless when it came to pay money for semi annual pack all...

Guys let's send a legal notice to tatasky for refund of money. As there are people who paid for yearly, monthly and quarterly as well. So request everyone to send a legal notice to tatasky registered address with refund of money. As we already paid for hese services and if they stopped in between then they need to refund the money to customers. I have connected to customer care multiple time but i have received no response from any of them....

forgot tata sky rmn and password for login

I am tata sky consumer my id is [[protected]], i wish to reset log in, but i forgot my password and registered mobile number. Last one year i contentiously try to contact tata sky by helpline for this request.till i have not get any response from tata sky.

Dear sir,
My tata sky subscriber id is [protected].
I am trying to contact tata sky customer care since last 02 days. But every time recorded voice instruct me that call volume is higher and they will call me shortly. Till today i did not receive call from tata sky.
Its almost impossible to contact tata sky customer care. Then how & who will resolve our problems regarding tata sky...

not able to see my subscribed channel

Hi i am subscribed my annual dhamal mix pkg but for now last 48 hrs not able to see my subscribed channel they guys are not responding over customer services, my subscription id is [protected],
resolve my issue ASAP otherwise refund my money don't want to your services....

tata sky stopped, subscribed channels without information consent

Abruptly stopped subscribed channels like sony, sony mix and other news channels without information when sufficient balance is being maintained in my account.
Tata sky chat and customer care representatives are unresponsive and i am facing harassment unnecessarily.

false charges, ill informed executives and a painful experience

I want to share my experience of shifting my tata sky service to a new address with you :

1. To begin with i called the customer care about the charges and since i said the charges seem high i was told as i am using tata sky since 5 years i will given waiver and i will get a call by the next day : after two follow ups and one week - i was retold my phone support that there is no such offer on relocation...

channels not shown due to financial negotiations of channel and tatasky

1st oct 2018, sony channels not coming on tatasky. Showing on channel no 128 of tatasky to dial [protected]. Dialed 15 times, connected twice and got 2 sms also but still channel not shown. Called their toll free no and got connected after trying for 15 mins. Was on hold for 10 mins and finally some executive spoke to me.
His reason was that tatasky and sony channels are having some financial negotiations because of which channels...
