Hi sir

I have taken the tata sky service and this is the most pathetic service i have ever taken its worst than a normal cable operator,

Pathetic service and they are the big cheaters, this is my [protected]
First of all when there any climate change its stop catching signals
And the tv stops operating for 10 days and secondly i got 300 recharge the amount got deducted from my account however the charge was not successful
To there website and as per the customer service team the amount would be refunded back after 7 to 10 working days and again i have to recharge
They are the worst operators in the world. I would request the govement to help me in getting the refund of 3000 which i have invested for the instulation

Dear Concern, Tata Sky is not showing DD sports, they are displaying a message saying 'as per the instructions of supreme court Asian games can not be shown on DD sports'
And forcing to buy their sports pack.

    I having id no [protected], have been using tata sky since long. A complaint was lodged on 11 th of aug 2018, where as till date i. E 15th aug 2018, the complain is not attended (No visit of technician is made). Surprisingly complaint is being closed without attending it. There is no positive response even after several call on customer care no [protected] and formal complain through mail on mail id [protected]@tatasky.com.
    In case if it is felt from your end that problem will not resolve, kindly guide me to surrender your service and arrange collection of all equipment from installed site.

      This is to inform you that I am based in Bengaluru location (Banglore).
      The TV and Tatasky box is located in my hometown (Dhanbad shifted from Kolkata).

      Problem: TV was recharged after sometime and it is not working fine currently. TV works for sometime but a error hops in screen as 0% and please switch off.

      Today the technician came and said the set-box has gone bad (WO# 16ZT7OL8). With what conclusion, he said not sure or what symptom he has seen ?

      Please arrange for a call back or assign the best tech available. else i will not even bother to use tataSky anymore.
      it is understood from customer service representative (Nandita not sure if representatives uses fake names) that how much TataSky values their customers.

        Tata sky is cheating and even robbing the customers.

        Since i took the tata sky i am having bad experience. Every month they are cheating.

        First of all i have been charged rs. 3400 for both sd and hd. No invoice.

        1. Month free pack dhamal mix. They themselves setting the package we can not decide on that surprising ethics!!!

        5 days before my pack is over one of the tata sky executive called me and and told to refill the pack. Initially i told still 5 days are pending. He told me new pack will start after my old pack is over after 5 days.

        Some how he convinced me to take south monthly pack of rs. 350 with out hd. I paid online.

        I was in my office with in an hour there was a call from my house tata sky channels are not coming!!!

        I called tata sky customer care and asked they are telling my old pack ended you required to refill the same pack - 5 days are still pending.+
        I came to know that they adjusted my money to old pack and reduced the dates to only for 15 days.
        At that time only i understood tata sky is nothing but cheating sky!!!

        Now again last month on 23rd jul 2018 i chose my monthly pack of my own channels. Now i am seeing the pack end date is 16 august 2018.
        Is the monthly pack is for 30 days or tata sky decides how many days should be in a month???
        What the hell is this??? This tata sky people are big robbers!!!

        Hi, Its required to accept the Mistakes.!!! I have received at least 100 calls from other numbers on 13th to 14th August 2018 I have not received any call from TATA Sky!!!

        Here i bought tata sky set top box connection, local dealer dose not give me a gst bill as well as 'not for sale'written on the box . online hd connection price is 1700 but that dealer takes 2500 rs from me for this connection. why this dealer did not give gst bills to costumor???

          Today i raised a complaint for regarding not getting signal in my first tv where as was able to view in my second one, when through proper channel by calling up the executive and raised a complaint, accordingly got confirmation that technician would visit in few hour, as said three technician visited and they worked on it and finally could view channel in my both tv, but to my shock i could view when i keep both set of box on ie i need to keep both tv on to view the program if one is switched off, other one too gets disconnected.. Clueless i called the tatasky help and explained him the situation, there i got second shock that no technician has been scheduled to visit my house... Now question is who were the guys who came and how and who shared my details with them., the executives for there benefits share the consumers details to there personal technician and they visited the clients... Tatasky how safe people are how r u answerable if anything unfortunate incident happens to a lady or kids who are alone at home during such visit.. Also the money to take from the client is also in thousands... What service and safety you are providing to ur costumer...

          Recently, got Tata sky connection and after 1 month had done recharge of Rs 420/- and after few days connection was disconnected after follow up connection was up and running but again it shows recharge date for 12th Aug, already recharge was done on 26th July 2018. The case has been spoken to customer care.

            Tata sky is cheating new customers while activating the connection, and claiming the installation charges without doing any installation, as on existing installation, they are claiming installation charges without doing any installation. Also they are evading service tax to govt while giving new connection on different name on the existing location.

            I request kindly send out a claim request to tata sky to refund of rs. 1600/- claimed towards installation, and also they have not given neither bill nor receipt on the total amount paid by us rs. 2200/-.

            They are cheating customers like me so many in the hyderabad, kindly take appropriate action immediatley.

            We tried to call you on your RMN but we couldn't reach you and we have sent you an email. Kindly share your alternate contact number so that we can get in touch with you at the earliest.
            Please note that Tata Sky Customer Care team is acting smart, as they are calling and troubling me again & again asking about the issue and delaying indefinitely. The issue is pending since 5th July, 2018, Initially they had admitted and assured that the amount is reversed in my tatasky account, but later they made U return and expecting the consumer forum notice with damages.

            If I dont get reversal of Rs. 1601/- immediately, i have no other choice but to approach Consumer forum and claiming the amount with damages through them.

              I am not able to watch tata sky from 07/08/18. On 08/08/18 i registered a complaint and technician came, changed the setup box (Costing rs 400+ 100 technician charge). At that time in my account there was more than 150 rs. After changing the setup box the same problem i am facing. From 07/08/18 to 11/08/18 i contacted tatashy through phone 10 times, sent email 8 times and chatted online 2 times. But still no solution i got.
              I am very much surprised that for 5 days i am unable to view tv but tatasky deducted daily amount. Even they deactivated my account as there is insufficient balance. They changed setup box, charged rs 500. Atleast they should charge the amount after the solution. What is this? Is it not loot?
              Its a big brand but their technicians do not know anything. After contacting several times through several media two technician visited me with out any solution. Now i am hopeless. Waiting for the solution. I am demanding for refund the amount they deducted because i am not able to watch tv.

              I am thanking to tatasky and Indian consumer complaints forum that my service resumes. In my previous complaint I wrote that on 8th August technician changed setup box costing 400 Rs + 100 Rs visit charge. I also mentioned that after installing new Setup box there was no solution i.e I was unable to view TV. I am very much sure that my previous setup box had no problem. Today your technicians changed switches in the gang box and it is out side my flat i.e problem was there itself.

              Now my request is that there was no problem in my previous setup box and technician changed switches outside my flat so Kindly refund 500 in my account also for 5 days I was unable to watch TV but amount deducted from my account daily. This also will be refunded by you. today I received a call from ( number [protected]) and she promised for refund.
              I shall be highly obliged if you kindly do needful for my request as I am one of the oldest customer i.e since 2006 I am using your service and my request is genuine.

                I will not wright sir or mam, because you guys are not deserve that,

                I was faced the problem last 2 days and many time i was call to your customer care no, your all executive are very much rude and your team leader mr. Vinod kumar is very fake person, he was committed me that i will resolve your problem within half hour but till date and time i was not getting any out put,

                Your services are very much poor and dis casting i will never recommend any one to take tata sky connection, this is my last month i will quite from your services, you have no sense that how to take care of customer

                Your executive are very rude to talk with customer even survival time i was request him please transfer my call to your supervisor or manager but they are put my call on hold or cut my call.

                This is really ridiculous behavior, i will go with legal i am sure.

                Msg is regularly flashed on tv screen that ur set top box is not receving signals.at present also signals are not received by set top box and tv is off.. it is happening frequently. i wish co will rectify the problem once for all without further loss of time.

                  I have reaching online for full year subscription as per customer executive while recharge on line customer executive said you will select the same amount of coupons as per your choice & i did the same even cross confirmed coupons selected are ok they said it ok & you will get all coupons details on your registered mail. till date i didnt get any coupons details even when we raised complaints they directly closed it with our solving this. again when i raised complaints they said we have already sent mail to you.

                  received call from Mr Manoj one of the worst person in customer service (problem solving)
                  even he is not listening customer words only speaking & speaking... that is all ###...
                  as per him they are unable to provide voucher error from both the end.
                  my question why they have not provided on first month... even they have my mail id...

                  i have recorded both the calls which received from TATA Sky customer executive
                  first one said i will get all my voucher details by mail id very soon. but some of voucher they will make amendment as per availability.
                  second call from by Manoj not listening my words only forcing that voucher not available we will see next time. error from both the side. & closing the complaint.

                    I am a tata sky subscriber and my customer id is [protected]. We were out of station for five days and we had shut off our wifi during the period and obviously tv was not used. Surprisingly when we came back yesterday and we found our tata sky is also not viewable. We complained to your cust id no [protected] the attendant gave us instructions to start tv but of no avail. Pl do the needful at the earliest

                      On 30th july i have raised a complaint that i have recharged on wrong subscription if and now i want to move this money to correct subscription id, call centre told that as per the policy money will refunded back to bank account but till now (9th august) money has not been refunded and every executive provided me different information after every call at one point they say money will be transferred to correct subscription id and at one point they say money will be transferred to bank account with rs250 charge. And today after my call with the executive in tata sky they have also accepted that wrong information is provided.

                        As its been a long time, i havent modify any information in my account. I had two numbers before that are not active now. They were [protected] and [protected], so kindly check what was the registered number and change as per my requirement.

                        I've taken the Tatasky connection previous year. The signal is very weak and no channel is showing, but the channel 1299 is working. It is happening since last week. There's no problem or defects with the TV. Please try to fix this as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from tara sky. They are not taking responsibility and not make client statisfication.

                          I have added complaint about relocation they will take my complaint and sent sms to me our tecnician will come on 6-aug-2018 but still date (8-aug-2018) no one come and my issue wasn't resolve. Also customer care executive telling he will call you within hours and etc.

                          I'm really disappointed with the service of tata sky.

                          I would suggest you please do not use tata sky.

                            TATASKY people has added KIDS pack even though I did not add it, they said it was added through my mobile number even though there is not outgoing calls on those days, I have submitted the Airtel bill to them and still the customer care people are acting smart and not resolving the issue.

                              I haven taken new connection of tatasky from agent on 7august 2018, agent demand more money like for tatasky rs.300, fitting and all rs.200 and for 1st month recharge rs. 200, total rs.2600 i paid to him.                                   Been calling the TataSky helpline for continuous 4 days to get my connection fixed. Everytime representative will tell me technicians will come and fix it but technicians always calls and tells me they cannot come today they will come tomorrow but when tomorrow comes technicians will say the same thing again that they cannot come today .. some o[censored]r representative also will speak to with such attitude, some doesn't even know what to say.. one guy even said that he don't see my request for the dish antenna on their system when I have been saying the same in every call everyday that I NEED A DISH ANTENNA I am willing to pay for it.. one technicians finally arrived at my place yesterday after finding it so hard to even get to my address and he came without the dish antenna, he said he was not told about the dish and said by 3PM someone else will come and fix it for sure but by evening some guy called and said they cannot come they will come tomorrow but nobody came or called, so I called the helpline again and the representative was not able to help me at all and said to call back later AGAIN... TOO PISSED OFF WITH YOUR SERVICE. I NEED HIGHER AUTHORITY TO CONTACT ME AND HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP AND I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE PROBLEM AM FACING BECAUSE O[censored] GUYS.

                                    There was a construction of building near my house due to which my tata sky services get affected and then i raised complaint for it.. They send a person to solve my problem and then they shift my dish from one corner to another and didn’t install it properly and unnecessarily charged me 550rs. As i said dish was not properly installed it get deflected after sometime and some channels are not clearly visible i thought it may be due to some weather problem but when i call the operator again they send a person who told me that the dish is not properly installed and installed at wrong place and then he shifted it to another side also he promised that time that he will not charge me for this as it’s their fault but after 2 days they deducted the amount without informing me. Moreover when i recharged today again they deduct 21 rs without informing me and for no reason when i complained after so many requests they told they raised the complaint and find the reason.. I would say tata sky is the worst operator pls someone help me out in this

                                      We had tata sky connection for many years now. 2 years back we took another connection because my son shifted to another house in another location and we delinked the account creating two separate subscriber ids which have two different registered mobile numbers.

                                      For the last two years we were using our respective mobile numbers for recharge.

                                      On 14th july as per my usual procedure i wanted to recharge my account. Online i filled my mobile number for recharge (Which was practice for the last two years) and paid the amount. But after doing internet banking transaction, i did not get confirmation from tata sky. So i paid again second time thinking even if it is double paid, its only my account which will be credited. So paid again. This time i got confirmation from tata sky but inspite of giving my mobile number which was linked to my subscriber id, i got receipt mentioning other subscriber id which was in my son's name and which was discontinued in april by phone call.

                                      Not both the amounts are debited from my bank and wrongly credited to other subscriber id even if it is de-linked.

                                      This is very serious issue.

                                      Please give credit to my account immediately.

                                        Two tatasky connections are in our name (I) milan kanti ghosh (Id no.[protected]) and priti ghosh (Id no.[protected]) but contact number is same. Of the id of milan kanti ghosh, i have recharged selecting a package the expiry of which is 16th oct.2018. I have taken twin connection from the above id and is due for recharge of the extended one on 7th august, 2018. Please do the following:
                                        (A) discontinue sports channel.
                                        (B) discontinue hd connection.
                                        (C) now please inform me what exact amount is to be recharged and the name of the package so that we can enjoy programme in both the tvs, without any interruption, till 16th oct.2018 when it would be due for renewal next.
