I had an issue with my tata sky. I was not able to view all the channels on 29/09/18.
At about 4:45pm on 29/9/18 i had called up the customer care regarding the same.
An engineer was assigned against my complain no: 17yhjfjq & he was scheduled to visit at around 6:00pm on the same day-29/9/18.

Before the engineer’s visit all my channels started to work around 5:15pm.
Now when the engineer visited my place...

My tatasky dth id [protected] - sukumaran c. On 27/09/18 i have paid through my internet banking from indian bank, a sum of rs.675/-. The amount was debited from my bank a/c. But due to connection failure, the recharge was not done nor any message received from tatasky about recharge. If not paid to tatasky, arrange to refund the amount to my a/c.

some channels show 'no signal'

Called the call center and informed about 'no signal' for 314 (Sony max) and 327 (Zee classic). They asked me to do signal test. There was no signal for some channels. They said they would send some technician. They sent one who made some adjustment at the dish end and the signal started coming. But the same night, there was no signal again. The signal came intermittently, but only in the day time. They deducted rs 100 for sending the technician....

Recharged my tatasky by scanning bharatqr code as advertised by you in setting of stb but the payment of rs803.6 isn’t reflected in mobile app as well as in the stb msg and payment page even after 12 hrs. Really really irritating and irresponsible service provided. Recharged by scanning for first and last time. Tata sky sucks. I even have screenshot of payment with transaction and merchant id....

On 21st of sep in the afternoon i saw a message in the account that we need to recharge our account with rs. 2220/- that was a big shock to me as i recharged myself on 20th of sep and my father recharged again on 21st of sep amounting rs. 330/- which is for our south sports pack with sab channel. None to contact in hyderabad. The toll free #[protected] provided can't be reached. It won't even connect. I tried several times about 10 days back, in futile, except i was charged ₹ 1 by the telephone provider every time i attempted. No official/grivence number/ name & mobile no. Of the said officer provided. Even now, @ 8-40 am on 23rd instant, i could not get that toll free no., i was charged ₹2/- mercilessly for two attempts....

cheating on installation charges without doing any installation

Please advise tatasky to refund the immediately. They are cheating even govt by evading service tax payment for new account.

I forgot my rmn. I had used my uncle's number actually while installing it for the first. I somehow forgot it. I tried putting the number but somehow could not retrieve. over billing

I started my tata sky in 29 march 2018..in april 20 they ask us to monthly pack bill of 199.. Since then i had same problem... Every time after 15-20 days they ask us to pay monthly pack bill... This time i pay monthly bill of rs 199 on 31st august so that i cud remember date... N now they ask to pay the pack bill on 27 th sept.. N now they say u pay 220 rs as we had rise the pack value... 1st of all they can not rise the value in 1st year.....

tata sky blocked the live telecast of cricket matches in national channels

Tata sky blocked the live telecast of cricket matches in national channels such as dd sports, dd national. They telecast those channels in other times but not while live matches are going on. And show a notice by name of honeble supreme court instructions.
They can't do this without considering valuable customers by blocking the national channels....

loss of cricket match signal on 19th sept.
