Hello All,

I have took Tata sky connection on 3.09.18, They provided holiday humgama offer for me .When i logged in holiday hungama web site on same day it is showing invalid code or already registered .But the tatasky team leader who was given connection by explaining offer, now he is not responding.

    His is in regard to tata sky discontinuing 27 channels without proper notice period is seen to be as a violation of the contract between subscribers and tata sky.
    My subscriber id is [protected]

    Second, they have informed the customers over news papers neglecting social media, emails and phone numbers. Not so palatable and unbefitting for a tech company.

    Third, high-handed approach and arrogance by cutting down channels without providing an option and time of at least one month for customers to exercise an option whether to continue or to switch before discontinuing the channels. It is tantamount to exploitation of customers and the case should be referred to competition commission of india for the monopoly.

    Fourth, they should respond to sony's ad in newspaper published in retaliation to tata sky.

    Fifth, tata sky has the arrogance to ask its customers to dial numbers displayed on the screens. First, they should apologize to customers for this is tantamount to harassment and second, it is an undesirable way of eliciting of customer preferences for various channels.

    Sixth, the tata sky can automatically reinstate all these channels but it is forcing customers to dial the numbers. Why should a customer call back and what is the need? Why is it they are asking customers to reinstate channels by calling numbers after abruptly dropping the channels?

    Seventh, i want my money back for those 27 channels that have been discontinued. Please add it to my available balance immediately.

    Finally, nodal officers have responded to mail without reading it. I request for point by point response from tata sky

Hence we have had to drop a few channels while keeping the popular ones on. Please bear with us for some time because we are doing this in our subscriber's interest. We have recently added 39 new channels on the Tata Sky platform. We will continue adding new channels/services to ensure you never fall short of entertainment. Your package prices will continue to remain the same despite dropping of these 26 channels and services.
    Please add Jaya Jaya shankara and Pooja Tv (telugu channels) in tata sky as soon as possible.

    Hi, we're constantly working on adding new channels to our platform. We'll keep you posted on the same.
    The channels are arbitarily closed without prior notification so the channels are not seen according to the recharge packs.

      I have not been able to view any channels since the past 3 days.

      Their toll free number is always busy, can never get thru.

      Their online chat is not with any representative, its all pre recorded messages

      Finally, i sent an email to them yesterday. However, nobody bothered to revert or call me.

      Auto response: service request reference number: 182jf7jk

      That's the reply i received from them.

      I thought tata companies are very professional & customer oriented.

      Sorry to say, its not the case with tata sky.

      How can i escalate the matter to someone in the company who would be a bit more responsible & address my issue.

      Family at home is totally dejected since unable to view their favourite channels.

      Kindly advise.

        Hi if you will not re start the recently dropped channels of SPN i will sure switch to other DTH.
        And what the hell is this that customers have to give missed to activate channels.
        Its very unethical and unprofessional on TataSkys Part that you have caused inconvenience to Viewers.

          Hi,

          I am a customer of tata sky from last couple of years.
          On 1 oct some channels were drop from my account without any pre intimation. When i called to customer care there number was not reachable and also number given on screen not available.
          Next day when i call again to customer care call was connected after 4/5 minutes and executive attended my call and i received answer that i have to talk in tamil language only they did not know hindi & english.

          Customer executive drop my call without any proper response.

            I gave a missed call on the mentioned number on 1st october then on 4th october performed all the procedures dictated by the customer care executive, received message stating my request have been processed, still i am unable to view the channels.
            On requesting for the contact info of their supervisor they refused.
            Why am i not able to use a service for which i have paid?

              I m not getting aaj tak and other sony channels since 5 days inspite of giving 100 missed calls on helpline numbers. Shrnever i talk to any associate, they are just saying that it will be activated in one hour but i don't know that how many minutes these associates have in 1 hour. J m so much frustrated because inspite of doing recharge i m not getting my favourite channels. And in this situation i have only 1 solution i. E filing a complaint in consumer court. And after all these why you people are giving me a message of not calling again. Ldt me tell you that this is my right and i will definitely take a legal action.

You can place a request to activate the channels you have already subscribed at no extra cost by giving a missed call on the Number mentioned on the screen from your RMN.

                Tata Sky since 1st Oct in 2018 has revoked services of sony, set max, sab, india tv, etc.

                Call Centre are not answering 80% call

                Call Centre call back service is not working/ de activated/ or indifferent

                One of successful call to Call Centre - they are not giving reason, activating one channel at a time

                All this after, advance payment for service

                Got Support after 4.53 Abhishek, who had no reply for channels dropped

                He suggested to talk to Senior and transferred line to Senior

                No senior came on phone after 27mnts

                      Tata sky id no [protected] - owner name- madanlal medwal.
                      tata sky smart manager pack has been activated at my tata sky set up box and deduct my validity get reduced. i want to unsubscribe this immediate. I do not want this channel. Hence deactivate this channel with effect under itimation to me. i called to customer care but still i am facing this problem.

                            I am unable to see sony channels (E. G. Sony ten2, sony espn etc.) even if i am sports dhamaka pack customer and these channels were part of same pack. Tata sky still charging same amount for same pack.
                            If they are not showing sony channels then they should reduce prices.
                            This is clear cheating. They have not given any prior intimation that they are going to discontinue with sony channels.

                              Iam getting few channels on my tata sky id [protected]. Sony was not coming earlier now it is coming but not very clear, no music channel is coming and discovery n many more channels are not coming. This is really frustrating now and customer care is asking for money to visit their engineer, i will pay the amount but at the same time i want my refund because i was not able to see the tv because of the network issues n wasted around 50rs in tht... This is not an error from my end as few channels are coming n some are not coming.. This is an error from tata sky end but they are not ready to resolve it and harassing me

                                  Am karthik from hotel abc grand inn ramanathapuram... I had given tatasky connection for all my 36 rooms but from the beginning the service person or local distributor mr. Prabakaran is not ready to help me.. While giving connection i had confirm the deal to the karnataka tatasky person who stay in my hotel room but i don't that he is karnataka or tamilnadu i just thought putting of tatasky so i confirmed him but the local people who working on tatasky in my regional was not supporting me... Even now the signal is not receiving for the past one week i had complaint to customer care then local distributor and my area manager mr. Felix but still now i didn't get the solution... Am really disappointed please you send someone and dissconnect all the connection i don't need tatasky and please dont't do like this for anyone... Really fedup and hurted... Worst experience from tatasky had never faced before.

                                    My tata sky deactivated by 1 am, i had recharged it through online, i got msg that my amount is deducted but tata sky is not activated.
                                    I had called to customer care, the executive asked me to give missed call to certain no which tata sky every now and then promote. You give missed call, you will get 3 day recharge.
                                    Do you believe what i got msg, its says your request canot be processed as emergency top up can be availed on free charge due date or within subsequent 2 days.
                                    After getting this message i again call back to customer care than customer care executive told that they got my money and your tata sky account will get activated by 3 am.
                                    This means i have to wait for 3 hrs??? What add show...in 15 mint your account will recharge.
                                    I request government body to take stern action against this company who is fooling our nation. I will escalate it to further level if i am not getting any explanation from tata sky.

                                      I don't think the company have no power to purchase sony channels. Yet as my plan i have deserve to see every channels of sports but the poor service frustrated me. As i missed call to activate my sony ten1 channel but still now i can't see the live telecast taking hour and so on. Just poor service. I paid so as it i have deserve i don't know why they are saying we fail to see the live telecast it's their problem not mine fixed it as early as possible.

                                        Hello, today on 2-oct-2018, i am not able to view all my sports channel like ten1, ten2, ten3, sony six, star sports, sony espn etc. Suddenly it went off. I called around 11:45pm quite a few time[protected], no one is responding.
