not attending helpline number

My tatasky id no.[protected] is not working from yesterday morning. I make approx. More then 50 calls but helpline ivrs is telling " we are busy and we will call you after some time by ivrs. But they are not at all responding.

worst service and distributor

Prabakaran is not ready to help me.. misleading ad coming every now and then

My tata sky deactivated by 1 am, i had recharged it through online, i got msg that my amount is deducted but tata sky is not activated.
I had called to customer care, the executive asked me to give missed call to certain no which tata sky every now and then promote. You give missed call, you will get 3 day recharge.
Do you believe what i got msg, its says your request canot be processed as emergency top up can be availed on...

lag of service

I don't think the company have no power to purchase sony channels. Yet as my plan i have deserve to see every channels of sports but the poor service frustrated me. As i missed call to activate my sony ten1 channel but still now i can't see the live telecast taking hour and so on. Just poor service. I paid so as it i have deserve i don't know why they are saying we fail to see the live telecast it's their problem not mine fixed it as early...

tata sky no response; non-interest to solve my problem

Tata sky have discontinued sony set and ten sports since 1st october 2018, in spite of the fact that aforesaid channel are included in my list of channels subscribed. I was directed to dial certain number which i did immediately got a message that "our representative will call shortly". That representative is yet to call!! In the process, i missed good programme.in fact, even today all the numbers mentioned in the customer care directory...

Despite this tatasky disable sony network. Pls resume the service else rebate me the value of sony network. Sony says they do not increased package price as well they also issue advertisement on times of india news paper. So why tata sky do the cheating...

subscribed channels not showing up

Tried all the consumer care numberd for longer thsn two hours on each numbers.
Wasted so muchoney on waiting to explain the problem, but no one answered. Feel like change the satellite company....

sony channels not working even after giving missed calls

Sony channels and aaj tak are not working on tata sky. Have also given missed call to provided numbers and sent as sms too. I have also got a confirmation from tata sky regarding activation of channels. But the channels are still not working. Even called the customer care number but the waiting period with tata sky customer number is more than 10 minutes....

regarding tatasky channel services

Some channels including 'SONY' CHANNEL NO 130 abruptly blocked since 1/10/2018. I called/sms to tatasky helpline so many times through my RMN but problem is still persist. Even today none of tata sky help line is responding.Kindly do the needful for said blocked channel at the earliest....

Sir,
I have purchased tata sky hardware and contributed monthly charges on assurance of some channels. Hiwever, sony services are stopped without giving me option of full refund of cost.
Please start sony services immediately or refund full monthly charge already paid by me also take back your hardware at full cost as it has become wothless to me now. I am no more ready for blackmail....

I have forgotten my rmn and I'm trying to reach costumer support but it's all not working. It's frustrating. I've tried every possible ways to retract my rmn number but in vain. I would like to find my rmn number and change the number. It's frustrating that the costumer support helpline numbers are not working. I'm afraid if this is going to take another week, month or year, I'll have to disconnect tatasky....

We are not able to view few channels for which we have already paid. They told us to give a miss call after that it will work but nothing is working .
We are not able to connect with them on customer care. Its a such a bad service .they are charging us for full channels but providing only few....

favourite channels not being shown out of paid package

We have been calling customer care continuously but no one is responding and sms are not being acted upon. Why should we be charged for No broadcast days. No major incident is made know to me as customer. Pathetic customer care, has no option to escalate the matter of no response. Please let me know whom to reach out for help.
