I am very unsatisfied with the services of tata sky without any information and intimation suddenly the 2 above channels i m unable to view and because of that i didn't see my favorite program kbc 1 crore episode and more so ever the company call centre and consumer no is unable to response and even nodal officer no is also not responding at all. I feel very cheated because i paid advance payment and i cant see these 2 above stated channels....

worst customer service in india

I have tried all the customer support and helpline numbers, not a single call received, other numbers are out of service, some numbers are out of coverage area, never seen such a worst customer care service. Never gonna take tata sky again.
Pls guys dont but the Tata sky connections...it is worst than anything...sonetime channels gets disconnected..and they tell us to give miss call on the numbers they provide...and that numbers are...

Kindly tell me the good reason to continue with Tata sky when we're not receiving certain channels . Is this not a fraud ? We pay for the services and don't have any thing to do with thecontradictions which you are having with certain channels.
These things were not told to me when I was taking the connection .

mental harassment to give them a call every month for the channel already subscribed

Today all of a sudden a specific channel is unable to view and the error message given was 'to view the channel, we need to give a missed call to a specific no. Which is shown on the tv screen.

When taking this up with tata sky on their online chat, it has been given to understand that they have an internal tiff...
