Complaint marked as Resolved The Tata-sky team,
reverted stating that the negotiations with the sony ppl failed and they would had to raise prices in order to continue with the same channels, and would have passed the brunt to the consumers.
However though this reactive revert is not enough for the sudden shock that they gave to their customers including me..and news in some print media is just not enough to inform customers since thats the legal way to save them and dents the CX, when for recharging the account they call 1000 times but when it comes to proactive communication, just a sorry post the trauma and the shock doesn't suffice.
However as a consumer which is me in this case have become now a hostage having been recharged for the full year.
guess i have no option but to forget and forgive.
