Tatasky cable service stopped working on august 18th and i made a complaint on 21st (Assuming it will return after the weather clears up). It has been 10 days now and the tatasky guys spent half a day last saturday trying to resolve it and left without sorting it. My account is still being charged though service is not available. And no attempt to resolve the issue is happening. If i go to the website, it does not take a new request saying that request is already active! Pathetic service. Resolve asap.

      Actually most worst for problem solving ability. otherwise is service is average.I were waiting for almost 2weeks from now there were no actions were taken by them.I were calling customer care daily they were asking too much of time.and I losted ma favorite programs daily.i am very frustrated.

        I made a recharge of rs.500/- on 21st june 2018. Thereafter, i persistently harrasased into submission to take an annual package with lot of promises. I made a payment of rs.2950 on 24th june 2018. None of the promises or packages offered to induce me have been fulfilled by tatasky. To my utter suprise they have even terminate my connection. They promised that i will have uninturupted english movies and all entretainment.

        I have 3 tata sky connection now . After going for third connection .. Every 10 minutes it goes off. Technician not able to solve .. I have decided to go with other service provider .I feel taa sky is cheating the public. Tata sky so called corporate is NOT able to solve this problem .

          Sir i call on your customer care service to remove my Hd channels but they didn't pay any response and didn't talk in proper manner.she is talking nonsense way and unlogicialy facts and they did not do that as they said.now i will not payment you my hd channels because i already said that you should remove hd channels but you did not do this so i have no any responsbilites about channel pay its your duty.and refond my rupess which you cut for hd channels.otherwise i have to legal action against this.so refond my balance and remove hd channels.thank you

              On 23rd august 2018 i made request to activate my secondary set of box. I was asked to confirm my digicomp number and card no, which was[protected] and digi card number[protected]. Complaint number given to me was 176azelh. I was given time to activate before 26/08/2018. Again i lodged complaint regarding activation. I was told that there is no secondary set of box registered with my id [protected]. This connection is in the name of my wife kalpana.

              I could not understand that how second set of box which was there in my account upto 23/08/2018 before the complaint in deactivated state now missing from there.

              As per my record i purchased two hd tata sky set of boxes with double connection dish for rs 3400/- on 12/12/2015 payment made through pnb internet banking.

              On 15/04/2016 at 04:44pm, i made request refrence number 079h7wu. Request number 07ai0kj was received on 15/04/2016 at 17:35.

              On 20 th april, 2016 i got message “secondary connection will be disconnected”.

              Now i want to know how secondary set of box was removed from my id [protected] from my account. I want clear answer.

              In the morning again i made request to activate multi tv connection. I was asked that connection will be done in two hours. But up to now no services are provided.

              I am sorry to say that you have given me poor response i do not know why?

                Hi i am anil ranjan i booked a tata sky my id is-[[protected]]. I have paid full amt but when technician came for installation they didn't provide wire and pipes (Which fixed on roof), they used other person wire and pipes. Now that person shift his house they want their wire and pipes. That time i was not present on my flat that technician chged rs.150/- with my watchman. I called so many times to tata sky customer care but they denied to provide my others equipment even i paid full amount. I called so many times but didn't bothered. Worst services provided by tata sky and cheat to their users.

                    I am very sorry to inform you that last few occasion, during attending our complain your representative demanded money. Twice i had paid rs.200/- and rs.600/- respectively. I don’t know whether company is charging or your representative is enjoying money because they could not able to produce any bill.
                    Last time your representative connected my wire with my neighbour’s disk / antenna without our knowledge, which had created a misunderstanding with my neighbour and wire was removed. We have registered a complain (Wo#1770e3c9) to make it ok (Connect to our disk).
                    I am using tata sky for a long time, i have never faced such problem, i am requesting you to look into this matter and help the service user form this type of trouble.

                      From 22.8.2018, tatasky have deactivated my dth connection, without any prior notice. Till 21.8.2018, my account had a good credit balance towards the subscription charges. When i contacted tatasky over phone as well as through mail, i was told that charges levied for certain services had been levied and the account had been deactivated.

                      In this regard, the following facts are submitted:

                      1. My account was had a good credit balance till 21.8.2018.
                      2. Tatasky did not give me any notice before deactivating my account.
                      3. They have not furnished the breakup of the charges claimed by them.
                      4. Subsequently, they have stated that rs 720 has been claimed towards cable charges. Whereas the technician had mentioned that the extra cable charges would be around rs 250. Hence the amount of rs 720 claimed by tatasky is wrong, and the action of deactivation is illegal and unjustified.
                      5. Further, they have failed to provide a gst invoice for the material and service charges claimed by them, despite my asking them several times.
                      6. They have not reactivated my account despite many calls and messages.
                      7. It is very clear that tatasky is resorting in restrictive trade practices by unilaterally and illegally deactivating the account without giving details of and justification for the amount claimed by them.
                      8. By unilaterally deactivating the account without proper and adequate notice, tatasky has shown high-handedness with the intention of extracting undue amounts from consumers.
                      9. By failing to provide the invoice despite my asking for the same, it is evident that tatasky is swindling government revenue by collecting gst from consumers and not depositing the same in the treasury.

                          Hi Team,
                          We mistakenly recharged our pack on inactive subscriber ID and then immediately called custom Service Team of Tata Sky. My Brother was assured of 5 days extension of service till billing team can transfer the fund of 450 rs to our active ID. This was promised on 17th and till then twice service has been disconnected and m charged 75.00 rs extra to activate my service for 5 days. Yesterday a Team Leader assured me that I will get call from the billing team in the afternoon but no call is made by them as per preferred time mention on escalation call. Had it been matter of money only I would have never complaint but now the fake commitments from senior of company and few associates attitude forced me raising this complain to consumer forum. I want some actions immediately.

                            Hi Team - I upgraded to Tatasky HD setup box for my 2 connections, which are faulty from the day go. Registered 9 complaints in this regard, on every complaint I was asked to share a time when a technical visit can be done however, also I have been asked to recharge my account so Tata sky can resolve the complaints however all complaints were closed with no technicians visit. Moreover post the complaints were closed Tatasky team calls me to confirm whether complaint is resolved or not and when I highlight about the no show to my complaints nothing is done. During this period I have lost subscription money for ~9months. Need help.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              With reference to tatasky wo no# 172l6k4w, i am extremely disappointed by your service. A simple installation has taken almost a week. Today is the 5th day when i hv been following up the booking in the name of r k singh.in the first visit, seeing the house from outside only, the technician said he needs a ladder to fix the connection and wud be back with the ladder. Later when he never turned up i inquired. I was told that my order has been cancelled and a report has been raised stating "the installation site is risky". I contacted back again and insisted for the installation considering the other sides of the rooftop for placement. All this went on until yesterday evening when the technician came for the 2nd time with the dish entina and box and again surveyed the place. He then informed that there was no issue of ladder or placement and it cud easily be installed. But since he has not got the wire so, he will come on the 21st morning by 9am and wud install the same first thing in the morning. We told him that it shud not get further delayed since we are available only till 11 am at home. He assured the connection wud positively be installed by 9 am. Once again today no body turned up, now, we are told the technician is on leave and therefore it will be installed tomm.
                              I am amazed on this kind of mishandling of the customer account. Fortunately my husband mr. R. K. Singh also happens to be a tata employee and therefore we preferred a tatasky connection over other dth connections. We are very well aware with the tata group policies for their employees & their families, and above all their customers. Tata group concerns are very particular about their ethics and values. How cum such an irresponsible attitude is catered here. Now, with the kind of mishandling and inconvenience caused by your staff, i am forced to withdraw my connection request and would not be interested anymore.

                                As per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 20th august at mytatasky website. But due to network connectivity i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.
                                I tried to login after some time but same issue happen.

                                  I want deactivate my hd channel pack, but whenever i call to costumer care and telling for the deactivate but its not work and i can't get right response. So deactivate it and send me message, so i setisfied with your response and answer, after your response i can next recharge for my tata sky id. I dont require of hd channels so i requested to you.

                                    While I was watching Prime Minister speech on Independence day 15/08/2018 my Tata Sky connection no...[protected] was deactivated all of sudden leaving me without watching Prime Minister speech as well as other programs.
                                    I felt very much humiliated .
                                    Independence day comes once in a year and I couldn't see the programs.
                                    I think this is shame on the part of Tata Sky.
                                    My this complaint should be dealt with on priority basis and punishment to erring official.

                                    My Tata Sky connection [protected] was deactivated on 15/08/2018 while Prime Minister of India was delivering speech at Red Fort Delhi. I couldn't listen the speech & couldn't see all the programs on the Independence day.
                                    This is disrespect to Independence day .

You advise me to recharge and see the programs. On my recharging you will go back and relay all the programs of Independence day is it possible ?

                                      Our tata sky set of box not working for more than one month. Spoke to your call center executive, head & manager. Later to your local dealer, they supported till the new set of has changed later they blocked our both numbers which informed to head call center team. This is one of my worst experience in my life. Till now no return call from your service team.
                                      My advice to new buyers not to buy tata sky.
                                      Your team putting tata sky brand humiliate.

                                        I was not using the connection for more than 2 months and once i'm back switched on my tv i found this pairing error please help me get this sorted out as soon as posible
                                        I have recharged for watching tv so please get this sorted at the earliest. It s a bit frustrating on why i get such errors from a reputed company please sort this out
