This is Vivek from Chennai, a Tata sky user for more than 3 years. I'm using two connections at my home, one of my connection has been disabled due to some wire issues and the technician came for the first time and said, i need to do all the wiring and other stuffs. But later, when had chat, they told me, its under warranty, so no need to pay. Again no one came to see it and then when had chat, they raised high priority escalations and on one contacted me and when i tried to contact a senior person, he didnt even took my call, seriously insulted me.
I could able to watch Tv for one week and I put leave for my work to do the connection, but they never cared about it. My complete money waste and made hell lot of inconvenience, such a poor service they have. Going to disconnect it immediately and will raise consumer complaints regarding this issue. I have screenshots, call recordings. Please try to get rid of this service network, don't know, how to treat customers.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, this is not the experience we want you to have. We have raised a service request to sort this and you'll hear from us at the earliest.
Am I duped as they told me the installation will be done in 4 hours with all 400 channels with Rs.320/- per month (one month free + Rs.2000 gift voucher).
I tried more than hundred times on [protected] but it seems they have blocked my no. As there is no response I feel cheated by Tata Sky. As I hve searched this nos. Online.
