Last three month i have done a recharge amount of rs 399/- suddenly i get the sms from tata sky your recharge amount of rs 420/-, regarding this matter i called to customer care executive she (Sumedha) told me your monthly charges is revised from today onwards, i can not understand why this will happen, last month also i make a complain regarding the same matter and they said now your problem is solve, now again i am facing the same, now i am very much disappointed this kind of services

    My name is Benny Lyngdoh and i recharged Rs. 1235 on the 21st of August 2018 for a TataSky account: xxxxx71964.

    Transaction was successfully done to [protected]@icici but nothing was added to the monthly subscription.

    My SBI statement shows a confirmation on the amount deducted.

    Kindly help.

    I spoke to Durgesh Singh from V K VENTURE [protected], who took Rs.1500/- online against Tata Sky new installation. He promised to pay online thru the link https://secure.payu.in/processInvoice?invoiceId=cbcf7d5ce9cbecad11ae11e7d9944acb

    Am I duped as they told me the installation will be done in 4 hours with all 400 channels with Rs.320/- per month (one month free + Rs.2000 gift voucher).
    I tried more than hundred times on [protected] but it seems they have blocked my no. As there is no response I feel cheated by Tata Sky. As I hve searched this nos. Online.

    Tatasky, you are going wrong way. You will have to bear these, one day. Deepak from senior department should learn how to deal with customers. If he was in front of me, i would have slapped him. Before one month tatasky technician solve my tatasky problem of signal strength and charged disappointed 250 rs. But, now again problem persists of signal strength and channels doesnt work properly. I am 100% sure, tatasky purposely make our signal strength weak, so that tatasky can charge us their service fees. I request every indian to discontue tatasky services and new customers dont at all get tatasky connection. We have many other options. Tatasky is cheater company with worst service. Your Own

      This is with reference to my tata sky id [protected] for which the due date is calculated wrongly every month. I doubt like this they may be cheating from other customers also. For my case i received message from tatasky on 5th september 2018 morning that "your tata sky id will get deactivate tonight" which clearly shows that i have paid for 5th september 2018 till mid night. I have recharged on 5th september 2018 which is supposed to deduct from 6th september 2018 on daily basis till 30 days which completes on 5th october 2018 till mid night. But after recharge i received sms from tatatsky that "next recharge date is 4th-oct-2018" instead of 6th-oct-2018 which clearly shows a deficiency of 2 days which tata sky is making their own income from lakhs of customers by cheating. Even the call center executives are not willing to understand this simple thing. I have to speak with 3 executives (Bireshwar, sonali, pooja) to explain this simple thing.

          Tata sky services are third grade. The executive with whom I spoke was just playing with the words. Services I get is interrupted services and sometimes there are no services for 4-5 days also. They are just charging the customers without giving proper services. Very cheap and low class services. Also technician visit is chargeable. Why technician visit is chargeable if problems are in your services or common dish. I am disconnecting the services and request all others to give a thought before taking Tata sky services or those who have Tata sky switch to other services. Also they are not registering the complaints properly. I registered a complaint at 10.15 on 5th September but no reply till 12.30 so I again made a call to enquire. I came to know that complaint was not registered. So they registered the complaint at 12.45 and told you will get a call within two hours. But there was no call. So I called up Tatasky again and now the person is telling that the complaint was not forwarded so she will take a new complaint to forward the said complaint. I don't know what type of people are working there.

            For the last 2 days in my account telgu pack is getting activated with rs 45 as per month charge. Customer care is saying i am giving missed call to activate this which is a big lie.

            I am writing this after i have spent more than 1 hr talking to several customer care executive but i have no solution yet.

            Still now each day in my account telgu pack is getting automatically activated and their call center executive have no idea regarding this.

            Unethical and bad practices tata sky is now a days undertaking to make money from consumers.

            Writing this post to make others aware of their unlawful practices.

                I have raised the complaint in tata sky my complaint no is "17de0cep" and reply for this complaint is "ki apko payment dena hi hoga"

                One day my tata sky is not working so i have complaint for tata sky customer care. One executive come home in next morning and my setup box changed and executive goes from my home. My tata sky working max 10 minutes. Again i have registered 2nd complaint. Next morning same executive come and changed lnb and goes from my home. Max 10 minutes tata sky working after 10 minutes tata skyu not working.

                Again 3rd complaint registered and another person come next morning. He said no need to change lnb. Only jointer is disable and jointer is now connected and tata sky working properly.

                Another 4th complaint againt lnb but tata sky executive tell ki engineer keh raha hai ki jarurat thi lagane ki.

                Mere set box change karke bhi nai chala, fir lnb change karke bhi nai chala. Today i have not used tata sky.

                    I've paid the installation charges and have been waiting for the TATA sky DTH connection for the last 5 days and everyday I get messaged on my phone that the meeting is scheduled tomorrow and this ### has been happening for five days.                       When i am switching in my tata sky setup box it is displaying me an error that wrong card has been insert d for this set up box. Even though no modification has been done for the same. There has been recharge also done for the said account. Attaching the error snap for further investigation from the company’s end.

                        This is Vivek from Chennai, a Tata sky user for more than 3 years. I'm using two connections at my home, one of my connection has been disabled due to some wire issues and the technician came for the first time and said, i need to do all the wiring and other stuffs. But later, when had chat, they told me, its under warranty, so no need to pay. Again no one came to see it and then when had chat, they raised high priority escalations and on one contacted me and when i tried to contact a senior person, he didnt even took my call, seriously insulted me.

                        I could able to watch Tv for one week and I put leave for my work to do the connection, but they never cared about it. My complete money waste and made hell lot of inconvenience, such a poor service they have. Going to disconnect it immediately and will raise consumer complaints regarding this issue. I have screenshots, call recordings. Please try to get rid of this service network, don't know, how to treat customers.

                          I am compelled to escalate the my complaint against tata sky at this forum because, my attempt in getting the complaint resolved and then reaching out to senior people has failed.

                          1. My tatasky service is not working and despite raising the complaint and escalating to all levels, no revert has been raised.
                          2. Their call center is not able to expedite the already registered request to address issue of no signal.
                          3. All we get is false assurance that the problem would be addressed soon but till now noone is able to resolve the same.

                          After waiting for 3 days i had specifically written to their senior team, who chose to ignore the emails.

                          Hence, i am compelled to write to you.

                            Never never never install tatasky at your home. If you want your life to go smooth never install tatasky.
                            They will provide worst digicomp boxes which will not work after installation. Technicians of tatasky i guess they recruit all the roadside cheapsters. Worst worst technician no manners of conversation. They will charge you extra for everythimg if you handover cash payment. Badtamiz techinicians of tatasky. We cant help to deal with them.
                            Tatasky i advice first you open training centre for your technician how to behave with clients. I wish tatasky come to the end verysoon

                              We haven't used service for one month, today we have recharged but it's not pairing. Showing this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error).                                 I bought new hd settop box for 2000 rupees on august -22 -2018, from a dealer and he promised me ultra pack free for one month from the date of activation. Tata sky activated the connection and now the tata sky deactivated my subscription in just 8 days saying that the amount was not sufficient for ultra pack. My question is why did they activate the ultrapack with the new connection when the amount is not sufficient. They allowed the dealer to offer the pack and activated and then deactivated it in a week and forcing me to shell out another 560 rupees additionally. This is definitely cheating and dishonesty on their part.

                                  Sir, u have taken chages from my account on doing service of dismantle and relocation charges comes around 500. Where as no tecnician visited to carry out the job.
                                  Despite three times reminder to customer service centre they unable to explain and i am not getting my money back.
                                  I dont know from where u get this input to deduct the amount.
                                  I request to reimburse my amount back.

                                  The guy who came to give the connection must have replaced the form with someone of a different name . I tried to chat with the tata sky guys and apparently i have to become Rohit Rai and then give a disclaimer that change my name to the original one . Hillarious

                                    Tata sky DTH cable connection has been set up at my place on 24th August after shifting it from my earlier residence. When Demo was given on 24th, there was some short coming in picture quality. However from the evening of 24th itself the set box stopped communicating with TV and TV started indicating 'No Signal'. I have been communicating with Mr Anil Kumar, who had set up the connection repeatedly and he has been assuring me of sending technician to rectify but no one has attended till date.

                                    Immediate attention is requested.

                                      I have tata sky hd+ transfer box with inbuilt dvr..
                                      I am facing no signal issue for all hd +1 channels and even signal quality issue for many channels...picture quality is very blurry...i kept raising the complaint but no proper solution is being done by technicians and company. Every time technicians visit us and mark the complaint resolved in system...while i am still facing the issue...the technician told me to replace the satcr as my dish had satcr instead of super lnb.

                                      Now again on making compaint with Tata sky customer care i am being asked to pay inr 800 to replace the lnb.

                                      This is to make the company aware that providing good quality signal is the core service function of the company and why super lnb is not installed initially.

                                      Resolve the matter ASAP.

                                        I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working. On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). My subscriber id is [protected] Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company.
