I bought new hd settop box for 2000 rupees on august -22 -2018, from a dealer and he promised me ultra pack free for one month from the date of activation. Tata sky activated the connection and now the tata sky deactivated my subscription in just 8 days saying that the amount was not sufficient for ultra pack. Sir, u have taken chages from my account on doing service of dismantle and relocation charges comes around 500. Where as no tecnician visited to carry out the job.
Despite three times reminder to customer service centre they unable to explain and i am not getting my money back.
I dont know from where u get this input to deduct the amount.

poor signal quality

I have tata sky hd+ transfer box with inbuilt dvr..
I am facing no signal issue for all hd +1 channels and even signal quality issue for many channels...picture quality is very blurry...i kept raising the complaint but no proper solution is being done by technicians and company. pairing error on my tata sky dth showing

I made a recharge of rs.500/- on 21st june 2018. Thereafter, i persistently harrasased into submission to take an annual package with lot of promises. I made a payment of rs.2950 on 24th june 2018. None of the promises or packages offered to induce me have been fulfilled by tatasky. To my utter suprise they have even terminate my connection. They promised that i will have uninturupted english movies and all entretainment....
