company cheats with a consumer

Tata sky really cheats the consumer... They should he banned... Please some one help me... They had done a fraud with me... Said new connection will give you one month recharge free... But now after taking new connection they are saying that they did not said as u bought from retailer... Really pathetic services... I want my money back... Take your box back....

worst technicians and over-negligence customer care

I have been using tatasky for last 3 years. I have recently renewed for next six month package. But in the next couple of days, my set top box connection failed as it could not receive any signal.

Generally tatasky technicians take long time to respond. This time though they turned up late still they could not solve the problem. I have been rendered with no connection for last 10 days.

Repeated calls to customer...

Act of their deduction from customer's account is nothing but worest than rangadari behaviour.
In advance they are collecting for entertainment screening.
Being a customer, i am a victim.
Where do i go and appeal fir justification. Please...

tata sky cancellation process

My account has credit of 700 rs and want to cancel since i have moved out of country but now they are saying that they will refund if i will return their device. Since i m no more at that place and i wont be able to return device, they are going to eat up my money which is shear # policy for tata sky. Did i paid 2300 bucks...

customer care calls even after rejecting offer

Same person calling from tata sky again and again even after telling we dont want recharge offer. And we also told that we have removed the connection. From 3:30 to 6 he called so many times. 1st time i picked and informed about tata sky conection removed and will not be putting back but he called 2nd time so i told i dont need to start it again and please dont call me again. I have made a payment of 555 on my account on jan 19th and hardly accessed for a week.
Since almost a month i don't have access to any channels and have been trying to reach out to the customer case number multiple times but no use.
My call was disconnected twice by the agents over the call, and each time it took me over 30mins just to get connected with the agent.

amount debited from icici pockets but not recharged to tata sky

I have recharged my tatasky account [protected] during Oct-2017 for the amount of 300 from ICICI Pockets wallet. Amount got deducted but it was not added to my tatasky account. When i contacted tata sky merchant, they told to wait for some days and if not credited, then amount will be refunded.
I waited more than a month but i did not get the cash back.
Then I contacted the ICICI bank and they confirmed that the amount 300 has...

extra charge for set top box replacement

Ref complain no 135acgll dt 13.2.18.
I m told that set top box is at fault for interrption in the picture quality. Hence i need to change non hd set top box with hd set top for rs 1200/-excluding charge of rs 300/-for address change and visit charge.
I paid rs 1200/- cash for new set top box and remote. I m told remaining rs 300/- will be automatically deducted fm my tatasky recharge account. He refused to give me any warranty...

I have been using tata sky set top box since past 3 years. Quality of your set top box and your network service is extremely poor and doesn't deserve to be called as the best service provider. Reasons for me saying so:

1) even if there is a single cloud outside, i would not be receiving any signal. By this logic there shouldn't be any tv's and network boxes...

I got a new tata sky connection on 5th feb 2018 and from day one i am in trouble as not able to see any channels.

Its been 24 hours i am following up with the tata sky associates on the helpline number and all are comforting by saying will resolve it in 2 working hours but none of them have responded till now. Instead all the associates disconnets the call without any resolution.
