My tata sky id is [protected] i m receiving no signal on my tv called customer care but they are not helping 2 days back i called them to remove the connection and refund my deposit but they are not listening
they have worst customer service. i dont want to continue with tata sky and want my security deposit

    I had recharged online for rs 370 on 27th january which is not reflected in my account. I had to recharge again for the same amount (As suggested by them) after registering a complaint with tatasky customer care. The issue is not resolved till date. When i got in touch with their customer care executive just a while back, i was told that my earlier complaint had been closed as it had been resolved which is not the case.

      Earlier complain no. Is wo#12q2j96y.
      Complain was regarding that the recording facility of set top box is not working properly. Even the earlier recorded programme is not possible to play some times. It also switched over automatically from one channel to other when we try to watch.
      Without solving the problem, company has cancelled the complain without satisfaction.
      Please solve the problem or refund the latest recharge amount so that i can go to other service provider.

        I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
        On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
        My subscriber id is [protected]
        Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

        and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

        I faced a pairing error issue and raised a request for same. On call, It was promised that no amount will be charged for this and it should be the case too. But last night 150 rupees have been deducted from my account and it is deactivated too. This is quite disgusting and unprofessional approach. I never imagined a company like TATA will do this in time of recession to survive.
        That engineer took 2 minutes to resolve this. He called his backend office a entered another code in it. Let me know Who on earth was responsible to change it earlier ? Did i change it while switching TV channels ?
        Frankly Speaking it seems a Scam to me, Doing change at your backend and charge money from Customer. Is it a new employment program at your end ?

            My Tata Sky Sub ID is [protected], I received a call from customer care that you have an offer of Rs.1500/- for 1 year Subscription as the TATA SKY was inactivate for more than 3 months. I confirmed the same 3 times from customer care, and went for reinstallation. After reinstallation I had done recharge of Rs.2000/- on Dt[protected]As the Recharge of Rs.1800/- was unsuccessful on reinstallation date).On Dt.[protected], I received a call from customer care that you have an offer of Rs.1800/-for 1 year subscription, and there is no offer for you in Rs.1500/-.Do you want to continue the same then I replied the person that earlier the offer amount was Rs.1500/-, so if it is possible then proceed otherwise reversed the amount. The customer care person told that he is going to reverse the amount as there is no such offer. Till Date[protected] I have not received the amount of Rs.2000/-from the Tata Sky. I have called so many times to the customer care but no proper response received from Tata Sky.This is for your kind information and necessary action.

              We were using a yearly subscription of tata sky and one day i got a call from your call centre employee who offered me hd subscription free for a year. I gave him consent to change my set top box. After establishment of new hd enabled set top box we were able to see tv only two days through new set top box after then services got blocked and asked us to get new subscription of hd which was earlier said to be free.

                    Hi,

                    I have lodged a call regarding relocation of my tata sky dth on 19 feb 2018 and the technician visited on 20th feb 2018 but after visiting he denied to relocate the dth and giving reasons it wont be any of the location. I requested him to fix it on the roof but he denied by saying there is no space to fix it where as there is lots space and we can easily fix the dth. Some time later i realize that technician doesn't want to climb on roof and because of that he was giving excuses. It seems tata sky doesn't value their customer. Very bad and pathetic experience.

                    I wanted to know how the second technician relocated DTH and it is working fine now, while the technician visited earlier refused to relocated by saying signal will not be caught at the location. It seems and behavioral wise I felt technician doesn't want to do the work and that's why he was giving excuses. Vey bad and pathetic experience.

                          My Tatasky ID number is [protected], as per the records you will be able to find out that I have been your loyal customer from 2009 and have never thought of changing to any other DTH service provider. Off late I was able to find out that your charges are too high hence I decided to move out from Tatasky and take up another service provider.

                          I received a call on January 27th claiming to give me an offer If I come back to Tatasky. The offer stated 50% discount on the existing packages but the condition was I had to pay for one year. Below is the break up.

                          1) Dhamaal Mix
                          2) Englisht Entertainment
                          3) HD package
                          4) Two free regional Channels.

                          I agreed but asked him time till 31st of January since I was travelling. The person called back on 31st and over the phone I made an upfront payment, Post that the person disconnected the call and I was receiving certain messages on changes on the packages, I ignored since I thought it will be done in the background.

                          Now here my pain and all the harassment story starts from your agents who are all big time frauds and just sit on the call center to loot innocent customers.

                          Once the update was done I was not able to see the english entertainment channels on HD, I thought post the changes will be done I will be able to view. I called up to the customer care as I was done with my patience and to my shock Miss Nikita ( Agent 1) told me that I was given the HD package for only dhamaal mix not for my english entertainment, I question why was this done as she was in junior level she declined to answer my question and informed I would receive a call back in 24 hours.

                          I was worried hence came on chat and spoke to one Jessne who was quite helpful and arranged a call in urgent rather me waiting for 24 hours.

                          Agent 2 calls up and she knew the situation completely and apologized and agreed that this was a miss from the Retention agents end and she would refund the HD package amount to my bank account . I agreed as I don't mind continuing with tata sky for next one more year. The call was disconnected . After 5 to 10 mins I received from the same Agent 2 and she informed she cannot refund the partial amount rather she would refund the entire amount. I was already frustrated and asked her to refund the amount and deliberately I informed her that I am never coming back to Tatasky again.

                          She acknowledged and disconnected the phone.

                          Agent 3- Now I receive a call on 1st of February and this agent tell me I understood the situation but have to validate again while listening to the call recording (Not sure why this guy called then) . The funny part is this guy showed his confidence but was a plain fool who knew nothing about my case and just wanted to poke me further. His assurance was I would receive a call after 24 hours on the same.

                          Agent 4 - Here comes my favorite guy Mr Suhas who is doing a marvelous job and very soon Tatasky will loose all its customers with this guys help. Mr Suhas called me today and informed that He would have to listen and validate the call recordings in order to verify my ordeal. So basically this guy calls me without listening to any recording or having any detail and I had to repeat the entire information again. So the call was dropped and post 2 hours he called me back and he has the audacity to tell me that I am lying and his agents are correct hence I asked him for the recording which he failed to provide. I am confidently speaking about the entire discussion but this person Mr Suhas is deliberately interrupting charging me of being dishonest. He doesn't have a little common sense that I have been with Tatasky for such a long time and trusted Tatasky and even referred to my friends, There is a way to talk to the loyal customer. I lost my Temper and shouted on top of my voice though I am suffering from Throat infection

                          Hence at last he acknowledged he would refund the entire amount within 7 to 10 business days. I made him say the same thing clearly on the recording as now I am well experienced with all your nincompoop agents.

                          I would also like to add here that when the Agent 2 called up I asked her to give the HD package for the half the price and I will continue taking tatasky . I am okay if she deducts the extra amount from my account but she didn't have the approval to do so hence I understood she is not a trained retention executive

                          I still have not got my money back and I have already shared the bank statement to prove it still no response from customer.

                          Beware of all these offers never make a lumpsum payment upfront.

                          I have lost my money.

                            Tatasky are worst providers, they install the DTH and their installation person gives wrong information about HAD and ultra pack which tataksy provide free for one month. After that they don't even tell that we have to call the customer care if we reach the online for different pack. I recharged my tatasky DTH for 2260 rupees for six months and it was clearly mentioned the pack is of 399 for 6 months. Now today just in three months I am getting notification that my balance is 0. When I asked tatasky technician initially he never told me that what is the process . Even at the time of reach the there were no isntructions mentioned . I am really frustrated. I have three atta sky connections and I will really stop using their services from all my three connections. Main reason is when I called customer care three times all the people are not want to listen the complaint and admit their mistake. Even as a compensation or refund they don't want to give few days of subscription . They are cheap and small company . If there are other providers or bigger companies they might have done something for customer satisfaction. Guys please don't use tatasky worst DTH providers

                              Tata sky really cheats the consumer... They should he banned... Please some one help me... They had done a fraud with me... Said new connection will give you one month recharge free... But now after taking new connection they are saying that they did not said as u bought from retailer... Really pathetic services... I want my money back... Take your box back.

                                I have been using tatasky for last 3 years. I have recently renewed for next six month package. But in the next couple of days, my set top box connection failed as it could not receive any signal.

                                Generally tatasky technicians take long time to respond. This time though they turned up late still they could not solve the problem. I have been rendered with no connection for last 10 days.

                                Repeated calls to customer care did not help as sometimes they act to be serious with no action or follow up on complaints. Mostly they will appologize and trasfer the call to seniors. Any i waited wasting time in call with no seniors responding for calls.

                                Wondering how this company is still operating with such a worst customer care. Would advice others not to choose tatasky to avoid such horrible customer care experience and would end up wasting money and time following with these guys.

                                    I have been using tata sky since past 8 years and on cancellation they are troubling they are troubling their customer. My account has credit of 700 rs and want to cancel since i have moved out of country but now they are saying that they will refund if i will return their device. Since i m no more at that place and i wont be able to return device, they are going to eat up my money which is shear # policy for tata sky. Did i paid 2300 bucks just for ibstallation? Please suggest.

                                      If channel is subsribed with tata sky and then you can not drop it. They go on debitting our account even after dropping.

                                      Tata sky is a cheat company. My account is debitted many times even after dropping my channel subscription.

                                      My phone is [protected] and subscrition [protected].

                                      I subscribed channel sony ten 3 (476). I requested to drop it. I was told that today it is not possible to drop. Ultimately my full recharge finished on 17/02/2018. Tatasky itself dropped my subscribed channel sony ten 3 (476). I became happy as received their message of dropping it.

                                      Now on 18/02/2018 i called tata sky to subscribed channel sony ten 3 hd (475)& not to start my channel sony ten 3 (476) and asked for full year subscription for channel sony ten 3 hd (475).
                                      I was informed rs:-825/- and i recharged it. To my surprise they deducted for two channels {sony ten 3 (476)+sony ten 3 hd (475)}.

                                      I again telephone to tata sky. I got the same call that it cannot be dropped today.

                                      When i have not given request to subscribe channel sony ten 3 (476) now, how can they debit my account for that?

                                      Refund my money to my recharge account.

                                      As soon as cable from Tata Sky set top box is connected, TV screen becomes blank intermittently, say 5-7 second. Picture quality is normal.

                                        Same person calling from tata sky again and again even after telling we dont want recharge offer. And we also told that we have removed the connection. From 3:30 to 6 he called so many times. 1st time i picked and informed about tata sky conection removed and will not be putting back but he called 2nd time so i told i dont need to start it again and please dont call me again.
