Other dth provider showing cricket match on dd national tv but tatasky block cricket match on that day showing a message that due to supreme court order cricket match not telecast on that day. As a tatasky consumer i am not able to see the cricket match on national tv. How can tatasky block the dd national tv. I am complain to tatasky customer care but not reply me satisfactory. I want to complain how can tatasky stop national tv.

I got a representative of appco representative with a offer of holiday with new connection. My subscriber id is [protected] in the name rajeev

I got coupen card for registering holyday and went to register card online. When i open appcoholiday.com it ask my subscribe id. And i always got a message password is wrong.

You cant even contact to appcoholidays.com.

When i contacted to tatasky help line.. The representative always disconnect the phone listning the complaint against the offer.

Sir my complaint is that this is a fraud by the both companies tatasky and appcoholidays jointly..

And by this complaint bos i suggest to all about the fraud offer by the tatasky and appcoholidays jointly..

I couldn't able to watch dd national channel during ind vs aus match today i. E.24th sep. Which was a free channel after the match finised i could able watch the same channel... This type of business tactic will forcing us to subscribe startsport which is chargeable rs 60... Please make not repeat such kind of cheap tricks... Information is showing on screen is that its a supreme court order... They why you are charging for dd national channel...

I have raised complaint as tata sky setup box is having sound issue on 24th of september 2017, and the technician came on 25th of september 2017. After visiting he was not confident whether set top box has issue or wire when i insisted him so he said we can replace box but it's chargeable rs 400/- we agreed but he was replacing my set top box with old repaired set top box.

I asked him when is taking money then why not replacing with new box he doesn't have an answer.

I called customer care they asked rs. 990/- for new box.

I asked him simple question you are replacing my set top box that too chargeable why?

He rudely said you used it.

Worst service experience...
Feeling cheated...

17/09/2017 aur 24/09/2017 ko tata sky walo ne doordarshan channel off kar diya tha. Tata sky ka kehna tha ki supreme court ka order he doordarshan par india vs australia match parsarit nahi hoga. Mara tata sky walo se itna nivedan he ki agar match nahi aa raha he to doordarshan band karne ki jaroorat hi kya he. Doordarshan to dikhao match aaye na aaye.
Mujhe tata sky se supreme court ka wo adesh patr chahiye jisme likha he ki doordarshan india ke match parsarit nahi karega.

Mujhe wo adesh patra dilwane me maddad kijiye.

I have raised complaint as tata sky setup box not receiving the signal on 19th of september 2017, and the technician fixed it on 22nd of september 2017. After this within 1hr same problem occurred, and i've raised one more complaint. From 22nd of september 2017 daily i call them to remind this, and they say that as they will definitely resolve the issue by eod, but they don't. Its 25th september still the problem not resolved.

As i have recharged for one year this is the 6th time the connection is getting lost. I request you to take back this connection and refund the amount asap. Within one month i have registered complaint for three times. Either do a permanent fix or take back the connection and i am not going to pay any extra charges for that. Last 3 times executive just tighten the wire and went back.

They are telling that it's order of suppreme court, if it's order of court than why videocon, dish tv, reliance, airtel are showing dd national channel during live matches. Why they are not showing than its free to air channel and we have paid for 1 year subscription it's also includes free to air channel charges. Why they are playing dirty politics for compulsory subscribe for spots channel. So please sir look into this and do the needful.

Sir i have seen your your advertisement that we can see star sports at rs 2 per day accordingly i send missed call but surprised to see that you charged for 30 days which is wrong you might have asked me that we will recharge for 30 days if i say yes then only you can recharge as i am new to tata sky and do not know facts about it so pl cancel it and credit amount in my main account immediately under intimation to me

Tata sky are cheater as they are blocking free to air dd national channel. They are displaying that it is supreme court order to bock dd national free to air channel. Which is rubbish. As dd national is telecasting the match these fellows are simply blocking. And they are cheaters and are marketing for star sports. They are forcing people to subscribe star sports. I already dont like tata sky but now i will definitely unsubscribe it and get dish tv in its place which has far better services. These are loots

Hi, my tata sky id is [protected] and rmn is [protected]. I want to reset my password but whenever i try to reset it by clicking on forget password, after filling all the information needed when i click on submit the message shows "technical error...". So kindly help me to do so.

Dd national is being blocked by tata sky recently only for live cricket matches. The reason given is the court order. However the court order[ https://goo.gl/r13wAz] states the blocking of signals for live matches. Tata sky blocks the channel which is unethical. The court order does not state blocking of government channel which is available for free and a service provided to the its citizen. So it doesn't matter if match is going on or not tata sky has no right to block government channel [viz government service]. This is illegal as well as unethical. Such a move seems to be pre-planned by 1st by bringing all indian tv subscribers on digital tv platform and then reserving the information given to them.in shot a conspiracy is being played to control the media. Tata sky in coming years might also control the news reaching out to people which is not only dangerous but can collapse the society in long run. Stopping them in their tracks is only solution which is why people have to act now.

For rs 2175. After making a payment tatasky says we are unable to do so.

If your are unable to do so than repay to me and discontent my conection.

My pack included dd national... Cant understand why tata sky blocks during cricket match... It is just like blocking a movie channel and telling me to buy it on showcase... They dont have any supreme court order to show... There is a supreme court order to show dd national also.. How can tata sky violate it... I feel cheated... Their response is the same runt..."as per supreme court order"

Who has given tata sky rights to block doordarshan. Tata sky blocks the telecat of cricket match.DD is free to air and I suppose no operator can block Doordarshan.
They put their screen asking to pay ₹2/day for watching match.
When goverment is giving me to watch the telecast give me the proof they have right to block.

Dd national is a part of my prepaid monthly subscription pack but from 20th september tata sky is not broadcasting on selected days like today 24th september stating some supreme court order. But when i paid the monthly subscription fee to tata sky in advance tata sky is bound to show the channel. Need clarification from tatasky or my subscription fee reversed for the channel.

I have paid amount for one year and the msg shows the validity is till may 2018 what's the logic behind this? Total amount paid is 5849+2180. Initially i received a msg from tatasky to pay rs 5849/- which i did promptly. Then again i received a call from customer care that was automated msg sent which is wrong. Then i received a call stating my amount is being deducted per day which was not intimated. As agreed it was for an year. Then i was told to pay rs 2180 /- as balance to initiate for an year. Now i receive a msg stating that the validly is till may 2018.

Company tatasky is forcing the clients to pay for their sports package of rs. 60/- month and want to make money by not showing dd national and they write on the dd channel number that due to supreme court orders we are not showing it but their are no orders from supreme court and dd national are showing telecast so how can tatasky stop the consumers to watch dd national.
This is truly unfair for tatasky for blocking the consumer right to watch dd national which is a government channel. Tomorrow is 3rd one day international between india and australia on 24th september 2017. We have been tata sky customer for over last 7 year... Life was really zingalala for few years after this connection. However, over the last 2 years we have been regularly facing issue with the service/signal and on repeated complaints we get different responses..

Since last 10 days, we were having 'no signal' issue, however, some of the channels can be viewed, day by day the number of channels available go on reducing, most of the dd channels were still available, but from 19-july-17 all the channels went off. On approaching customer service, after great difficulties, we got standard response, you need to pay rs.225/- then technician will come & check the problem

Last complaint date 31-july-17 = closed on 1-aug-17 (Some part of dish was changed) rs. 375/-

In february-17, set-top box was changed as there was similar issue repeatedly in jan/feb & their technician visited but could not resolve the issue. They changed cable, once the technician changed the set top box connector, one technician informed that there was no problem & connector was fine the issue was only with cable force to the wall...
Since we changed over to hd-set top box we are facing problem for past two years... However, every time we were charged "as per company policy"..

Interestingly, the issue every time is similar, the connection is not completely gone off, if the solution provided every time is different the problem should have been different. We are able to watch few channels even after many channels gone-off.. Finally all channels go off

Till now we were thinking the issue is faced by us only and could be one off.
However, on checking with some acquaintances we found same issue is faced by them as well & they have also be charged every now & then with such issues. Now it is clearly evident that tata sky has started this 'side business' to increase their revenue to stay in competition, but at the cost of customers.
The customer service helpline is the worst experience one can ever have.
Spending crores on hiring brand ambassador's to endorse product but they are not at all bothered about customers or their services..

This is clearly in contrast of the brand image of tata's, i think they are misusing name of tata's who are known to be ethical & customer-centric business practices

I recharged my tatasky id with rs 500 but extra rs 1000 was deducted from my bank account with out any balance being credited on my subscriber id [protected]. It has been the third day the balance is yet not re-funded to my bank account although the transaction was failed. It was 20/09/2017. I am so much disappointed with the service of tatasky that i will cancel their service and order some other dth service from elsewhere who don't cause customer dissatisfaction.
