I recharged Tata sky on[protected] of Rs425. As its validity is 30 days. My next recharge date should be on[protected]. But the msg came next recharge date 10-Nov. I gave a complain. The complain no provided to me is 10hrahgt. I don't know whether it's correct or not. Plz look after the matter. Thanks

    I filed a complaint on 10th for no signal issues on mu cable. Contacted representative and upon discussion i was promised that i will be charged only for out of warranty charges and any defective part apart feom dish as during installation i was provided with tata sky dish. But im charged 800 + for visit + dish+ the defective part. How does this make sense? First thing why was rhe dish replaced when it was not the faulty part? Another thing is even if the dish is replaced why should i pay for it again when i already paid during installtion? Are you fool out of your customers?       We have been called from the customer care executive of tata sky, that we are being offered yearly subscription plan.
      After getting the plan, every other day we some or the other issue for the services. Not once but many a times.
      Every second day we get a call stating that this service cannot be activated.
      No action has been taken instead of my repetitive mails.

        My tatasky id no is. Few days back i have complaint regarding setup box is not working and while speaking to customer care on 28th sep 2017, i got to know they have captured wrong address where i never stayed. Then they said there will be a charge of 75 rs to change address and next time you will not face this problem. Today i. E 11th oct 2017, again the same problem occurred then i again called customer care and they said there will be again charge of 75 rs as address is again different from actual.

        This need to eb fixed now and will not pay again for the same thing.

            I am unable to see DD national channel during the telecast of cricket matches after the paying advance payment to TATA Sky. Although I have right to getting uninterrupted services and channels till 30th of Oct.2017.

                My tata sky id [protected] achieved 6month packs of dhamaal mix pack and dhamaal mix hd pack (₹2235) with extended 10days validity matter call by tata sky dated 5-oct'17 and then not give me 10days extended validity or goodwill balance credited to my account ₹132 (Means 10days of charges both activated pack) so give me balance. I complaints many times with call & chat also with tata sky sites. Many times calls available to my mobile no.[protected] also but till not credited to my account balance. Immediately happy to help me.

                  Dear tatasky,

                  I have been staying in kandivali east where society had common dish due to which i was not provided an individual dish. Now tht i am shifting to a new location on rental basis to bandra east, relocation has to be completed with individual dish and which i had mentioned clearly in my requests as well as while talking to customer executives regularly. I was confirmed that i should not pay charges for dish. Also, being a tenant in new society, it will be difficult for arranging tarrace keys in co-ordination with owner and society permissions repeatatively.

                  I have made the relocation request on 20th sep which was eventually cancelled on 30 sep by technician because he did not brought dish along with him for installation. I was co-ordinating with your local mumbai office where i had been promised to complete the request within 24hrs, but some how it did not complete. Now after continuous follow up with technicians and local office i had been asked to raise a new request which generated on 7th oct and the wo# is 10euqu56. However, even after follwoing up with local managers mr sudeep or ms ashwini or mr hakim the wo is still pending for more than last 20days.

                  Hence, i request you to either complete the relocation asap with compensation by waiving off service charges and extending the duration of subscription for such nuisance or refund the money as the subscription is valid till jun 2018.

                  According to me now, i feel that the best option is to refund my money of remaining subscription and will buy another new connection which will close this lingering issues permanently.

                      I get the tata sky hd setup box installed on previous month and they provided the hd channel free for the month, after that service was deactivated and was pending with recharge, while doing the recharge i contacted customer support and got update that it now i have to pay and select the package and there is no pending amount with us.

                      Now they deactivated the service and saying i was using hd channels and i need to pay for that, about which we were not knowing and they told sometime due to issuse we wont get sms for this notification

                      This service should not be activated once the free month is over, which was running, and there is no update about this. Now my service is deactivated from today which was due till 24 of this month.

                      I request to cancel the payment of hd channels (175) and continue with the plan i selected till 24 oct.

                        I made a request for a new dth connection of tata sky online. Some personal/persons claiming to be direct and permanent employees of tata sky contacted me and said that anew connection of tata sky with hd set top box and one month package free of cost will be installed at my house a4, tower b himalaya tanishq raj nagar extn ghaziabad up pin number 201017with a cost of rs 1450/- which will include everything. On 5-6/10/2017 connection was installed and restored after my payment of rs 1500in cash to the person who installed the connection at my house/residence. After one day i received a n sms on my rmn [protected] informing me that due date for recharge is 11/10/2017 and balance on my account is only rs 22.50. I was shocked and surprised to see this. When i made a complaint i was told that-ve balance is there in my account. Please take actions against dealer. Provide me free package for one month and coupons.                         As per Tata sky SMS or Internet shows amount, recharge then why automatically plan not activated ?? Simply trick's use mobile company ?? Why you need calls . every time Every person not free to talk.

                          My tata sky id is [protected]. I have recharged dth service on 27/9/17 and it is valid till 27/10/17. I am unable to view your channels from 1st oct. Initially some entertainment and movie channels were available. When tried other channels, "bad weather"clips were shown despite a very clear weather. I talked to customer care on[protected] in detail, but response was not good. When told some channels are seen and others not seen, it was told that my set up box was faulty. I also tried with missedcall to [protected], but it never responded. From last two days, not a single channel is seen and "bad weather" message is shown. What should i do? Shall i terminate tata sky or will i get services back?

                            Hello,

                            My tatasky id : [protected] is up for renewal on 11th october. Last year the renewal package was 6500 rs and this year it is more than 10000 rs. None of the customer care numbers work. Had to chat online where i was informed that the package will be available only if the tata sky offer department gives me a call. I was also informed that a call was made to me but i did not pick up the phone.
                            I have no option but to pay almost double the amount as no one is calling from the offer department of tata sky.

                                I am highly disappointed with your service.. As i had a chat with 2 of your agents still my issue has not been resolved. I have recharged on 19september for rs. 299 technically the due date should be 19october but you have deactivated my account today with message that my monthly charges are 474... That should be my choice which pack i want to recharge for. After 20days how could you deactivate my account. And when i'm calling customer care there was no option of contacting executive..                                   Dear sir

                                  I did a recharge amount of rs.985/- for tata sky on 9th of september 2017 through sbi's bharat qr. The amount was deducted. But the recharge did not show up for two days so i called the tatasky customer care and told them about the problem. They told me the transacton was a failure and it will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days and recommended to do another recharge. I ask them if it wont be a trouble to recharge for a second when the first one was a failure. They told me to go ahead and do it. So i did and thankfully the transaction was successful. But the first transaction amount of rs.985/- has not been refunded yet to my account. Its been one month today. They told me to go to the bank and i idid. They told me to wait it out for a month and tatasky is saying the same thing. That also i did. The money still has not showed up. So as a customer what should i do.

                                      From about 1year tata sky is badly going into my head. They are really charging high as compared to other dth like digicable, hathway and forget rates signal quality is just worse. All time they send their service man and charge you money and still bad signal remains the same. And from 5 to 10 days they are not showing dd national and dd sports by using supreme court name despite i am paying for this channels. This is complete fraud and if this continues i will if moving forward with other dth. The way their customer care treat you is just worse. My registration id is [protected]

                                      Tata sky are blocking all DD channels during the live telecast of indian cricket and football match. There is no rule as per the court regarding the same whereas tatasky is doing at their own convenience in the name of law.

                                        Tatasky has upgraded to super lnb. Many of the channels added are not appearing and it says settop box is not receiving signal. I pay rs 794 monthly and do not get these channels added. Question is why i should i pay 794 now.
                                        They should be refunding me the amount from the period when these channels are added and not appearing.
                                        On calling tech support to home.. Tech support is giving two solution either have a dual wire which would cost around 1000 or go for a receiver.
                                        Question is why should i pay for these? Already they have cheated on my billing my not providing what i have paid for.
