I am highly disappointed with your service.. As i had a chat with 2 of your agents still my issue has not been resolved. I have recharged on 19september for rs. 299 technically the due date should be 19october but you have deactivated my account today with message that my monthly charges are 474... Dear sir

I did a recharge amount of rs.985/- for tata sky on 9th of september 2017 through sbi's bharat qr. The amount was deducted. But the recharge did not show up for two days so i called the tatasky customer care and told them about the problem. They told me the transacton was a failure and it will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days and recommended to do another recharge. I ask them if it wont be a trouble to recharge...

From about 1year tata sky is badly going into my head. They are really charging high as compared to other dth like digicable, hathway and forget rates signal quality is just worse. All time they send their service man and charge you money and still bad signal remains the same. Tatasky has upgraded to super lnb. Many of the channels added are not appearing and it says settop box is not receiving signal. I pay rs 794 monthly and do not get these channels added. Question is why i should i pay 794 now.

I switched over from the present southsports packages to rs.99/- + tamil regional. Today, i made three calls to customer care numbers. No positive response. I recharged my account with rs.1968/- for one year. (Rs.99+65 x 12=1968).
Please confirm the change my present package of south sports to rs.99/- + regional tamil.

We changed from ultra pack to basic pack with two additional packs news and sports for annual term.
To our dismay the hindi movies are cut off. Just a few hindi movies and filled with regional channels that only irritate. Tata sky is riding high. But soon it is going down cos of it's cheap tactics.

This is a shameful treatment a nasty trick played by this obnoxious giant that drinks money!

They attended the service on 07th sep 2017. He solved the signal issue and he also discussed about the hd box. He said if you pay rs. 900/- you will get 3 months free...

repeated picture freezing while volume running.

Repeated picture freezing while volume running. This has started 18 days back after i subscribed to hd set top box. I have called technician thrice but he is unable to resolve the problem. Today he changed the card but problem still exists. He is not willing to change the set top box and advising me to change the hdmi cable with av cable.
It is for tata sky to resolve the problem and not myself to troubleshoot it.
