If this is true why dd national channel is still showing cricket match? Tata sky is stopped dd national channel?

Yoy are showing that cricket telecast is not broadcasting on dd national as per supreme court order.that's ok.

But I want to see what dd national is showing.

You can't block channel.

Supreme court ordered dd national not to telecast cricket.

You are not ordered to block that channel.

So i want to whatever dd national is showing.

Tatasky stops broadcasting dd national during cricket matches & force to pay additional charges & subscribe star cricket. I do already subscribe dhamal mix monthly package for which i pay 299 rupees a month & dd national is a part of this subscribed package dispit i am being denied to use service which i have already paid for. I am very disappointed & feel cheated by tatasky.

Tata sky again blocked the channel dd national when the live telecast of match started. Other d2h providers are showing dd national but tata sky d2h service not providing this channel during match day. Tata sky displays the message as per the order of supreme court cricket telecast is not available. Very bad service from tata sky. I m not expecting that from tata sky. I want to change my service provider.

The channel dd national just works fine until a cricket match. On other service providers like dish tv etc., the dd national is broadcasting the matches. So what do i understand from this, that tata sky want to extract money in every way possible. And they should mention which court order is preventing the broadcast. I m hell sure that this will my last month with this company. They just focus on your money with zero customer support.

Please stop the thing you have started for dd national. You are forcing us to buy sports packages

Well looks like only possible solution is to unsubscribe from tata sky and either go to dd free dish or wait for jio dth as it's time for dth services to reduce the charges same did by telecom sector when jio was launched. Tata sky is looting the customer the telecasting is only not available for cable operators. Why should i pay for 60 rs per month extra while i will have the luxury to watch it free

My complaint is this today recharged 2500 rupees according to telling an executive of tata sky. I received message on my mobile number and did not receive messages on my set box (Tv). I tried to call on helpline there ivr says and after 11 second says thanks for call in tata sky. Today is 19-9-17 today i have recharged r's 2500 balance is showing on my mobile number r's 24 rupees only. Next recharge in february month what is this..??? I recharged...

Tata sky not showing cricket match on dd national. They saying watch on 455/460. But this number channels are paid.
All other provider showing match on dd national. Why they showing supreme court message on screen.
Already supreme court decide all india cricket match show on dd national.
Because all indians are watch this match

I am totally against of tata sky.
Please look into this matter.

Dear sir from. Last 1 month we are getting problem (Id [protected]) and acttually its harsment by tata sky.
There is problem in our one connection out of 4 that one is on gaurantee. When technician come he changed rotator and said problem will be solved and there will no charge for anything same is communicate to customer care.
After that problem still there, next day some other technician came and he change one joint in wire and than problem resolved but next day we find that tata sky deduct around 800 rs because of tecnician charge and rotator replacement.
When i call to customer care and expain that first those thing in gaurantee and also they are working but unnneccary your technician change that, than i got reply sir sorry for that we will transfer your amonut in 48 hrs.
After 48 hrs i call to customer care they told sir till 19 sept it will resolved.
But today on 19 problem is still there and i did almost 40 call in 15 days and every time i have to expain all matter.
Sir as a result we are stop 2 connection out of 4.
Now why i am telling you as i stop my connection because sir your people are doing fraud and that is no one here to listen.

Tata sky blocked dd national channel on 17th september 2017 stating that hon. Supreme court has ordered to do that. But other service providers has done telecast of dd national channel on their network.

Tata sky is forcing me to purchase star sports channel pack by blocking dd national channel.

There was a cricket match between india and australia on 17th sept 2017 and cricket matches of india are shown on dd national. But tata sky intentionally blocked the channel at the time of cricket match thereby forcing customer to purchase costly cricket pack.
This is hostile service from tata sky.
Please penalize the company.

I want to change my dhamaal mix pack into dhamaal 199 pack because it is totally waste pack and i dont want to continue this pack any more and iam not interested to watch this channels and also iam not requesting to you its my order, if you will not change my pack within a day. Then i will just throughout the tata sky setup box... You are not supporting the customer you are totally troubling us...

Tata sky blocked dd national purposely on sunday after telecasting ind vs aus match for few seconds and asked to subscribe for star sports channel with 60rs.
These people gave reason that as per orders of supreme court match would not be telecasted whereas dishtv, cable network telecasted match. Very cheap behavior from tata sky and airtel as well. Court gave orders to just tata sky and airtel to ban telecasting of match.
How can these people directly show messages on names of supreme court to their customers.

I spoke to tata sky as it was not working engineer visited there and replaced the tata sky box after half an hour it did not work oi i contacted engineer he said that he will come there and will replace the box.. After 1 hour i contacted him again he said that he will be there and after that did not pick up the phone and also did not turn up.

So i contacted tata sky and wanted to speak to senior he passed the phone and disconnected the call

I remember first i speak to lad and she was so rude and disconnected the call

I am really disappointed with service not first time every time it happens

Dd national is free channel but tata sky stop / blocked dd services during india vs australia match on last sunday 17th september. They display that if customer want to watch match then they have to pay rs60 for sport channel. Dd national channel has been blocked as per supreme court order. This is really annoying and fooling customer also money making schemes.

Why tata sky not showing the cricket on dd national?. Program details of dd national clearly showing in that time "live ist odi ind v aus". If any issues with prasara bharati or as per the order of sc then why dd national showing the program details as "live ist odi ind v aus" insted that it should show some other program for that period. Then who order to block this program in tata sky dth?

Despite my emails to tatasky ceo chairman and helpdesk - tatasky resolution team does not care about customers as usual since last 3 years -
My tatasky id since 15 years.. [protected]

1. Offer given to me and other customers is partial and not given as per promise in the email below at the bottom from the ceo team -

- table of offer given is below but despite this when we try to avail and recharge the offer by the customer is a nightmare process

2. Even though you charge a premium in tatasky there is no respect speed and constitency in your customer service and resolution

3. You discourage the customers and also insult and demean the customer with no after service and proper call centre management for issue resolution

4. Even the management has no time to call the customer back despite my email to the top management and cust care executives with no rights nor decision making powers nor experience are calling me back and frustrating me with this expereince

5. Please remember once the customer remembers a bad service repeatedly he will ensure he shifts to the next best competitor in the market like how cust shifted from airtel to jio

And will tell lakhs of others through online and word of mouth to chose the best dth

Why do u treat your customers badly despite your advertisement to ask tatasky and get the offers etc

Your teams and call centre are absolutely dis-cordinated

Is there no senior top manager with authority to call the customer back???

Hi,
We have taken tatasky connection last sunday (10-sep-17) with all channels. Amount has been paid as informed. We have not received the below.

1. Requested pack (Amount rs 675 paid along with rs 2000 installation charges.

2 have been following up from day one (10-sep-17) for invoice copy.

3 no proper update and careless response

I have never seen this kind of responses
