I switched over from the present southsports packages to rs.99/- + tamil regional. Today, i made three calls to customer care numbers. No positive response. I recharged my account with rs.1968/- for one year. (Rs.99+65 x 12=1968).
Please confirm the change my present package of south sports to rs.99/- + regional tamil.

Change the validity period for the new package and update with the system.

Please do the needful and advise me the next recharge date.

    We changed from ultra pack to basic pack with two additional packs news and sports for annual term.
    To our dismay the hindi movies are cut off. Just a few hindi movies and filled with regional channels that only irritate. Tata sky is riding high. But soon it is going down cos of it's cheap tactics.

    This is a shameful treatment a nasty trick played by this obnoxious giant that drinks money!

    Appeal to the authorities to order tata sky to give us all the hindi movies, because we have paid 7500/rs annual term.

    Tata sky turns a blind eye and thinks it can get away with anything. Tata sky is dead wrong.
    We pay money to get service. Do your duty serve your viewers...

    tata sky charges are really high, but at least the quality and the customer care is really good. the 199 pack is a joke. so we recharged with the same pack more money spent but atleast we get to watch what we want. tata sky considering all dth operator is the best. but i wish tata sky would incorporate music channels like FM Vivivd bharti

    fine. you, tata sky charge more for all channels that we want to see.
    I am tatasky subscriber.So my problem is that when i log in then looking- Sorry! The Subscriber Id you have entered is not registered in our system. Thats customer name is Ruby Perween.Subscriber Mobile no- [protected]. Subscriber id - [protected].So kindly solve this problem.

    Such cheap tactics where the DD national free channel is blocked for matches and users are forced to subscribe to dd sport is unprofessional and simply a money making tactic. Shame on you tata sky !!!

      I faced a service problem so i complaint to tatasky customer care. They have send a dealer after 2 days.

      Dealer - senvision - person name - ramesh - [protected], office no - [protected]/[protected] came and solved the signal problem on 07th sep 2017. Also he explained about the hd set top box. He told that hd channels are free for 3 months, but now the connection got deactivated due to low balance.

      Even i got sms from tatasky statting that expiry date is 19th jan 2018. After my connection got deactivated. They are explaining that you have to recharge.

      I dont know how to solve this problem, also senvision dealer is responding like you are asking all this information. Why cant you ask before purchasing?

      They are also mentioning that we have clearly explained about the package that 3 months free hd channels.

      I am asking them you have explained like this now they are telling you have to pay your base pack amount rs. 260/-.

      I dont know why the hell this free pack word is used. We are suffering like this. Senvision is not a good dealer please dont buy anything from them.

      Also tatasky is a worst product i faced lot of signal issues.

        We have faced signal problem in our sd set top box - customer id - [protected] so we have called tata sky customer care and complained about the issue. After two days dealer attended the issue - dealer name - senvision - attended person name - ramesh - [protected].

        They attended the service on 07th sep 2017. He solved the signal issue and he also discussed about the hd box. He said if you pay rs. 900/- you will get 3 months free with the same pack - rs. 260/-. We got instruction from some other tata sky representative that you dont want to pay for service amount - rs. 250/- and you have to pay the same pack rs. 260.-. Also we have got sms from tatasky stating the account balance and expiry date 19th jan 2018.

        But now it has been deactivated on 07th oct 2017. After this we have called the sales rep mr. Ramesh - senvision. He asked us to discuss with customer care. After discussing with customer care they are telling that base pack is rs. 260/- plus for hd again have to pay rs. 175/-. But they never disclosed about this at the time of purchase. I dont know whether tatasky or the dealer is cheating the customer.

        Again i confirmed with the tatasky dealer, he is telling the same thing rs. 260/- to be paid dont want to pay any extra amount rs. 175/-.

        Tatasky is making a business by cheating their customers in a very polished way. Their support is very worst.

          My setup box was upgraded to hd on dated 22.08.2017 and the person of tata sky who visited for the up gradation informed me that if i pay rs 900/for this i will get free hd for the next month.

          I have credited the tata sky account by rs 900/ on the same day 22.08.2017. I had already recharged rs 200/ on dated 20.08.2017 for dhamal mix pack.

          Now as on the date i have been informed by customer care that i had been given the hd connection free for only one month and all the account balance was exhausted for the package charge and hd connection charge.

          How it can be possible if rs 200/ was credited on 20.08.2017 and rs 900/ was credited on 22.08.2017 in tata sky account with a commitment that the hd chares will be free for the next three months. I also requested to customer care for providing me the account statment today but they have not provided the same.
          We rely upon tata sky services and commitment if we get thus bad experience thant i will constraint for leave the tata sky.

            set top box automatically restarts during its working

            I am a tata sky customer, subscription id: [protected] at delhi, india.
            I am facing problem regarding the set top box and picture quality since 15th sep 2017. I have filed many complaints (Telecom customer care/ online/ emails). On 23/09/2017 my hd set top box was replaced and i have been charged rs 400+rs 225. This new set top box is not functioning properly. The sd channels are clear but in hd channels due to high distortion picture...

            I recharged on 29 sept 2017 on tata sky. But unfortunately it was not success. Today means 7 october 2017, recharged started. So i complained to support team. My activity number [protected] and person that i talked was shivraj hathal and i request him for extends those days that my recharge not succed. and my recharges also not extended. But they didn't extend my recharge. Hope that i will get justice.

                      This is related to continuous harassment by tata sky happening from past 3 weeks.

                      I opted for your vacation services from 26th june to 15th sep 2017. Now ideally my services should have been resumed on 16th sep but you started the services on 15th itself.

                      When i called your customer care on 15th to extend the vacation services i came to know that my tata sky services are already started and now i can't extend the vacation. This is horrible as i lost to avail the benefit for next 8 days.

                      Another shock came when your executive called me and told that your services are suspended and once you want to start you can call customer care and it will be activated within an hour.
                      My access on internet was also suspended and i was not able to login.

                      When we reach home and called tata sky to start the services we came to know that all our following plans were removed and converted into daily package.
                      1. Semi-annual bumper pack
                      2. Semi-annual eng news channel pack
                      3. 12 month free hd access fee (This was given when we moved to hd from sd).

                      Not only we lost the benefit of semi-annual pack but we also lost the benefit of vacation plan.

                      I have explained this multiple time but your executive are make fool and not acting at all.

                      I am not able to understand why you this continuous harassment is going on.

                      I need following to be restored asap:
                      1. Semi-annual bumper pack
                      2. Semi-annual eng news channel pack
                      3. 12 month free hd access fee (This was given when we moved to hd from sd).
                      4. Provide vacation benefit.

                      I have been calling tata sky from past 3 days continuously but there is no response.

                        Repeated picture freezing while volume running. This has started 18 days back after i subscribed to hd set top box. I have called technician thrice but he is unable to resolve the problem. Today he changed the card but problem still exists. He is not willing to change the set top box and advising me to change the hdmi cable with av cable.
                        It is for tata sky to resolve the problem and not myself to troubleshoot it.

                            I siddheshwar joshi. Subscriber of tata sky dth since 2010. I have requested for shifting of my tata sky dish to my new house on 24th sep 2017. Till now i have not got my complaint resolved. My rmn is [protected].
                            I have called tata sky atleast 20 times, they always say that your complain will be resolved within 48 hours. Till todate not resolved. Yesterday i have called them for removal of my connection.

                                All live coverage of limited overs cricket on dd national have been blocked.

                                But why i don't know??

                                But all other dth companies still continue the live cricket coverage on dd national.

                                So, why only tatasky users have to suffer.
                                If this continues i don't see why people still use tatasky dth services.

                                Also what about under 17 fifa world cup.

                                  I subscribed for a connection (+2 add on set top boxes). It is a multi-storied building and 44 families occupy it. The tata sky dish was already installed. The company connected my set top boxes to the same dish.
                                  The tapoff connection is weak and fails very often. I have already made calls to them four times for rectification in the last six weeks.
                                  The business centre always keeps telling me that charges will apply. Not once they do the job reliably.
                                  We the users are facing wrath of failure and a liability to pay for rectifiication visits and for no fault o[censored]s, the consumer.

                                    Registered mobile no -[protected].

                                    As per online site - third party saller of tata sky dth he was showing pay rs. 2100/- for new tata sky hd connection plus 2 months for dhamaka pack free and 1-regional channel free for life time.

                                    But they failed to give his service - please its my request if it possible then please removed all third party saller or take any strike action.
