On 20 Apr 2017, I paid ₹ 5775 to Tata Sky for a year's subscription . I subscribed for three channels ie Dhamal Mix ₹3135, English News ₹ 715 & HD Acess ₹ 1925 . My Tata Sky ID is [protected] . Thereafter, on 29Sept 2017, I opted for second TV connection & paid ₹ 1199 . This channel is free for a month as an incentive to customer . My statement of account on 29/09/2017 showed my acct balance as ₹ 424 . Thereafter, I contacted company executive on help line & to know the details of my account . I was told that I was being charged monthly for English News channel despite of the fact that I had already paid full amount for this channel . On 30 Sept 2017, Ms Veena, the company executive contacted me but failed to give any satisfactory reply on the subject . Again on 03 Oct 2017, someone claiming to from complaint department told me to deposit more money to cotinue English News . This man was just Clueless & fail to give me any satisfactory reply . On being requested to put me through to his senior, he did not comply with my request . It is submitted that I feel cheated by Tata Sky for over charging me for no fault of mine .Kindl please, look into my complaint & direct the company to do the needful .With regards, Kamal Sagar
