My subscriber id is: [protected]. Firstly i had made a rqst for removing tata sky connection on 29th sep 2017 as i was relocating but the technician didn't turn up until last moment. Secondly, tata sky technician fitted the connection at my new place on 1st oct 2017 and put a new wire without checking that there was already a wire at my place in front of his eyes. After that i am unable to view my hd channels so i booked for a technician on 2nd oct 2017 and the customer care agent informed me that i have a visit warranty of 1 month so i dont have to pay visit charges. No technician visited my place in spite of calling tata sky 10 times. I was able to view my hd channels properly before this connection at my new place. I am paying for the wire in spite of the fact that i had already had wire. I again called tata sky on 6th oct 2017 to book for a technician and this time the agent is telling me that i have to pay 225/- for technician visit as my box is out of warranty and said that false info was provided to you earlier. What kind of harassment is this. Tata sky is just looting people. Its d worst d2h service and they have the most illiterate customer care agents. Its all #.

    Tatasky always has problem with signal.. Very disappointed with the service. When called customer care he told us to pay rs250/- for technician. Every time they are charging extra for their signal problem. Worst dth connection i have ever seen. Looting consumers. There should be some maintenance free service is to be done by them. But they refuse to do it even for software problem due to software update over air by them

    Only getting call No one comes and do the service. They don't have local people even at Chennai to sort out the issue. Only call from BPO at Pune or Hyderabad call.No local phone number to call back. They expected customers should be available at their call. How it is possible

      Iam a tatasky user with this id [protected], and my tatasky dish consistently doesnt recieve signal and whenever i file a complaint the technician comes and charges me money but he fails to fix the problem permanently by providing tight connections. Though the problem is with the setting itself but still i have been charged service price which is very high for that job.

        My tata sky account number is [protected]

        I had a yearly payment package. I am planning to move to another location in a few months. So i recharged with rs 2000 on september 26, 2017 to tie me up until my move. But i keep getting sms pay immediately. Today's sms says it will be disconnected today. I had talked to two gente men in last few days and explained it to them. Why can't a company like tata sky take care of this small problem? Obviously it is a programming problem. Fire the programmer who can not take care of this small glitch.

          I have placed a tata sky relocation request 1 week back. I have been receiving calls from tata sky from different numbers. They keep telling technician is on the way. But no one came. Still today also they told technician is near to my house. But later i didn't receive any update. I totally fed up and mysel[censored]ninstalled the dish.. Really very pathetic service from tata sky. I want to switch to other dth provider. Can some one suggest me which dth is better.

            On 20 Apr 2017, I paid ₹ 5775 to Tata Sky for a year's subscription . I subscribed for three channels ie Dhamal Mix ₹3135, English News ₹ 715 & HD Acess ₹ 1925 . My Tata Sky ID is [protected] . Thereafter, on 29Sept 2017, I opted for second TV connection & paid ₹ 1199 . This channel is free for a month as an incentive to customer . My statement of account on 29/09/2017 showed my acct balance as ₹ 424 . Thereafter, I contacted company...

            can't change my tata sky pack

            My subscription id is [protected]. I want to change my tata sky pack but can't do it. The drop pack menu is not working (Worked before). I'm aware of changing any channel after 24 hours of subscription. I can add additional channel too. Only dropping any channel is not working. Last time i did it through live chat of tata sky. Please solve this problem....

            Hello, guys

            I am a current subscriber of tata sky service and using it from last 9 year. Tata sky has provided me the dhamal mix package as reduced rates and committed to the same service for a lifetime in a reduced rate as part of lucky customer scheme.

            But they have broken their commitment and revised the charges of my account to 299/- rs per month without any information, message, and email.

            I tried to contact them and also opened a number of complaints to get it resolved. But there is no proper feedback or discussion by tata sky associates.

            Service of tata sky is just pathetic and would like to switch to the other provider though i am using tata sky service from last 9 year.

            I have opened the number of complaints with them and below are the complaint numbers.

            But no one care to resolve it as part of customer satisfaction.

            Hope other will read this comment and take appropriate decision and switch their service to another provider.

            I heard back from the Tata sky team and based on those conversations found that they do not want to resolve this issue, I learned from the conversations from the Tata sky that never trust them, their email, their conversations, and their commitment. They never follow or obey their commitment to the customer and just want to raise the price of the account and do not care about their commitment.

            so please be aware of choosing tata sky service. I am planning to switch my account from tata sky. I might use it for the 1-1.5 month in my current home but when i will shift to my new home i will definitely get rid of the Tata sky service.

            This is to inform you that tata sky is taking charges for dd national and not providing the channel when there is match going on. They say supreme court order but they are not providing any proof for this order. Please take a ligal action on tata sky

              For new connection i was request raised and followup from one week onwards. But still those people are not respond. This is alwal region, connection required at chintal. Today also i was call the office, executive says 2 pm service person will be attend the call and give the connection. But now my call was blocked those people. If they were not interested for give the new connection, they were told me that. Why wasting of our time due to waiting for the serivce person for new connection.

              Blocking national channel and forcing to subscribe their channel in order to watch match is not reliable at all...

                Earlier i have called to tatasky customer care about the recharge packages and accordingly i have recharged my tatasky account. After that i have received multiple calls about the renewal and add on channels, i told them very clearly multiple times as i want to carry forward same channels and that is the reason i have recharged my account with that particular amountbut even though im getting lot of calls from tatasky regarding that. Now i told to deactivate my services because of irritating calls, however my amount for 6 months have debted from my account where i need to pay for 6 months is 1700 but i ended up paying 2300. They are completely fooling around the customers through their calls. I have recharged with the amount for 6 months then what is the reason of calling the customers repeatedly? They are saying its the renewal call but i already paid and renewed for what i want. So they are just trying to loot the pockets of the customers with their multiple irritating calls

                  I had taken dhamaka 199 pack last month and the due date was todaay to recharge. Now after due date when we wanted to change our pack and recharge but a - ve balance of rs. 5.63 came up. The customer care told us that since the inception of tata sky no negative balance is charged in any case against the customer. The customer care advised me to pay the new amount as well as the - ve balance.

                  I'm not new to tata sky. We already had it and now after some break we can bought tata sky. We didn't face any - ve balance but this is the first time that we faced it.

                    I have using the dhamaka pack (Rs.199/month) and recharge on 16 september 2017 which is valid up to 16 october 2017.
                    After that on 17th september we subscribe the star sports 1 (Channel number 455) via. Tata sky customer care executive to see the match india vs australia which is not telecast on dd1 (Channel number 114). The executive told us channel is charged as 2 rupees/day i. E. 60 rupees/month and we get message that your pack is now valid up to 9 october monthly charges 259. But today on 2 october we got message that your tata sky pack is valid up to 5 october 2017 monthly charges rs. 319, then i call customer care regarding the matter they told us that at the same time they activated one more channel. I got shocked that how it can be happen because we request for only one channel i. E star sports 1. It's all fault at tata sky customer care end. Now when we complain regarding the matter we don't get any satisfactory answer. So we want refund for the same as soon as possible. Because tatasky is respondible for all these, they did fraud with us. Now we want refund asap.

                      Hi i am a customer of tata sky dth. My tata sky id is [protected]. I had book a complaint on 30/09/2017. Then a call comes from local landline number from your service centre and your executive said to me that my problem will solve till evening of 01/10/2017. I waited till evening of 02/10/2017 but any engineer not visit at my home. So i have book my complaint again. Now again i receive a call comes from your local landline number and your executive is saying that they will not send their engineer today because i have book my complaint again. They are talking in bad manner that why i have recomplaint in tata sky. This is very bad service by tata sky.

                      I ordered tata sky dth from amazon amazon send me activation voucher which i further forwarded to tata sky team.
                      It's two days now. No clearance is available against claiming of installation within 4 hours

                            Y tata sky is blocking dd channel (114) while match is going on. Supreme court has not issued any notice against telecast. Government please take action against this. I need telecast. I ll go to consumer court against this. I called tata sky they made me wait for more than half n hour, then also no one was to answer in a proper manner. This is our right to view indian matches against any other apponents.

                              My tatasky id is [protected], and have asked you to sent a technicians to restore the damages held upon my dish... Although its been a 3rd time consecutively with me that your staff is not able to reach at my home.

                              It's like, have wasted my time to ask for support instead of getting new dish of other brands.

                                1. I read in an article that supreme court had passed order on 22 aug 2017 which has bar doordarshan to retransmit the live feed of cricket match to cable operators owing to loss of revenue to star sports which has media rights agreement for the same.

                                2. What i understood from the article is that as per orders doordarshan's prashar bharti cannot retransmit live feed to cable operators, but as per that article it is nowhere mentioned that dth providers will also be barred and forced to close the dd 1 for live feed of cricket match.

                                3.in my view this is done by tata sky to force the customer to subscribe star sports channel. And i fail to understand that if doordarshan channels aren't free of cost by tata sky and if supreme court hasn't barred dth operators to stop live feed of cricket match on doordarshan then why tata sky has stopped live feed of cricket match on doordarshan.

                                  Few months back i had received a call from tata sky offering me hd services @ rs 99 for 3 months. I had accepted the offer and requested to activate these services for me.
                                  Today when i was checking my a/c statement i came to know that i am charged rs 99 for a month. Instead of charging me rs 99 for 3 months, tata sky is charging me rs 297 for 3 months.

                                    Tata sky blocked telecast of dd national during india australia cricket matches. If supreme court bars it then message of dd national should be displayed on it instead of tata sky, s go to channel no 455 or 460 to watch the match. On contacting tata sky not able to provide the authority under which they blocked the telecast of dd national. Its embarrassing to see that some private company is not showing the dd national, which is compulsory to telecast within indian territory.
