My tata sky id is [protected]. Today 17/9/17 i wish to view dd national channel. When i switch it on dd i saw movie then start ind vs aus match but after 1mint of match telecast tata sky block channel and showing msg i[censored] wish to watch match. Subscribed our paying channel rs 60 p/m.
Why should i. If i have already paid for current pact involved dd national. Why tata sky block dd national free channel they
Must refund 10 days money or extend our pack validity more 10days.

Dish TV and Videocon d2h plus many other cable tv operators didn't block DD National and telecasted the match. Only Airtel and Tata Sky were the ones who did this with their customers. This is to increase revenue of Star Network which has rights to broadcast Cricket Matches in India. These dth companies want you to purchase cricket addon packs to earn more money.

ये tata sky वाले हम जैसे यूजर लोगों को चोथू बेबकुफ़ समझ लिया हैं। अगर ऐसा हैं तो इसके बारे में पहले से क्यों नहीं बतलाया गया। क्या मैच शुरू होने के जस्ट मिनट पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आर्डर आया ऐसा तो नहीं हुआ होगा इसके बारे में पहले से बतलाया होगा तो ग्राहक को इसके बारे में 1 भी मोसेज नहीं किया गया। सभी लोग इस जैसे कंपनी को बंद करने में ही फायदा हैं। दूसरा क्यों नहीं यूज़ करेगा। इसका एंटीना भी अलग ढंग से सेट होता है अगर साधारण फ्री वाला DTH लगना चहुँ तो इसे घुमाना पड़ता हैं और सब में ऐसा नहीं होता। घोर विडंवना देखिये एक तो चैनल बंद कर दिया और साथ में मैसेज डिस्पले किया गया है स्पोर्ट चैनल 460 सब्सक्राइब कीजिये वो भी 60 रूपये पर माह का हद हैं इस देश में लोगों को अब सरकारी फ्री चैनल भी देखने की आज़ादी नहीं घोर अन्याय। टाटा स्काई लगाया तो जिंदगी झंडुबाम नज़र आया।
इससे मेरा एक सोच लिखा हैं किसी की भावना को आहत पहुचाना नहीं। धन्यवाद।

I spoke to them and asked about order no but they are not telling me anything bc as such aisi koi order aaya hi nhi h... Tata sky making us fool... I will definetely switch to othet dth like dish or videocon... Customer care not responding properly... Tata sky is giving poor service.
It only has the mindset of exploiting iys customers without giving satisfactory services.
Other DTH service providers are telecasting the match but the order of the honourable supreme court of india is only for TATA SKY.
Will definitely change to other DTH service provider.

    Saying that it is the order of honorable supreme court, they have stopped airing dd national today. I am a subscriber for south special pack. When enquired from customer care they simply said it is order but not saying when and what type of order is that. They want the customer to activate the sports pack for month although not interested to watch the cricket. Worst customer care, have to wait literally for 15 min to listen these type of stupid answers.

      I am using annual shaman mix pack, as per package and telecom regulation dd national channel should be available and it should be free and must telecast government channels. But today 17 sep 2017, this channel is not available and it is saying supreme court told not to telecast cricket. Does the supreme court ordered tata sky to block the dd national channel??? It's way of deceiving customers and providing benefits to other sports channels and earn money by making customer to subscribe more channels and looting their money.
      There is no response from tata sky regarding this complaint and they are not picking up the customer care number even aftr trying several times.. Worst tata sky. Give us our money back or start dd national channel. Soon i m going to close my connection of tata sky permanently cz this are cheaters. Request for new customers don't go for tata sky.

        I couldn't able to watch dd national channel during ind vs aus match today i. E.17 sep 2017.. Which was a free channel after the match finised i could able watch the same channel... This type of business tactic made me to forcefully subscribe startsport which charged me rs 60.

        Please look into the issue.

          not showing dd national during cricket match telecast

          Tatasky is not showing dd national during cricket match telecast. Tatasky forces to buy sports packages and not receive calls.

          Tatasky shows message on dd national, as per order of the honorable supreme court cricket telecast is not available on this channel.

          If this is true why dd national channel is still showing cricket match? Tata sky is stopped dd national channel?...

          My subscriber id for tata sky is [protected]. I am using south special pack for monthly charge of 239 rs. As per package and telecom regulation dd national channel should be available. But today 17 sep 2017, this channel is not available and it is saying supreme court told not to telecast cricket. Does the supreme court ordered tata sky to block the dd national channel???
          There is no response from regarding this complaint and they are not picking up the customer care numbers.

          This too much to not telecasting national channel instead they are promoting and telecasting star sports for cricket. If Supreme Court ordered Tata sky to stop telecasting dd national... Why the court not ask for penalty and proceed subscribed people to watch it...

            Can you please provide me the proof that its a supreme Court order because its a free channel and we can see the match on dd national in dish tv and other operator.
            Yes tatasky is charging for dd national channel but not showing it during match it is very shameful work done by tatasky. And tatasky is showing its very bad face to its valuable coustomer who pays for dd national to them at the time of recharge. Very bad. In my family we have 3 tatasky connections and we are removing them and my mama and lot of family is also removeing this nonsence tatasky
            Malpractice of not showing DD1 during cricket match between India and Australia.
            I hate this, actually government banned live telecast for cable operators not for DTH this is not fair...
            Due to this cheap market practice performed by tata sky i am obliged to switch to another dth. I was using tata sky for last 5 years now i have lost my faith in it and would soon be dumping it.

            Yes it is true when cricket is live on doordarshan then it should be visible to every one it is nothing but a cheap marketing tactics applying by tatasky.

            It means DD national is showing live telecast which is against the Supreme Court order.
            Hi, Tata sky is already forcing us to buy atleast a minimum base pack of 99 INR for nothing. We never watch those channels, it was only for cricket odi's to save atleast 60 rs per month on star sports. What we do is remove Tata Sky connection and watch Doordarshan live which is available through our old antenna and our house is not to far from Doordarshan tower station.

            I stopped watching Star Sports cause I am already wasting my 99 INR on Base pack then why this extra payment for additional channel.

            Why would Supreme Court pass such a vague order against the interests of common man.
            Stop fooling us because the government does not get involved and impose compulsory broadcasting rights, these Channel providers would never make a change in their strategies.

            We need Channel providers from Reliance who would work in favour of public interest and then force other channel providers to follow the same pattern of order.

            Jio has changed the monopolistic practices by existing providers and so we need Reliance to intervene and start providing their channel services in this facility too.

            One more thing all these Channel provider companies block the usage of their set top box through other providers. When it comes to support and it is out warranty then they conveniently raise their hands that now it is our private property then why are you locking our set top boxes from using with other providers

            Is it high time now that government intervenes and pass a bill of not locking set top boxes and make it usable with every channel providers so that if we are not satisfied with one provider, we can easily switch to other providers without incurring additional charges of set top boxes.

            Hope this message goes straight to the government and policy makers of the broadcasting ministry and soon there is a resolve to this issue.

            Supreme Court has asked DD of not to telcast fourth umpire programme. Live telecast was never blocked by supreme Court. Tatasky is taking undue advantage of the situation. Tatasky should be fined by supreme Court for using its name for personal benefit.

                  My name is shoot baxla nd i m not satisfied for what you have tell about recharge and packages; you didn't understand what customer wants. I want to say one thing that i have bought 4g handset and i m using 2g network. You have already given an add that hd nhi hai to dabba hai dabba. You already know that i m using hd tv and i m paying charges of hd then why u not tell about hd packages how i will accept that 1300 hundred offer. I will leave tata sky 🆔 and i will choose another service. Thanks for everything till now...

                    Hi,

                    I have been using tata sky since two years. There were some issues with woring/network two three times in this year. All the time we request for service, there was more than 2-3 weeks delay in response and action. Upon that, we need to go and pick the service guy from half way and drop him back since they give reasons like local cable operator trouble them which i'm not sure and difficult to believe. This time it was a test for my patience and could not tolerate anymore. If tata sky cannot give services, why to provide connections ?If they r scared of local operators, why not to close all their operations in this area, rather than common people suffering from all these. Business will not run based on one perceptions. Either Ban the services for those places where they cannot provide services or give valid reasons for not giving services.

                      Dear sir we are facing problem that when we recharge the pack not valid for one month, it will existing only four days. We have our connection just one month but it will not working properly.                           On the 29th august 2017, i have made a payment toward tata sky account (Account number : [protected]) using the mvisa sbi pay (Qr code), this has resulted in the debit of money rs 780 from my sbi bank account and the same has not been updated in the tata sky account.
                          Could you please refund and return my money as it has not refunded till date!

                            I have recharge my account for one full year for 2 hd dicoders.
                            N after 6 month they have disconnected my tata sky.
                            I don't stay full time in india.
                            My family stays here. So i always pay for full year.
                            Nw whn i complain they are giving me ans tht i have to call to confirm tht i paid for 1 year.
                            Actually they called me for 1 year pack. N i paid as the amount was given me on the call.
                            Thn why do have to call.
                            I don't under stand this
                            N this this is second year happening with me.
                            Try n find out n call me for more details.

                              I have had tatasky for over 4 years and i am extremely unhappy with their billing practices. They randomly/in the middle of a paid month, deactivate account and are not willing to wait till the next billing cycle. Extremely poor practice especially and customer service cannot help.
                              Desirable resolution:
                              1. Credit for the days i have not been able to avail your service
                              2. Change this practice of billing where they deduct and deactivate middle of the month without any warning or confirmation

                              Poor services, not responding properly.

                                Im using tatasky services since 7 to 8 years. My account number is [protected]. I had recharged my account 6 months back online of around 8000rs for 1+3 tvs.in this time span one of my tv account was deactivated. I had to pay an amount of 350rs extra to activate it. I want to know the reason for this as i had made full payment for 4 tvs for 6 months. I was told that some add on packs had been added to my account but i had not requested for them. But still i was charged for the same. I had recharged for 100rs on 25th august n then after that again 250rs on 5th september. Now my account is 45rs deficit so all my 4 tvs got deactivated! Whereas in the monsoon season the tatasky services go off due to heavy rains n cloudy weather and so i count approximately 8 days of no service and in that case what about that money? I am one of your oldest premium customer and nothing has been done to resolve my issues. And this is how i am being cheated! There is no response for a complaint that i did before 8 days also. Please look into this matter.

                                  My building is having centralised single dish of yours and i have shifted my flat within the same building when i contacted customer care to know how should i go about it, she said she will send technician. I thought i might have to re install everything and start from beginning the installation process which i can't do. The technician came just joined a cable and they said your system is relocated and you will be charged 300 rs for that which are immediately debited from tata sky account. What is the use of having single centalised dish, i have changed from videocon to tatasky just because of that. These days doctors even charge less money for their services. I can understand what relocation means. If i would have relocated from one building to another and your technician would have to do all the things which he has done while first installation then i would have understood why rs 300 are charged. If your customer care person had told me about just connecting the cable i would have done it myself instead of paying 300 rs to you people. After all it's my hard earned money. I want return of that which you have charged wrongly in the name of relocation service. Now i am getting reply to my complaint that this is our company policy.

                                  I am also facing the same issue. Tata sky is charging 300rs just to update the address. I have done all the installation and fitting in the new building which has a common tata sky dish. Why is tata sky exploiting customers in the name of relocation service.
