billing practice

I have had tatasky for over 4 years and i am extremely unhappy with their billing practices. They randomly/in the middle of a paid month, deactivate account and are not willing to wait till the next billing cycle. Extremely poor practice especially and customer service cannot help.

I thought i might have to re install everything and start from beginning the installation process which i can't do. I got a message like we are deducting 800rs from your ac. Because your are installed new kit. But i have my old kit, the technician installed my old kit only.

On that i called to customer care, they respond that it will take 3 days to resolve this issue....
