Despite my emails to tatasky ceo chairman and helpdesk - tatasky resolution team does not care about customers as usual since last 3 years -
My tatasky id since 15 years.. [protected]

1. Offer given to me and other customers is partial and not given as per promise in the email below at the bottom from the ceo team -

- table of offer given is below but despite this when we try to avail and recharge the offer by the customer is a nightmare process

2. Even though you charge a premium in tatasky there is no respect speed and constitency in your customer service and resolution

3. You discourage the customers and also insult and demean the customer with no after service and proper call centre management for issue resolution

4. Even the management has no time to call the customer back despite my email to the top management and cust care executives with no rights nor decision making powers nor experience are calling me back and frustrating me with this expereince

5. Please remember once the customer remembers a bad service repeatedly he will ensure he shifts to the next best competitor in the market like how cust shifted from airtel to jio

And will tell lakhs of others through online and word of mouth to chose the best dth

Why do u treat your customers badly despite your advertisement to ask tatasky and get the offers etc

Your teams and call centre are absolutely dis-cordinated

Is there no senior top manager with authority to call the customer back???

There is absolutely no-coordination between tatasky various teams in different cities and they are all giving different answers and different resolution and are careless about the customers

Really shameful and pathetic day by day!

With the competition increasing the tatasky cust care, backend team, escalation team, ceo desk and pune team who call for reminders are all deteriorating in service day by day

Hi,
We have taken tatasky connection last sunday (10-sep-17) with all channels. Amount has been paid as informed. We have not received the below.

1. Requested pack (Amount rs 675 paid along with rs 2000 installation charges.

2 have been following up from day one (10-sep-17) for invoice copy.

3 no proper update and careless response

I have never seen this kind of responses

A bench of supreme court ruled that only cable broadcasters shall not air dd national while india vs australia series. It does not applies to dth service providers like tatasky. They are misleading their customers and playing dirty tricks to make money by using ruling of supreme court in a wrong way. I have lost my faith in tatasky. I will replace it asap

Last recharged on 25-aug-2017 but my connection is not working for last 3-4 days & again they are asking for recharge. My question is when this recharge is valid for 30 days why they are disturbing us like this.

Icici bank is providing 50% additional value (Max. Rs.100/-) on recharge of tata sky dth on payments after screening tata sky dth qr.

I am trying for the last one week to recharge tata sky through qr but it is not appearing on home screen of tata sky. Its monetary loss to subscribers.
Pl inform if you have stopped payments through qr. Otherwise pl rectify the issues.

I have watched national channel on 17 sept.. And when match starts tata sky blocked dd national.. Why and they say supreme court k adesh k anusar... When supreme court says..
This is money making policy of tata sky they push to add star sports which is cost 60 p m.. Why i am pay because in my pack dd national is available and this is free to air channel...

Tatasky is not showing dd national during cricket match telecast. Tatasky forces to buy sports packages and not receive calls.

Tatasky shows message on dd national, as per order of the honorable supreme court cricket telecast is not available on this channel.

If this is true why dd national channel is still showing cricket match? Tata sky is stopped dd national channel?

Tata sky has breached the contract of broadcasting dd national on recharge of packs for the time being the pack is in active status.

However, tata sky is now not broadcasting dd national while the cricket match.

So, tata sky shall reimburse the amount of pack due to breach of contract and shall also not make such false promises to it's customers.

I ensure the same shall taken into count and immediate action shall be demanded.

Hello,

Tatasky have been stopped dd national till the match going on the channel and display the message that "as per the supreme court, cricket no available on this channel, if you want to see cricket subscribe channel 455".

I don't understand when supreme court declared this, and not a single information given by tatasky as well.

They making fool there customer, please advice what should i do if they doing like this. Also please forward documents regarding order issued by supreme court of there.

Today i. E. 17/09/2017 in after noon i made a call to tata sky customer care to know validity of my present recharge in dhamal mix and its annual renewal charges. As my present mix is too costly and i can not afford to renew i asked tsc for alternate product of make my own channel list. Form the time i inquired for make my channel list tsc put my phone on hold for more than 20 minutes. Whole day i tried to contact tsc but all effort gone in drain. At night 10.00 pm after holding phone for more than 20 minutes my call connected to tsc mr. Rahul who started to ask me silly question 1 what is my registered mobile number 2 my present package 3 my registered address 4 my email id 5 my alternate mobile number 6 dist and pincode. After providing all this details tsc didn't refuse to register my package and ask me to give call to tsc on the last day of my present package and contact tsc after present package expires. It shows that tsc do not entertain those customers who do not renew packages as per their scheme. If customer opt for make my channel list package he is started harassment by tsc. Askin silly question and put customer in such position that either he has to surrender him self or opt to change dth service provider.
Kindly take strict action against tata sky as every customer has legal rights to pay for such channels which wants to watch, so that dth service provider do not compel customer to renew their high cost packages

Tata sky is not telecast dd national during on cricket match, why this is happening during cricket match whereas videocon dth showing cricket match. This is happening first time why these is doing by tata sky to active the sports pack nothing else.

Tata sky not showing dd national which is a free channel and giving such a cheap reason of supreme court order. This is really shameful that to force the consumers to subscribe the sports channel they doing such cheap tricks. While others are showing the dd national. When complaint is made to there customer care they are not taking it seriously and citing the same cheap reason of supreme court officer.

I recharged my tayasky and it was successful but the channels are not come

Tata sky is not showing the dd national channel during the live telecast of india-australia odi match on sep-17-2017. According to tata sky, this has been done as per the supreme court order to not telecast the dd national channel during the telecast of cricket match. Not sure what type of order is this from honourable supreme court or this is just a dirty politics by tata sky to earn money.

I am a tata sky subscriber with id [protected]. Today when i tune dd national around 1.30 pm to watch india australia match it shows that you can't watch the match on dd national as per the order of the honourable supreme court. I want to ask that where is the civil appeal number or order number on which supreme court has ordered to stop the feeds?? When supreme court has made such an order?? Why this information has not been circulated in advance??

I called their customer care but they don't give me proper clarification for this.

Last I tried to watch the cricket match between Ind vs aus, the tata sky management block the National channel, they are saying that as per supreme court order they blocked channel with out any notification to customer..simply tata sky is cheating the public..I am asking that there is no right to stop a national channel..and plz mention the supreme court order so that we will fight against that...I am feeling very shame as part of tata sky family..

Today when i started tata sky to see the match in that i got message popping up saying that just because of supreme court we are unable to show you live telecast on dd national and for that they are charging 60 rupees if we want to see the match which is very very bad because they cannot stop dd national for the rivers as we have already applied and paid for that i think we should shift to some other service provider

Why tata sky has blocked dd national? When supreme court has issue this order? This is totally a money making scheme. Such a cheap activity from tata sky indicate that this company is money minded and not customer oriented. For grabbing 60 inr pm, they are doing such a cheap activity.

When dd is in our pack why the hell they have block and why supreme court involve in this, when court has given such stupid order, can channel provide that copy?
