Dear sir/madam,

I am getting charged more every month after buying multi tv connection of tata sky. Just, 1 month back i have purchased multi tv connection of tata sky based on the offer from tata sky and i have been informed that for 2nd tv charges will be 240/- rs. Flat for my allocated dhamaal plan and 1st tv will be for 285/- per month. As soon as connection for multi tv has been done immediately in the next month they raised the bill of 550/- rs. Per month instead of 525/-. I have been also told while buying the 2nd tv connection that your charges will not vary till year as i am 7 to 8 years old customer of tata skyand they also promised that charges will be constant (You can check my phone records from tata sky executive) but now after buying the new connection i am getting charged more. Plenty of times, i have made the complaint for the same but not getting response from their end about reducing my charges. Request you to look into this matter and resolve my query as early as possible.

    wrongly charged for technical visit and cheated with us.

      I have faced frequent no signal problem in tatasky dth service since last two years. However no problem detected in my normal set top box till now. My customer id-[protected]. It were observed that during sunny weather, bright sky my set top box were faced no signal problem. Frequently master reset done to recover said problem. Several times complaint given to tatasky customer care but no resolution came out. Even tatasky increased service charges day by day for monthly subcription.in addition it is observed that at digboi, assam my neighbour set topbox are working fine during bright weather

          I am subscriber (Sub id [protected]) of tata sky from last 3 years and whenever i faced any problem it was not resolved easily. This time again the same story happened and i plan to exit from this situation and i called to the customer care for terminate the services and that guy raised a request on 15th august 2017 and given me tat for 72 hrs. When i called for the same on 27th august just to know about the progress customer care person told that your request has been closed from backend team (Withaout my information). Again i given him request and that guy told me that within 2 hrs you will get a call from our senior team and your problem will sort out. (Again nobody called)

          When i called yesterday (31st of august) customer care people told me to wait till 4 th september and not ready to listen any thing and hanged up my phone.

          So i just wanted to know is there any seriousness about customer concern or you guys are just enjoying your time.

          Would like to tell you that tata sky is not only the sevice provider in market as a customer i have so many better options as well, so request you to solve my complain asap.

            Sir,
            My tata sky connection id is [protected], on transfer to delhi the dish antenna was connected by your technician mr pawan having mobile no. [protected], today suddenly there was no service. On reaching roof top it was noted that tata sky installer/ technician mr satish kumar having mobile no [protected] disconnected our connection. It was further revealed that one antenna is missing and connection is provided through a multiport connection.
            Tata sky may look into it and restore our dish with independent single connection.

              I have recharged rs 299 on this last saturday using the bharat qr code mentioned on my tv screen but i didn't receive yet. After that to continue my service i recharge once again withour bharat qr code simply from tatasky app. Can you please veryfy the above unsuccessful successful transaction.

                This complaint is regarding the recharges I've done using my TATA Sky's Bharat QR code. I have done three recharges. Two of them are done with Kotak Mahindra Bank' mVisa & one is with the SBI Bharat QR. I just scan the code from my T.V and entered the amount (1st is of Rs.520, 2nd is of Rs.22 and 3rd is of 549). All the time the amount was deducted from my account but I didn't get any recharge in my TATA Sky account.
                I spoke to customer care executive many times they said that the bank is responsible for the failure and they said contact your bank for this.
                The senior customer care executive Mr. Lakshydhar cut my phone in between and does not provide any complete information regarding this.

                when i'll get any update regarding this? Its been a longtime and I did not get any update ...
                I had same experience on 20th August and tata sky has responded saying that they have not received the amount, whereas SBI has failed to even respond to emails to customer care, branch, etc.

                Is your case solved
                I was also told by Tata Sky that they have not received the money so I should contact Bank. I am still waiting for resolution from SBI. Please update here if any resolution is found.
                I will also update if I get any solution.

                It is difficult to believe that such reputed companies do not have proper infrastructure to handle simple recharge failures and on top of that they are not providing any apparent satisfactory response saying that they are working on the issue!

                Faced the same issue today. Tata sky says the money not credited to the account but SBI says money transferred successfully. Not sure who is correct but money is lost. Irresponsible digital India world.

                Hi, even I faced the same issue today. Tata Sky says money (Rs. 1000) not received, but bank says transaction completed successfully. My Subscriber ID is [protected]. I raised an issue with Tatasky customer care - the issue ID is 153AREXI.

                It is really annoying that in this technologically advanced age, these things still keep happening. And customer care always behaves like as if we (customers) are to blame and that they (Tatasky) have done nothing wrong.

                Is you issue resolved? Coz i am also facing the exact same issue now.
                I am facing the same problem.. Money has been deducted from account but Tata Sky people are saying that there is no money in my Tata Sky account and are unable to help. This is very bad. If Tata Sky cannot maintain this service that they should provide such services to trouble customers.

                Please try not to recharge with Bharat QR scan.

                  Tata sky — unethical behaviour, giving misleading and false assurances
                  Tata sky — recharge not credited

                  I am karthik ravada tatasky user with subscription id: [protected] & have done a monthly recharge on 735/- on sept 1st at 5 pm but till now amount has not been credited to my tatasky account nor tv services has been activated back & its been 48 hours more. Tatasky customer care executives being so rude to customers & answering in a pathetic way on this issue & just saying to keep wait for number of days & they cannot do anything on this issue... Such a waste service from tatasky... Looks all customer care executives from tatasky are uneducated nor professional.

                  I got my balance deducted from my bank balance after scanning qr code and proceeded for payment, the web page also proceed and shows payment status either successful or not or any error. I have called number of times to customer care of tata sky but didn't get any positive response and now my tata sky account has been deactivated. I wanted to know that whether your bharat qr service is working properly or not, if yes then why after scanning qr and paying, the web page not going for further process.in this way, how many times i have to recharge and each time if i get my bank balance deducted. One thing i must tell you that i was recharging through this mode only in the past also but never faced such type of problems. Please update your payment web page (Payment through bharat qr) other wise the people like me are unable to recharge through online mode.

                  Kindly help me on this issue in getting my amount 735/- credited back to my tatasky account for tv services activation asap

                  As your excellent customer care executives & blackened team has been working on this issue for past 6 days & they need more infinity time to fix this issue...This looks how excellent service your providing to customers & how well your treating them...They are simply closing all complaint requests of customers blindly without fixing issues & giving false promises & assurance... Ruining/Tarnishing tata group image to lower level with these unethical behavior

                    My name is s. S. Sivakumar. I am a consumer of tata sky dth tv. I have given a complaint three days ago, requesting for relocation of dth to a premises just opposite to the previous one,. Next day, two technicians came and dismantled the disc. At the time of their visit there was no electricity and informed me that they would come after resumption of electricity. They gave tata sky technical agency office contact number and assured to come back immediately for fitting up the disc on receipt of the call from us. The electricity resumed in 20 minutes and thereafter i called the concerned office number several times. A lady who attended the phone several times and some times a man, told that their technician is on the next street and would reach in two minutes, the technician is on the way and would reach in 5 minutes, the technician is outside our premises an would reach in a minute, the technician is on another call in the nearby area would reach in half an hour etc. Myself and my wife are employed and leaving our work we have waited for the technician for the last three days. But the technician did not came and we are fooled. If the technician is coming on a particular time and if we were informed we would have waited at the particular time. But for about 20 times we have been fooled by the persons at tata sky dth service office at nungambakkam, near valluvarkottam in chennai. Even after complaining to the tata sky complaint toll free number, nothing has happened. Till now my dth has not been installed. Even 15 minutes ago, i spoke to the concerned phone number[protected]. The person who attended the phone informed that he would send a technician now. I have paid the subcribtion fee for the next six months. The false and misleading assurance and poor service of the persons relating to tata dth service have caused a great mental agony to me and my family.

                      Dear sir/mam,
                      I have booked hd dth connection through ur ishopper.in website on 1st september but until this day i have not even get a single confirmation call on installation and i have escalated the above condition to the customer care but they are not even caring any thing about the issue but keep on telling that it's not our problem, the problem is the area which you are staying. Then i asked them if it so please refund my amount which i have paid they denied that also saying that in the 2950rs amount which i have paid will be deducted by 999 and remaining amount will be given back. So by just for booking a new connection they are making me to pay 999 not even given a dth connection or set-top box.
                      So if this is the way to give a service to customer then please stop fooling people's.

                          I am your customer from last 10 years, customer id is ([protected]), i dont know the problem i am facing of my tata sky connection is occuring by your team or by nature? But the thing is that in last ten years, my 1st set top box was giving very good services but after that set top box you changed it and then my problem started, i have to make call in customer care then customer care says that you have to pay 200 rs charge to call the technician for repair it and then i get my services for few months after that same problem occurs and again i have to pay 200 rs charge to get my services, now i am frustrated of being torchurched mentally and economically.

I have recharged on 29/08/2017 for rs.200/- through bharat qr service from my sbi bank and 31/08/2017 for rs.200/-. Through bharat qr service from hdfc payzapp during recharge, after scanning qr bar from my phone, i have proceeded for payment. I got my balance deducted from my bank balance but the web page remained as it was before showing for scanning the qr bar. As far as i know, after scanning and proceeded for payment, the web page also proceed and shows payment status either successful or not or any error but it was still at that page only. I have called a number of times to customer care of tata sky but didn't got any positive response and now my tata sky account has been deactivated. I wanted to know that whether your bharat qr service is working properly or not, if yes then why after scanning qr and paying, the web page not going for further process.in this way, how many times i have to recharge and each time if i get my bank balance deducted. One thing i must tell you that i was recharging through this mode only in the past also but never faced such type of problems. Please update your payment web page (Payment through bharat qr) other wise the people like me are unable to recharge through online mode. When this is done please let me know then only i will recharge my account.

                                  My tata sky wasn't working and when called customer care they guided me with troubleshooting which was completely wrong and didn't knew how to fix it and said ur set up box or remote is not working and i said my remote is working and i can see lights but they told u need to get technician to fix it. Upon technician visit there was no fault in the or remote or set up box.

                                  When i called customer care both the executives confirmed that the service charge of 225 rs will be waived off as it's not a technical problem. This is on record and i can sent the recordings to you. I had similar bad experience s with tata sky on ac deductions.. U misguide people and sent the techinicans to charge customers unnecessarily.

                                  Today when i was told no balance will be deducted then why my account was deactivated and upon that customer care asks me to recharge again and they will further deduct the remaining balance which is insane. I have called you to fix my problem you are fixing your problem by again charging me..

                                  Please get the issue resolved and refund my account with 225 rs or happy to disconnect it forever, i don't want such unprofessional conduct and false commitment being made to customer and slowly deducting the balances.
