My name is s. S. Sivakumar. I am a consumer of tata sky dth tv. I have given a complaint three days ago, requesting for relocation of dth to a premises just opposite to the previous one,. Next day, two technicians came and dismantled the disc. At the time of their visit there was no electricity and informed me that they would come after resumption of electricity. They gave tata sky technical agency office contact number and assured to come back immediately for fitting up the disc on receipt of the call from us. The electricity resumed in 20 minutes and thereafter i called the concerned office number several times. A lady who attended the phone several times and some times a man, told that their technician is on the next street and would reach in two minutes, the technician is on the way and would reach in 5 minutes, the technician is outside our premises an would reach in a minute, the technician is on another call in the nearby area would reach in half an hour etc. Myself and my wife are employed and leaving our work we have waited for the technician for the last three days. But the technician did not came and we are fooled. If the technician is coming on a particular time and if we were informed we would have waited at the particular time. But for about 20 times we have been fooled by the persons at tata sky dth service office at nungambakkam, near valluvarkottam in chennai. Even after complaining to the tata sky complaint toll free number, nothing has happened. Till now my dth has not been installed. Even 15 minutes ago, i spoke to the concerned phone number[protected]. The person who attended the phone informed that he would send a technician now. I have paid the subcribtion fee for the next six months. The false and misleading assurance and poor service of the persons relating to tata dth service have caused a great mental agony to me and my family.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi Sivakumar, this isn't the experience we aim for! Please share your RMN/Subscriber ID to sort this.
Please close my ID NO: [protected] kolkata beacuse it is not running in good quality inspite of recharge for August 2017.
Hence you are requested to close my ID as possible as early.
