Hello sir

I ahve a offer call from tata sky as my annual pack is going to finish hence i discussed few points. After this i have query regarding other pack hence
Regarding pack i am trying to contact on helpline but not a single number is working it disconnect automatically. I tried it from two different number or network. Now in this situation how to recharge because they offered general package not specific. Ineed help from them that how to proceed now till time i don't get response nor any representative try to contact me as they suggesting

    Description of incident - our set up box is not working so tata sky repersentative change my set up box but problem is that he is collect my old set up box that is not legally becuse we are fully paid all amount 750 rs for new set up box excluding remote.

    If my problem is not resolve so we can take legally action against tata sky and tata sky customer care.

        I change my home location to another place and raised a ticket for reinstall old kit. For that i paid 330rs and i recharged my id with 100rs on[protected].
        I got a message like we are deducting 800rs from your ac. Because your are installed new kit. But i have my old kit, the technician installed my old kit only.

        On that i called to customer care, they respond that it will take 3 days to resolve this issue.

            Dear sir,

            I want to discontinue my tata sky connection immediately, i have talked to ur customer care regarding this. I am totally fade up with tatasky, my set top box stops working after every 4-5 months and i have to pay visiting charge as well as cost of that set top box every time, its my 5 th set top box changed but you are not having record of any single in your account. Are you cheating your customer? My hard earned money is stolen by you in wrong manner.

            Tata Sky don, t want to take action on them as they are their employees and want us to pay for their mistakes. my complain ZOZ53U5 is still not solved they are just giving me the same reply that my STB is out of warranty but what about the wrong informatoin that was given by their customer care and the technician.

            Their technicians love to work in private when you arrange for their visit through customer care they will call you and ask you to cancel the visit after they hear your problem and call them in private to solve the issue and they will charge you 1/4 of what Tata sky will charge.

            I have told them about this also but they are giving a deaf ear to this issue also.
            I am calling since day's for upgrading of setup boxes but no one turning up . very poor service

              I had a old account no.-[protected] on which I had wrongly recharge Rs415 on[protected].in my early id). My present subscriber no. is [protected] . . i complaint and they assure me to refund that amount within 10days.But it is regreat to say that they are not keeping their words nor refund my amount 415. In other side they tell me that we have telephoned in your regd.mobile and you donot attend our telephone thats why your complain has been cancelled.whereas we attend the call from tatasky. Being a reputed company you should not deal in such type .I hope you consider my Rs415s problem and returned my amount Rs415 as far as possible.or else i report in consumer forum about it.how far i will keep asking for my refund.

                Today i called up your customer care to check the status of my complaint zoz53u5 and i was told that my complaint was closed and there was a call drop while your representative was talking to me. I would like to bring to your notice that there was no call drop as he had called me on my landline number and he had clearly told me that he would discuss the issue with the seniors and will get back to me regarding you wrongfully deducting my 225/- rs from my account and discontinue my services.
                The day i put the complaint your customer care executive clearly told me that there will be no charge if he is visiting, charges are applicable only if he does something to solve the issue (You have the recordings of this call), your technician calls up before coming to my place, at first when he hears my problem after that he asked me to call my electrician as there is an earthing problem, he tried to solve my problem over the phone so that he need not visit my place since he knew it was not a big issue. I called up my electrician and asked him to come, just after 5 min he calls back and says that he would come and check the problem, but by then i had already called up my electrician, your technician came in 10 min he just switched on my tv and both were working he did not touch my set-top box, he left my place in 10 min, but before leaving he called up someone there after my 225 was deducted.
                Sir this is not fair on tata sky misleading their customers first they say that they won't be any charges unless he does something to solve the problem and when i called up today to check my complaint status they saying there was a call drop and our complaint was close.
                It seems that tata sky is really not interested in serving the customers that are just trying how to get money out of their pockets by following these unfair trade practices.
                Any ways if you are not interested then just let us know even we have other options in the market. November 25th is the last day of my subscription which is not far. I have put one more complaint today zqu8h4y, i know the reply will be same like before and you will safe guard your costumer care executives and technicians but still would like to hear from you.

                We have a technical issue in tatasky cable so trying to call for technician, but still not getting any call back from technician.

                    Tatasky dth offers a subscription holiday for 5-90 days to its active subscribers once in 365 days. During this period the connection is temporarily suspended and resumed after the holiday period.
                    This feature is advertised as one of their key usp.
                    I had applied for a subscription holiday for 90 days as i was going abroad.
                    Ironically they refused to allow not more than 15 days of temporary suspension.
                    The only explanation i got was that it cannot be done.
                    This has reference to call[protected] with one mr. Vijay on 7-9-2017.
                    The tata sky portal on date still shows the offer period of 5-90 days for the same.
                    If the company has withdrawn this service then why is it still advertising as it's key feature.
                    This amounts to unfair trade practices.

                    I received a call from Ms Jyoti (914066275656) from Tatasky wherein she acknowledged that the Offer of Subscription Holiday for 5=90 days is still very much valid and that perhaps the customer care operative with whom I interacted didn't know of the scheme. Ms Jyoti immediately accepted my request and accordingly activated my Subscription Holiday for 90 days wef 16 Oct 2017. I appreciate and accept the regrets of the company representative but There remains a nagging question in my mind that on what basis the customer care executive offered me a temp. suspension of only 15 days instead of 90 days. And what if I had not escalated the matter, then the company would have got away with the curtailed offer to a consumer.There is something fishy in the modus operandi which the reputed company like Tata Sky should look into and rectify so that it is not repeated with other gullible customers.

                      The tatasky dth is defective since 5th seoetember.
                      Inspite of complaining multiple times to their helpline, no one has come to attend my system. Every time false assurances are given. But it's not possible to hold any one responsible. To add injury to the salt, they are charging me for the days when the system is not working

                        I am not getting the permanent solution of poor strength of cable signal since long inspiteof paying visit charge of technician of tata sky. This happens three to four times in a year and add additional cost on my annual subscribed package which become costlier than local tv channel service provider. This will force me to drop the services of tata sky and opt for some other co. Talked to several times to customer service provider to attend my request free of cost and charge for replaced parts, but not attended seriously. Request u to solve the problem at earliest.

                              Iam vinay nagawkar, tata skyconsumer no [protected] did not advice deactivation yet my services were determined in july since have been calling for refund of my balance yearly subscription on helpline no, lost the count how many times getting false assurances.                                 I have been using tata sky for a year now and has been satisfied with the customer service department. I ma facing a technical issue and have raised a complain about it on sunday. Every time i call the customer care i have been given assurance that somebody from tata sky will call and get my issue resolved. But till date neither i have received any call nor anyone form tata sky has come to resolve the technical issue. These tata sky guys are such a big time disgusting irritating fellow that they are not even bothered to take the complain on high priority and resolve the issues asap.

                                My frustration has crossed its limits and so i chose to write but i am sure even this wont be of nay help.

                                I would never ever suggest any person to opt for tata sky ever in their life if they want a peaceful life, coz these people are sitting to make the life horrible.

Every time i call the customer care i have been given assurance that somebody from tata sky will call and get my issue resolved.But till date neither i have received any call nor anyone form tata sky has come to resolve the technical issue. These tata sky guys are such a big time disgusting irritating fellow that they are not even bothered to take the complain on high priority and resolve the issues asap.

                                MY frustration has crossed its limits and so i chose to write but i am sure even this wont be of any help.

                                I would never ever suggest any person to opt for tata sky ever in their life if they want a peaceful life, coz these people are sitting to make the life horrible.

                                  Harassing attitude of tata sky towards its service. For the same type of problem, technical person deputed twice within a span of 7 days and deducted rs. 225/- against each visit. After intimating the fact to tata sky executive they realized the fact but they have given deadline for 4 days to waive off the amount. As a customer (Id no. [protected]) i am suffering from no view as they have deactivated the services. Even after giving caution to the tata sky executive to upload the fact on social media they are least bothered. All are requested to share the fact as much they can so that every one should be updated before considering tata sky.
