I have been repeatedly following up with the customer care for sending a technician to my residence as my tata sky is not working since past three days.
After requesting a call back from tata sky, the local who was suppose to send the technician promised to send the guy within an hour, but that person has stopped answering my calls. Even after repeatitive calls at your customer care, no person has come home to fix the issue. And my setup box is not working. Is this the kind off service tata sky is providing?
Is anyone really going to come to fix the issue or will i have to throw the set top box away?
Please let me know.
Because am really tired following up with your people.

I recharged my tata sky set top box but i am still not able to get a connection .I want a technician to check the problem with the set top box as soon as possible as the call center are saying you are actively subscribed.

And i am frequently getting the message "This is the wrong card for this set top box( pairing error) even though i recharged it!
Please refer to WO#ZC47C6N dated 20/08/2017 09:44. The issue has not been addressed as yet. I find your local team very unresponsive and uninterested. Kindly refer someone more responsible and get the problem rectified. If required get the set top box changed.

    As per your information twice we tried on your no. [protected] to subspecies for lalbagh cha live ganesh darshan but regret to say that both timw we got the message that sorry we are unable to process your request. Kindly call the tata sky helpline for assistance. We call helpline also but got the unsatisfactory reply, as helpline person was also not aware of the details of live telecast of lalbaug cha raja.

      We are customers of dth tata sky and have had quite regular service except for the last ten days. I lodged a complaint with [protected] and was assured that i would get a call within two hours fixing visit time and problem rectification in 24 hours. We have waited four days for the technician to arrive. He immediately said that our old set box needed replacement which he had brought with him. He said that we would have to pay inr 800/- (Approx). A little later i had a call from a supervisor saying that the cost is inr 450/- (Approx). This made me suspicious and said i did not want the new hd set box. I paid him inr 225/- for his call out visit (An amount told to me by the person booking my complaint. This technician said that i had to pay him another inr 229/- for continuing dth service. This was refused as my subscription is fully paid till the first week of january 2018.

      The deceptive attitude of the service personnel was really disappointing considering that it is a tata company.

      If we don't record our experience / complaint the senior management of the company will never know the deception of their field staff and the harassment meted out to customers who pay in advance for service.

        After relocating my tatasky on 13th aug i can not view more than 20 channels. I have complaints to customer care several times. I have send email to [protected]@tatasky.com but no proper response i am gettting. As it is connected to common disk the engineers visiting here or calling me and telling me that, there is separate division to handle this kind of problem. I want a faster resolution to the problem and return back the tatasky balace from 13th aug to till date as and when the problem will be solved.

        Tatasky does not have quality man power to handle a service issue. I am sure Tatasky does not bother about service issues and they are sure that as Portability is not possible yet in India for D2H services, so they do not care. I request the Indian Consumer Forum to guide me on this so that I can get refund of my money and cost of switching to new D2H service provider.

          Removal/alter the add on services of tata sky in system is not updated. Also i want to remove the vedic maths which is charged on daily basis but there is no option in system/tata site to delist or remove it, also i have tried to remove the hd services but the same is not getting uploaded. Further all helpline numbers are playing the recorded computer message. No assistance from helpline numbers.

            I have a tatasky dth connection (Id [protected]) for the last 6 years commencing from december 2011. Every year, i have been renewing for annual subscription for mega hd pack. The last renewal for the same was 09th january 2017 for an amount of rs.7900/-. (Single tv connection).

            During the last couple of weeks, have been receiving mails from tatasky asking me to renew by 23/8/2017 for obtaining discounts to which i replied stating that it is annual package due for renewal only in jan 2018. Now tatasky claims that it was an semi annual package which as per their site package details seem to be incorrect.

            My several telephonic conversations with customer support team has not had the desired result as they seem to be lacking the required skills and knowledge in resolving the issue at hand. They also were unable to answer my queries about annual subscription. I therefore requested them and also by mails to speak to management team to resolve the matter but has not borne fruit till date.

            I therefore would like the management team to resolve this asap to avoid in any disruption in service

            After speaking to the nodal officer the issue remains unresolved. I haven't received a satisfactory answer to my query that after renewing through tatasky web portal for the amount (Rs.7900/-) displayed by the system for the annual subscription package from January 2017 to January 2018, the reason for tatasky to convert this into semi annual package and asking me to renew again in 23 August 2017, i.e., after nearly eight months. There also has been no communication from tatasky in the form of a letter or email highlighting this till 20 August 2017. For me, this is a clear case of cheating a customer
            I recharged my tata sky set top box but i am still not able to get a connection .I want a technician to check the problem with the set top box as soon as possible as the call center are saying you are actively subscribed.

              I have taken the tata sky dth service two months back (15.06.2017). At time of service they have promise lot but they dont provide any sales after service as my dth is not working properly from connection date always it get disconnected and show tata sky set top up box is not able to receive signal. After lot of follow up there representative came on 27.06.2017 and he is saying that the dish antenna fixed on terrace is not fixed in the proper direction thats why you are facing this problem. After listening this we have contaccted customer service of the tata sky but they refuse to do any rectification work and saying i[censored] want this work to be done then u have pay rs 300/- for the work otherwise your service will not run. The location and direction is decided by the tata sky installation person and also its tata sky whose know the exact latitude and londitude where they have to orient the dish as how can common person can know all this thing.                 Dear sir,

                Customer id [protected] is in the name of my father mr k r nair who is an
                88-year-old very senior citizen.

                On having a casual look at the transaction history it is noticed that there
                Are two unauthorised debits in the account on 3rd july 2017 (I. E rs 2 and rs 2.50)
                I had spoken to the customer representative on that day and he had admitted that
                It was deducted by mistake and the same would be credited back.

                Today i spoke again to the customer service representative. She admitted that
                It was a mistake. However, my request for crediting back the amount is declined!!!
                According to her, once the amount is deducted it will not get reversed!

                My question here is :

                1. Why the account was debited without my father's permission when he had not
                Subscribed to those channels?
                2. Why is the request for reversal declined?

                Looks like it is an intended case of harassment.

                It is once again requested that the wrong/unauthorised debits be reversed
                Immediately. It is not the amount involved that i am concerned, but the kind of
                Cheating (If i may call that) indulged in. Small amounts collected like this from
                Various customers will add up to a tidy sum without anybody's knowledge.

                A copy of this email is being marked to the consumers court for their
                Attention.

                A screen print of the transaction history from 3rd july is attached
                Needless to mention how many such deductions have been done in the past.

                Your immediate response and action taken is called for.

                  I have using tata sky from 9years. Three days before i have received the call from tata sky that u can change your normal set top box to hd only in 990 and u can get hd free channels for 1month. I have agreed to change and the tata sky serviceman came yesterday and changed the set top box, but during discussion i have known that the offer of 1month free hd channels given by tata sky is cheating with me because the distributors of tata sky are giving the offer of free hd channels for 3months and changing set top box to hd in 999. It means that the company is cheating by giving only 1month free hd channel. Hence my faith in company is lost, they are only cheating the customers. When i was raise the complaint they are talked arrogantly and not agree to extent the hd free channels to 3months. That means they are only looking their profit without understanding customer satisfaction and also cheating their own customers because they know that few customer complaint cannot going to harm them.

                    I have purchased premium pack of tata sky last year and i have been facing signal issues almost every alternate month. Last week again same problem arised so i lodged a complaint on 20-aug-2017 morning where in i was told that a technician would visit my place and resolve the issue within same day. Unfortunately nobody turned up despite my several follow-ups with tata sky local office team. Unfortunately, on 23-aug-2017 i received sms on my mobile no that your complaint has been closed. I was shocked that without any resolution my complaint got closed. So i am repeatedly lodging the complaint but no technician has so far resolved the issue. Unfortunately the customer service team is not giving true feedback and not raising correct customer feedback. I called on 26-aug-2017 and got registered my complaint no zgsnka1 with ms rupender kaur regarding compensation and wrong commitment of customer service team which she assured me has been mentioned. Today, on 27-aug-2017 i got call from another customer service person from tata sky and checking with him about my above mentioned complaint no. He informed me that nothing of this sort has been mentioned in the system and only technician visit is pending has been registered.
                    I would like to raise my complaint about poor services despite paying hefty premium in comparison to other service providers, i am not able to use my services for last more than 1 week but no resolution has been given by tata sky so i need my entire annual fees back + the false and incorrect feedback mentioned by tata sky team is criminal and cheating with the customer which needs to be penalized to the amount of rs. 1lacs and submitted to my account.

                        I have annually recharged on 24/08/2017, but was unable to view any of the channels, so i immediately lodged a complaint where in i was told that a technician would visit my place and resolve the issue. Unfortunately nobody turned up. Thd next day i relodged the complaint and again i was assured the same but in vain. I am repeatedly lodging the complaint but no technician has so far resolved the issue.
                        My flat being located in the basement of the building, chances of acquiring range for a call is very low.
                        The technician is not being sent unless the call is successful.
                        My humble request is to send a technician by just notifying me the time of his arrival even if the call drops or else the issue would never be resolved due to which i would be at a huge loss having paid a lump sum annually.

                          I am a customer of tata sky dth tv. My subscriber id is [protected]. My monthly charges for dth is rs 380 that comprises of sports dhamaka pack and hindi packs. But on 17th july, 2017 tata sky has added two special channels without my permission to the base pack and they are charging rs 59 for each, which led to my monthly bill amounting to rs 498.

                          When i have complained to the tata sky support center regarding this, they gave an excuse that it has happened because a call was made to their voice responder from my registered number regarding this. But as per my knowledge there is no call being made for this purpose. I tried hard to make them understand but the support cell were very adament about their excuse. Kindly help me in this regard. I tried asking them to adjust it against my balance but they do not agree.

                              Complain lodged at 4 pm. Nobody turned up till time. Got a new connection on 23rd. Installed an old disc at roof top. Really sorry seeing the state of affair. I am a new customer shifting from airtel. I think i did a mistake or your people locally are not competent. I booked it online for 2000 and after installation i did not receive any document from them. For 2000 also i was not given a receipt.

                                I purchased a new connection of tatasky with one year subcription of hd dhamaal mix pack on 22nd august 2017. My connection id is [protected].
                                Instead activation of hd dhamaal mix pack your dealer activated dhamaaka pack for obe year. So i am unable to see the channels of my choice. I have complained about it on your helpline number. But no satisfactory action has been taken till now.

                                  I have take a new connection of RS2000 on 15/8/17 and get a month recharge free and on 26/8/17 it is saying that it over and tata sky costumer care no are not picking up our call I cancelled Videocon d2h service is poor and take connection of tata sky and i think that tata sky is very poor than d2h

                                    I am a tata sky dth subscriber from trivandrum kerala. My id is [protected]. Recently i have recharged rs 290 kayika sadhya plan for 1 year. This plan offered 13 kids channels and none of them is activated. Except kids channels i am getting all other channels as per the package mentioned. Several times i have complainted this matter to your local service provider but no positive result so far. Now i am directed to complaint it by myself. Please activate kids channels soon.

My recharge amount is 535.00 debited from my account. But your tatasky account not displayed my account. It still now show debited means my account balance of tatasky is 2.14. Means recharge not successfully done by your side. So please take decision and give reply asap.

                                      Please give me your quick response because my account deactivated from yesterday night. And if my connection not start from today, your company will responsible to repay my recharge money or days as per your rule.
