The issue is not resolved . Tata Sky agreed that it is faulty web site design . If we select new package and renew it for long duration ( e.g: 6 months ), looks like new package doesn;t get applied . It doesn;t even alert customers to contact customer care to update the new package . It is purely tata sky issue and they can;t make me to pay for their web site or process issues .
Please help me to get the services restored for next 3 months 15 days as per my selected package
