I had lodged a request for a remote control that suddenly had stopped operating to operate the set top box on the 15/08/17 wide wo no3z929ac1 with a promise to resolve in 24 hrs there after i had received a call after 2 days from one of their offices to verify if my grievance and they assured that their techician will resolve the matter in some hrs but to my dismay no body turned up. There after i started receiving calls from other nos to verify and with a promice to resole the problem immediately not getting a solution i had called their helpline no again yesterday and spoke to their senior mr. Shrikant who again promised to resole the matter by 10 am today but till now the matter remains as it is.

Today I had Received a call From their office #[protected] Asking again the same Question weather I need a Remote control, Where i replied yes I need the same, They asked the same question several times at last they started demanding Rs/-225 Extra apart from the Rs/-200 Price of the remote . on which I denied to pay them the extra Rs/- 225 that i this is unjustified that too after harassing me for so many days.There after they have now cancelled my Request of which I have received a message. The are trying to extract money out of me. and am unable to operate My channels.

What a shameless attitude of TATA SKy Yesterday i received a call from [protected] to confirm my request, Then Again Today I received a call from No [protected] to confirm my request, then Immediately I get a message giving me yet another WO No#ZD63V7H, Followed by a message of a time for the visit between 18:43 & 19:43, There after I had received a call from No [protected] at 19:50 to confirm my address which I guided him with an assurance to come soon but now it is 21:43 nobody has turned up . Tata sky has lost all its moral ethics in dealing with their customers only thing they care for is the extra money they can extract.

At 22.15 A guy had brought an Remote which i checked with the original one that i have but to my surprise the Remote was a duplicate remote the image of which i tried to Attach but is of more that 2 MB hence could not load also the guy on Questioning replied that the same was given by his boss to deliver and that i can buy a local remote for Rs/-80 from a local shop. What a cheap way to deal.I fell sorry for the repute of a brand TATA SKY.So Please refund the balance amount of my subscription and relieve me from your Vicious clutches.

Today too my work order no WO#ZD63V7H for appointment between 19.05 & 19.35 has been cancelled. on calling the Customer care no they said the same has been cancelled as the area is disturbed . I do not understand the meaning as there is no disturbance. They have put me in such a situation that neither are the going to refund me my balance nor are the going to provide me with an original tatasky remote for me to operate . now the last option remains that I approach the consumer court. Ok So be it .

    Sir/madam, my subscriber id is [protected]. I had made payment for renewal of rs 1695.00 using bharat qr code sent by you as reminder on 16th august, 2017 at 10.00 p. M. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the same has not reached to you. I have already made a complaint to the customer care but not i did not get satisfactory answer. I have attached my transaction details as well as your bharat qr code. I request you to please solve the fault as soon as possible.

      Customer i'd: [protected]
      Customer name: omprakash kumawat
      Tata sky screen shows signal lock and first time installation setting.
      For every visit tata sky taking the charges of 225 rs. And every time observed no major technical issues, we are paying 200 to 285 every month and also paying 200 rs visiting charges of operators.
      After that paying we are not able to view the channels.
      Service not provided as per expectations.
      Signal 📶 lock 🔐 and first time installation service is free by service provider, as per messages shows on screen it should be free of service, ask to tata sky to do service free so we can view the channel, and we have paid rs. To tata sky every month for viewing channel, we didn't paid to tata sky for panic or waste of money.
      Please take this complaint seriously in favour of customer.

      Tata sky is doing tata to customer and money in the waste of sky.
      Thank you tata sky for not understanding the value of customer, one time will be come when all customers do the tata and bye bye to tata sky for his third class delayed services.

      Why it is chargeable, when signal lock by tata sky and first time installation setting messages show, there is no discrepancies observed in disc or connection, it is lock by tata sky to earn money and torturing to people.
      Please provide free visit to resolve same.

          From past 20 days we are not getting channels like set max, zee classic, sony bbc earth etc. Even after subscribing these channels we are not getting its services. Though I have complaint about it to the concerned customer care helpline no. but did not get any positive response. I am very disappointed and thinking to change my dth service provider.

              Dear Sir,

              My tatasky setup box is not receiving signals from the last 2-3 months due to the weather condition. There are many other tatasky subscribers in my society who have been facing similar problem from the last few months. I have spoken and mailed tata sky help desk to get the problem of signal strength resolved in my area as the issue is common to the residents here. But the tata sky customer care says that the technician visit will be charged.
              I have tried to explain that it is not an individual problem and the signal strength of tata sky needs upgraded in my area. But they are adamant. I have been a privileged tata sky customer from 2008. Inspite of that they are not ready to co operate.
              I request you to do the needful as early as possible.

                As company employee called me & give information about offer & told me that if you do recharge of rs.2710 & rs 1925. Together you will get hd channel subscription for a year and you get sports and hindi channel package for a year.
                So i do recharge of rs.4635.

                But i am not able to see hd channels in my tv. And when i do complaint in customer care they told me that here we didn't get any request from your side but as i talked with your customer care executive she told me that by doing recharge your plan get activated automatically so you don't have to give confirmation so i didn't call and confirm.

                Now they are saying me that here we can't find any request of your so we cant give you offer.

                So please do the needful in this matter

                  I'm not able to view services since 4-aug-2017. I raised a request to your customer care on 9-aug-2017. Same day, one representative had come from your side & verified that stb had to be replaced. He clicked the picture of the box and went. No further action from his side.
                  Again i contacted the customer care on 16-aug-2017 about the status. They mentioned that my complaint had been raised only on 15-aug-2017, which i have already raised on 9-aug-2017. Again the representative comes on 17-aug-2017 and promises to get the stb replaced by today. He is yet to come. My connection is a new one, got it on 19-may-2017. How come a stb gets damaged with in 4 months o[censored]sage? Tata sky has provided me an used one stb for my new connection. My recharge date was 16-aug-2017 & balance was also there. From 9-16 aug, i couldn't use it since my complaint was not attended from your end. I owe a refund from your end. If this is not being taken care, i might consider cancelling my connection. You are not taking my first complaint sincerely that too with in 4 months of installing your connection, i would not trust the services in future.

                        From july 18th to august 18th they charged me rs.1650 without my acceptance.
                        Tata sky cheating customers.

                          Hi,

                          I am swapnil johri, i have been a customer of tata sky since 2014. My details are mentioned below-

                          I have shifted from my previous address on 14th of august. Before that i placed a request at your customer service for deinstallation of my tata sky. I was told that your executive will come at my place on 13th aug morning around 10am. I kept on waiting the whole day but nobody came even though i made several calls. Then i left for some work.in the evening after dark some guy named jacky came and went on the roof for deinstallation after taking keys from the guard. My wife showed him where the antenna was and came down. After some time your guy came back and put the wire, connector etc. At my flat but not the dish antenna, when my wife enquired about it he didn't give any satisfactory reply and left. My wife called me and told me about it. I made a call at your customer care that same night and lodged a complaint z7mzmgz. I was assured of a quick action.
                          Next day when i was shifting my house a guy came from your side, went to the roof, came back in 5 mins and said that he was unable to find the antenna and he can't do anything about it. Probably my connection was running on some other antenna. It's my wish whether to buy a new one or do anything i want, these were his words and before leaving. I also received a call from mumbai stating that my problem will be taken care of and i will get my antenna back or a new one.
                          Nothing satisfactory has been done till now and today i received a call asking whether my complaint should be closed. I said why? Nothing has been done from your side. On that i was again assured that i will receive a call from someone senior in 15mins. It has been 3hrs since then but no response. Also i received a message that 200inr have been deducted from my account for deinstallation.
                          This is the chain of events till now. The bottom line is that nothing concrete has been done by your team in 5 days apart from harrasing me and misguiding me by trying to feed false information and saving their employee's #. I wasn't even provided the contact number of the employee who came for the first visit for questioning him. I got his details only from my apartment guard's register.
                          So my question is that is it the way you value your customers? Is this the way such a big organisation works? You are airing ads showing that one will get bonus if one refer tata sky to someone, can you imagine that after this kind of incident anyone would dare to trust your services anymore?
                          I am highly disappointed and has already wasted a lot of time and energy in the process. Please inform me in yes or no whether i will get my antenna or should i forget about it.

                              Despite paying over 600 per month there is no signal most of the time; service engineer visits and i always get a charge and matter remains unresolved - i'm paying over 600 a month for not watching the channels and on top of this over 400 per month to your service visit charges subscriber id[protected]. You must resolve this asap else suggest on your incapability so that i can discontinue and opt for other service providers

                                Later on it disconnects with in just 13days
                                I have make reacharge on 3rd aug and its off at 16aug
                                And later on got fake news that i have called the company regarding 3 days package on 12th aug
                                I will surely report against ur company at consumer court for this will sue u on this!

As requested following are the bill details: 1. Relocation charges same house 1 digicomp: rs. 300.00 2. Cable charges of hd swap box: rs. 400.00 what is this sevice? Only customer charges receive but particular sevice not providing. Todyas my this conditions not working my hd+ 1 channels and regional pack gujarati news chanals. Normals channels working.

                                        I am facing worst service from TATA sky from last 1 week.

                                        If my connection will not change within 24 hour I will drop my Tata sky connection due to bad service provided from your side to coustomer.
