This is a very serious matter and needs your attention.
My name is meenakshi and i am a loyal customer of tata sky. My customer id is [protected]. Yesterday night i have registered a complaint regarding not receiving signal in my set top box.
Today morning i got a call from mr donald trump[protected] and he told that being sunday he can not come for repair. I told her that tomorrow i have to visit office hence, i can not come. He disconnected the phone rudely.
I have launched another complaint at tata sky thereafter and at around 10:45 am, another guy called me and told (Vikas [protected]) to recharge my account first, then only he will try to come. I told him that for past 2 years i am using tata sky and it never happens this way. I will recharge at my convenience and they should not say likewise. But he told from the company itself (Tata sky) he got this instruction. Even he said, tata sky service is not up to the mark and i must withdraw.
Please let me know is this a professional way, one should deal with a customer, that too loyal. I need your support and urgent attention in this regard. Otherwise, this type of people demarkets your brand.
