    This is infrom u to that actually i have complaint about regarding of my tata sky last subscriber id: [protected], last 5 days i'm unable to view your tata sky all chanel.. One day's ago i had try to connected your customer care from my registered ยฎ number ([protected]) talk to your executive he did not helpout my problem and rudely behavior with me afterthat i've got sms from your ๐Ÿ”š from dm-mytsky (Hi! We will contact you on rmn in 2 working hrs to take appointment for visit. Tatasky wo no# yt27bw6 will be attended in 24 hours. During visit pls check ch-190. Enjoy more than 240 channels at no additional cost. Click bit. Ly/tsmobdl and download the tata sky mobile app on your mobile. *channel subscription mandatory).

    Why i don't know! Anything else i told u that please look into matter and audit this call from quality department and resolved this issued.

    Today i've received call ๐Ÿ“žtata sky from many numbers-

    1. [protected] at 10:15am
    2. [protected] at 10:57am
    3. [protected] at 11:17am (Twice)
    4. [protected] at 06:30pm
    5. [protected] at 07:15pm

    Still now maybe due to some technical problem i was not able to watch all channels last 5days also showing "downloading..." and my connection got may be cut down so couldn't watch any channels with the dth connection why i don't know. However yesterday your technical junior & senior technician agent visited at my home and he did not resolved my problem bucz the tata sky is probably making money for tata telecom cause every time you need to complain about deficient service the employees disconnect the phone after pronouncing your name with a terrible accent by adding unnecessary and non exciting u to it. Tata sky service has been very bad and for second time in we are unable to view the regional channels, news channels, movie channels, etc. Even customer care of tata sky no there is no one to respond. Pray help us by rectifying telecast immediately.. Then finally when after 5 calls u are able to talk your agent from my number to touch with them they are unable to provide you any solution and avoid my call to someone else who again starts with additional u to you name. Right now its showing same issued.. But he is not answering properly and not resolving this particular issue. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible today and also i told you please visit your agent today nothing more else other wise i will stop my service which was u want???๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ‘ฟ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

    It a totally miss managed service that sony india & tata sky is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don't think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit..

    Such is the pathetic situation

    They talk big during the sales and once the goods sold, they pay no heed to customers problems.. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible tomorrow call back my number and also i told you please visit your agent today nothing more else other wise i will stop my service which was u want nothing more else???

    Whenever i approached them they started avoiding me also backed team they didn't resolved this previous matter and closed this docket number without given any resolution accordingly.. When i approached the appellate authority for which they responded previous any mails and appellate authority for which i didn't receive any response till now over the calls to resort to this compliant forum of department ๐Ÿฌ of pg portal...

    Hence, i request u to that actually ive put a complaint about tata sky bad service nothing more else totally worst service...
    Please helpout me how to gets this retaliations offer urgently or i'm requesting to all team that please provide any solution for the same issued and escalated this matter to concern department and take action immediately also give my docket number and call ๐Ÿ“ž ๐Ÿ”™ my number accordingly for the customer service experience nothing more else.

    Never faced this before, happened for the third time i had faced very bad service.. But they certainly lost my faithfulness and preference... But if they have to scam people, they certainly should be a bit smarter.
    I have given a sample of the extra additional scam fare that they charged.. Please look into matter to concern department and resolved it matter immediately and call back my number tomorrow before 12pm..

    Setup box was replaced 2 weeks back and paid for. Now again its not working. Its some cheap Chinese box.This is a real cheat.

      My tatasky is not working properly from past 10 days, and i have tried your customer care no. And i have followed their instructions 3 times . Now i am frustrated so I requested to file an complain but your associates keep talking [censored] to me and they are rude towards me he keeps on asking verification nd then he sounds rudely that he won't file my complaint. And tells me to call again

      He even misbehaves with me, and I won't tolerate this kind of attitude. So i am thinking to change my dth company,

      I didn't knew that i have to face this kind of humiliation, rudeness, attitude.
      Your associates clearly states that he won't file my complaint, and he dares me that "do whatever you can do, he won't file my complaint " .

        Hi,

        I had recharged my sub id for rs.11650/- on 25/7/17 @ 19.00 hrs. Service has not been restored even after 21.00 hrs. All your customer care numbers are not reachable. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

        Also, kindly clarify as to why your so called 'customer care' numbers are not reachable. When we received umpteen number of calls for recharge, once it was done we were left clueless. Does it mean, once the recharge is done, it is like 'game over'. Kindly clarify

          Recently i recharged my tatasky account as per the agent's advice. Details as below:
          Account recharge 4200.00 (Cr) online recharge - tata sky transaction id:ty[protected], receipt number:[protected] 23 jul 2017

          The vouchers that i selected as part of the deal have not been sent to me.
          The complaints section called up and said that i have not selected.
          I have been a subscriber for many years and have been regularly recharging online.
          While i dont know why my request for the vouchers were not honoured, the refusal to issue the same is unfair trade practice.

            We are using the dth service of tata sky. We have paid full amount to renew our package on yearly subscription basis. Till 19/11/17. But in-spite of yearly payment our services has been disconnected, without any fault from our side. Our id is [protected]. We have maid several complaints through mail as well as personal telephonic calls but all vain. Even help line, nodal officer etc are not at all responding to our mails /calls. We want justice in the issue,

            I've been receiving harrasing calls from tata sky since 10:00 am...they do not know how to talk to customers...there only concern is to try and meet there targets. They are worse than Recovery Agents. Customer service is most unsatisfactory.

              I am amarsh furia
              I am using your service since 2010. But from last few months the service which your company has provided is very very poor.
              Your consumer care is not at all responsive and have no idea about any problems which as a client i am getting.
              It is taking far too long to resolve any complaint.
              The technical staff is highly untrained & and its of no use to even talk to then as they just refuse to understand any thing
              Right now also the situation is same its been 2 days that my connection is not working and its not being resolved.

                  Sir i am a consumer of tatasky, since 2014. My id no is [protected]. I have shifted my house from bharatpur to jaipur in april 2017. My tata sky was not working
                  Properly so i have replaced it with a new one and paid rs600 for that. But within a month it started giving faults, so as per terms and conditions i have complaint to tata sky centre for replacement. They sent there representatives and change it. But they charge rs 600 from my tata sky account very suprisingly. I have paid for the new setop box which was installed earlie on 25th may-2017. Which company of india gives a 1 month warranty on their product!!!. Please kindly register my complaint so that i can use my product as soon as possible.

                      I got a call from tata sky representative who gave me the information regarding the annual pack. He told me to get my recharge done using paytm and told me that if i do that i will get a coupon of 2000โ‚น. I beleiev d in what he said and got my tata sky recharged as the offer appealed me. The representative of tata sky told me that i will get my coupon code on my registered email address or phone no within 24hours. I did not get any coupon, which i was promised initially. I called up tata sky customer care many times, spoke to many representatives their, spoke to even the senior, but they all were not able to help me out, they are not giving me the cuopon which i was suppose to get.

                        This is a very serious matter and needs your attention.

                        My name is meenakshi and i am a loyal customer of tata sky. My customer id is [protected]. Yesterday night i have registered a complaint regarding not receiving signal in my set top box.

                        Today morning i got a call from mr donald trump[protected] and he told that being sunday he can not come for repair. I told her that tomorrow i have to visit office hence, i can not come. He disconnected the phone rudely.

                        I have launched another complaint at tata sky thereafter and at around 10:45 am, another guy called me and told (Vikas [protected]) to recharge my account first, then only he will try to come. I told him that for past 2 years i am using tata sky and it never happens this way. I will recharge at my convenience and they should not say likewise. But he told from the company itself (Tata sky) he got this instruction. Even he said, tata sky service is not up to the mark and i must withdraw.

                        Please let me know is this a professional way, one should deal with a customer, that too loyal. I need your support and urgent attention in this regard. Otherwise, this type of people demarkets your brand.

                          From past 1 week every day zee marathi channel stops working after 8 pm. We called technician from tatasky but when he came it was 12 pm in morning at that time channel was working so he left without doing anything. They charged us 200 rs for this technician. And still our problem has not been solved
                          If anyone authorized is reading please help.

                            My tata sky is not working past 15 days. I recharged from rs. 600. After that they get it repaired without bill and dealer said rs.100 will deduct for visiting and rs.200 will deduct for lmv part. But they did my balance nil. Now since then unable to watch tv due to they said recharge again.
                            Even new complete system is available for sale only rs. 750 with one year gaurantee.
                            That case i said why my all balance finished from ac i will take another. Connection and refund my amount.

                              The setup book is not working properly and is not receiving signal. No wires are disconnected but it's still not working needs an urgent fix it's not working since 9 days and it's not possible for my kids they love watching tv and that's the biggest problem i have to face them so please send some asap to clear out this problem so i can live peacefully with my kids not troubling me

                                My Tata Sky ID is [protected]. Since last 3 days I am not getting signals. When I tried to contact on Customer Care center it is very difficult to lodge as first it ask press various numbers and then I need to wait for 3 to 4 minutes by this time I am wasting my time as well as my mobile money.

                                  Dear all

                                  I want to highlight the unfair and unethical business practices used by tatasky service team and top leadership team. I am using tatasky dth connection since past 8 years but getting signal issues in my connection since past 3 years continuously. During this period, even tatasky service engineer visited my home several times to fix the signal issue but failed to solve this problem and even they charged me for visit of service engineer.

                                  Due to signal issues, i have not enjoyed tatasky services but i kept on recharging my tatasky account and tayasky team always kept on deducting their monthly charges despite of signal issues in my connection.

                                  So tatasky dth is befooling and cheating the millions of layman customers in our country by giving poor signals in few connections and then charging engineer visit service charges from the layman customers. So by applying this modus operandi, tataky is making crores of money everyday and every month.

                                  So please forward this message to atlest 100 tatasky customers in your friend circle to protect the infringement of their rights.

                                    It is humbly requested that my tata Sky connection is out of order since above subject date no body has come to attend. Kindly arrange to disconnect my connection as I'm going to another firm and also credit my account through the balance amount since 23/6/2017.Thanking you

                                      Sir,

                                      I have been a tata sky customer for the past six years with the account number - [protected]. I called the customer care to change the base pack to south sports plus which satisfies all my monthly needs and within my budget., but when contacted tata sky refused to change the base pack either to south sports plus and south prime @ 290/- month which is totally unfair for a long standing customer. Kindly change the back pack as per my request, else i have to look for some other operator who takes care the customer request seriously.

                                      The tata sky regional packages are too high and cannot be afford by middle class family. All I requested was to change the base package to South Sports plus or South Prime (Rs.290/- month) for which they are having a special reason that I'm not living in rural parts of Tamil Nadu according to their list of areas to get these packages (what funny world). This is really unfair, pathetic and Im very much sure to opt for another operator who is ready to give me the expected package as per my need that falls within my budget.

                                        I complained about my set top box not working as i have two tv sets i checked one was not working. I complained and got message from tata sky that their person will attend by 10 tomorrow. After sometime a female calls saying their person is nearby can he come i said yes after sometime female named kajal jha calls saying person cannot come tomorrow at ten. Then she threatens that my complain work order she will cancel if i insist as per sms recd from tata sky that the person should come in the morning by 10 or 11. Then she disconnects and sends sms for the person will come after 2 days and in evening after 7 pm. I am very very disappointed with such kind of disgusting attitude of a tata sky employee to a privileged customer. Then i complained to tata sky again spoke to a better person mr. Pratik. But i want action from the seniors and i want reply what right a employee has to cancel any customers complain and overrule as per their choice the time for a complain.
