Hi, my tatasky subscriber id is this, [protected], last month only taken connection, after one month they told us to recharge and asked us to give a call back to customer care to change monthly package. I did recharge on 27th and have called several times, no response from those people, finally after 4 days again i called, got a response and saying like your recharge amount got deducted from last month package, need to recharge again which is not at all fare, really upset with the service, whatever recharge i have done 230 rs is gone.

    Sir / madam, the guy you have hired as technician is lost... He needs money pls send him to somewhere else... Like brothel... Sorry to use that kind of word... But he deserve it... Extremely unsatisfied with his service... Remove him to protect reputation of your company... Saying this because i had lodged a complaint recently but he had done hardly any work all my wires / cable laid un-tugged... One of the most unsuitable place was chosen for installation of dish... As i was not present... Signals went wayward after the installation... Pls mind it sir/ madam... The service is not free of cost it is worth two working days equal to worth of a negra worker... Not at all satisfied with your service and had been in relation with your company since last ten years... Do give athink on my heart...

      My tata sky set top box is not functioning. My product is within warranty period. After repeated complains im assured every time that a person will visit my place within hours but from last 20 days im assured only but no one has resolved my problem.

        I had shifted to an apartment 3 months back which doesn't allow dth connection. I contacted the customer services to cancel my services. They said it will deactivate after my balance is empty. After the deactivation they have been calling me every day from past 3 months asking for reason for deactivation and telling me to activate again. I explained again and again but they still call me. I already told them to not call me anymore but they still do. It is getting very frustrating.

I already told them to not call me anymore but they still do . It is getting very frustrating . I contacted customer services again and they said I have to activate by paying and deactivate again. I did that and also requested them to stop calling . Still they call me as if to test my patience. I just want them to stop calling me again. I will never activate DTH nor recommend Tata sky to anyone.

        Hi, thank you for bringing this to our notice. We will sort out the issue soon.
        We do not have any music and sound in our TV due to lack of fault in the setup box, but there is no defect in the disc and camera in connection with Tata Sky, for which we are requested to register our complaint for repairs of our Setup Boxes.

          To whom soever it my concern,

          I kalyan koneti have a tatasky account (Rmn: [protected] and subscription id: [protected]) and i have one more account on my wife's name ramadevi m (Rmn: [protected] and subscription id: [protected]). On last week of may'17 while log in ur website for online recharge, i find a referral scheme (Refer and get rs.300 cash back) and by following instructions, sent a massage from [protected] number by mentioning the referral number [protected] & name brahmaiah koneti. Both number holders received acknowledgement messages and mr. Brahmaiah ([protected]) received a call with in few minutes from tatasky call center and informed that he will receive one more call for installation address details. Mr. Brahmaiah got one more call from tatasky for confirming installation and said the representative will come with in couple of hours to install tatasky set. After few hours, the representative from tatasky attended the confirmed address and completed the set top box installation. For activation, he asked the mobile number and i am at that place on that time. I asked which number he want, because we already have 2 tatasky ids on [protected], [protected] and we want this new connection to be activated on mr. Brahmaiah number i. E. [protected], which is already registered for activation by referral scheme from rmn : [protected]. He asked 3 above numbers and said "ok sir, ur new connection activated". But i didnt find any top up amount of amount rs. 300 on subscription id: [protected], and when i called tatasky customer care on[protected], ur representative said that, referral scheme not applicable for [protected], because new connection also activated on the same number, i. E. [protected] and also the connection activated from dealer not from tatasky referral scheme, so that referral scheme not applicable. He said tata sky is helpless in this concern.

          He also said that concerned installation executive may activated this connection from local dealer to get his/dealer incentive. But in this case who cheated who?

          It clearly showing that the installer, local dealer and tatasky combinedly cheated me by not providing proper guidance and hiding ur rules. When i check ur website with rmn: [protected], its showing subscription id:[protected] and in pending status. First month free subscription will be expires on[protected], and to recharge it i paid rs. 20.00 and rs. 492.00 through online. I called several times to ur customer care[protected] but ur call center people response is very bad. They have very poor listening skills and bad customer centricity. So, i felt email is only way to escalate my concern to the hierarchy. Hence, requesting to look into my concern, as not only my entire family also i made many of my frnds been loyal customers to tatasky.

          Expecting at least a call from concerned authority, as i called to ur customer care many times but they just not able to listen my concern completely. I fedup with tatasky unprofessional cc team.

              I would like to change my present channel to dhamaka packet 199, that i am personally requesting you that due to my poor financial condition i could not be able to continue to afford my present channel packet which cost almost 520 per monthly. This is huge amount to me, i would be much happy if the request is granted once, so that me & my family may able to continue to enjoy the beauties of tatasky service.

                    Since many days i am not receiving signal on the tata sky box. The society that i am staying in has a tie up with tata sky and have a common dish on the terrace. When ever i call the customer care there is a wait time of 6 or 10 minutes but the call never connects even after half an hour or one hour. Can you please send someone to check as even if there is bright sun outside, we stop don't get signal.

                          I'm getting this error for the past week even though it was working before that. I called the customer care number but no one picks up the call even after 30 mins. I tried for 3 days still the same. I raised a complaint in the site 2 days ago but no one called me till now. I regret for selecting this service. Every month i get call to recharge even though i recharged for a year. All they care about is the money and none cared about the complaint i raised. They say they have the best customer service but they reply only if there is a new connection or if there is an issue in the payment. I'm ready to pay if you are ready the resolve the issue if thats what you want. I did a big mistake by subscribing for a year or else i would have stopped the service and buy another good service.

                            I am subscriber of tatasky number [protected]. I have recharged on 12 july 2017 of rs 350 for monthly recharge after 15 days it show message recharge your tata sky. I have talked to tatasky coustmer care they give excused this were not valid plan you must have charge new plan of 499.
                            But it was show monthly plan i do not want tatasky service any more. They are stealing the public by there own system.

                              I am getting almost 10 calls per day marketing call from taka on my mobile.
                              Everytime they register my complain for do not distrib with then, they register complain but nothing happens. Again n again i am getting marketing tatasky.
                              Could you please please help me how to stop them.
                              One more thing they are calling me from landline[protected]. It won't start from +911 too is it legal to call from landline for marketing purpose?

                                A person name puneet and nikita from Kolkata tatasky had visited my residence to sell tata sky connection. they had explained that since we have purchased three connection so we get a family pack with discount. after a day we freceived a message that data pack expired we have recharged twice since then. later on complaining in tata sky office they hang up the phone. every week my family is getting the recharge done. we want tata sky to replace our set up box with proper scheme.

                                Since last Monday dated 24th July 2017 I am registered request for Relocate Dish . But request taken person had submit wrong request. Job was attended by Technician named Mr.Sunilkumar on 25 Th July 2017 & I told him the job, He told me the job will complete tomorrow but he not doing the job. today I submit fresh request so please look in to matter. I am not satisfied about your service, I had lost my 2 days leave to wait your technician.

                                  Tatasky employee has contacted us that the mike is being given free (In rs. 1)
                                  To all customers and accordingly has handed over the same in exchange of rs, 1.

                                  We want to make it clear that we do not need karaoke facility and therefore will not accept any charges against the same presently or in future.
                                  If the mike is being distributed in the expectation that after one month, you will start deducting monthly / annual karaoke charges from our account then pl. Note that it will be termed as cheating. We confirm hereby that we have not and we will not subscribe to the karoake facility and if any deductions are made from our account, we will file case in consumer court.
                                  We expect tata sky to confirm us that they will never charge us even a single rupee against karoake facility.

                                    Was subscribing to south special package of inr229per month for two regional channels tamil and telugu along with english news channels. On enquiry was informed that inr199pack will also provide two regional channels. Hence has opted for the same, but all regional channels could not be viewed. Hence again called customer care and was told that my original pack will be restored in 24hrs. But it is not restored. They are saying now that south pack is only for people residing in southern region and not for people staying in other regions. Is not that ridiculous, then the current tata chairman should also not get his south indian channels as he is staying in maharashtra. I want my original pack to be restored, which they are doing as they want more money for another regional pack and english new pack. It is clear case of blackmailing by tata company.

                                    Since 2 days connection is not working and after making them calls for 6-7 times it is still not resolved.. and nobody is concerned about it. Their customer care is worst and have no sense to handle customers...my customer ID is [protected]. They say that our technician will call in 2 hours but nobody calls.

                                    Ridiculous that south package is only in south India. What if south Indians are staying in other states. Your own chairman a south Indian is staying in Maharashtra will he not get south channel. You are cheats only to harass people. You have proved that Tatas are also cheats. I do not want to continue with Tata Sky. Kindly cancel existing package and refund the balance.

                                        This is infrom u to that actually i have complaint about regarding of my tata sky last subscriber id: [protected], last 5 days i'm unable to view your tata sky all chanel.. One day's ago i had try to connected your customer care from my registered ยฎ number ([protected]) talk to your executive he did not helpout my problem and rudely behavior with me afterthat i've got sms from your ๐Ÿ”š from dm-mytsky (Hi! We will contact you on rmn in 2 working hrs to take appointment for visit. Tatasky wo no# yt27bw6 will be attended in 24 hours. During visit pls check ch-190.                                         Why i don't know! Anything else i told u that please look into matter and audit this call from quality department and resolved this issued.

                                        Today i've received call ๐Ÿ“žtata sky from many numbers-

                                        1. [protected] at 10:15am
                                        2. [protected] at 10:57am
                                        3. [protected] at 11:17am (Twice)
                                        4. [protected] at 06:30pm
                                        5. [protected] at 07:15pm

                                        Still now maybe due to some technical problem i was not able to watch all channels last 5days also showing "downloading..." and my connection got may be cut down so couldn't watch any channels with the dth connection why i don't know. However yesterday your technical junior & senior technician agent visited at my home and he did not resolved my problem bucz the tata sky is probably making money for tata telecom cause every time you need to complain about deficient service the employees disconnect the phone after pronouncing your name with a terrible accent by adding unnecessary and non exciting u to it. Tata sky service has been very bad and for second time in we are unable to view the regional channels, news channels, movie channels, etc. Even customer care of tata sky no there is no one to respond. Pray help us by rectifying telecast immediately.. Then finally when after 5 calls u are able to talk your agent from my number to touch with them they are unable to provide you any solution and avoid my call to someone else who again starts with additional u to you name. Right now its showing same issued.. But he is not answering properly and not resolving this particular issue. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible today and also i told you please visit your agent today nothing more else other wise i will stop my service which was u want???๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ‘ฟ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

                                        It a totally miss managed service that sony india & tata sky is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don't think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit..

                                        Such is the pathetic situation

                                        They talk big during the sales and once the goods sold, they pay no heed to customers problems.. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible tomorrow call back my number and also i told you please visit your agent today nothing more else other wise i will stop my service which was u want nothing more else???

                                        Whenever i approached them they started avoiding me also backed team they didn't resolved this previous matter and closed this docket number without given any resolution accordingly.. When i approached the appellate authority for which they responded previous any mails and appellate authority for which i didn't receive any response till now over the calls to resort to this compliant forum of department ๐Ÿฌ of pg portal...

                                        Hence, i request u to that actually ive put a complaint about tata sky bad service nothing more else totally worst service...
                                        Please helpout me how to gets this retaliations offer urgently or i'm requesting to all team that please provide any solution for the same issued and escalated this matter to concern department and take action immediately also give my docket number and call ๐Ÿ“ž ๐Ÿ”™ my number accordingly for the customer service experience nothing more else.

                                        Never faced this before, happened for the third time i had faced very bad service.. But they certainly lost my faithfulness and preference... But if they have to scam people, they certainly should be a bit smarter.
                                        I have given a sample of the extra additional scam fare that they charged.. Please look into matter to concern department and resolved it matter immediately and call back my number tomorrow before 12pm..

                                        Setup box was replaced 2 weeks back and paid for. Now again its not working. Its some cheap Chinese box.This is a real cheat.
