I have purchased a tata sky connection from one of my friends and the same connection is on the name of mr Inderjeet Singh.

Sir registered mobile no is [protected].the no is mine ie Mr Sukhdev singh.
Sir now i want to change the above mentioned subscriber id of tata sky from the name of previous owner Mr Inderjeet singh to my name ie on the name of MR SUKHDEV SINGH...

I was not aware so far that even the Tata Group is indulged in
cheating its Customers and that to Such a Cheap Extent.

I called the Customer Care and asked for my Recharge plan. I was
informed that if I recharge by Rs 199, my One month plan will be
active for one Month.

This is to inform you that i have changed several times my package to 99 package.
But all activities are eyewash to me.
Your helpline no. Toll free no. All are useless. Only i have recharged my money and wasted it. Always you are cutting my money.

They have been doing so every 5 – 6 months since last years.

I have raised a service request (Wo# z0lja0q dated 04/08/2017) as tata sky service is interrupted many times in recent past but the wo is currently on hold with a weird reason!!

The "senior technician" who have visited our home on 03/08/2017 asked us to change the whole dish with 675 rs though there was only a small portion of the "l" which is damaged and that can be prepared by welding.

I have tried a lot to activate my live tv, but i am not able to.
I have called customer care for the same, and they said, i am also not able to do it... And then they said, it should have been activated now, and asked me to uninstall and install the app again. So i did so.

But it's showing one message, while i click on live tv in app :-
"an earlier order is open; hence, we can not add the pack now....

We are having problems with some of the channels not displaying. All others including hd channels were fine. The call center guy asked us to do a master reset and it didn't work. He sent a service person, he demanded a service charge as well as amount for replacing set top box. If you are supplying inferior equipment, unable to do upgrades automatically, if you move your channels to another satellite, it is all your problem. Why are you looting...

In last month i have applied for tata sky new connection but the have recived payment for it. They have call twice for the recharge but their is not connection.

Tata sky call centre employees are bungling up every communication, ignoring and adding to complaints. They do not seem to understand written and verbal english. They remove channels that you have asked them to retain, they add channels you have not asked for, quote exaggerated tariffs against channels you have asked for, and finally de-activate your connection without any warning, even even though there is sufficient balance left in your...

Had purchased tata sky on june 30th. After the first month free subscription, i did a recharge for rupees 175/- on 2nd of august.
But the account was on de-activate status. Called up customer care, they said due to technical reasons it will take 24hrs to active.
Today (3rd august) called up again, they say check with bank, we have not received any amount.
