Tatasky is the worst. I am a stark new customer for only 1.5 months. And the harrassment i faced is unfathomable. This representative named gaurav yadav came to our house and sold the package. And ensured us that all channels will be there but in 199. I asked him more than twice and he said yes. So that we could buy tatasky which we did. He told me all these lies in whatsapp too i have all the messages. And i repeat he is a representative and not a dealer.in the invoice his name is written in the place of representative and code and also in the first month when i faced problems and i called the tatasky kolkata centre, they put me through this gaurav yadav guy. I was promised 3 months service without recharge but now they are asking me to recharge again. And today when i called the tatasky kolkata centre, the number of which is [protected] they didn't receive for the first couple of times and when they did receive and i told them about this they spoke very nastily in hindi. They abused in hindi. It was a horrible horrible nightmare. I was on the verge of tears. The way they spoke. I never thought this is how tatasky treats their customer. This gaurav yadav sold this package to another family in our apartment. And they faced similar kinds of harrassments hence they decided to leave tatasky now. And i think i am going to do the same now after my experience today. But you people should definitely take some action against such people who tells lies to customers and is ruining your name in the market.

    I have complained since last 11th aug 2017 ..4 days to change the tatasky+ setup box every day i am calling to tata sky customer care they are telling it will sort out but till now 15th aug 2017 it is not sorted i have complained yesterday 5 times but they have not sorted today when I complain they told today is 15 th aug holiday no one will come since last few days I have complaint several times but my problem is not sorted all today what to do now...?...

      Today at 1.55 pm,. A phone call has been come from this no. [protected] and told me that i am calling from tata sky and informed about a new channel of fitness and our discussion was going for 12 minutes and i told him that the channels which r having with me right now, i could not manage my time to enjoy these channels so please don't provide any extra channel, however he told me ok, u just look at channel no. 110 which is free now and if you not interested than don"t subscribe this channel. After sometime 2 nos. Messages have come into my registered m. No. Regarding the activation new channel and the subscription. Now i want to stop the channel no. 110 (Fitness) right now. Also want to ask how could tata sky authorities can forcefully add any additional channels beyond the permission of subscriber.

      Hi, Active Fitness has been deactivated in your account. We shall ensure corrective measures are taken.
      I had an annual pack of Tata sky now it has been expired and i am not interested to renew it. Instead I want to continue with the daily pack.
      Regarding this i have talk to them many times but I don't know why they cant understand this and daily call me and suggest me about annual pack.

        I got a problem in my tata sky connection. I contacted to customer care. They registered my complaint. But i get my problem solved within a few minutes. Then i again contacted to customer care a and told them to cancel my complaint. A technician visited to my home after complaint cancel without contact me. And wrong charge deducted from my account without do anything.

          When i asked your rep he same check many things even after me saying that 4 of my neighbors are also facing same issue.
          After some conversation he disconnected the call without confirmation of complaint.
          I don't think this attitude will help them

            Your executive will charge me 225 for home visit which is not fare as i am already using your products & services last 10 years.
            Not satisfied with the kind of approach given by your customer executive.
            Give me other option or forcefully i have to change to other service provider.

              Dear Sir,

              This is for your kind information that sir, since 2.30 PM we are not able to view the TV programmes due to unavailable of the signal after short spell of rain.

              Earlier two months back, similar things was happened but your services were not received in time except many sweets of words in my registered Mobile from some gentlemen and ladies. Even nobody visit the site to look after and short out the problems. I think this will not serve the purpose of the customer which ultimate restore after one day. VERY NICE SERVICE INDEED!

              Now I request you kindly short out this type of problem permanently and relieved the customer for viewing the TV programmes. On the other hand if your service persons are not able to solve the problem permanently then I request you kindly reimburse the REMAINING PERIOD MONEY in my Bank A/c.

              Hope you will take the necessary action at the earliest and intimate me accordingly.

                    I am a bit new tatasky customer. I have suspended the connection for a month and did top-up after that. But the status was still deactived. I didn't find time to call customer service immediately. I called up a day later, i came to know that i have to switch on the set top box while doing recharge. My account got activated then. But the charges started from the top-up date not activation date. The reason they have given is they didn't receive complain on the top-up date. I didn't use the connection for a day but i have paid for it.
                    The support team very well know that the customer account is deactivated and they could not benefit from it. But they are not ready to change the valid date. They kept on saying it is my problem that i didn't call them on time. I was totally unhappy with their response and policy.

                      Hi,
                      I have made numerous complaints on phone with different reference nos: z069t2p & 1-[protected] with regard to wrong charges being levied on my account.

                      On 18th or 19th july i made a request for a new remote control as my old one stopped working. The new remote was delivered in couple of days at my residence to my servant. When i came home, i checked the remote and realized that the remote was full of scratches and looked like a used remote. I immediately raised a complaint for the same.

                      In the meantime, my annual package was also due for renewal. I made the payment of rs.11600/- for annual renewal of my primary and secondary connection + charges for the remote i purchased from you. Few days later your service representative visited my house again and this time handed over the remote to my mother. My mother told him to take back the damaged remote which was delivered few days back, but he refused and told us that someone else will come as his job is only to give the remote.

                      Few days later, i was shocked to see my account details that the charges for remote have been deducted twice from my account, due to which my secondary connection could not be renewed on annual basis and now i have been charged on daily basis.

                      This is totally ridiculous as i never made a request for 2 remotes, rather the second request was just to replace the faulty remote you had given few days earlier. I tried explaining this to each of your executive on phone and talked to the team leader twice, ms. Pooja patil & ms. Pooja sharma who provided me with the above reference numbers.

                      On sunday, 6th august, i received a call from your billing department who confirmed to me that someone will come and pick up the remote and the charges will be reversed and my annual package for secondary tv will also be renewed. But unfortunately, on 8th august i received an email from tatasky claiming that all the charges have been correctly put and there won’t be any reversals.

                      I have made it abundantly clear many times that i have been charged wrongly twice due to which my annual package could not be renewed and i have been made to suffer. Right now, i again talked to someone, but twice they disconnected my call as they know that nothing can be done.

                      These are totally unethical and unprofessional working attitude adopted by tatasky as they know that the customer has already paid for full year and he can’t go anywhere else. I have tried enough and right now raised a dispute for the charges of rs.11600/- with my credit card through which i have paid the money. My credit card team has also suggested me to file a fir as tatasky didn’t provide me with the service i had paid money for.

                      This is just a matter of rs. 300 for a remote which should have been reversed and my annual package should be renewed. I will request you to kindly do the needful or else i will be forced to take legal action in this matter.

                          I the user of you company's tata sky is disappointed by your services given to the user. I have subscribed and paid for the hd channels for the whole year but i cannot even see a single channel of hd+1 from past 1 month this is very disappointing from your company. I have complainted for it and the engineer came once and couldnt detect the fault. We have paid for the channels for the whole year and cannot view it. I kindly ask for your services again.                                 I was not aware so far that even the Tata Group is indulged in
                                cheating its Customers and that to Such a Cheap Extent.

                                I called the Customer Care and asked for my Recharge plan. I was
                                informed that if I recharge by Rs 199, my One month plan will be
                                active for one Month.

                                Also, I had requested to deactivate my other three Connection and keep
                                only Primary connection Active.

                                So, I did a recharge of Rs 199, through order no : [protected] 29 July 2017.

                                Again I called the customer care and to my Surprise I was again asked
                                to do recharge of Rs 50 for I dont know some mysterious reason. They
                                should have earlier explained me that I should recharge for Rs 249
                                instead of Rs 199.

                                Still I did recharge again for Rs 50 through order no : [protected].

                                And now the Worst situation in which I'm is that my Account is deactivated.

                                This is worst kind of Service from Tata Sky and Tata Sky is a totally
                                Fraud Company and every one is a cheater here.

                                I have called the Customer Care so many times, all are talking nonsense.

                                I request you to kindly activate my account with my Plan.

                                      * my brother aalok has purchased a tata sky hd set on 5th july, 2017 by paying 2600/ hundred amount from domria ganj u. P.
                                      * and said it has offer for 3 months of hd channels. Now all the hd channels got closed.
                                      * please instruct to the dealer to provide benefit worth of amount.
                                      * otherwise i would be bound to take leagl action against the company.
                                      * when i tried to talk to the distributer he used inappropriate languages and said you can go any where even suprim court he doesn't care.

                                        Package price hike by tatasky.
                                        They have been doing so every 5 – 6 months since last years.
                                        Its time to get our voice heard. So request you dimers to spread the voice against this frequent hike by tatasky i complain again and again but its like every effort goes in vain
                                        I am seriously disappoint with tata sky

                                        When i took the connection the package is 240 (6/8/2015)
                                        After 3 month it increase 250 (27/11/2015)
                                        After 6 month again it increase to 270 (19/5/2016)
                                        After 6 month again it increase to 285 (14/11/2016)
                                        And now after 9 month it increase to 299 (08/08/2017)

                                        What a service and every time it happens without my prior permission may i know why???
                                        Why the hell is happening with tata sky
