1. 15 to 20 days before (27th june i guess) i took multi-tv connection. Paid for it. Installation happened. Everything works. I was happy.
2. On 16th july my living room box (Old box) stopped responding. We thought it might be due to rain, but new multi-tv box was working fine. So on 17th morning – raise an issue.
3. 17th afternoon technician came and told us that my multi-tv installation is wrong. I was using some twin lnb but as i have hd recording box i should have use superlnb. I explained him, i don’t know either of it. Installation guy came and did everything, and it was working fine for 15 days, i want it working again, whatever lnb you wanna use, please use it. But he said, it will cost me rs. 1000/- for superlnb – i refused to pay it because :
A. This occurred due to multi-tv installation which was done 15 days before. Tata-sky is responsible to use appropriate technological solution
B. If previous installation is faulty, why should customer pay for it, that too just after 15 days
C. Everything was working fine just 3 days before. Why new expense of rs. 1000 needed.
4. When i asked same questions to technician, he got angry and left my house without doing any work. (Issue no. 1)
5. I called technician in evening about final quote and whats the guarantee that this new bs - superlnb will not burst like my current so called twinlnb something. He dropped my phone saying i don’t have time for rubbish questions like these. Talk to customer care. Technician number :- [protected] (Issue no. 2)
Basically, you disrespect customers now a days?
6. Then i got sms that my wo is cancelled (Awesome!!) :- wo# ynm489h
7. I called customer care about this, so again new wo is generated (Wo#yo94cqc), again my wife received call for it, technician said he will come by evening – no one came (Issue no. 3)
8. Today (19th july 2017) i got a new sms that my wo is on hold – i called customer care why this is on hold – as expected – no one knows. So again i am being assured that my query will be solved. How? When? (Issue no. 4)
9. Meanwhile, my parents are not able to watch tv? Who will reimburse the cost of 4 days? (Issue no. 5)
Wrong technical solution to customers? Arrogant technicians? Misbehavior and not providing proper answers to customer?
Why are you shaking core values of tata?
No call center agent is resolving issues.
Ofcourse i am going on social media, ofcourse i am posting on tataworld.com (Yes i am tata employee) but its always better to seek help from higher management.
Please intervene.

Post checking the transaction details, we see that the chargeback has already been raised on 19 July 2017 against the transaction of Rs- 200/- done on 26 June 2017. We request you to wait for 45days for the reversal as per the Visa guidelines if representment proof is not received from acquiring bank.
