Against consumer i. D.[protected] paid annual subscription of rs 8500 twice, 1st on 31.05.17 n 2nd on 01.06.17 due to non confirmation of receipt on 31.05.17. Requested to make the refund of rs 8500 giving details n snapshot of bank statement thr. Mail on 20.06.17. I have made a complainagain on 19.07017 after updating my bank passbook. The amount has non been credited in my account. I fail to understand the reasons for delay in making the refund.

    Dear team

    I want to disconnect my connection. From last 4 days am facing the issue.

    Now i fed up from tata sky, i want to convert into my local connection.

    From last 40 days, 3 times my connection problem related to dis location. And my connection is in warranty even they charge the visit charges

    I don't want to go with this #

      Tata Sky a/c. No. [protected] hai. Mera1/7/17 se 18/7/17 tak 3times service charge ke naam per paisa kaat liya hai. Aur 18din tak me koi bhi channel nahi dekh paya aur phir bhi Tata Sky Band Kar diya hai. Mene 800₹ aaj 19/7/17 tak a/c recharge Kara hai. I request to you pls.refund my money.

        My tata sky consumer id is[protected]. I had a usual package activated on my account. Since april 2017 the tata sky executives activated some i smart manager on my account without my permission and without any intimation of such activation on my account. For this so called service they deducted charge @ rs 10 per day from my account ie 300 rs per month. After 3 months ie in july 2017 when i called the customer care of tata sky about unknown deductions from my account then they informed me that such service is activated on my account since 18th april 2017. When i argued to them and asked for the call recording of this service request they denied and they did not responded to my complaints. The tata sky is the worst dth service company in service and complaint hearing. After that i registered complaints on tata sky customer care but they never responded. When i asked for clarification they never replied and cut the phone several times. They charged near about rs 1100 from my account for this useless and unnecessary service called i smart manager without my permission and intimation. I never ever made any request for the activation of any service called i smart manager on my account. They have done fraud to me and i am seriously upset with their customer service. Pls help me in getting the refund of this amount deducted (Rs 1100) for i smart manager by them.

          1. 15 to 20 days before (27th june i guess) i took multi-tv connection. Paid for it. Installation happened. Everything works. I was happy.

          2. On 16th july my living room box (Old box) stopped responding. We thought it might be due to rain, but new multi-tv box was working fine. So on 17th morning – raise an issue.

          3. 17th afternoon technician came and told us that my multi-tv installation is wrong. I was using some twin lnb but as i have hd recording box i should have use superlnb. I explained him, i don’t know either of it. Installation guy came and did everything, and it was working fine for 15 days, i want it working again, whatever lnb you wanna use, please use it. But he said, it will cost me rs. 1000/- for superlnb – i refused to pay it because :
          A. This occurred due to multi-tv installation which was done 15 days before. Tata-sky is responsible to use appropriate technological solution
          B. If previous installation is faulty, why should customer pay for it, that too just after 15 days
          C. Everything was working fine just 3 days before. Why new expense of rs. 1000 needed.

          4. When i asked same questions to technician, he got angry and left my house without doing any work. (Issue no. 1)

          5. I called technician in evening about final quote and whats the guarantee that this new bs - superlnb will not burst like my current so called twinlnb something. He dropped my phone saying i don’t have time for rubbish questions like these. Talk to customer care. Technician number :- [protected] (Issue no. 2)

          Basically, you disrespect customers now a days?

          6. Then i got sms that my wo is cancelled (Awesome!!) :- wo# ynm489h

          7. I called customer care about this, so again new wo is generated (Wo#yo94cqc), again my wife received call for it, technician said he will come by evening – no one came (Issue no. 3)

          8. Today (19th july 2017) i got a new sms that my wo is on hold – i called customer care why this is on hold – as expected – no one knows. So again i am being assured that my query will be solved. How? When? (Issue no. 4)

          9. Meanwhile, my parents are not able to watch tv? Who will reimburse the cost of 4 days? (Issue no. 5)

          Wrong technical solution to customers? Arrogant technicians? Misbehavior and not providing proper answers to customer?

          Why are you shaking core values of tata?

          No call center agent is resolving issues.
          Ofcourse i am going on social media, ofcourse i am posting on tataworld.com (Yes i am tata employee) but its always better to seek help from higher management.
          Please intervene.

            Dear sir/ma'am

            I want to complain about my tata sky

            Actually the problem was
            We are not getting tata sky signal.

            So we complained on 4/07/2017 at customer care of tatasky they told me that we will get back you withing 2 hours

            However its been 15 days we are facing this problem as they are saying we can not reallocate the antina

            If they can install the antina so how they can't uninstall

              Hi, please note that tata sky has not been providing proper services to the customers. After installation for 2 tv's which was done around 3 years back today they are askig me to pay additional for wrongly done connection and installation for the second tv. I just want to ask one thing to the tata sky owners why was the installation done incorrectly and now without any problems and being too casual about this issue the technicians are askig for charges for the second tv reinstallation. I am paying you regularly for the viewing of both the tv services. Its your duty to make sure that things are working fine after installation. When we call customer care services they inform us that if there are any physical damages on the location we will have to pay and without any concern we say yes. Then today why providing your proper services has become an issue. Till today i was ok with your servicea but today its too bad to announce on such platform that i have asked for a disconnection of your services. Infact i will be happy to get someone else put up my connection rather than being asked for charges to keep the services on.

              Im being charged of the extra wire required to make my second connection to work.Paying the charge is not an issue, the issue is this extra wire is due to the truobleshooting carried out by the technician attended the set top box and for your information i have been using this service since the last 3 years now.The question is why after these many years i have to pay for the installation of the complete system.This wire not being installed during the installation was not my fault.For me paying mere 12 rs per meter is not a problem, the problem is the principles and your company's commitment.

                      Hi, {july 2017} neeraj saraswat m: [protected] (Registration mo.) monthly subscription 345/-

                      I am compelled to escalate the my complaint against tata sky at your level coz after giving away the payment of rs. 1845/- in 10 day, still unable to watch the services. Have requested for the relocation (Charges 300/), a guy visited to do the job of installation however w/o properly completing/giving assurance/checking he left. Status - unable to see the services (Same day have paid 300/- + 345/- for monthly subscription), have re-complain for the same, next guy came in after 3-4 days and said the set-top box is not working properly you have to change the box (Charges - 900/- hd services free for 3 month), as i have no other option have paid the amount, i have not been informed any other charges. However they have deducted 200/- additional from my tatasky a/c saying service charges, now my a/c has no balance. The time i m unable to see any services around 15 days they have deducted the amount per day basis s my a/c balance was - ve. Now 300 (For relocation) + 100 (Material charges) + 345 monthly charges + 900 (Hd box upgrade and 3 month free) + 200 (Service charges) = total 1845/- still npo services....

                      Customer service help depart. Is of no use as saying the amount is already deducted, we cant help, now pay more to get the services

                        The engineer did not provide the cable connector which caused me rs 80/. Tata sky has charged me rs. 48/ for extra cable. I was offered one free movie showcase till 16th but when i opted for the movie it did not start. As per the offer made by ms. Priyanka tatasky representative neither the promised channels are being given. Tata sky spoiled my sunday by not giving the movie showcase and wasting my time

                          It being long that i am waiting for the technician. After many follow ups also i am not getting proper response from the dealer. I was unable to watch the channel to from last many days. Due to my work schedule i am unavailable during weekdays. I am really disappointed with the service getting from the tata.
                          When i asked them about technician they said he will come on sunday again i called them today but till time no one has turned around. Its really disappointing

                                Already i have complaint couple of times, one of your employee talked over phone and committed to send a technician to set right the issue on last week but nobody turns, since then.

                                Also, i have already home few mail communications with her, but just in vein.

                                I don't understand whether this should be attended or i need to go to other service provide.

                                Your employee are not seriously taking this issue, as i understand.

                                  I want to relocate my tata sky but charges demanded by tata sky executive is too high. Market price for new connection is between 1200 to 1500 but for just relocation they demanded rs. 500. Normal market price for relocation is between 200 to 300. Please resolve the my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I have been working with tata sky team since last 3 weeks and i have not yet received any call from them stating when i will get my money back. The issue is as given below -

                                    They keep on calling my home asking to do recharge for entire year in inr 1500 and i made the payment but at that time we could not verify whether the recharge was successful or not because there was construction work going on in my home. Now after this was completed, we found that particular subscriber id doesn't belong to us now as it was return long back to tata sky team.

                                    First of all, how could be the account remains active when we returned the tata sky setup box. Also now there is no solution being provided by tata sky team, i am super frustrated with their department as i keep on calling them and they always ask for another 72 hours every time.

                                    Please resolve this issue otherwise i will put this on each and every online forum which will further demote tata sky reputation in the market.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have raised request to cancel my account with tatasky several times, but everytime they are saying different reasons but not closing/cancelling my account and asked me to recharge my account to take cancellation request.. I did so but cancellation not happened..

                                      1. I have raised several calls to customer care and requested for cancellation

                                      2. I had chat with customer care throuhg online my account.

                                      3. Every request/ticket they are closing on their own without reaching user/customer (Me)..

                                      4. Yesterday also i raised a request (I. E ykx4e1m) for cancellation and tatasky customer care person said it would take 48 hours to cancel my account.

                                      5. Today (14/07/2017) again approached customer care to understand the status on my cancellation request.

                                      6. Customer care person said the request (I. E. Ykx4e1m) was closed as user (Me) wanted to continue.. Inface i idid not receive any call from tatasky.

                                      7. The previoud ticket/request (Xq7mzr4) too closed for same reason.

                                      8. I am not using tatasky from almost 3 months.. Every time they ask me to recharge my account in order to place my cancellation request.

                                      9. I have recharged my account several times as suggested by customer care team to take request for cancellation.

                                      Note: tatasky have been cheating me here... If they unable to cancel why forced/harrased me to recharge for allowing cancellation request

                                      10. Most of the times i have raised cancellation requested through my online account with tatasky.. But they say tatasky team will call to your registered mobile in order to process for cancellation request...

                                      I do not want to keep my account active anymore since i am not using the tatasky from almost 3 months and i am not responsible for any faults/deviations.

                                        Hi,
                                        According to tata sky latest rule, we can go for temporary deactivation of account once in a year. Thar means, if you have already availed the service one time and due to some reason, if you are going somewhere lets say for even 30 days, you will have to pay the charges although service has not been availed.
                                        Normally we have some amount in tata sky account. So, we will lose that amount as it will get deducted on daily basis.
