Customer no.[protected]. I have two settop boxes, one of which is malfunctioning. As soon as we start tv or soon after an absurd message "pl check connections, whether the atmosphere is cloudy? Etc" comes on the screen and tv stops. A month back i had registered a complaint and the company was kind to send a representative, one shri gupta to look in to the matter and repair. The gentleman asked me to change the set top box, which i did. After a few days the problem recurred and i also noticed that "etv now" and "republic" channels were not coming. He informed me that there is some problem with wiring and cable needs to be checked and changed. I immediately requested him to do it. But he said presently you are getting other channels so continue with it. Now when tv has again stopped, i contacted him but he says he is in his native place and would come back to mumbai only after 7 august, which means i will have to go without service for another one month.

Each and every time my set up box changed with some old setup box by service engineer but same problem repeated after 10 to 15 days this is from last six months.
Now i reached the point that i have take wrong decision to select tata sky.
Its set up box was repaired which is fixed by service engineer every time so they repeated problem.
Please changed my setup box with new one and fixed my problem as you told each and every time that you are the valuable customer for tata sky so please give the value for my investment in tata sky becose i am not utilise even my monthly recharge.
