Hi, i am from ahmedabad - gujarat, before 4 month i take a tata sky connection, before 3 days my set up box is not supported and continues i was call in customer care and every time they are give me time schedule but technician is not come and resolve my problem. So i am very dis pointed and i will not suggested to anybody to take a tata sky connection.

      I am using tata sky from last six months and i am totally disappointed with its services. As i have raised the complaints almost 5 to 6 time for setup box suddenly stopped and not started.
      Each and every time my set up box changed with some old setup box by service engineer but same problem repeated after 10 to 15 days this is from last six months.
      Now i reached the point that i have take wrong decision to select tata sky.
      Its set up box was repaired which is fixed by service engineer every time so they repeated problem.
      Please changed my setup box with new one and fixed my problem as you told each and every time that you are the valuable customer for tata sky so please give the value for my investment in tata sky becose i am not utilise even my monthly recharge.

        I am a Tatasky customer with 2 TV set top boxes for almost 15 years Client ID is [protected]) and I recharge both the TV set top boxes on an annual basis with the amount as advised by the Tatasky Customer care personnel. I did the same in September 2016 and Tatasky has discontinued my services on the basis of want of funds!! Reasons for the same are incomprehensible though the following could be the probable ones:
        Correct information was not passed on by customer care of Tatasky
        System Fault
        The meaning of Annual seems to have metamorphosed!

          The tata sky customer care was misguided me. My recharge date was from 13th july 2017. I had been told if i recharge it on 12th july it will count from 13th itself (For 30 days). It did not happen like that. When i recharged it counted from 12th july.
          On the last day of my validity date the tata sky disturbs showing my recharge date contineously on the tv set. I want it has to be stopped.
          My tata sky id no[protected].
          Monthly recharge validity was till 12th july 2017.
          Recharged on 12th july 2017.
          Called the customer on 12th july around 6pm.

            Customer no.[protected]. I have two settop boxes, one of which is malfunctioning. As soon as we start tv or soon after an absurd message "pl check connections, whether the atmosphere is cloudy? Etc" comes on the screen and tv stops. A month back i had registered a complaint and the company was kind to send a representative, one shri gupta to look in to the matter and repair. The gentleman asked me to change the set top box, which i did. After a few days the problem recurred and i also noticed that "etv now" and "republic" channels were not coming. He informed me that there is some problem with wiring and cable needs to be checked and changed. I immediately requested him to do it. But he said presently you are getting other channels so continue with it. Now when tv has again stopped, i contacted him but he says he is in his native place and would come back to mumbai only after 7 august, which means i will have to go without service for another one month.

              Please note that i am using services of tata sky dish from last 3 years..

              I am very disappointed from his services..

              Major problem is there signals.

              I suffered 4 times & every time they asked to me for pay services charges of rs 250 & i payed.

              My complaint is. Why customer need to pay extra charges on there signal problems. Signal problem is the company problem, not a customer problem.

              And on the same day they also charge the full day cost why they do not remembered the cost of that day because customer are unable to utilise the services on the same day because of company fault.

              Recently i faced the signal from in last month june'17 & that time i payed rs 250 to tata sky for its executive visit now the same issue i faced yesterday on dated 11/7/17 & again they are asking to pay rs 250 for executive visit which is not correct..

              I can not pay the services charges to company all the time because of there poor services.

              Need to take action on this type of complaints.

              My Tata sky is not working well...I am unable to see Malayalam channels which I have subscribed...whichever i am seeing ids cutting and flickering...the transmission received is not good at all . About 2 months before, i went to TATA sky agency at green square market... i told them the problem, but they did not come to my place.

                  I have paid advance money for yearly subscription of my tata sky dth on 7/3/2017. Now since i have shifted to another place, i requested your service provider to provide my dth connection at my new residence. However they denied of this service with the reason that 'my house is not garden facing and you have to get terrace permit.'my society does not give the residents terrace permit for dth connection. Also your service provider is denying for refund of my balance unused service instead, while placing my complaint on the call to the service provider, they disconnect saying call to customer care.' all the customer care no, s seems to be unregistered at the time of placing complaints.
                  Kindly look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

But those customer they r not recharge tata sky for 6 month u r provided very good yealy plans.                       3 days back, i tried to lodge complaint at tata sky customer care no. Against disabled services but they denied to lodge my complaint and asked to recharge with rs. 200 and then to register complaint. I did the same, get the tata sky account recharged with 200rs and registered the complaint but i have not received any respond since last 3 days. More than rs. 40 are deducting everyday from my tatasky account against nothing, without any service. These kind of negligence is unexpected from tata sky.

                      Date of complaint was 7th july, 2017 and right now is 9.15pm of 10th july, 2017 (I. E. No scope of resolution today.

                      My set up box was not receiving signal at all and then called tata sky costomer service of that company and they started telling stuff and then said that the will charge us for the repairs of the system.

                        Tatasky cable tv connection was taken in the name of veena sharma [protected] for over three years. Due to a/c water spilling on the tv and set top box the set top box was totally corroded and i made a complaint in deec17. A service engineer was sent by tatasky and the set top box was replaced. The service engineer did not take the old box and informed us that it is of no use. Since then they were charging on 2 connections.
                        I made a complaint to the customer care several times but without rectifying the error they went on harassing me and finally made it one connection. But they refused to give retrospective effect to the excess amount charged. A lady official informs me that she could credit only rs.50, a pittance.
                        The question is why should your service engineer give a wrong report. Despite my information they never reversed or appropriated the recharge amount correctly. They went on threatening to disconnect and i paid an amount of rs. 765 and 400.
                        Again they said it has been set right and the charges will not be given from the date of error but only from the date of their rectification. Why i should be penalised for their blunders.
                        Due to the threats of disconnection i am forced to switch over to a new cable connection in place of yours, there by wasting my money on set top box, excess payment and the dish of your company.
                        How will i be compensated of my loss?
                        Please do the needful.

                          Hi Tata Sky Team,

                          I am Tata sky existing customer from past 10 year and today, I have realised that Tata sky don't even care for their customer durability and providing worse service to them.

                          I have never seen this type of worse service in my whole career. Really upset from the Tata sky customer support. Below is my concern:-

                          I have raised request to Tata sky on 1st july, 2017(Request No: ybw133) for the disconnection of my connection. Let me tell you why I came to decision of disconnecting my connection. I have called Tata sky customer support and then I told them that my connection wire has two joints due to which my picture quality is not clear and sometimes disconnects in-between, they told me that you have to pay for the wire charges, if you want to replace it, I said why I should have to pay for the charges because I have raised this concern multiple times and nobody tell me what is the main issue although technician home visit took 200 rupees from me.They have also replaced my box to HD worth of Rupees 900 by telling me that your box has a problem due to which you are facing this problem. So, in the end when I didn't get proper solution. I decided to disconnect my connection.

                          After long gap, on 6 july, 2017, I got call from the senior working department and explained my issue. They also told me that you have to pay for the wire charges.
                          So, I give them below options to sort off my problem:-

                          1. Either you refund my HD box charges, I will pay for wire charges because even after replacing my box to HD, I have faced the same issue after few days.
                          2. Disconnect my connection.
                          3. Replace my wire from start point to end point (Free of cost).

                          However, they did nothing and I didn't get any solution from the working department.

                          Today, 9th July 2017, when I called Tata sky customer care, then I came to know that my request(ybw133) has been closed. I was shocked to hear that, I was waiting for the response from Tata sky support team and they have closed my request. How did that possible?.

                          So I have raised new request to disconnect my connection once again.

                          I am really disappointed with Tata sky customer support.

                          Hence, I m disconnecting Tata sky connection.

                            Dear sir/mam, as per advertised choose channels as you wish and pay for that, but practically it is not true.
                            when i call tata sky customer care for only hd channel of Rs.95, they told me you must pay for base pack of Rs.280+ Rs.95 for HD & Rs.40 for kids packi.e., total Rs.415.
                            Its cheating na !
                            if i want Rs.95 hd channel

                            then why tata sky not giving me.
                            why should i pay for those channels which i dont want to see.

                            Service of tata sky is very pathetic.Person came to home and resolved the problem and automatically without any information they deduct 200 amount to my recharge account.
                            Not receiving the proper voice of the channel, some time there may be loud & some time the voice is off of every channel

                              Mostly I use to recharge for 285rs pack but this month I saw the beneficial plans for rs597 for 3 months after checking out then I use to see that I have been received only for 2 month in the place of 3 months.This is the unsatisfactory services from tata sky.with unsatisfactory satisfaction from the side of tata sky by showing fake offers on paytm

                                My hd recording box is not working for last few months .Even after repeated complaints on customer care, box has not been replaced which is under warranty . New technicians visit on every complaint and close the complaint without my approval . i have been harassed by tatasky in last few months . i am a premium customer and have been treated so badly . technicians dont recieve calls .customer care ppl just register complaint again and again . problem exists everytime .

                                  Tatasky services were not available and a complaint was lodged on 03.07.2017 on tatasky helpline. So far it is not resolved. Customer care executive called at least twice a day assuring of sending technician and resolving problem of replacing setuo box but all proved a misguiding strategy to frustrate and harass the customer. Customers are kept waiting for arrival of technician. Not only that service provider charge for all days when services were not available. This is arbitraryness on part pf Tatasky. There should be some mechanism to address all these issues as tatasky is not genuine issue resolver.

                                  Received an email from you saying that"You should receive a reply from company reprrsentative within several days". This is beyond comprehension. Several days mean company may take weeks together to reply and months together to address to problem.

                                    I had subscribed to 3 free trial channels in Tata Sky and when I called customer care I was assured that after trial period is over the channels will be discontinued unless I send a specific request to keep channels. after the free trial period i called customer care to stop the free channels as as subscription period was over but in spite of that the channels were not removed& I was charged for 3 weeks for said channels and when I called customer care I was assured that after trial period is over the channels will be discontinued.I was charged for these channels rupees 250. I called up Tatasky many times; customer care& I send them many emails but there was no response and they absolutly refused to refund my money.this is cheating& is a very bad thing and Tatasky must be taught a lesson by the public by dragging them to court and lodging FIR and against them for cheating. I had subscribe to streak free trial channels in Tata Sky and when I called a customer care I was assured that after trial period is over the channels will be discontinued unless I send a specific request to keep channels after the free trial period called customer care to stop the free channels as a sub station period was over but in spite of that for a two weeks I was charged for kurta channels rupees 250 I called up Tatasky many times customer care I send the many emails but there was no response and the absolute i[censored]sed refund my money is a very bad and Tatasky must be taught a lesson by the public, suffering due to fraud by cheayer company, tata sky by dragging them to court and lodging FIR and police Complaints against CEO/MD & fraud owner of Tatasky.

                                      The set box provided by the tatasky is not up to the quality. We have replaced Four boxes within 7 months and we have paid money 600 for setup box and 200 for technicians each time.
                                      We have recharged the 6 months subscription for all native language + kids(1800) and we are able to see only half of the channel list.Every time when we call for technician help they are charging 200/- extra.
                                      Is this the right procedure that they are following.
                                      Govt is forcing us to use setup box. But we are facing these type of issues due to low quality setup box from tatasky.

                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        I have recharged my account for Rs.50 but was unable to watch any channel as it showed I need to recharge my account. I tried to connect with Tata Sky customer​ care number[protected] several times but the waiting time (which they claim on phone to be from 1 minute to 4 minutes) to talk to a representative, I had to wait on call for around half an hour and still no one connected. This was really annoying and at last after two days when my call connected, the representative said that he has sorted the technical issue and now my T.V will work but my charges for initial two days were also deducted which is very unfair and he was not ready to accept the fact that they should charge from the day service been provided and he kept on saying that I should have called earlier (which I repeated several times to him that I tried and no one connected) and he kept my call on hold without informing me and never got back. M really feeling like cheated forcefully with no consumer greveince or support at all. Please help me out.

                                        Also, I get a yearly offer every year to recharge around Rs.[protected] annually. But this time no such offer been given and I have to pay almost double the amount. I asked them and everytime they say I will get a call from their offer department soon. It's been around 8 months now(since Nov, 16) when I am trusting and waiting for their God damn offer or call which they claimed. You may check all the recordings of mine calling them from my another number (apart from registered), that is : +[protected]. Please help.
