I have complaint (1 july 2017)reagading my tata not working properly, I have call customer care and request technician visit 10 to 2 pm but customer care giving me a appointment 7:40 pm without my confirmation i have 4 time call in customer care change a technician visit but not provide any appointment & technician not visit in time 7:40 pm .today I am calling customer care regarding service but no confirmation call no any technician call plz provide early solution. My tata sky not complete 1 year 5 visit in technician so plz give me a solution otherwise connect my connection.

    My connection is not coming from 2 days and I have resgistered my complaints 4 to 5 times on the helpline number and everytime they are telling me that the technician will contact me in 2 hours but no one is contacting and once they said that we were not at home when they visited. It shows that they have no intention to come and they are just giving excuses. TATA SKY SEVICES ARE REALLY POOR.

      I have requested for Dish Antenna Relocation for my above ref. connection due to Non-availabilty of signal from current location.

      My 3 request were cancelled by call center stating reason LCO, I.e. Local Cable Operator Issue.

      My question is

      Tata Sky while selling connections does not face such issues ?

      When all other operators Sun TV, Videocon DTH, Dish TV persons come & provide service, why Tata Sky can not ?

      If Tata Sky is unable to provide service in any area, while they sell their connections in that area ?

      I humbly request you to please investigate this problem faced by your team which in turn is creating problems for me at home.

      Please look in to this problem of mine & instruct the concerned to solve it.

      Tata is the biggest corporate house in India & can deal with all such small issues efficiently.

      I spoke to NATASHA, POOJA, KAVITA, NANDISH, KUBER, SR. TEAM LEADER MR. MOHHAMED SARIN & 2-3 MORE.

      Everybody gave false promise. Issue is still lingering. Finally one MR. MOHHAMED SARIN told me that they will not be able to provide service in my area. Upon request he promised me that he will take up the issue with Sr . Service Manager of this area & will call me by 4.00 pm.

      I know he is not going to call & like others I will never be able to talk to him again.

      This is a modus operandi of the call centre people, one person who spoke to you once will never come again in front of you.

      I am hopeless now from Tata Sky, being such a big corporate this wasn't expected.

      I am trying to send whole communication to Mr. Ratan Tata. Let him also know how the Tata Group image is getting spoiled.

        I am having Tata Sky HD set top box (connection id[protected]. I got problem on very 3rd day of installation. I call customer care and he advised to do Master Reset. And things were fine. But the problem keep on repeating frequently. Then I requested for paid technician visit 2 times. They also did trial and error. Temporarily it was working, but again same problem continue. Then I complain to higher authority Mr. Binu. He asked me not to complain at customer care, and call him directly. 3 times I complain him. Every time he was sending his man. Doing something, but problem still persist. Likewise they pass the time. Now my set top box is out of warntee. And now they are asking for 600 rupees to replace the set top box.

        It is there modus operandi to cheat the customer.

          From the month of April I have been trying to call Tatasky to stop my multi TV service (INR250)as we do not have one, but we wanted to continue the HD services (INR175) . They assured that they have stopped the multi TV service and I will just have to pay 175 for viewing HD. But to my surprise I again got a message within a week asking me to pay 425/- to continues viewing the services. It was then 9May 5th 2017) I mailed tatasky with pictures of my Digicomp and card for which the services was to be stopped. I again got an acknowledgement saying someone will get back in 24 hours, which never happened. I again called back tatasky and somebody told me that they will again stop the service from their end . I went by what they and felt relaxed . But then again the same thing happened. So by 21 June I had already paid 425 thrice. I decided to pay 175/- on 21June, which should have been my HD fees until 20 July. But TO MY HORROR, I START GETTING MESSAGES ASKING FOR RECHARGE ON 3RD JULY.i decided to attach all my mails and acknowledgements from tata sky regarding the same and send to NODAL officer. I got a acknowledgement saying nodal officer will call back in 24 hours . No one turned up as usual. Since I have already paid hefty on phone calls, I decided to chat with them today, and they just refused to be of any help saying that since I have escalated this issue to Nodal, they will be resolving the issue .                 I have a tatasky box which is in warranty and i was facing signaling issue with that, when i tried to log a complain i had to wait on call for 2 Hrs
                And than the representative told me that 200Rs will be applicable, i denied as this was not an issue with box itself, call went for 1 and a half hour and i was transferred to some senior, he finally agreed that box is in warrant and hence there will be no changes .
                But after the visit i didn't not received any call for confirmation and 200 where deducted from my account .
                I again logged a complained for wrong deduction, still representative was arguing that these are valid deductions .

                Finally i managed to get 200 back but it was really painful and caused me a lot of problem worst services every .

                  This is shameful act by a highly reputed DTH operator like TATA SKY, one of its service center head (KAUSHIK his surname in MANGAL PANDEY NAGAR, Meerut) had a repulsive conversation with me(Ayan Tiwari, subs.id-[protected]). I was just enquiring about the services but he in greatest of his ego replied with objectionable words which had a nasty impression on the person who is a customer of TATA SKY from more than a decade.
                  I expect you to take stringent action against such icky executive of your company so that these things can not be repeated in future.

                        I had paid money for the full year's package for tata sky services. Inspite of it, my services were deactivated without any cause or discussion one and half month back. I have been calling since mid june to get the problem resolved and number of calls have gone from my side to their helpline. I spoke to their seniors as well as to their billing department and was promised that the services will continue till end of july, which is the scheduled date for the subscription to end. However, tata sky has neither solved the problem nor complied with their promise. The services were again deactivated and i have been at the receiving end - i had to continuously call them to get it resolved. While they promise that it will get resolved but its not done till date.

                          Hi, i have purchased new hd smart tv on 24/06/17 from croma season mall. There already a tata sky personal i met and brought a tat sky connection. Since my tv got delivered late, though tata sky techinican came but he just did wire fitting, not the first time installation since tv was not there. 3 days before my tv got installed and i am trying this tata sky guy number, from 2 days he is telling he is coming for installation, and now from yesteray evening he is not even picking the phone, i am continously calling him but no response. Even the guy i met in croma, not able to help.

                            Sir i have recharged rs 8100/- as on 26 june 2017 to convert into hd. However the package was not updated and it will be converted on 26 july. This is very long time and i am already trying to negotiate with other company. Please educate your staff each scheme properly otherwise they spoil your image and tell the procedure to refund my amount

                              I registered mobile no [protected] had taken a plan for 6 months and recharge accordingly as per the plan shown in tatasky website. After a month when I called up call centre they said my plan was not activated and they are charging given amount on monthly basis.

                              If this s a way to deal with your customer and robbed them without letting them know.
                              I have been using tatasky more than 4 years after having little issues on tatasky setup box still continue with that

                              Now the way you guys thinking in taking money without giving service will not succeed.

                              That call centre representative saying after recharged you should have called up.
                              Tell me one thing where it has written one should call to call centre telling I have taken six months plan. Nor I have received any msgs.

                              I want my refund or give me 6 months plan. Else will stop using your service which s not a good service now pathetic setup box channel doesn't show up at one time.

                                My tata sky subscriber ID is [protected]. From last 3 days i am unable to see any channels. I put complaint yesterday evening. But no any technician responded yet. There are 3 helpline numbers. All lines are always busy. Everytime it says to wait for 5 or 10 minutes. But after remining in que for 30 min still it says wait for 10 min. Aftet 1 hr continuous dialing to custmer care atlast I had talk with customer care executive. But response from executive is highly unprofessional. For last 3 days i am paying to tata sky without watching any channel. Highly un professional service. Please respond.

                                    Hello All,

                                    TATA SKY has cheated me by doing a false promises.If we upgrade to UHD 4K package by paying 5900, the same package will continue .Later when i asked why am i not getting the services they said that the 5900 is only for the box but for services you need to recharge again.

                                    I have taken to the nodal team and they confirm that they verified the call recordings and confirm whatever the executive has conveyed is correct. They have cheated me and top of it they are trying convince me to give a credit of one month which is as per the offer.
