From the month of April I have been trying to call Tatasky to stop my multi TV service (INR250)as we do not have one, but we wanted to continue the HD services (INR175) . They assured that they have stopped the multi TV service and I will just have to pay 175 for viewing HD. But to my surprise I again got a message within a week asking me to pay 425/- to continues viewing the services. It was then 9May 5th 2017) I mailed tatasky with pictures of my Digicomp and card for which the services was to be stopped. I again got an acknowledgement saying someone will get back in 24 hours, which never happened. I again called back tatasky and somebody told me that they will again stop the service from their end . I went by what they and felt relaxed . But then again the same thing happened. So by 21 June I had already paid 425 thrice. I decided to pay 175/- on 21June, which should have been my HD fees until 20 July. But TO MY HORROR, I START GETTING MESSAGES ASKING FOR RECHARGE ON 3RD JULY.i decided to attach all my mails and acknowledgements from tata sky regarding the same and send to NODAL officer. I got a acknowledgement saying nodal officer will call back in 24 hours . No one turned up as usual. Since I have already paid hefty on phone calls, I decided to chat with them today, and they just refused to be of any help saying that since I have escalated this issue to Nodal, they will be resolving the issue . Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we tried multiple times to call you but were unable to get in touch with you. Do share an alternate number to [protected]@tatasky.com or share it in Twitter or Facebook so that we can get in touch with you at the earliest.
Everybody gave false promise. Issue is still lingering. Finally one MR. MOHHAMED SARIN told me that they will not be able to provide service in my area. Upon request he promised me that he will take up the issue with Sr . Service Manager of this area & will call me by 4.00 pm.
I know he is not going to call & like others I will never be able to talk to him again.
This is a modus operandi of the call centre people, one person who spoke to you once will never come again in front of you.
I am hopeless now from Tata Sky, being such a big corporate this wasn't expected.
I am trying to send whole communication to Mr. Ratan Tata. Let him also know how the Tata Group image is getting spoiled.
