Hi,
My customer id is[protected]. this is the 2nd time when we are not receiving tatasky signals. Everytime i call up customer care, i m told that they will arrange a technician visit @ rs 200. I would like to know why would we pay for such an issue.the problem is at their end. Last time we also paid for no vaild reason. This is just ridiculuos. I used to be a loyal tatasky customer but their services are degrading drastically.

    I recharged my tatasky account on 18 of june the available balance is now ₹2000 it started working but within a week it is asking for another recharge trying to contact customer care but no one's answering it's been past 25 mins now and still going on but no one is answering this sucks literally you ppl just take away money but provide crappy services the amount of advertising channels exceed the amount of actual channels this is real frustrating to face

      I have been calling since 10 to 15 days that my setup box hd + recording pvr 2 signal cable box has not been working and i have made several requests for replace of setup box.

      But my local branch has been neglecting the issues and cancelling the complaint by saying they have shortage in boxes since more than 10 days.

      And being rude with us they are cancelling all the requests we have made.

      Need immediate replacement of box or else am ready to deactivate this and all the other connections i have at home and office

      I never expected this from tata sky

      I have been waiting at home for the technical guys to come and check every time i make an issue but nothing is happening.

      They only say one thing we dont have stock and it may take a week or month or more
      I need immediate replacement
      And am ready to pay the charges also for replacement

        Pls note that on the 6th of june, i had recharged my tatasky with rs. 1500/- towards my plan which was rs 750/- approx per month.
        Imm i received a text 'informing' me that the whole amount has been deducted for a dhamaal mix package! I imm called the call centre, couldn't reach an agent, and therefore sent an email from the online forum.
        On the 22nd when i called them back, they are telling me they have received no email from me, no intimation, and therefore i will have to pay for the days that the package was activated!
        Today, they call me back and inform me, that yes, you had sent an email, but an agent called and got consent? From whom? Apparently my phone number! So either i am lying or i am delusional! Basically now they want to, have to, and must, deduct the amount for the plan activation!
        What a bunch of liars! First you deduct money without my consent. I sent an email which was ignored, and i was told - never sent! Luckily i had taken a screen shot - so if anyone wanted to check veracity - had it! But this is just bs of the first order! Never expected this from a tata company!

            We had raised a complaint and a Tata Sky guy came but still the problem persists.
            On their website Request for this complaint is also not acceptable.
            Such pathetic service. They have deducted 200 rs also and the problem is also not resolved.

            Need Tata Sky take some action.

                We got an hd set top box installed on 22
                .06.17 in replacement of the normal box. The technician took 900 rupees from us and got the amount recharged in our act. He told us that we can view hd channels free of cost for 3 months. Whereas your customer care executives told us later that the actual cost of set top box is rs. 500 and free viewing of hd channels only for 1 month. So i would like to make a complaint against the technician for cheating the customer. His name sonu, "no.[protected]. Waiting for a solution.

                    My set top box is not receiving signal since morning and i am highly disappointed as everytime tjere is an issue from ur end and every time u charge from us. Every month there is a problem in signal which is company's headache but everytime we have to pay for the same. But that's enough now. I am not going to pay any single money related to ny issue. And i want to file a complaint against as they delibrately create some issues with our tata sky signals and we have to pay thm. This is their technique to take money from us

I am going out of station on 22nd so i may not able to contact. Your call centre is refusing to take my request 2day. I find it most unfriendly&most unsatisfied with ur service.

                          I have got a new connection of tata sky in apr 2017, i got one month free subscription, after that customer care call me and told about the packs he suggested me to recharge 285 for 30 days, after a week i have recharged with 285, but after 10 days it shows as you need to recharge your tata sky your due date is today then i called cc and talked to senior executive he told we will change your pack and you will get one month benefit however after 6 days only my services got stopped.

Because i won some zeetos i got a gift. It is a football. Its colour is very nice. But it is damaged. There is no hole on its ball body. Where we enter air in it.                                 Very bad and poor customer care. Tata means trust in india. But it looks like team is full of fraud people.

                                I have relocated from kharghar to kalamboli and requested for connection relocation.

                                First estimate what i have got from tata sky technician was rs.2000, so i refused for services. As i have got new connection in rs.1400 so it was not justifiable for me.

                                Later i spoke to customer care again and they said i will be charged 300 for relocation and that will be deducted from my account.

                                But after services tata sky technician has collected rs.900 from me and rs.700 has been deducted from my account.

                                No resolution from customer care team after multiple complaints given. First complaint was raised on 11 june, but till date no reply from tatasky team.

                                Have never seen such poor customer support.

                                  I booked a new hd connection on 19th june, 2017 at around 1 pm and was told that a technician would do the setup by 5 in the evening same day. But instead i got a call from technician ([protected]) who just keeps my phone on hold after saying hello and few marathi words and this gets repeated for 3 times and when i call him back he just picks my phone up and keeps it on until i disconnect... 5 times surely not a network problem as i could clearly hear the background voices! Take some action against these kind of rude and unprofessional employees who just irritate the customers to an extent that he might choose any other service provider.

                                  Tata sky technician visited my place against my complaint but technician was arrogant and no manners. Tata sky should invest in staff training like how to behave with customers instead just expanding service.

                                    From last few days tata sky service is not viewing properly yesterday i send query & technicians came from company they check setup box dish connections & take sign from me but after few hours the same problem occurs
                                    & even though my problem is not solve by company my account balance deducted for faulty service i cant understand the company's policy for customer satisfaction

                                      I was getting cloudy weather message from my tata sky connection since morning. After logging complaint and following all directions provided by the customer care number issue was not resolved and customer care executive communicated that it will be resolved within 2 hours and technician will be visiting within 2 hours to my house. After waiting till 7:30 pm, finally customer care responded that it will be resolved next day.
                                      They have spoiled my kids sunday and also spoiled my india-pakistan match. They are not paying any penalty if anything goes wrong from there end, we are paying even all visit charges to their technician even if the problem is with their set top box.
                                      As this is their responsibility and they failed to provide me the resolution on time they should be penalized.
                                      They stop their service on very next day if payment is not done, so what if they fail to provide service for any day, it is happening with many customers and their should be a clear line of code of conduct for each party.

                                        Tatasky abuses change in volume to attract attention to their commercial placings between regular programming.

                                        Their strategy typically seem to be to drastically increase the volume of the first commercial during their programming break. They then proceed to bring the volume down to regular levels.

                                        I have ethical concerns with this kind of advertising but more importantly this is a very low bar for consumer experience and should be re-considered by their advertising team.

                                        I'm unaware of who regulates this kind of abuse in india.in the us for e. G., the calm act (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commercial_Advertisement_Loudness_Mitigation_Act) prohibits this kind of behavior.

                                        My purpose in submitting this complaint is two-fold:
                                        1. Make tatasky aware that we are concerned about this abuse and it is not something we will take lightly.
                                        2. Make authorities who are responsible for regulating content and advertising that this issue exists.
                                        Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        After the full yearly payment of Hd channels still I am facing the above mentioned problem on my Tata sky Id [protected]
