Dear sir/madam,
I am the tata sky user since 5 years, unfortunately problem occurred before 1-2 years, many time shown on the screen that "your set up box is not receiving signal", that is no signal problem. I had complained and your technician visited at my home and also charged rs. 200/-.
I am facing no signal problem many times but when talk to your executive, he said that technician will be visited and he will charge rs. 200/- with one month warranty.
My question is that why you pay rs. 200/- every time when signal problem and again problem restarted after 1 or 2 month.
Every month signal problem automatically resolve before payment due date.
I think tata sky are cheating with subscribers and created signal problem for unnecessarily charging the money.
I don't want to pay any more for technician visit. I am frustrated from your service. Your service is very bad. I want give you "0" rating for that.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise i have to move other dth services.
