We had your tata sky connection before two months we are facing some technical issue we called custcare they visited our place after 2 day's and they told us your set box need to be change and you will get 3 months free hd channels and now they are saying that you need to pay rs 600/-we geve rupees to the excutive and from next day are set top box is disconnected and today we called the custcare they are saying you need to recharge and then set top box will be activated we are not going to recharge for 3 months pls come and take your set top box we don't need it

      I placed a request to install Tata sky & agent confirmed the date as 13th June 2017 for engineers to come for installation

      I got call from engineers who again confirmed the date & time for visit.

      On the day of visit I waited whole day and late evening I got message that the engineer visit has been cancelled.

      When I called the customer care saying why they cancelled when I was waiting entire day, they said they will look into the matter. After that I did not get call back.

      The day after on 14th June again the agent who took the order for installation called asking what happened. I told him that his engineers cancelled the confirmed visit without my knowledge. While I kept waiting. Agent said he will look into the matter. I am still awaiting the callback.

      One agent from customer care called on 14th afternoon ASKIN what the issue is... I explained him everything, but he is again pointing the engineers have closed the call and maybe the installation has already been done.

      I asked for senior person to talk to me, he put me on hold and then said senior will call me back. I am still awaiting the call.

      Tatas as an organisation believed in commitment promises dedicated and highest quality of service delivery. What do you guys believe???

      Spoiling the name of Tatas the bunch of jokers.

      I have taken yearly subscription of HD channels but my HD service was discontinued after 6 months. Now they are asking for one year subscription charges 1390 rupees. Previously, I paid 1900 in which 900 was for the HD box 1000 rupees for one year subscription of HD

              Hi this in regards to the complaint i have registered with cust care team and nodal officer about not able to view tata sky services for last 5 days and unfortunately no1 has able to help me and have juz ended up giving false assurances, do know who is responsible to take care of this issue, but is services not resumed by tom, i am ok goin for disconnection, have attached all the text messages revived from tata sky about a technical staff visit appointments and unfortunately no1 had turned up in last 4 days

              My house shifted Hyderabad to Pune.tata sky connection providers not respond to me.every time call Coustomer care every person not sufficient information but also other new connection information only. I have suffering this issue 15 day.very very bad service providers of tata sky
              Hi Anand, I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and assist you with relocation.

                My tata sky connection was not receiving signal since 10 june. Despite repeated requests and complaints, technician did not visit the site. On every call, an assurance was given that complaint will be attended to in 2 hours which never happened. Matter was escalated to supposedly senior officials. Technician kept giving appointments but never turned up. People on call centre have no knowledge of how to resolve a complaint. They have no control as to when and how an issue will be resolved. They are programmed to say only one things like robots "we are very sorry. You will get a call back in 2 hours". Absolutely disappointing.

                  1st.in my absence tata sky boy came and installed hd set top box instead of sd set top box. My parents did not understand that.

                  2nd. On[protected] after calling several times to the dealel (Uday shankar chakraborty, siliguri, west bengal. Ph. [protected].) for resetting the set top box, but he simply ignored. Being a senior citizen it was not tolerable.
                  So, plese take serious action to this matter.

                    Today i add the channel star sports 1 to my pack .The message of activation also came to me but it was not working.The channel is not coming to my tv. Moreover in regional pack(assamese) many channels are not working properly.

I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and find out why you are unable to view certain channels and assist you in resolving your issue.

                      It was purchased from previous owner of my house in 2010. That time it was normal set top box. Then i replaced it with tata sky hd plus in 2012. I have requested customer service agents many time to change the name of owner but i was told that it can not done.

                      You are requested to look into the same and change the ownership on my name.

                          Company just demands money no service in favour of that very poor dth company should be banned in india
                          I am the tata sky for more than 5 years, unfortunately problem occurred before 6months, many time shown on the screen that "your set up box is not receiving signal", that is no signal problem. I had complained and your technician visited at my home and also charged rs. 200/-.

                          I am facing no signal problem many times but when talk to your executive, he said that technician will be visited and he will charge rs. 200/- everytime he will visit

                          My question is that why you pay rs. 200/- every time when signal problem and again problem restarted...

                            Hii.. I'm using tata sky since 5years and there was no issues till last may but suddenly my tv started showing your settop box is unable to receive the signals.. When i call the customer care they fix a physical visit from their technical executive but no one visits my house and before even the given time is expired they are canceling my complaint with no intonation.. Till now i have given complaints for around 6 times but none of their executives have come and resolved it..

                            Hi Sidhant1, You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter, find out why you are unable to view channels and resolve your issue immediately.

Very often he set top box does not receive signals and i get a display for zee kannada to pay rs 10 and for suvarna kannada to pay rs 5. Is this disturbance is for non payment. Since i am covered n southern super saver pack and getting these channels so far without extra payment, please let me know whether i have to make additional payment.

                                My Tata sky ID is [protected]. The recharge offer of Rs 1000 on Rs 786 was done by me on 22nd may 2018. But I was denied of the offer and the customer care person gave an excuse that it is only for the customers who get the message. If this was the case then why is the offer being displayed to everyone on the TV. This is horrible service from Tata sky. I would like the Rs 214 to be credited to my account as soon as possible.

                                  I have a tatasky dth subscriber id no.[protected] and subscribed for dhamak mix with malayalam channels as free south indian addition. Now i noticed that axn, active guru and hd are added unknowingly costing monthly fees amounting to rs.360/- per month. I tried to delete these additional packs, but not succeeded.

                                  Kindly arrange to delete axn, active guru and hd permanently as i now do not require these channels. I need only south indian malayalam dhama mix channels costing around rs.285 or so.

                                  Kindly do the needful and confirm as otherwise i am not going to recharge tatasky and may continue with the old sundirect set of box.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I am the tata sky user since 5 years, unfortunately problem occurred before 1-2 years, many time shown on the screen that "your set up box is not receiving signal", that is no signal problem. I had complained and your technician visited at my home and also charged rs. 200/-.

                                    I am facing no signal problem many times but when talk to your executive, he said that technician will be visited and he will charge rs. 200/- with one month warranty.

                                    My question is that why you pay rs. 200/- every time when signal problem and again problem restarted after 1 or 2 month.

                                    Every month signal problem automatically resolve before payment due date.

                                    I think tata sky are cheating with subscribers and created signal problem for unnecessarily charging the money.

                                    I don't want to pay any more for technician visit. I am frustrated from your service. Your service is very bad. I want give you "0" rating for that.

                                    Please resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise i have to move other dth services.

                                      I have requested for re installation of tata sky at my new home on 05-june-2017. I requested for a convenient timing between 10-11 in the morning for which i was given an appointment for today (08-june-2017) 10.30 am.
                                      I received a call at 10.52 am from number [protected] requesting for home visit. When asked for the delay the guy told the timing starts now only.
                                      Again i got a call at 10.55 am from [protected] when a lady started arguing about the timing. As per her 25 minutes delay is acceptable and its not 11 now so we are in time.
                                      At 11.02 am i got a message from tata sky that your wo#xp38w42 is on hold.
                                      From the customer point of view i am disappointed by the service quality from your end. Waiting necessary action from your side to be done at the earliest

                                      You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

                                        I am writing this due to your poor service on your part of job.
                                        Every time (Of 8-10 times calls) i am making but as usual calls are always in que. There are hardly any chance to lodge a complaint atleast. And the assurance that the issue will get resolve within 2 hrs will come true only in dreams.
                                        This is the worst service response i have ever seen.
                                        And you are the people who call us for 100 times in a single day to remind the low balance in the account and ask to recharge soon.
                                        Awaiting a call on rmn from your executive to solve the problem on priority.
