As my remote control suddenly stopped functioning yesterday, 15.6.17, i had launched a
Complaint for that — complaint no wo#xx10k71 and a technician mr raju came and replaced the remote control. I was asked that i will have to pay rs200 against service charges. That was ok. Then i noticed that the 'universal' button of that new remote was not functioning. Today, since morning i complained about that to that technician thrice, but no visit was done. Then i officially complained to tata sky and now i am told that the company will charge me more 200 rs to solve the same problem.! This is totally unfair. If i am given a non functioning unit, which i pointed out on the very next day, it is the company's duty to replace the same without charging anything extra. Charging will be very very unfair and the customer feels cheated. Please do needful for this and keep me informed.
