Dear sir/madam,
I have been a proud member of tata sky family since 2006 and have been a trusted partner since. I have one tata sky plus recording box +2 hd boxes in my house.

I also use tatasky in my office and work place but now a days i think tatasky is not interested in retaining customers.

I think there is a lot of work in tatasky and hence its better old customer leave tatasky.

But after recharge did not provide the voucher rather dragged for 10 days and said that there is no voucher for the recharge i did. They are ready to disconnect the service instead maintaining customer satisfaction.

Misservice from the customer care

I had registered my complaint regarding the issue of no signal on my settop box on 13 june. The customer care informed that an engineer will visit on 15 june btw 4 to 5pm. But the engineer didn't visit so we again called at 5:30 so they said the date of visit has been rescheduled on 17 june. The visit was rescheduled without informing me. I left my whole day work and was waiting fr the engineer at home....

Very poor service and totally dumb people on call centre

My tata sky connection was not receiving signal since 10 june. Despite repeated requests and complaints, technician did not visit the site. On every call, an assurance was given that complaint will be attended to in 2 hours which never happened. Matter was escalated to supposedly senior officials. Technician kept giving appointments but never turned up. People on call centre have no knowledge of how to resolve a complaint. They have no control...

Worst dth service provider

Company just demands money no service in favour of that very poor dth company should be banned in india
I am the tata sky for more than 5 years, unfortunately problem occurred before 6months, many time shown on the screen that "your set up box is not receiving signal", that is no signal problem. I had complained and your technician visited at my home and also charged rs. 200/-.

I am facing no signal problem many times...
