I have been a proud member of tata sky family since 2006 and have been a trusted partner since. I have one tata sky plus recording box +2 hd boxes in my house.

I also use tatasky in my office and work place but now a days i think tatasky is not interested in retaining customers.

I think there is a lot of work in tatasky and hence its better old customer leave tatasky.

Simply i want my money back because my connection is still not yet installed i have purchased yesterday 15.06.2017 customer id [protected].
For my tatasky one day recharge gone in vein asbecause i am unable to view the channels.
So requesting you to refund back my money.

Tatasky subscriber id: [protected] : customer care during recharge promised me that they will provide me the rs2000/- sopping gift voucher. But after recharge did not provide the voucher rather dragged for 10 days and said that there is no voucher for the recharge i did. They are ready to disconnect the service instead maintaining customer satisfaction.

My tata sky connection was installed on 31 may 2017, I D [protected]. Total amount paid rs 1786/- =1600+100+86/-, but validity is up to 17jun 2017, How it is, connection taken online from Asiana lucknow. Aajana office member mr amit pal is not responsible person to solve the issue, now make a complain against my problem....

I had registered my complaint regarding the issue of no signal on my settop box on 13 june. The customer care informed that an engineer will visit on 15 june btw 4 to 5pm. But the engineer didn't visit so we again called at 5:30 so they said the date of visit has been rescheduled on 17 june. The visit was rescheduled without informing me. I left my whole day work and was waiting fr the engineer at home....

Sub : - complain / ultimatum against the local service provider.

This is to inform you that puri club, dist - puri, odisha is a platinum hd annual customer of your company since last five years. But we are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your local service provider current days.
The fact is like this that at least 3 to 4 days in a week we are unable to enjoy the service as the system...

Please find below details of online recharge through netbanking of federal bank done around 8.30 pm on[protected], but the recharge is not being updated in my tata sky account even after about 16 hours.

Either refund my rs.285.00 to my federal bank account or update my monthly recharge of the following account

I placed a request to install Tata sky & agent confirmed the date as 13th June 2017 for engineers to come for installation

I got call from engineers who again confirmed the date & time for visit.

On the day of visit I waited whole day and late evening I got message that the engineer visit has been cancelled.

Hi this in regards to the complaint i have registered with cust care team and nodal officer about not able to view tata sky services for last 5 days and unfortunately no1 has able to help me and have juz ended up giving false assurances, do know who is responsible to take care of this issue, but is services not resumed by tom, i am ok goin for disconnection, have attached all the text messages revived from tata sky about a technical staff...

My tata sky connection was not receiving signal since 10 june. Despite repeated requests and complaints, technician did not visit the site. On every call, an assurance was given that complaint will be attended to in 2 hours which never happened. Matter was escalated to supposedly senior officials. Technician kept giving appointments but never turned up. People on call centre have no knowledge of how to resolve a complaint. They have no control...

Dear
1st.in my absence tata sky boy came and installed hd set top box instead of sd set top box. My parents did not understand that.

2nd. On[protected] after calling several times to the dealel (Uday shankar chakraborty, siliguri, west bengal. Ph. [protected].) for resetting the set top box, but he simply ignored. Being a senior citizen it was not tolerable.
So, plese take serious action to this matter.

I am arivuselvan. My id is [protected]. I want to seeing sd channels are equal to hd channels size (Fit to 42" tv screen) & quality. Particularly sports sd channels are waste to seeing football matches. Please solve the sd channels problems...

It was purchased from previous owner of my house in 2010. That time it was normal set top box. Then i replaced it with tata sky hd plus in 2012. I have requested customer service agents many time to change the name of owner but i was told that it can not done.

You are requested to look into...

Repeatedly we r getting msgs from tata sky that the representative will come on the particular date for visiting to give new connection but waiting since 3 days till date no one has come rather contact for the said issue. Called customer care service also but they couldn't satisfy us. Worst customer service and false assurance from the company side every time....

Company just demands money no service in favour of that very poor dth company should be banned in india
I am the tata sky for more than 5 years, unfortunately problem occurred before 6months, many time shown on the screen that "your set up box is not receiving signal", that is no signal problem. I had complained and your technician visited at my home and also charged rs. 200/-.

I am facing no signal problem many times...
