I talked to your help line no. On 31st may 2017. He told me that me that if i recharge my tata sky through m visa for which six bank apps has been authorised. According to him i made recharge of rs.215/- through payzapp. On contacting again to your helpline i came to know that cash back will not be riemburese. As qr code has not been scaned. It was case of wrong communication from your side and hence i am entitle for cashback.
Secondly hd pack has been activated with out my consent which i came to know when i talked to your helpline today.
This is extreme breach of trust and falsely charging customer for services which he does not want.

Very bad bad services.. . Dont use thise product for u a useful.. Saying.. .

Hi Pawar,

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

    Reg. : - wrong deduction of amount from pack amount

    I have taken new connection on 14/04/2017 from tata sky by paying the amount of rs. 1800/- with one month free subscription of hd.
    At the time of new connection it is told to me that hd connection will be for one month and after that it will be closed if the amount is not recharge for hd connection.
    Now after one month when i recharge for dhammal mix pack for rs. 285/-, the company did not discontinue the hd connection and deduct the amount from my dhammal mix pack. At the time of recharging they told me that if you recharge for rs. 75/- as hd connection then only you can see the hd connection, so how company can deduct the hd connection amount from my dhammal mix pack.
    Sir, i want to know how it is possible without my instruction company deduct the amount of hd connection from my pack amount. The amount which is deducted from my pack amount is totally wrong.
    The phone call is coming from tata sky that if i recharge for 1 year subscription then i have to pay for only 10 months, if i have recharge for that amount then after 6 month i will come to know that they have deduct the amount for pack + hd connection.
    So refund the amount which is wrongly deducted from my subscriber id no-[protected] in the name of shailesh dhoot at the earliest

      Construction was was going on outside my building so i needed to refix my tata sky dish. I have been contacting the company since a month and 3 people who came from tatasky where unable to fix it because of stupid reasons and their inefficiency. Why do they employ such people. This is very irritating. I expect a full refund of my recharge as i haven't used it at all. I'll make sure all the tatasky users know about this!

        I have called several times to resolve the technical issue i am facing with tata sky since last 7 days (unable to get signals). My request is cancelled every day stating that the technician visited and there is no place to install the dish. The technician never visited me niether did anyone has come till date to resolve the technical issue. I'm pissed off with the service and i expect a full refund of the monthlt recharge i paid, as i wasnt really able to view the same

          I have taken new multi-tv connection in my flat and the suprising issue is - one tv connection in bedroom is working, but 2nd tv connection in hall is not working. This is happening from feb 2017. The tv connection (In hall) is always coming with blank screen and giving error message "your box is not receiving signal... Power on and off" again and again.

          Believe some 7 to 8 technicians have come till now, but they are not able to resolve. Also, i have raised multiple service requests for the same issue, but its not getting rectified at all. This is really frustrating, as i have to pay for the connection without seeing the tv. Very rude behavior from tata sky service team as well as the technicians.

          When asked for refund of set-top box payment since we have no service, getting a standard reply that "our team will call you". The worst part is we cannot track the service request and always need to wait for their call, is this the way customer is handled? Awaiting an resolution for past 3 months!

            I have recharged my tata sky subscriber I'd no [protected] on 14.05.2017. Sofar been they are unable to restore the connection. I have contacted somany times on their no [protected]. They have installed a box which is in different name. The subscriber I'd received through my mobile no and the subscriber I'd appearing in my TV are different. They are unable to resolve the issue. Dealer is directing me to customer care. Customer care is directing me to dealer. Dealer asking me to recharge with the subscriber I'd appearing in TV which is not at all in my name. They have expressed inability to configure my details to the subscriber I'd appearing in TV.

                    The tata sky id [protected] is not attending the customer grievance for discontinue service during shifting home even there is the provision to stop service one time break during year. Customer care ignoring to stop dth service for this financial year 2017-18 for 10 days duration during shifting house from dated 26th may to 6 june 2017. I would request through this complaint to take appropriate measure to avoid such ignorance and reasonable action.

But from this month, a channel named - sarv dharam sangam has been closed by TATA sky and tata sky customer care is not responding when I try to communicate.                             From the month of Feb 2017 my secondary Set top box is not working, where i had register complaint my box was changed for which i was charge 600 rs.
                            within 15 days it also stop working than it was replaced free of cost and than again within 20 days it stop working. Again i called Toll free number in month march n charging me fee 0f rs 800/- and 4th time they informed me box which was replaced is second hand repaired i was not given complete information or suggestion whether u want to go for first hand box, and forcefully charging me full cost. and from 7th Mar 2017 no one is bother to give me call back and resolve my complaint two n half months has passed. still my secondary connection is not working n i am paying fr two tv connection.

                            The technician took my box for service and promised me that he would bring it back the next day. It has been 5 days and there are still no calls or messages from them in terms of when the box will be returned. I have made over 20 calls over the last 5 days. Horrible service. Would like to change

All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter immediately and resolve your grievance.

                              I had some problems with my connection whereas several channels were not available.
                              Your technician came and mentioned we needed an LNP for which I needed to pay 800 per subscription (I have 2 connections) I said I was not interested, it isn't fair for me to pay extra for an upgrade that you have made when I already am paying so much. I already have the platinum package and Tata Sky was unable to provide the channels which I am already paying for in certain places. So I said I don't want it. I posted the same on your Facebook page and I got a message that Tata Sky shall take care of it.
                              The next day the technician came and added the LNP on my dishes, pls note again I had specifically said if I had to pay I do not want it. You can check your calls logs as well as the FB page.
                              They came and added the LNPs and I presumed that Tata Sky had taken care of it, because no charges were mentioned to me now was any signature or authorization taken from me. Next thing I know 800 is deducted from both subscriptions and now due to these unwarranted deductions both my subscriptions have ended.
                              This is not fair at all. I had NOT agreed to any charges, Tata Sky had said they would take care of it, so how is this being taken care off.
                              Since the last one week Tata Sky is making me run around in circles and it's ridiculous.
                              I have stated that you can take the LNP back, I do not want them but I want my money back.

                                Channels can be switched n can be viewed but there is no voice. No audio can be heated. It's like being deaf can see but cannot hear anything.

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I wish to register a complaint against tata sky for hiding information/details about their packages and misguiding and cheating customers for the installation of their product.

                                  On 14th may i booked for a new tata sky connection from tatasky website for their package which mentions "hd annual ultra" for rs. 7400. Image is attached.

                                  They sent a person for installing the same. Subscriber id assigned was [protected]. After installing the tata sky box they the person installing mentioned that there was a problem with order (X6pvaro) and my order is cancelled. I called them up and they mentioned that i will have to re-raise the order in rs 7600 instead of rs. 7400. I felt cheated. They also removed the earlier offer i booked online to make sure, i will not be able to book the same again at the same rate from their website as well. I however agreed to book by paying rs. 7600 for "hd annual ultra".

                                  Connection was activated and after this they gave another surprise. I was now told that hd connection now is only for 1 month as against 1 year as mentioned in the image and only a few channels will be available on hd. The fact about 1 month is not mentioned in their website at all nor did they reveal this until after the installation. I was not given this detail before or at the time of installation. Further, they mentioned that if i need hd, i will have to additional @175/month, i. E. Rs. 2100 additional for annual hd ultra pack. Tata sky helpline guys asked me talk to dealer. After i called dealer about the case, he stopped picking up my phone.

                                  I wish to get the hd connection or refund of the excess amount i have paid to them for hd for 11 months for which they are not going to provide me the service. Or have them instate hd connection for the year as promised by the image attached. They should be bound to install the package which was advertised. They should not hide any information from the customers. They should also remove misleading images from their website and provide all the information in the website itself.

                                    Subscription id: [protected] i paid money for relocation but they could not do the relcation of my connection because scaring or supporting local cable operator.
                                    So they agree to refund money because unable to relocate connection. But after 2 months no result. Many times complaint to costomer care but every time they only appriciate my patient without refunding money and not forget to opologize. I think this is the part of cheating by company.

                                      Complaint was registered on 22nd may 2017 at 0906 hrs for sudden stoppage of tata sky. I was asked to switch off the setup box and switch on again by customer care executive but setup box was not responding. I was assured that the technical person will contact me by 12:00 am and technician will visit my house to resolve the issue.
                                      I have not received any message from tata sky so i called tata sky customer care and came to know that my complaint has been postponed for tommorrow without any comment. Customer care person asked me to postponed the appointment

                                      My tata sky is not working for but the company will make sure that money keeps getting deducted from my tata sky account despite of system not working and service not been provided to me,
                                      Services of tata sky is very poor and we need to collectively take up the issue

                                        Just as we have plastering repairs outside of our building. There are 2 bamboos quite a distance away from our building, they are claiming that there will be no reception and are refusing to fix the dish back again.
                                        We have called for help twice and the required person sent was hopeless and uninformed.

                                        Is the quality of reception so poor at tata sky?
