From the month of Feb 2017 my secondary Set top box is not working, where i had register complaint my box was changed for which i was charge 600 rs.
within 15 days it also stop working than it was replaced free of cost and than again within 20 days it stop working. Again i called Toll free number in month march n charging me fee 0f rs 800/- and 4th time they informed me box which was replaced is second hand repaired i was not given...

I had some problems with my connection whereas several channels were not available.
Your technician came and mentioned we needed an LNP for which I needed to pay 800 per subscription (I have 2 connections) I said I was not interested, it isn't fair for me to pay extra for an upgrade that you have made when I already am paying so much. I wish to register a complaint against tata sky for hiding information/details about their packages and misguiding and cheating customers for the installation of their product.

On 14th may i booked for a new tata sky connection from tatasky website for their package which mentions "hd annual ultra" for rs. 7400. Image is attached.

Subscription id: [protected] i paid money for relocation but they could not do the relcation of my connection because scaring or supporting local cable operator.
So they agree to refund money because unable to relocate connection. But after 2 months no result. Many times complaint to costomer care but every time they only appriciate my patient without refunding money and not forget to opologize. I think this is the part of cheating...

Complaint was registered on 22nd may 2017 at 0906 hrs for sudden stoppage of tata sky. I was asked to switch off the setup box and switch on again by customer care executive but setup box was not responding. Just as we have plastering repairs outside of our building. There are 2 bamboos quite a distance away from our building, they are claiming that there will be no reception and are refusing to fix the dish back again.
We have called for help twice and the required person sent was hopeless and uninformed.

Is the quality of reception so poor at tata sky?...

I had got Tata Sky conection vide customer ID No [protected] in SBI Colony at Harbour Heights in Mumbai. As my connection was through group connection I did not receive any dish or cable. They had promised that the same w ould be provided to me on my Transfer. In May 2016 I shifted to Cuttack in Orissa and got the connection using an old Videocon dish antenna as Tata Sky technician did not provide their dish antenna.

I am subscribed to HD channels and suddenly yesterday on 19th May i found many channels which i am paying for taken off air from my connection. When i inquired about this from the service provider i was taken aback when they told me that i have to pay extra to view those channels again. i am prahalad sahu and i am distributor of tata sky rural area at ujjain mp, in month of sep, oct 2016 i purchased 3000 tsk kit from company and because of no response market we do sales return some tsk in that, now this month they put debit note in my account of rs. 4 lakh and when i ask for description of this amount they are not able to provide.

i am mentally harass by this because amount of 4 lakh not a small...

My tatasky annual pack is ending today[protected] As per tata sky representative's suggestion I recharged my a/c with Rs.4000/ with chaged pack. With a authourised letter from Tata Sky a female namely Bandana ghosh from Neil son India Pvt Ltd called us and we catagorically denied her access to our house but later she tried to forcefully enter my house premises saying need some information

We can neither accept this from Tata sky nor its appointed representative to act or behave like this

My tata sky subscriber id is [protected] and got coupon worth Rs.2000 on purchase of new tata sky hd connection. But these coupons are not honor by respective vendors for e.g. Big Basket.
