Dear team i am a long subscriber of tata sky and my subscription id is [protected] i got a message that if i do the recharge with 786 then i will get 1000 rs. In my account and when today i did recharge with same amount i got only 786 instead of 1000 and when i call customer care then they answered me that there is no offer for me like this. So i am very disappointed by it pls resolve the issue.thank u

      This is the 4th time I am complaining. Three technician visited with no results. Complaint is still there. Last visit I requested to keep the complaint live for a day which was agreed to but no one followed up the next day to know the status.             My client id no is [protected]. On sunday (4/6/17) suddenly my set top box stopped receiving signal. I tried to find out what went wrong. I came to know that tata sky person has come to the society to sortout another custmer, s complaint has disconnected my connection from the dish. I lodged the complaint the same day nothing was done i could not watch india pakistan match. Since then i am following my complaint everyday but my complaint is not sorted out inspite of talking to senior people. My connection is more than 4 years old and i am shocked with their unprofessional attitude. I can, t figureout why my connection was disconnected and why am i being harassed in spite of having enough balance in my account. This unprofessional attitude is not first time. Is this the way they treat their customers once connection is taken. I am seriously thinking to switch to another service.

            They are giving their advertising channels as default, which are very disturbing for us.
            After making several requests also they are not allowing us to set our default channels to view, even taking money from us
            Hi Murthy, You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and assist you in resolving your issue.
            i have recharged with rs 59 for tata sky classic channel no 318. but for activating i am calling again and again to customer care. i tried all the numbers, firstly toll free no has no method to connect to customer care executive. secondly i tried registered no of mumbai address there also no one is picking up phone.very bad service.

              I am mehul chikane. My subsriber id [protected]. I was 3 times call your custmer care. But not properly respons me. And my problem is not solve. Your custmer service is not good. I was not satisfy your service. Your custmer care service not speak in english ya hindi. He speak in other language. So not properly responce.
              I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

                  Hi tatasky team,

                  My account rmn - [protected] has been deactivated due to your poor customer service. I'm calling for an offer from may 10th onwards and asking for an offer from your end before my annual subscription pack got expired on may 20. But, due to your negligence and poor customer service, my annual subscription got expired and till now there is no response from your backend team. No one is taking the responsibility and trying to solve my pending issue. Its almost one month and still i'm raising request for an offer daily. Meanwhile i would like to say that 2 weeks back one guy called me from your backend team and gave me hd access for free of cost. But, i was in a meeting while he called me. So, i told him to call me back after 2hours. But, that fellow closed my ticket and didn't respond after that. Then, again and again i'm raising request for the same. If you dont have any offers, pleas tell me. So that i can opt for airtel or dishtv for an annual subsription which is less price and more channels for the same price amount tatasky offers.

                    Dear team,
                    Its really shocking that tata being so loved brand in india is pathetic in services for their tata sky venture. I have given two complaints about signal issue and the local guy visited two times for the same reason but the issues still persist. When he does the master reset then signal lock gets unlocked but as he leaves the premises and we switch off the set top box then again restart the signal is repeatedly getting locked. I am using 2 tatasky connections since last 7 years in kanpur but the issue pertaining to dehardun is severe. Even your helpline people are not that trained to resolve the issue on call. I hope i will get the prompt revert from your help desk with final resolution as i am a bit frustrated by such casual approach of such an iconic brand.

                        Recharged my tata sky account through paytm. Entered my alternate mobile number instead of registered mobile number. Haven't received either top up in my account nor have i got any money back in my paytm or credit card. Paytm helpline says that tata sky has accepted the money while tata sky helpline says that they have bounced back the money. Been 4 days and neither my tata sky is working nor have i received the money back.

                                My subscription i'd is [protected]. We have the bumper package according to which all the sports channels are included in it. Icc champions trophy have startedited andand we are unable to view it from last 2 days as star sports 1 and 3 both normal and hd is blocked while all other sports channel is working fine. I have been calling customer care from yesterday at least 5 times and everytime i receive is a false hope saying the problem will be resolved in 2 to 3 hours. One of the customer care officer even bother to register my complaint and this i realised in yesterday evening when the i called back again to get a feedback. Still i am standing without my problem solved. I have my parents who are senior citizens who are hooked for the match. But they are unable to view it. We are very upset with the service and the responses from cc officers

                                  Please note that your call centre representative wanted us to agree to include your Tata sky Dance studio which we refused. Yet, he included it and now we are made to pay for it. Pl get it deleted immediately. VKShrivastava
                                  I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter drop the package and reimburse the additional amount deducted.

                                    Customer care tata sky india.

                                    My name is daleep singh mahra i am a regular user of tata sky since 2012. My id is [protected] and my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no is +91-[protected]. I am living in 200/16, shivaji nagar gurgaon pin code is 122001. On 26th may 2017 my tata sky adopter has burned to get it resolve at home i cut the adopter from middle and plugin directly, because of this my set top box is also got damaged. To get this resolve i am calling to tata sky customer care ([protected]) since 27th of may 2017 every day.

                                    Customer care is registering my complaint and the person they are allotting in my area is telling to me that the box is damaged therefore i have to install tata sky again from zero that means i have to buy a new tata sky connection, unfortunately that dealer/ service engineer is the only one for my area.

                                    Yesterday again i called to tata sky told all those story, i got the reply from that my adopter and set top box will be change with the cost of inr 675/- if the service engineer allotted to my area will not contact to me than tata sky will take action against him.

                                    Till by now after 28 hour i didn't receive any call from service engineer person. Now i am requesting you to take appropriate action against that service engineer and bring the solution to my by tomorrow at any cost.

                                    On coming monday i would be going to consumer court.

                                    I recharged inr 560 recently 6-7 day back and my tata sky is not working and my balance is reducing even my set top box is not working. I need my all money back and i will switch from tata sky to other service provider.

                                      Last year in may 2016, my children were here on vacation and I got installed the second set up box, told them I require only for one month. But after that made requests to disconnect it not only on phone but from
                                      their outlet in South City-1, that person who does the recharge made my complaint and I was told it is being disconnected from today onward. But to my surprise it is always being charged. So, without using the second set up box I am being charged for it.
                                      Definitely I am thinking of alternative TV programme set up very soon. Frustrated by the Tata sky people behaviour and service/
