Hi tatasky team,
My account rmn - [protected] has been deactivated due to your poor customer service. I'm calling for an offer from may 10th onwards and asking for an offer from your end before my annual subscription pack got expired on may 20. But, due to your negligence and poor customer service, my annual subscription got expired and till now there is no response from your backend team. No one is taking the responsibility and trying to solve my pending issue. Its almost one month and still i'm raising request for an offer daily. Meanwhile i would like to say that 2 weeks back one guy called me from your backend team and gave me hd access for free of cost. But, i was in a meeting while he called me. So, i told him to call me back after 2hours. But, that fellow closed my ticket and didn't respond after that. Then, again and again i'm raising request for the same. If you dont have any offers, pleas tell me. So that i can opt for airtel or dishtv for an annual subsription which is less price and more channels for the same price amount tatasky offers.

Updated by Dhanaraj Karunanithi Ya. thats what.. to whom i need to contact for getting an offer. dont simply say no offer like that. provide me any numbers for getting any offers. and guide me to whom we need to talk for the same. while getting a new connection you people are coming and giving more offers and after that no response from your end.
