I had got Tata Sky conection vide customer ID No [protected] in SBI Colony at Harbour Heights in Mumbai. As my connection was through group connection I did not receive any dish or cable. They had promised that the same w ould be provided to me on my Transfer. In May 2016 I shifted to Cuttack in Orissa and got the connection using an old Videocon dish antenna as Tata Sky technician did not provide their dish antenna.

I am not receiving any signal for pretty long time as the service support is poor.
On 20/05/2017 I contacted their customer care and got the connection for a brief period. Today the set top box is not receiving any signal and the local technician is recommending to have a new Dish antenna.
The technician does not have any record that Tata Sky has not provided any antenna to me at all.

    I am subscribed to HD channels and suddenly yesterday on 19th May i found many channels which i am paying for taken off air from my connection. When i inquired about this from the service provider i was taken aback when they told me that i have to pay extra to view those channels again. I was even told that I am not subscribed to some HD pack which is totally not factual as i was able to view all those channels earlier. Now when they are telling me that i need to pay some 1500+/month to view those channels against 1200/month which i used to pay which is totally unacceptable to me. I want to know the reason and justification of this cheating which has made me to believe Tata is no longer an ethical and customer loving company.

      It has been annoying that repeatedly signal goes off inspite of no weather disruptions. Everytime need to call someone and it takes further 24h to rectify. Sick of this system. What is the issue with tata sky which never happened with other operators earlier. I took up the subscription assuming that there wont be any issues with respect to relay. I am strongly thinking of cancelling my subscription and move to other operator. I am sure wont recommend to anyone.

        Hi,
        i am prahalad sahu and i am distributor of tata sky rural area at ujjain mp, in month of sep, oct 2016 i purchased 3000 tsk kit from company and because of no response market we do sales return some tsk in that, now this month they put debit note in my account of rs. 4 lakh and when i ask for description of this amount they are not able to provide.

        i am mentally harass by this because amount of 4 lakh not a small amount.

        please do help if you can.

          There are two numbers on the digicard.
          First number[protected]
          Second number- SV50001B B [protected]
          And the registered number is [protected].But it seems to be wrong.
          Please check it out.
          Since a few days, it isn't working.
          I've lost the ID to lodge the complaint too.
          There are no connection problems.Yet it doesn't seem to be working
          It's been a month.
          Please have a look at it.

              My tatasky annual pack is ending today[protected] As per tata sky representative's suggestion I recharged my a/c with Rs.4000/ with chaged pack. But Tatasky sky is asking to call again and again but no action. One Mr. Dharmendra of TATASKY was unable to do anything acting like a incompetent fool. Please have my pack changed wef today as the money has already been with them.

                Hello,
                This is Anish Kumar lal and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I am trying to watch Tata Sky on my mobile however it's giving me an error which says "your Tata Sky account is pending. Please call on our helpline number to activate your account".
                I just spent 18 minutes and spoken to Tata Sky customer care and they told me that I need to email to you and then you will fix the issue within 24-48 hours.

                Please do the needful for me so that I can watch Tata Sky on my mobile as well.

                  I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in updating your details in their records.

                    With a authourised letter from Tata Sky a female namely Bandana ghosh from Neil son India Pvt Ltd called us and we catagorically denied her access to our house but later she tried to forcefully enter my house premises saying need some information

                    We can neither accept this from Tata sky nor its appointed representative to act or behave like this
                    This call for immediate clarification and action must be taken by Tata Sky or else we will be forced to take legal action suitably encl photo I'd Neil son along with authority letter issued by tatasky

                        My tata sky subscriber id is [protected] and got coupon worth Rs.2000 on purchase of new tata sky hd connection. But these coupons are not honor by respective vendors for e.g. Big Basket.

                        Please do the needful.
                        I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is a more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

                          I called up the customer support because my Tata sky was facing disturbance and the channels were not coming but in between the call I said that my problem is still not solved still the guy kept on going if there was any other problem and then he hung up. This is not the kind of behavior expected out of Tata sky. I'm paying for my services so I expect them to be delivered. I still can't view my channels.

                            Due to excessive summer i have added some shed in my house roof.
                            Thats why tata sky was not getting signal.
                            Therefore i have raised concern with their helpline number but no one came to resolve the same.
                            More often, one person visited my house and showed very rude attitude towards my mother.

                                Please check the message from me. I have deposited rs.1615/-and this ha been acknowledged by you. I had never opted for exta-channels. But unfortunately it is being displayed in my sub-id number that i have opted for some channel and my account has been made nil.

                                  We r having 3 connection of your tata sky. Tata sky ID no: [protected] from last 3 months we are facing signal problems we have given complaints to the coustomer service and the tecnician has visited to our home and they are enable to solve our problems every time when they are coming saying false issues and they are asking amount to solve the issues it seems tata sky is cheating to the coustomers this is not the right way. If you wont solve our problem then we have to go to the consumer court and for that you have to pay for the if any losses.

                                    We are the prime member for we pay yearly subscription for our 2 Hd setup boxes.
                                    In One of our hd box with recording facility we are not able to view any channels. The message reads as your setup box is not receiving signals.

                                    I have complain many times to the helpline no but they are only giving blank assurances with their sweet talks and informed me that they will redress my complaint only on 21st may. I wonder from where they got this date?.

                                    Well, if such services are given to the prime and educated persons like us, I wonder what will be the fate of other genuine customers.

                                    You will appreciate there are many companies in the market offering us many additional benefits but since we are loyal customers of yourself for the last 5 years, we are avoiding them.

                                    You will be sorry if your such bad services force me to move to alternative other products.

                                    Let me see now if this complaint can wake any of you people there.
