I called up the customer support because my Tata sky was facing disturbance and the channels were not coming but in between the call I said that my problem is still not solved still the guy kept on going if there was any other problem and then he hung up. This is not the kind of behavior expected out of Tata sky. I'm paying for my services so I expect them to be delivered. I still can't view my channels....

Due to excessive summer i have added some shed in my house roof.
Thats why tata sky was not getting signal.
Therefore i have raised concern with their helpline number but no one came to resolve the same.
More often, one person visited my house and showed very rude attitude towards my mother.
I need strict action against them.

I requested the tatasky service center, balangir to recharge my account for ₹285/-on16.5.17 and paid the amount at their counter. It was not done till 12.30pmon 18.5.17 inspite of my reminder first over telephone and personally in the last evening. Now my service has been deactivated. Pl. Enquire and resume my service. We r having 3 connection of your tata sky. In One of our hd box with recording facility we are not able to view any channels. The message reads as your setup box is not receiving signals.

I have complain many times to the helpline no but they are only giving blank assurances with their sweet talks and informed me that they will redress my complaint...

As tatasky people have replaced my set top box on 30th dec and which was a refurbished one later on after two days the hard disc was coming sound so i have called the customer care and the service guy told that they told that they have to replace the box and the service guy took the box and came back after three weeks and told that the service for you will start from today and to day when i called up the customer care today as my set top...

My set top box had stopped working & was replace by a recycled one by your New Delhi staff after a complaint.
The replaced set top box within 24 hrs managed to burn out the TV mother board including the HDMI cable connection from the set top box to the TV.

Tatasky has my personal details including my address, yet i get annoying calls in hindi. I complained about it several times yet i continue getting calls in hindi that too in a nasal tone…really irritating. I am planning to discontinue my subscription.

It has been a month since my last complaint in their portal... Nobody has contacted me so far....

I upgraded my sd set top box to hd which had subscription free for 1 year

Tata sky cheat me.they offer me hd service with one year superme sport pack but i cant get superme sport pack and when i call him them back to get my money rupee 1890 they dont want to give my money and not to agree for sport superme sport pack with one year validity
