Dear Tata sky team,
I have taken Tata sky cable connection on 26 June 2016. Subscriber ID [protected].
I have made payments from my savings account while subscribing. Also, I had clearly mentioned my name on the form as “Ms. Raksha S Agarwal”. Address as A 303, Satellite Tower, Film city road, Goregaon East, Mumbai – 400063.
Inspite of such clear communication, my name is wrongly spelt as Mr Arjit Singh. I have made several complaints but none of them have been considered.
Complain Number for January 2017:
1) UDFV83D – 12/01/17
2) UH452P0 – 15/01/17
3) UPPBF3C – 25/01/17
I therefore, request you to make name corrections at the earliest without any further delay.
