TATA SKy is issuing fake coupons on recharging of account from its website. I got cheated with fake Big Basket coupons.
I have got more than 50 coupons but not even 1 is working.
I have sent the screen shot of the coupons and have forwaded the complaint to their help desk but of no use.
They r saying it's valid with the first order from big basket but how can u use 50 coupons with the first order. Leave the next orders these coupons are not even working with the first order. It's a serious issue.
Plz take the stringent action possible

    Sir, I wrongly got Recharge of ₹500 by mistake of Tatasky DTH of order no.[protected] on May 06, 2017 at 10.52pm. This Tatasky DTH is not in use since last more than 2 years. The DTH Tatasky had Sub ID [protected] Registered in my name on my cell no.[protected]. So it was done by mistake. You are requested to kindly cancel this Recharge and refund ₹500 in my Paytm Wallet which is registered with my cell no.[protected].Thanks in advance.

      I am on family dhamaka pack of Rs.285/- per month and due date of recharge is 14 the May. But it is arbitrarily changed to pack of Rs.344/- per month which does not have my consent.If it is not reversed immediately, I will cancel my membership and also go to consumer court

      I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

          I am not getting proper signal.
          Even two to three times I found that signal is completely out.
          I have tried to convince your mechanic to install the disk in my balcony in place of common roof. He has refused to install it is my balcony.
          Some time he is charging two hundred and some time one hundred for service.
          Ten to twelve Tata sky sets are working in my flat, but only I am facing problem.
          Can I stop your Tata sky sets and think for other service providers?

          Since morning today I am not receiving signal . Even till time I have not herd news.
          Kindly give valuable support to me.

                My set top box got damaged and was replaced by tatasky on[protected] and it again had some issue and went into standby mode. I lodged a complaint with service desk. Service engineer came and replaced the set top box again. For the replacement i am being charged with 600 inr in a almost a months time. I believe tata sky rectifies the boxes for reuse and offers the faulty ones which in turn need to be replaced again.

                        Hi Team - I am the reliable customer of Tata Sky from long and want to share my bad experience currently. Past 5 days, I have submitted my request for the relocation of the tata sky dish to near place which is 100 meter far from the original because of shifting.

                        It has been committed by your team members that, on the same day your request will be taken care. After my multiple follow-ups and request still there is no response and talking base less like you haven't lodge your request yet, we can't provide you the service request number, sorry for the delay today you got the call, Sorry we can't send the person today but tomorrow confirm, and finally latest, today between 12-2 PM you will get the call etc. but still no call and its frustrating now.

                        I asked them to please transfer the call to your manager or seniors or at least let me know about the escalation matrix, they straightly denied we do not have such facilities.

                        From past many years I am availing the Tata Sky facilities and when I required your help then get the disappointment. I am not sure what is the impact of this email or may be I can get the reply or not but I really not expected this from such a big brand. This hurt me and I'll be disappointed to say that, now I am looking for other vendors despite the fact that I want to use Tata Sky.

                        If feasible, please amend your services so that customer may not suffer such challenges or frustation else rise and fall are the part of every business and their service decided where their future will be.

                          why I have to pay the same amount for RECHARGE same as a new walkin customer? to renew my ULTRA pack - last year 5300/- and this year 6160/- This is the same amount you charge to a walk in customer.

                          you have explained everything else other than this as per your convenience.

                          This is a very pathetic response ever I have got from any such DTH service provider.

                          You have not provided me a grievance cell details at TATA Sky where I have to escalate my issue for further resolution.

                          This not not expected from a pride of Indian company like TATA Sky.

                          As I am totally dissatisfied with your responses, I want to raise my complaint on consumer forum.

                          The way this issue is been handled shows the professionalism of your company towards a loyal customer.

                            This is very unfortunate that I've to escalate this issue which Tata Sky customer care and on ground technical team couldn't handle or may be not able to handle issues.

                            Problem I'm facing is because of poor installation done by Tata Sky technician in Feb'17. This issue I raised to customer care[SR No- WZD9NPR, date 02-May-17]. Technician visited to rectify the problem but he didn't fix the problem and asked me to send another guy to fix or to reallocate the antena. And that other guy never shown but Tata Sky made sure to debit the fee from my account without any action on issue.

                            I raised same problem again to customer care and explained the whole problem to them again. They again raised the issue[SR No-WVS5XJE, Date27-Apr-17] and arranged the technician which was the same guy earlier visited and he refused to come and fix the Antena.

                            Could you please assist me on this, by aligning a correct technician who can address and fix the issue. Or in case no technician is able to rectify the problem please refund the changes debited from my account just for Technician visit, who arrived just to discuss the problem.

                              Tata Sky not resolved the complaint, they are blaming the me for their unorganized billing and response system. It is well known that Tata sky Deactivate the service immediately for non- payment and they keep the account balance zero from customer side.
                              As early stated I have No balance of payment to Tata sky when I requested for Sony Six by Miss call on 5th April and the following sequence of message I received from the.
                              1.Request will be processed keep balance
                              2. Request completed for Disney channel Rs25 A/C balance 114.13 due on 17/4/2017 on 5th April at 08;17;46 pm - they activated the channel Diseny which is not asked for and contacted Tata sky through online chat and explained the mistake of providing Disney and they agreed to deactivate it.
                              3 Again Tata Sky staff contacted me 0n 14th April and I have to explain once again the above matter to him and they told to that i ave to inform for the deactivation etc and stick to their rules.
                              4. Recharge due Rs 265 due on 17 th April add ... on 14 th April at 01;25;41pm
                              5. pack request completed A/C balance 33.49 due on 17 th April new monthly charges Rs 300/ on 14 th April at 01;25;51pm
                              Note - within 10 seconds the different message have no meaning.
                              5.Recharge of Rs60 is due to day on 30th April at 01;27;13pm
                              6. Pack request completed a/c balance Rs49/ due date 30 th April . new monthly charges o ...on 01/05 at 06;40;49
                              With the above details, it is clear that tat sky is not maintaining the proper account and sends the confused message which as no meaning. The amount Rs 120 paid on 5th April is valid till 3rd/4th April. I thing, Tata Sky should give complete account details from 5th April to till date. I feel sad about Tatas Sky is on organised billing system and improper response to customer customers. I hope the Tata sky system should be capable of correcting the mistake more meaning fully rather than following set of guidelins provided by the company.

                                  Dear tatasky team i haven't seen worst customer service by your team. My name is hiralal pata and my tatasky i'd is - [protected]. When i upgraded my set top box to hd, i had informed by your team the set top box and adapter is under warranty. Within 2 months the adapter stopped working. I called up your tatasky team to replace it, as it is under warranty. But in reply they are asking to pay 125rs. So my question is where is your warranty?
                                  The market price for the same charger is 80rs. Thanks for showing your stupidity and false promise. Please deactivate my english channel pack and tatasky service too. I don't want to use your services now.

                                  Dear manoj2188,

                                  If your adapter is under warentee period when it get repaired as well as replaced with cost of equipment is not fair. Because if any goods under warentee but repaired means its should be replaced without any extra cost. If you have the warentee papers for the equipment which was under repair and invoice copy for replaced product (Bill copy at the time of replacement) means file the case in consumer court and suite the legal notice to them. You may claim compensation against this also.

                                    How can i lock the channels? Because when i do parental lock, our children doing master reset then all channels are being unlocked automatically. It is very serious issue regarding to children education, they always watching cartoon and other channels so how cud they concentrate on studies? So i want to ask that why it doesn't ask pincode for master reset?? Please do the same in the system otherwise i shud go for other dth...

                                      My consumer id is [protected] i shifted mt tata sky connection, a year ago (Around april 16) from vasai e (District thane) to borivali east (Mumbai). I was told there will be a small charge of rs 150 /= and the job will be done and i have to subscribe to an annual pack which i did.
                                      Now suddenly i get a message that my pack is expired so i have renew, to which i agree no problem, and i renewed it for a month paying rs 490/= online.
                                      But, the real part begins here they are showing a negative balance of rs 714 in my account so the 490 i paid was adjusted against this. When i called them they were unable to respond as to what were these charges said we will get back to you within 3 days. I got a call in after 24 hours that these charges were actually relocation and re-installation charges.
                                      This what you do when a customer trusts you..
