Hi Team - I am the reliable customer of Tata Sky from long and want to share my bad experience currently. Past 5 days, I have submitted my request for the relocation of the tata sky dish to near place which is 100 meter far from the original because of shifting.

It has been committed by your team members that, on the same day your request will be taken care. After my multiple follow-ups and request still there is no response...

This is very unfortunate that I've to escalate this issue which Tata Sky customer care and on ground technical team couldn't handle or may be not able to handle issues.

How can i lock the channels? Because when i do parental lock, our children doing master reset then all channels are being unlocked automatically. It is very serious issue regarding to children education, they always watching cartoon and other channels so how cud they concentrate on studies? My consumer id is [protected] i shifted mt tata sky connection, a year ago (Around april 16) from vasai e (District thane) to borivali east (Mumbai). I was told there will be a small charge of rs 150 /= and the job will be done and i have to subscribe to an annual pack which i did.
Now suddenly i get a message that my pack is expired so i have renew, to which i agree no problem, and i renewed it for a month paying rs 490/= online.br...
