Hi Team - I am the reliable customer of Tata Sky from long and want to share my bad experience currently. Past 5 days, I have submitted my request for the relocation of the tata sky dish to near place which is 100 meter far from the original because of shifting.
It has been committed by your team members that, on the same day your request will be taken care. After my multiple follow-ups and request still there is no response and talking base less like you haven't lodge your request yet, we can't provide you the service request number, sorry for the delay today you got the call, Sorry we can't send the person today but tomorrow confirm, and finally latest, today between 12-2 PM you will get the call etc. but still no call and its frustrating now.
I asked them to please transfer the call to your manager or seniors or at least let me know about the escalation matrix, they straightly denied we do not have such facilities.
From past many years I am availing the Tata Sky facilities and when I required your help then get the disappointment. I am not sure what is the impact of this email or may be I can get the reply or not but I really not expected this from such a big brand. This hurt me and I'll be disappointed to say that, now I am looking for other vendors despite the fact that I want to use Tata Sky.
If feasible, please amend your services so that customer may not suffer such challenges or frustation else rise and fall are the part of every business and their service decided where their future will be.
