How can i lock the channels? Because when i do parental lock, our children doing master reset then all channels are being unlocked automatically. It is very serious issue regarding to children education, they always watching cartoon and other channels so how cud they concentrate on studies? So i want to ask that why it doesn't ask pincode for master reset?? Please do the same in the system otherwise i shud go for other dth...

    My consumer id is [protected] i shifted mt tata sky connection, a year ago (Around april 16) from vasai e (District thane) to borivali east (Mumbai). I was told there will be a small charge of rs 150 /= and the job will be done and i have to subscribe to an annual pack which i did.
    Now suddenly i get a message that my pack is expired so i have renew, to which i agree no problem, and i renewed it for a month paying rs 490/= online.
    But, the real part begins here they are showing a negative balance of rs 714 in my account so the 490 i paid was adjusted against this. When i called them they were unable to respond as to what were these charges said we will get back to you within 3 days. I got a call in after 24 hours that these charges were actually relocation and re-installation charges.
    This what you do when a customer trusts you..

I am sure they will look into your matter, resolve the due date discrepancy & compensate for the days you have been unable to view television.

        I have complaint 3 times regarding the clearity in displaying the star sport 1 and 3 are not at all having the clearity. Other chanels are having good clearity the star sports 1 and 3 are having no clearity it seems that the currupt cd is inserted you are requested to do needful in solving the clearity.

I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and try resolving the clarity issue you have been facing.

          Tata sky team,

          I am the Tata sky user id [protected] recharged this account of monthly pack in Dec'16 but within one week balance got nil as HD is activated with out our knowledge & acknowlegment. Pripor to this incident techinacian visit to our home for dish setting charged 300 rs for visit. But after visit we are unable to watch the TV. After complaning regularly for 3 months.Now on 25 st April they again visited to reset the dish while commiting second visit is not chargeable. We recharged the same account for monthly on 21st April again the account get nil in 4 days due to visit charges are deducted from account without informing. Kindly let us know this is our team habit to cheat the customers on Tata name or you guys seriously what to serve your customers.

            On 08/03/2017 we recharge for our dish no.[protected] for rs.3000/- that time we received message from tata sky the next recharge date is 08/08/2017 but now they again send the message that your pack validity is over & wew ill charge on daily basis. They till today not explain which pack is expired & they now give the next recharge date for 06/05/2017 so explain this making fool our peoples of this untold package. Also till today we dont get rs.1000/- wrong recharge amount from the same co. When we forward the message of our refund of our rs.1000/- message to our bank as per their statement they not yet received any amount fro tata sky. So within next 5 or 6 days if we will not received any satisfactory reply from co. We decide to go consumer court & from that place we will show the real picture of this so called big co.

              Every month there will b some & other technical errors which the customer care will never resolve from their end & always give an option for sending a technician so that they can charge fr the visit. Tata sky has made it a business to fool customers like this.
              My tv suddenly started showing a msg that there is no digicard whereas I don't hav any card system in my set top box. After calling customer care, rather than solving my issue again they gave an option of sending technician which is chargeable. Just a 2 weeks back also I had signal issue & they charged fr that fr sending technician. If it's a technical error it shud b solved free of cost & that is why customer care is there.

                I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and activate your account asap.

                        I have installed two months back to Tata Sky. But I am very dissatisfied with this. Channels do not come even after recharging. Calling on customer care does not help. They hold us on half an hour on mobile which also increases the bill of mobile. Totally unsatisfied with tata sky. Bakwaas DTH service and bakwaas customer care.

                          I had multi tv connection one standard and other hd connection taken during june 2016 and this hd has been discontinued during august / september 2016, and no dues from may end. Once i subscribed for disney channel for one month after paying required amount and later on discontinued and channel also deactivated by tata sky. Recently on 5th april i requested for sony six activation with a subscription fee of rs 60 pm. I have paid rs 120 for the above channel for two months. I have received a message that urgent payment is due on 30 th april. It seems that tata sky taken the balance for the channels which are not activated. Explaing to tata staff yields no result.                           Tata Sky not resolved the complaint, they are blaming the me for their unorganized billing and response system. It is well known that Tata sky Deactivate the service immediately for non- payment and they keep the account balance zero from customer side. As early stated I have No balance of payment to Tata sky when I requested for Sony Six by Miss call on 5th April and the following sequence of message I received from the. 1.Request will be processed keep balance 2. Request completed for Disney channel Rs25 A/C balance 114.13 due on 17/4/2017 on 5th April at 08;17;46 pm - they activated the channel Diseny which is not asked for and contacted Tata sky through online chat and explained the mistake of providing Disney and they agreed to deactivate it. 3 Again Tata Sky staff contacted me 0n 14th April and I have to explain once again the above matter to him and they told to that i ave to inform for the deactivation etc and stick to their rules. 4. Recharge due Rs 265 due on 17 th April add ... on 14 th April at 01;25;41pm 5. pack request completed A/C balance 33.49 due on 17 th April new monthly charges Rs 300/ on 14 th April at 01;25;51pm Note - within 10 seconds the different message have no meaning. 5.Recharge of Rs60 is due to day on 30th April at 01;27;13pm 6. Pack request completed a/c balance Rs49/ due date 30 th April . new monthly charges o ...on 01/05 at 06;40;49 With the above details, it is clear that tat sky is not maintaining the proper account and sends the confused message which as no meaning. The amount Rs 120 paid on 5th April is valid till 3rd/4th April. I thing, Tata Sky should give complete account details from 5th April to till date. I feel sad about Tatas Sky is on organised billing system and improper response to customer customers. I hope the Tata sky system should be capable of correcting the mistake more meaning fully rather than following set of guidelins provided by the company. Thanks

                            Since 24/4/2017, disc of dth service dislocated due to fast wind. Complained
                            Over phone for request of service and given reminder online (Ref. No-wtgg3jl). Again gave reminder on 25/4, 26/4 (Ref. No-wuounss & wum360m respectively). On 26/4/2017, also talk over phone on the subject
                            (Activity no-a-[protected] attended by ms deepika). Till date no body attended for the service and i, am unable to visit any channels of tatasky, since than.

                            Finally tatasky service attended on 29/4/2017 after so many false asurence.and resolved the problem. Strange to see the lack of poor service of such a reputed company. I, have suffered approx 6 days due to lack of service, and seems nobody bothers or having accountability for their service.

                                Tata sky id no - [protected] without consent of mine channel active smart manager has been activated at my tata sky set up box and deduct my validity get reduced by 3 month. Though presently it is free under pilot project how you can deduct my account. I do not want this channel. Hence deactivate this channel asap and intimate me about this on my email id. Also, reset me due date to 3rd sept 2017.

                                    I am subscriber to tata sky (Id no. [protected]).in february, 2017 i have made a payment of rs. 3, 615/- for three months through online and got a message, that next recharge is due in june, 2017.

                                    Since, yesterday i have been getting messages on my tv screen, that as on 24th april, 2017 the balance is "nil". There appears to be an ambiguity in your accounts. Kindly check the same and intimate to the undersigned.in case of wrongfull disconnection of tata sky you shall be liable for all the legal consequences.

                                      Telecast of my tatasky stopped since last 20 days. Lodged 4-5 complain and accordingly technician visited my premises and inform the have switched over to super hd and super lng has to be changed which will cost rs: 800/-.
                                      On calling cc centre i was informed that it will be on free of cost if it is changed for ist time. Nor they have changed the lng nor the telecast resumed.
                                      I was satisfied with my existing telecast and never approached for super hd. Why they have stopped the telecast without my consent??

                                      Hi, please help us with the correct RMN/Subscriber ID for further assistance.
                                      I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and resume telecast at the earliest.

                                        Against my id no.[protected], 4 connections are running, i want to deactivate all 4 connections with immediate effect.

                                        Whenever i tried to make a request on your tollfree nos., line automatically disconnects.

                                        Against id no.[protected], two connections are running, which will be running but their wiring system needs to be separately set.

                                        Please send your person on 25.04.17 to do the needful.
