Tata sky id no - [protected] without consent of mine channel active smart manager has been activated at my tata sky set up box and deduct my validity get reduced by 3 month. Though presently it is free under pilot project how you can deduct my account. I do not want this channel. Hence deactivate this channel asap and intimate me about this on my email id. Telecast of my tatasky stopped since last 20 days. Lodged 4-5 complain and accordingly technician visited my premises and inform the have switched over to super hd and super lng has to be changed which will cost rs: 800/-.
On calling cc centre i was informed that it will be on free of cost if it is changed for ist time. Nor they have changed the lng nor the telecast resumed.

But now it is created a mess in my life it get burned and there was only smoke and smoke... Earlier i was thinking that it is my curved tv problem... After unplugging tata sky i was worried about my 1.2 lakhs tv but my tv works😅😂😂😂and now i was sure that this is my std problem... But know also i am crying 😢😢 because my favorite tata sky...

I had this connection for more than 5 years, the 6 out of 7 news channels dies 6 days back. I am tata sky consumer my id is [protected], i wish to reset my package, but i forgot my password and registered mobile number. Last one year i contentiously try to contact tata sky by helpline for this request.till i have not get any response from tata sky...

Tatasky managers approached us with 6 months all channel package for 2950. When i asked about specific channels like star movies hd, hbo hd, they mentioned all channels are free. but when it was installed they simply kept me on SSP and mentioned that you get only telugu channels, with out my knowledge they selected package, now no one receiving calls....

I had recharged for rs. 8800/- for 11 months in advance, for 2 tv sets, on which 1 month subscription was free on tata sky ultra pack. My due date for renewal was 27 march 2018. Now i suddenly get a mail that my subscription is due on 31 oct 2017. Dear Sir,

This is happening again and again. You again activated some Tata Sky Music channel in my account and started deducting 59 rupees each month without my consent. I haven't said yes to any of the offers and have not asked to activate it. So please check and refund 120 rupees back in my account or else refund all my money to my bank account and i will shut down the tata sky completely.

I have been tired of calling the tata sky customer care for three to four days so far no technician visited me here or i did not call me, if you do not take solution, then i will disconnect tata sky connection i am very upset
