Hello this is md abuzar firoz...
I got my tata sky std nearly 2 years ago
But now it is created a mess in my life it get burned and there was only smoke and smoke... Earlier i was thinking that it is my curved tv problem... After unplugging tata sky i was worried about my 1.2 lakhs tv but my tv works๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚and now i was sure that this is my std problem... But know also i am crying ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข because my favorite tata sky + hd set top box had been burnt...
Please donot buy tata sky... I think for fast services airtel is much faster... If anyone facing this problem... Kindly ask your tata sky employee to give same model box on nocost...

        I had this connection for more than 5 years, the 6 out of 7 news channels dies 6 days back. Upon contacting their customer care (Which is horrible) & by the way the cc do not keep notes of the conversation & you get automatically disconnected, hence you have to explain the problems multiple times; like i was saying that upon contacting the customer care and after explaining my problem to them and after much tecno-dancing (Resetting etc) i was told that a technician has to visit and i have to shell out 240 bucks for it! Morally i do not agree to pay unless there are any hardware issues related to my mishandling or due to some fault of mine. They would update the software as per their convenience & any problems due to this could also be the issue but then too, we (Customers) are asked to make the payments for their technician's visit. Why? Why should any customer be made to pay for technician's visit before knowing the fault? Subscriber id : [protected]

            Tatasky managers approached us with 6 months all channel package for 2950. When i asked about specific channels like star movies hd, hbo hd, they mentioned all channels are free. but when it was installed they simply kept me on SSP and mentioned that you get only telugu channels, with out my knowledge they selected package, now no one receiving calls.

              I had recharged for rs. 8800/- for 11 months in advance, for 2 tv sets, on which 1 month subscription was free on tata sky ultra pack. My due date for renewal was 27 march 2018. Now i suddenly get a mail that my subscription is due on 31 oct 2017. Apparently, tey have upgraded my pack to hd, without my permission/consent and deducted my account balance, reducing it so much that is is now sufficient only for 6 months, not 12!! What kif of harassment is this? Who has given them permission to misuse my account balance without my permission. The only mistake i made was recharging it with a huge sum of 8800/-. I want an immediate resolution for this nuisance that tata sky has caused me.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is happening again and again. You again activated some Tata Sky Music channel in my account and started deducting 59 rupees each month without my consent. I haven't said yes to any of the offers and have not asked to activate it. So please check and refund 120 rupees back in my account or else refund all my money to my bank account and i will shut down the tata sky completely.

                  I don't want to be associated with such brand which fools peole and says you have only asked us to activate. If you have proofs send us the voice recording evidence. 'I demand evidence'. I demanded from the executive Badal Sonar and he said we cannot share the appelate email id nor the recording then wats the use of keeping voice recorded messages. He said you can go ahead and complaint in consumer court against tatasky to get the refund. First i felt weird that an employee himself is asking to complaint in court against his own company and is ready to spoil the reputation but then i thought he is suggesting a valid option.

                  First thing don't call us unnecessary with free offers and lure people and say will active for one month and from next month if you don't need pls call us. Why should i call you i never asked you to first activate. We don't have much time to call you people or else i will put your no in DND.

                  Please refund the 120 amount ASAP to my account.

                        My consumer id is [protected], I'm not satisfied with your services.resolve my problem as soon as possible, because warranty period is not over.Due technical problem signals were locked, there were no damage in set top box n antenna . Aur bhai ye kis type ki service de rahe hai jahaan representative keh rahe hai "agar 1 din me dus baar kharaab hoga to dus baar charges lagenge " ridiculous.                             Tata Sky has been disconnecting my connection before the due date for the last two months. I had recharged with my monthly charge on March 25, 2017 and it should have been valid up to April 24, 2017. Surprisingly, my connection has been disconnected from April 17, 2017. It should be immediately restored otherwise I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action against Tata Sky.

                              Relocation of tata sky connection. Yeterday i. E. On 18/04/2017 i have lodged a complian regarding relocation of my tata sky connection. The repersentative of tata sky cutomer care has noted my relocation address from karnal to malviya nagar new delhi but the technician was saying i have to come to karnal for relocation as told by customer care and if at delhi i have to register my complian again so yesterday they took half an hour and today also much more time they have taken means no value of customer time.                                 I am using tata sky dth services since more than 3 years and have been a very regular customer in terms of timely payment...
                                Recently i moved from faridabad to bengaluru and requested for change in address and contact details and for re-installation of services at the new address..
                                After lot of follow up, their technician reached the apartment but started misbehaving and asking for extra money to install the services other than what was the charges informed by tata sky call centre team. Now all those trouble just got sorted out and i paid around 1k to just re-install the connection.
                                If that was not enough, since yesterday, again their is no connection available at my place and this people are demanding more money from me..
                                I don't know whether this people have started extortion from customers..??? Inspite of me agreeing to pay extortion money to tata sky, till now no one has come to restore the services...in between, all their different agents have asked my address at least 5 times...
                                I really don't understand their processes and is there any customer service head in this company.. I really doubt!!!

                                again today they deactivated my services... I really don't understand after recharging the subscription last week by paying Rs.460 and paying >650 extra.. till they deducted complete balance and deactivate the services.. lawlessness prevails!!!

                                  I requested for new connection on 15th april 2017, installation engineer from sector 40 service center visited my apartment and from the very

                                  Beginning he looked like he was totally unprepared for doing installation. Then without doing any survey he started saying that he will not do any

                                  Internal cabling and you have to arrange yourself for it. I connected him with our society's electrician and he explained him how easy it was to do

                                  Internal cabling (Which even i know now), then after lot of reluctance he said ok i will come back with equipment's in 30-45 minutes. After about 1

                                  Hour i started following up with him and he didn't pick, i tried reaching him many times. This was weekend and i already wasted my whole saturday in

                                  This activity. Then in late evening that guy made his colleague to call me and say that you have to get internal cabling done. I called customer care 2

                                  Times to complaint about this. Seems tata sky has lost its ground completely and not want to focus on its customer. I have decided not to ever go

Latest updates is that only calls whether action is taken n my answer is as usual is no. You should take action on this type of people. Good for nothing. Giving all false promises to provide service n resulting in zero service. Immediate action should be initiated against them.

                                      As per the advice of customer care representative i recharge rs 1180/- from my paytm to continue the same package was installed in earlier. But i observed that some channels are not available in my television set. I already launched a complain in your company through this system on yesterday. I also talked with the customer care exicutive on yesturday. He told me that the same package will continue as privious package within 20.04.2017. I am requesting again to solve my problem immidiately.

                                        I have recharged my TataSky, but have No Channels, all that comes on the screen is a Triangle with a lock. I am not due a recharge until the 19/4/2017, but last night channels on both set top boxes started showing the lock.
                                        Today, every channel I try say, "you are not subscribed to this channel". I have spoken to you representative, who reset it from your end, but still no channels, who then informed me, that someone will contact me on the 20/4/2017, that is 2 days away, what am I supposed to watch for the next 2 days. I can have a Reliance Box fitted today, so it doesn't say a lot for your service/

                                        I recharged my TataSky account before it was due, as the night before, when changing channels, I kept getting a black screen, with a Triangle, saying you are not subscribed to this channel, when I am subscribed to all channels, which I will be changing if it ever works again. Have made numerous calls to TataSky over the last 52 hours, as now all channels say you are not subscribed to this channel, although TataSky are still charging me daily from my account for nothing. I have had numerous call backs, telling me to take card out, disconnect from electricity. Put back card, attach power. Still the same message you are not subscribed to this channel on all Channels. I have 2 set top boxes and they both say the same. So TataSky expect me to pay them about 60 Rupees a day for nothing. I want it fixed, not some young girl telling me to do again, what I have done, when speaking to the previous girl. TataSky needs to send someone to my house, see what is happening, then they can waste their time phoning TataSky and tell them what is happening, and see if they can get it fixed.
