I have recharged my TataSky, but have No Channels, all that comes on the screen is a Triangle with a lock. I am not due a recharge until the 19/4/2017, but last night channels on both set top boxes started showing the lock.
Today, every channel I try say, "you are not subscribed to this channel". I have spoken to you representative, who reset it from your end, but still no channels, who then informed me, that someone will contact me on the 20/4/2017, that is 2 days away, what am I supposed to watch for the next 2 days. I can have a Reliance Box fitted today, so it doesn't say a lot for your service/

Updated by mrjoe I recharged my TataSky account before it was due, as the night before, when changing channels, I kept getting a black screen, with a Triangle, saying you are not subscribed to this channel, when I am subscribed to all channels, which I will be changing if it ever works again. Have made numerous calls to TataSky over the last 52 hours, as now all channels say you are not subscribed to this channel, although TataSky are still charging me daily from my account for nothing. I have had numerous call backs, telling me to take card out, disconnect from electricity. Put back card, attach power. Still the same message you are not subscribed to this channel on all Channels. I have 2 set top boxes and they both say the same. So TataSky expect me to pay them about 60 Rupees a day for nothing. I want it fixed, not some young girl telling me to do again, what I have done, when speaking to the previous girl. TataSky needs to send someone to my house, see what is happening, then they can waste their time phoning TataSky and tell them what is happening, and see if they can get it fixed.
