It's 2 months over for getting new connections, but pay almost about 3 months monthly payment. And not giving any communication regarding the reducing the due date.
It's all over shown that not supporting customer.

    Whenever I try to recover my password of tatasky's website, it shows a technical fail and tells me to try again later. I'm trying since past 1 year. IS this you call service. Even though I have complaint tata sky by mail but there was no reply.
    I need an immediate reply from tata sky and resolve the website's issue as quick as you can.

      I have cheated by TATA SKY company My Tata sky id is: - [protected], just 07 days ago only I had taken your new connection after paying the complete amount 1610 and extra wire fitment charges, Company said to me that this connection activation will be valid till 21 April 2017 & I have to pay the amount of recharge on next month date 21 April but after 02 days of Connection on Dated: 25 March 2017 my connection has expired, I had generated my complaint with them also but but till now no response got from Them side when I called in Custom care department then executive said that the wire fitment was done 31 Meter at my home therefore due nonpayment of 31 meter your connection has been expired but sir I will assure you that complete wire was fitted in my home is only 20 Meter total, wherein I had already Paid 10 meter extra amount of wire, statement given by executive that the wire fitment was done 31 meter is completely False, this statement of executive is to make customer Fool only, I had also updated my complaint in fb at their portal but till now no response got from them and my entire money 1610 has been taken by them and till now my children are not able to see anything on TV.

      Please do the needful urgently because this is the complete case of cheating and making new customers fool to get their money, kindly help me lodge a complaint against them because within 07 days I had tried so many ways for justice but I did not get any positive response..

      Now my hope is on you to provide justice against my harassment because you are the only one who does care for customers and help me for the same..

      Nothing has been explained to me the fraud and cheating was done i don’t want to continue your connection because with in0 2 days you have cheated me, you has disconnected my account because of deduction of wire fitted amount and as per your cheap technician you have mentioned in your own portal that the wire was fitted 31 meter but don’t you ever dare to cheat people by these kind of explanation?? have you crossed checked that how much wire was fitted in my home once again i would like to update you with proof that only 20 meter wire was fitted in my home, 10 meter was within installation process and 10 meter extra wire i had paid 120 rupees to your cheater technician so don’t you people bother for customers care or you always cheat like me to your new customers I want an answer of your explanation which is completely false and kind of cheating, explain your words by actual facts and the facts are only 20 meter complete wire has fitted in my home if you people do not bother and still making customers fool so i would personally go and lodge a complaint in concern department . is this kind of harassment you are providing me, firstly it was mental harassment now by this it is being convert in physical too, sure

      I am completely shocked to see your unjustified explanation that the cheated money which is 1610 is not a big but the cheating of new customer is matters to everyone allot wherein my children are not able to see anything on TV just because of your cheap response and unjustified explanation, if i had paid the amount and after then also i am not able to make my children happy that means it is complete case of Mental harassment which you people are not converting it into the physical to by giving your unfair, unjustified responses and explanation i am afraid that if this kind of response will be get to new customers then how the nation will save by cheating specially the company which is Authorized by Govt Of India i am truly afraid that why the consumer complaint can be close by the unjustified explanation ? then from where we can get the justice is that means that a bread earner has to suffer and he has to face harassment by the leading company wherein the MD to technician are filing their own pocket and do not bother for customers ?? it this a justice ???

      if a new customer who have complete explanation with proof is escalating a complaint and nobody is listening this then what does it means??

      Its simply means that in our zone the leading company can also cheat the poor people, wherein I had paid complete amount which was said by your people after giving extra wire fitment amount and do you know that that connection is the only medium to continue my TV Live but I am totally dissatisfied and highly afraid that this kind of cheating can be done by leading company then what about others??

      Leading company has not seen the actual facts and figure and closing my complaint with unjustified explanation ??

      Greetings for the day...

      With due respect i would like to update & apologize few points of my above matter.

      My above posted comments was only for the Tata sky people and i had posted it as a message instead of website, i have also generated a ticket against my posted comments delete process, please don’t take it otherwise and it will be delete as soon as possible, , ,

      purpose of this Written post as a message was only to clarify my ans provided by tata sky against my harrasment which was given by tata sky services only they had mentioned that they have explained my the deduction process in which my connection was disconnected but this was totally unjustified answer, my intention was not to highlight some one thru this process but tata sky has generated mysel[censored]pto this level wherein nobody was listening me from tata sky until i had generated a complaint against them in your forum therefore once again i apologize for the incontinence caused if any in your forum by my today’s post..

        All of the company have qtv channel but tata sky dose not have qtv so please you brought the qtv channel in tata sky you have a very big and good company but you cant have this channel and many of islamic channel are not in them please short out this problem very quickly when u not give us islamic channel so i can change my set top box tata sky to dish tv

              Last 3/4 months back I (pankaj waval subscriber Id : [protected]) had complained abt non working of my set top box, few channel not receiving signals properly and requested for 2 new multitv connections.
              Next day tecnicain vinay maurya from jaiambe service center dombivali west near water tank, maharashtra nagar, technician came and replaced my set top box with old one for Rs.600 charge and fixed 2 new multitv connections and adviced me that few channels which u were not receiving signals may be leakage from your consealed wiring in your house and said we will do new wire installation bypassing your consealed wiring, technician did not do that and went.
              After 3/4 months later same complaint now same problem with set top box non functional and channels not receiving signals.
              Again same old story repeated,
              Aurogant technician vinay maurya, jaiambe services, dombivli came replaced set top box charged Rs.600 for that, but did not do the wiring work, which he had adviced last 3/4 months back. I insisted him to do the wire installation work, he refused to do and said i have not brought the wire, drill machine etc. You should have told me to bring that. And aurogantly said do my complaint i[censored] want to do.
              Now tell me how can an customer will tell technician to bring all necessary equipments with him.
              Again next day i called customer care and complained about technician and spoke to senior person from tatasky. He again asked about technician visit which will not be charged to you, but statement say negative balance of Rs. -961/-
              I was having a positive balance of Rs. 78/-
              To my surprise this is white collar cheating.

                Dear Sir/ Madame,
                Umpteen times we have made complaint over e-mail, phone to restore uninterrupted services for over last 7 months, particularly after shifting to this building (HDIL Metropolis, J.P. Road, Andheri-West), but still no remedy. We have 2 connections and paid for the full year. At time your service engineers come… do something... and go. But same things. Most of the time the service is stopped Particularly, every night around 1030, , , 1130 or around Midnight it stops. Now the time is 1020 AM… still no service and the service stopped last night at 1030 PM. This building got a master dish antenna and very small. The power switch someone putting off? I ask this to all your technicians. They do something… and within few hours again back to square again No service. I think everyone driving us crazy, so that we are forced to take the local cable network. We are paying huge sum for every month, but no remedy. Either you make the system perfect otherwise please return balance money enable get connection from the local cable provider.

                  Tata sky service is really bad, very bad !!!
                  I am Priyanka Saha Das and my consumer no - [protected]
                  I AM THE CONSUMER OF TATA SKY FROM LAST 5 YEARS.. USING HD PACKAGE, ALMOST RS. 500/MONTH...

                  My problem started from last 4 months. The set top box automatically gets on and off offten and either it gets on after few minutes or if we put off and then start.
                  Before 3 months, on December, 2016 I called up Customer Care and described about the problems of set top box which I was facing. They told me their technician will come and resolved my problem. On the next day technician came and told me, the set top box has to be changed and I have to pay Rs. 600 for that. I agreed. Then technician has installed an old set top box and said there will not be any problems which I was facing. Then I have given him Rs. 200 cash for visiting charges and after that they have deducted Rs. 600 from my Tata Sky account for changes of set top box.
                  But main problem is that again I was facing the same problem from last 15 days . Again I called up customer care, Technician came again. First day after testing and doing something they said now it is OK... Again I have paid Rs. 200 cash for visiting charges... and in the same day night again I was facing same problem and after calling to customer care, next day again technician came and was trying to make an eye wash with two set top box and again said now it is OK. Again I have paid Rs. 200 and he went.

                  I was really surprised in the night when I have seen my Tata Sky has been deactivated due to negative balance whereas I was having Rs. 178 on that day. When I called up customer care they told me they have charged again Rs. 600 for changes of set of Box...

                  And main thing is that now customer care is saying that since the warranty period of set of box is only 1 month, I have to pay the amount otherwise they will not activate my account. That means in every 1/2 month same problem will arise and they will charge Rs. 800 for unnecessarily from us for the junk.

                  IT IS NOT WORTH PAYING SO MUCH AMOUNT IN ADDITION TO THE TATA SKY PACKAGE.
                  After calling several times still they have not activated my account..

                  You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and provide an amicable resolution.

                      I am Rajeev Sharma want to inform you that i am using your Tata sky service from last near about 4 yrs and from first day i facing signal related problem and regarding this i have locked complaint many time and now the frequency of complain is every next 2 or 3 days and every time technician and reset the signal but did not get permanently till now.

                      Last week and this week i have locked the complain again and current complain no is W42Z2EL and before this as i told you many time locked complain.

                      In this scenario if i am not able to use your service but on daily basis amount is deducting from your side then who is responsible for this why i am facing loose while problem is generating from your side.

                            There is no any request from us for KARAOKE channel. Then why are you debited Rs. 46.76 every month from the month of December 2016. from our our credit balance. This was not informed to the customer and we were not aware of such unwanted addition. Request you to remove the unnecessary pack and credit the amount from the begining to our account.                               Try to be more supportive towards your customer . I have been using your services for more than 7 years. You people have been good at customer care. But it's sad to tell that u failed to do so this time. I have called customer care for not receiving signal on my settop box so the technician gave me an offer that if go for 900 package my settop box will be upgraded to HD and I'll get 3 months subscription free so I accepted the offer and done the same. Later like within 5 mints I came to know that they are other upgradation packages too which I was not aware of since I didn't had switched on my tv for like 3 to 4 months as i was out of town. The technician told that I cannot change the package now. So I was disappointed and tried to put this up with your customer care people and hoped that they will help me out with this, but not to be surprised the customer care executive after telling that it may his technician fault then he came to the point that it's my fault that I did not ask for other upgradation packages and he also asked why I didn't called the customer care to confirm the same thing and he kept on repeating that it's my fault. I may seem like blaming others for my fault. But I just want to know when a customer is not aware of your products and packages isn't it your duty to give them the knowledge they should know about those stuffs.

                              Atlast I just want to tell that I'm really disappointed by your customer support services and I'm definitely shifting for other service providers when I get over with your so called 3 month **FREE** HD package upgradation since I have invested my money on that.

                              I don't think losing one customer will affect you so much. So please try to be more supportive atleast to the other customers you have.

                              I don't know whether you people will even consider my complaint or not but I'm feeling so annoyed by your customer care executive that I can't stop myself from putting this complaint.

                                My name is sankaranarayanan.m, an advovate practising at mumbai after retirement from sbi group as a seniorlegal advise r. I decided to shift my residence to my native place Trivandrum. I called your helpline and as suggested suspended from 7th March inst till I reach Trivandrum and recieve my goods from Mumbai. They advised me to call them on receiving the Set top and antennae from Mumbai. On 18th I received a message that the dth is reactivated unilaterally to my shock as goods were yet to come from Mumbai. Hence, I called the helpline and received a rude and contakerous response from ms natasha, and another lady. I made a formal complaint and asked them to close my account. After some time one gentleman called me and told me that they require 3 days to close an account and on 21st somebody from their office will call me and settle the refund of the balance amount.(I had given a years subscription on last July2016.) On 22nd I recd the goods from Mumbai including the antennae and set top box. As there was no response from your side I called the helpline actually hoping to ask them to send the mechanic to connect. But to my dismay I received another dose of rude and shocking behaviour from ms Mini and Mr suchdev and Ms gurinder. They informed that my account is activefrom 18th inst and not closed.
                                Now iam inviting your attention that you are charging me for NO SERVice from 18th and ask you to refund the excess amout held by you along with interest @18% p.a from 18th inst till payment to my new address at 97 chitranjali, P.T.PNagar, Trivandrum 695038 to avoid further complications and embarrassment,

                                  We recharged our account Id:- [protected] four days back and it's still showing account deactivate, please recharge. We have been calling them regularly for 4 days and their response is same...issue has been raised, please wait for 24 hours. This behaviour of theirs is going on for 4 days now and they are still not able to resolve this issue.

                                    You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in changing your regd. mob no immediately.

                                      I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter fix the signal issue you have been facing and resolve your issue asap.
